Went to this Asian Restaurant that i had heard a lot about . We were there for team dinner so had an opportunity to orders a few starters and main course as well. We ordered water chestnut starter and lots time starter. Interesting starters but the test has average. We then ordered some rice, noodles and a couple of gravies of which one was veg Manchurian. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would read them all 3 1/2 which according to me is good. The service was extremely extremely extremely slow and got us annoyed a few times. The overall bill was a little less than Rs.8000 so I would cal It fairly expensive for the experience we got. The ambience of the restaurant was good and the staff was very welcoming
An excellent restaurant serving authentic asian delicacies especially thai, and srilankan dishes. The food was very tasty. The ambience was good and the service of Mr. Chandrasekhar was excellent. We enjoyed the fish cooked in banana leaves, and Srilankan fish curry with jasmine rice. It is difficult to explain. Better to enjoy it personally!!
Five stars as a credit to the chef and the waiting staff, who were very pleasant and responsive to our feedback. Food was unique enough to warrant considering follow up visits and the serving portions weren't skimpy either. The ambience is nice and the restaurant wasn't very crowded on the weekend (plus for me).

Beautiful place for some really great Asian and Pan Asian food. The spread and options make this a place for almost anyone to visit. The ambience and the staff make it even better.
Ambience: (5/5)
There is plenty of seating for various group sizes. The tables are laid out well and clearly a lot of thought went in to many of the design elements that one would find inside the space. The lighting is great and hence not too dark and the music is just the right volume so that there is no disturbance from it.
Food: (5/5)
We ordered multiple things here. (1) the soups were all brilliant and worked super well for this time of year. The chicken satay, the mutton and the spring rolls as starters were all wonderful. Especially the mutton which was cooked so well and the flavours were great as there was a good kick of spice in it. The Amin course topped the even well, but must admit that the starters got us all quite full since they were all so good.
Summary: (5/5)
Honestly you cannot go wrong with anything here at republic of noodles. I have eaten here multiple time and also in Bangalore. But all is all, the food, presentation, flavour and the courteous staff make for an awesome dining experience. Highly recommend this place.
I wish i could give 7 stars for the service. The food was surely amazing, but the hospitality of Feroz and Chandu with their amazing food suggestions surely made our family dinner memorable.
If you are really craving for some Pan Asian cuisine, you must head to REPUBLIC OF NOODLES located in lemon tree premiere hotels, hi-tech City. Talking about the ambience you are welcomed with a long Buddha statue along with al the noodles, sauces they use. This place can easily accommodate around 50-60 ppl at a time. The staff here was so courteous and professional too. I was here with my fellow foodies for the gourmet passport event. Let's check out what they have in store.
Food :-
We were welcomed with Jasmine tea which was so refreshing & soothing. Then we had a welcome drink along with that "KOREAN WATERMELON CUBE" where watermelon is cut into cubes and stuffed with nuts to get the crunchy feel to it. You will be getting both sweetness & crunchiness both at a time.
Starters :-
For starters we had "TOFU WITH CHILLI PEPPER" which was truly amazing. Tofu tossed well in chilli pepper sauce to get the spiciness in it. Next we had "TEMPURA CRUNCHY STRAW MUSHROOM" also tasted good. Next we had was "PLA NEUNG MANAO" it's a fish based starter. Fish is perfectly steamed along with garlic & spices to balance the palates. Presenting was on top notch. Eat it when it is piping hot. Or else you will miss the flavours of it. Next we had "TORI KATSU" is an chicken based starter which comes all the way from Japanese cuisine. Chciken breast is sliced into rectangular slab and marinated with spices and panko bread crumbs and deep fried until it's golden brown. It tasted good and subtle in flavours.
For Soups we had "THAI Coriander & vegetable soup with garlic flakes" tasted amazing. "Prawn & Spinach ginger soup flavoured with rice wine" tasted amazing as you will be getting hardness of ginger here and there. Prawns were also very well cooked. Next we had "STIR FRIED CHICKEN" where the chicken is marinated well with spices and tossed well with cashew & dried chilli in oyester sauce. "PAD SIEW FLAT RICE NOODLES WITH GARLIC" also tatsed amazing.
Next we had "SRILANKAN CURRY VEGETABLES" which was rich in coconut milk, srilankan spices which was a relishing dish to have. Next was "BURMESE CHICKEN CURRY WITH LIME & POTATO" which tasted amazing & relishing. Next we had "Pineapple Fried Rice" where fried rice tossed up with fresh cut pineapples to get the sweetness to the dish. Jasmine rice also tasted good.
For desserts we had "Water chestnuts & longan in coconut milk" the presentation was on top notch. Down there were chestnuts soaked in rose water & coconut milk topped with longan (kind of berry almost tastes like lychee)....
The overall experience was amazing, the food was delicious and perfectly cooked, the service was impeccable and the ambience was peaceful. Definitely would visit again .
Lemon tree has multi cusine restaurants to serve different palates. One such place inside this property is Republic of Noodles.
As the name itself defines it to be some what serving Asian food, well it does and probably serves one of the best Pan Asian food in the city.
Placed inside the beautiful property of Lemon tree, Republic of Noodles carves out it's own indulgence.
The ambience purely gives Asian vibes, with it's decor, music and surroundings. The area is streched vertically with the tables and sitting area looks quite cozy.
The staff makes sure you don't go unattended and are humble to the fullest. Was welcomed with some Jasmine Tea, which was refreshing and portrayed a gesture of the Asian culture.
The Food menu was a mix of Pan Asian and Sri Lankan cusine. Specially crafted to cater the service of both the sides.
Started with some Korean Water Melon Cube, fancy and delectable at the same time.

Main course had Sri Lankan vegetable Curry, full of flavours and colours. Burmise Chicken curry with lime and potato, this has to be my favourite from the menu. Breathtakingly the yummiest. It went so well with the jasmine rice. Also tried the pineapple fried rice, an unique portion, giving a little tanginess to the dish.

Republic of Noodles a Fine dining pan Asian restaurant which is an integral part of Lemon Tree premier hotels is close to decade-old brand & well known for its oriental, Pan Asian cuisines. The beauty of this place is it always re-invents itself to give the best to their patrons. One such effort has gone into curating a new menu by Chef Sambhav and trust me that’s delectable.
~~~~~~~Ambience~~~~~~~
Oriental style décor with red shades all over which has both indoor and outdoor comfortable seating which can accommodate close to 100pax.
~~~~~~~From the New menu~~~~~~~
Going by the name STARTers, be it the shredded chicken mushroom soup or the spinach ginger soup, set an expectation how the new menu would be. Both of them are on the right note of consistency and flavors inline to the ingredients.
Carrying the expectations Tori Kastu Chicken and Ebi Furai (panko crusted prawns) stood as the right example of crispiness paired up with apt sauces. Pla neung Manao another stupendous starter from Non-Veg starters which is a steamed Vietnamese basa fillet accompanied with lemon garlic sauce. Tofu with Chilli paneer, Exotic mushroom spinach and Thai ginger & Tempura crunchy straw mushroom tossed in grounded black pepper sauce was equally delicious.
There were times where the expectations were raised and suddenly pushed down.. fingers crossed and looked at what we got in Mains. The first thing that caught my attention was the Clay Pot Curries, that are Burmese chicken curry with lime and potato & Thai green curry vegetable. They lived up to the attention and went well with Jasmine rice.
Moving on, picked the Wok-Stir Fries and trust me I didn’t need jasmine rice or noodles to accompany it with. Just had it directly. Stir-fried chicken with cashews and dried chilli in oyster sauce & Pot roasted Lamb from Non-veg were excellent. A special mention goes to Broccoli and mushroom in bean curd sauce. Creamy crunchy with subtle flavors.
From the Noodles and rice category, I have tasted wok tossed ginger soba with roasted duck, pad siew – flat rice noodles, Mind and Basil Fried rice & Pineapple fried rice with chicken. Although all stood great, I totally felt different and enjoyed the Pineapple fried rice which is so well made to retain the taste of sweet tangy pineapple and yet taste like a typical fried rice.
Finally comes the star of the day and as I always say, I hold space for desserts. The homemade hand churned ice-creams made in-house by Chef Bibhuti has entirely taken our experience at the end to the next level. Totally 8 new different flavors of ice-creams that I first tasted in my life and I can say each one is special in its own way. Definitely one will find hard to know the ingredients from the taste. The most interesting part for me was the way they achieved after taste spice hit and flavors. Though it costs you 150rs per scoop they are totally worth it. OUT OF THE BLUE out of all was outstanding for me followed by Ron Spl.
From my personal experience I have seen people not understanding what goes well with what in Pan Asian cuisine and hesitate to ask, ending up messing the dining experience. So, I would suggest not to hesitate to ask staff for suggestion and help.
Tip – RON is partnered now with Zomato Gold, Gourmet Passport that gets you flat 50% discounts irrespective of the day in the operations hours of the restaurant which will allow you to taste more in nominal price.
Overall it was a pleasing experience and pleasure in tasting a well-curated menu. Well done RON and kudos to the Chefs behind it.
