Had visited this place on my wedding anniversary. The place is fairly rated on Zomato and other sites and has a decent number of positive reviews. Complete credit goes to my wife as she was the one who selected the place (she rarely chooses places when we go out) and this choice was no doubt the right one to celebrate our special day. Tre-Froni, which literally translate to 'three ovens' in Italian, is perhaps the closest Italian Restaurant (in Hyderabad) you can get without actually going to Italy. It is one of the in-house dinning places you can go to in Park Hyatt. As the name goes, it has three sections - a bar section on entry, an Indoor Chandelier section and an Outdoor section. While we initially chose a table in the outdoor section, however after knowing that it was not a smoke-free zone, we shifted to the Indoor Chandelier section. The interiors was luxuriously lit with a grade central chandelier. The candle-lit tables felt cosy but a bit closely spaced against other tables and the cutlery was silver-like.
Once seated, our waiter - Sushant gave us the menu and was courteous enough to give us ample time to select our dishes & drinks from the a la carte. They had a wide variety of Italian dishes such as Risoto, Pasta, Zuppe, Pizza etc., categorically mentioned just as one would find in an Italian Restaurant. We ordered a Bruschetta for starter which I felt was average in taste and a glass of wine for her and whisky for me to go with it. Smitten by the lack of punch in our Bruschetta, we played it safe and ordered a Lasagna for main course. To our surprise the taste was beyond our expectations wherein the flavor of the gravy was intimately complimenting with the drink. We then ordered a simple Margherita pizza which tasted so good, that it defined the very meaning of the dish. Last but not the least, when Sushant got to know that we are celebrating our anniversary that day, he was kind enough to bring us their signature desert - Tiramisu. While having it, i remembered the dialogue from the movie - No Reservation which jokingly explains Tiramisu as 'Food for the Gods'.
Overall, it was a culinary delight for us with our belly's filled and our hearts contented. A standard ovation for the Chef(s) who knew what they were doing. I would rate this 4/5 for Ambiance, 4.5/5 for Food and Overall 4.5/5 for the experience.
My brother was in town and we went for his birthday at Tre Forni Park Hyatt to have a relaxed and quality dinner. And we had exactly that.
The restaurant is elegant and upscale, from carpet to ceiling is luxurious. Very good atmosphere and good crowd as well. Maximum points for the ambiance.
Service is five star worthy for sure. The staff was showed courtesy and the food came at the right time, every each course.
We started with Burrata and Parma ham salad, continued with Ravioli with pancetta, tried the pizza with Ricotta, rocket and ham, had New Zeeland Lamb chops and risotto for main course and tiramisu and panncotta for desserts. Every each course was a delight! Lamb chops came medium-rare as asked, a really good italian pizza in Hyderabad (which is rare) and tiramisu to die for.

I had a burrata salad, eggplant parmigiano, lasagne and the pizza ortalano. Everything was good except the pizza which was tasteless. For dessert i had the panna cotta which is by far the best panna cotta i have ever had. Overall a good dining experience.

This place is a class apart. From food to ambience to authenticity to hospitality - this place ticks all the buckets to be a successful place. It was a team lunch and we were amazed by the beauty of this place both in relation to interior decor, italian connect they highlight and quality of food and serving. A great place for candle light dinners and date. Food is questionable, whatever we ordered was prepared right. This is a place you can enter blindly and will come out happy, elated and satisfied. I understand pricing could be a concern but then this a place to celebrate special occasions with your closed ones where you don't want to be too worried about logistics :)
One of the best dining experiences ever. The staff was really courteous and friendly and so so warm. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they asked what's the occasion and we told them. We then ordered spaghetti carbonara and roast chicken. Both were so amazing! The roast chicken was the best I've ever had. And they got us an extra drink and also desserts with a very sweet postcard wishing her a very happy birthday. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect dining experience.

Chosed this place because the reviews were good and I wanted to have Italian. To my surprise every dish that we ordered was awesome from the Grill chicken, pizza and beetroot cartar. The service was super awesome and we had conversations where we told that it’s our marriage anniversary so the gave us a surprise with the dessert Tiramisu 😍 It looked so lovely and the gesture was wonderful. The complimentary bread basket had a walnut bread with a mushroom sauce which was delicious. The bread was experiment of the Italian chef. To sum it up we had a great time here with the food and the service provided.
Had an amazing experience, Hats off to the staff for their terrific hospitality. Had no idea about Italian, as we blindly went by the staffs suggestion and ordered Risotto Al Fungi(mushroom risotto) and Margherita Pizza. Just came out loving their authentic Italian food.

Excellent food and top notch service. Plus the music is not too loud so you can actually talk while enjoying the wonderful meal. My kids loved the four cheese pizza. I enjoyed spinach formaggi. For dessert I recommend tiramisu.

The restaurant is prodigious in terms of all factors (ambiance, staff, and food). Highly recommend this restaurant, and advise you to please ignore others complaining about the price. For a 5-star, fine dining, and authentic Italian experience, this restaurant is an easy suggestion. I recommend the New Zealand Lamb Chops and Pepperoni/Chicken Pizza, but please do not limit yourself to the mentioned dishes. All the dishes are equally good and enjoy your time at the restaurant.
We had the Sunday brunch last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The spread was excellent and we were very well taken care of by Pragati and the rest of the staff. I would recommend going there if you love italian.
Got my clients here ! They liked the place and the food . I ordered for the sea food risotto . It tasted heavenly and the shrimps and the fish was tender and it melted in my mouth very soon It was over and I was not satiated , though a bit more on the pocket worth visiting again with good company . The wireless POS was bad and had to walk all the way outside to the bar to swipe the card.

It’s by far my favourite Italian restaurant in the city. Serves the best pizzas and pastas. The bread basket served with olive oil & balsamic was freshly baked. The duck tortelli with truffle oil is a masterpiece. The risotto was spot on - perfectly made and the deserts were a delight. The service was excellent - attentive and detailed. The chefs were interactive and suggested very well. Very tastefully designed restaurant with beautiful chandeliers. One of the city’s best which makes it a must visit !
On Saturday February 2019 I hosted an event at Tre Forni Terrace at the Park Hyatt Banjara Hills. The theme of our party was Latino Nights and over 80 people attended. The menu was created by Lalit which included Paella, empanadas, ceviche to mention a few and the flavors were spectacular. Shalu Loukrakpan (the restaurant manager) facilitated every need going behond my expectations. Every detail was taking care of giving an ambiance of a Mexican Hacienda with flowers and candles. Her staff which included Suvasish, Sushant, Henaled and Pradeep made sure glasses were filled, tables were clean and overall everything ran smoothy. I highly recommend TRI FORNI for the amazing food, cocktails and SERVICE. Thank you Shalu and staff!
It was amazing experience at Tre- Forni Restaurant and Bar. I met with an amazing person Pragati Shree, she helped me to order and taste best of Tre Forni. I asked them to prepare pasta in my way and ordered Ortolana Pizza. Both dishes were amazing. I liked pasta more because I am cheese lover. I had a good time on my birthday. At last, I have got this delicious pastry as Birthday treat. I forgot it’s name🤭. It would love to visit this place again. Cheers❤️
Park Hyatt Hyderabad Been here for pre-birthday celebrations. The time I reached buffet was closed. Even running late so ordered lasagna it tastes great. The ambience is luxurious and magnificent. The menu was quite impressive best place for Italian food.Overall it was good experience.
This is my go to brunch spot on Sundays and I am found there almost every week. The food is beyond sublime and the staff, amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the wait staff or chefs and they go above and beyond to accommodate personal preferences. There is a constant variety of offerings on the brunch menu. I've also ordered pizza and risotto off their regular menu which were both delicious and as authentic as any food I've eaten in Italy.
Indeed the food tasted as Italian as possible! The cold cuts and cheeses were fresh. The pizza had authentic mozzarella and it’s thin crust added more flavour to all the fresh ingredients on it. Very nice atmosphere
This is the best place for date with your love one .. outdoor seating with candle light and country music is so romantic, had beautiful dinner date yesterday, food was so delicious specially tiramisu ( best tiramisu in Hyderabad, I can say that without hesitation).we ordered insalata di pollo and their signature dish Diavola..taste was authentic and so yammy... dishes are little bit expensive but as they maintain their quality and taste was so aswome u can easily ignore about the price .... one thing I noticed which need to inprove as soon as possible is service ( service person was good and professional but he has to take care all outdoor seating orders, which is really time taking for service , waiting time is so long ,u can be impatient )..need more employee for outdoor seating area, otherwise everything is good with no negativity.
Haven't had such a nice pizza in ages. Diavola pizza (tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy salami and black olives) was truly the most incredible combination we have had in a while. Their risotto too was amazing, rich and thick like a risotto should be (the only flaw was the fact that they thought we had ordered for seafood risotto but we had actually ordered for the wild mushroom one. So in a hurry to prepare for it, the rice were a bit uncooked). We truly enjoyed the authentic flavours of Italian food and also their Tiramisu is a must must have. The ambience is lovely, quite a date place we must say.

Amazing ambience? Great Italian food? 5 star? Yup this place checks all three. First, the ambience here is like a Michelin Star restaurant in Europe. It looks that good. Now coming to the food, it’s pure Italian fare. It is one of the only places in Hyderabad where you get authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano which is the king of cheeses. The other being Tuscany in Trident Hyderabad. They make some really nice Fettuccine Alfredo pasta (Parmesan, cream, and butter) and Pollo e Cipolle pizza (roasted chicken with onions). In drinks, the Watermelon Mojito and Apple Spritzer are excellent non alcoholic cocktails. Lastly, the desserts are out of the world. Their Chocolate Mousse and Tiramisu are some of the most rich and creamy desserts I’ve ever had. Earlier they had a great set menu called - Lazy Saturdays which was outstanding, however they have discontinued it unfortunately. I’m really hoping they bring that back. A special thanks to Chef Danielle for the great food. And the manager Miss. Shalu and the hotel F&B manager Mr. Tariq for their constant attention to make the dining experience far better.
Most ideal restaurant if you are looking for some authentic Italian food. I've been here quite a few times and this place leaves me in awe everytime I visit. Tried pizza, pasta, and other starter options here and to be honest I've never felt disappointed.

Absolutely cherished both the ambience and the food :) the Italian cuisine was so authentic :) I loved the lamb lasagna . It was so creamy and scrumptious. If you want to enjoy both ambience and food I will highly recommend this place . It’s bit expensive but worth experiencing 😊

Expansive and a pleasant place to be in. Good to see a handful of vegetarian options on the menu. The staff is courteous and service is quick. Would be nice to see desserts added to the menu.
One of the best Italian food in town and they seem to use good key/ raw ingredients for their meats, sauces and especially their cheese, making all the difference in taste. Must haves are their Frito ristro starter (mix of batter fried prawns, calamari, fish and vegetables), lamb lasagne, spinach pizza, mushroom soup, risotto and chocolate trio for dessert. The fish and meats’ mains are quite good as well.
The ambiance is welcoming. The service I received was very pleasing. The food tastes amazing. I ordered a grilled salmon with a side of sautéed spinach, it was juicy and delicious.

Been here for office party and group dinner. The ambiance is so awesome! Their private dining room is great for team size of 20. The place has a very warm and classy feel with view of chefs working in open kitchen. The soups and warm breads are so fresh and welcoming. Have tried their pizzas and fish main course and all of them were on the spot. They also arranged Indian dessert sampler for our guests from abroad and it was great. A premium place in Hyderabad worth taking your business colleagues and clients to.
Hands down the best Italian Restaurant in Hyd and the best Italian food I have had in India till now. Absolutely fantastic. Chef Danielle is whipping up some amazing food. Looking back to dine again once the pizza oven in up and running. Just one word fantastic .

Treforni has become one of my favorite destination for Italian food in almost no time. This restaurant inside Park Hyatt is amazing combination of great ambiance and authentic food. Being fan of Italian cuisine, I just fell in love with their thin crust pizzas. Spinaci formaggi was just mind blowing. The classy ambiance makes every visit special. Staff is good and they make great recommendations. Extra points for ambiance, staff and service.

When you visit Tre-forni, the must try dessert is the Tiramisu. I'm a lover of tiramisu and mostly that is the only dessert I have and trust me I have eaten it at a lot of places in India, abroad. I would mark this Tiramisu as one of the finest I have tasted till date. A DEFINITE MUST TRY

Amazing desserts! The best Tiramisu and choco lava ever. We went after dining in the Indian restaurant (which was okay) but Treforni was the icing on the cake.

From a variety of breads' selection and wine, to authentic Italian pizzas and pastas, this place is ideal for those quaint fine dining experiences with family and friends.
First time visitor and was cleaned bowled with the seating and the ambience, it was very comfortable to be seated indoors and order for lasagna alle verdure which tasted great and loved it. Then came Ortolana Pizza which had to be eaten quickly as it would turn cold after which you just eat because you ordered. Only one thing to say that dishes served should be served super hot (understandable that we get into conversations and end up eating slowly - but then some dishes taste better when they are hot irrespective of how slowly it is eaten) otherwise good service (can do better though), superb offers but maybe next time. Definitely worth a visit and a place to have a great time together!
Luxury dining experience at its best 😊 A sumptuous meal with a superb staff makes it a must go place. The closest to actual Italian cuisine in India. The Chef personally comes and explains you the origin of the various available cheese cold cuts and the flair bar tender I must say is beyond awesome. He will make you taste the best ever cocktails as per your liking. One of the best fine dining experiences for me 😊

One of the finest. The chicken was tender all through and the gravy on the side though subtle made all the difference.
Sauted Mushrooms was the side dish and the combination of the two was perfect.

They say dessert making is an art and this was a masterpiece in itself. The balance of the ingredients was perfect. The proportions of cheese cream, cake and liqueur is so perfect and the quality in terms of mouth fell are beyond words that I can put down here.

We visited Tre-Forni for dinner on Christmas. It is one of the most authentic Italian place i have been to in India, from their menu creations down to their ingredients, they have definitely put in a lot of effort to curate excellent products. In addition to this being in park-Hyatt, the ambiance and the whole experience is on par with the best restaurants of the country. The only improvement they could make is definitely in service. There is a lot of room for improvement in the service department for a restaurant of this caliber. When you visit a restaurant despite it's steep prices, you want it to be a memorable night and only excellent service can ensure that. Little things like pouring us water before we ask for it, for a waiter assigned to each table to just start of a conversation and helping with the food with some friendly banter, having the bread basket ready and not making us waiting for it goes a long way. But that said, overall it was a very good experience. My husband ordered for their pre-fixed menu.
The starters: Pork and beef tortellini in it's broth, was a fantastic start. The mild broth complementing the stuffed tortellini perfectly. Lobster risotto for the main course, put our moods up by another notch. Both just in sync and not overpower the flavors. Perfect medium rare Lambshank, for the second course with polenta chunks and finally the dessert. The ice-cream served for the dessert was like none other I'd had so far.
I ordered myself a Tagliatelle with lamb Ragu(perfectly al-dente) and my MIL ordered Spinach dumplings, both fantastic in their own right, the steal was the Tiramisu. Have nothing here if you want but never miss the Tiramisu. It was to die for. While the other dessert - Panacotta with strawberry in syrup could have been better.

By far the best Italian in Hyderabad I have had. Outdoor seating is perfect for a cool December evening. Ordered a veg lasagna and risotto. Lasagna was cooked to be slightly burnt which imaprted a different and wonderful flavour to the dish. And the cheese in the risotto was wonderful. Deducting 0.5 stars just to be fair to other restaurants which serve pretty good but not this good Italian (serafina etc.) but charge half as much. All in all a must visit for Italian food lovers...
Went here on a Saturday for dinner with my wife! To start off with the place without doubt beats a michelin star restaurant when it comes to the live cooking and the ambiance. I ordered for a Spaghetti Carbonara and a Sicilia Pizza both of which were a burst of amazing flavours to relish. The outdoor section which was rather empty is a good place for a romantic dinner. In short if you want to go out for a date night this could be added in your list.

The brunch spread is huge which is laid over the entire bar, restaurant as well as the al-fresco seating area in the terrace. The terrace area offers a nice view of the city and some good lounge music. Invited for a preview of the brunch, I was happy to see a number of live counters - the panini station in the terrace area, the grill section displaying mouthwatering marinated meat and seafood, as well as a large pasta station in the central part of the restaurant. The dessert spread in the bar area was quite enticing.
My Bengali roots obviously attracted me first towards the seafood part of the grill. Prawns, lobsters, squids, pomfrets were some aqua creatures on display. I asked for some lobsters to be grilled with lemon butter sauce. It was fun scooping out the soft and mildly herbed meat from the lobster shells. There were a number of meat dishes such as tenderloin, pork and lamb chops in the grilling station as well. The Herb Crusted Bekti (Branzino In Crosta) served with roasted potatoes and tomatoes was another delicate dish which deserves a mention.
A separate menu listed the brunch cocktails. I went for a Mai Tai, a rum and fruit juice based Polynesian drink. At the antipasti section there were a series of bite sized food to go with the drinks. The Smoked Chicken in Tuna Mayo (Pollo Tonnato) and Smoked Tuna (Carpaccio Di Tonno) were good to go with the drinks. The salad and antipasti counter had a range of pickled or grilled vegetables and meat dishes. Just next to the salads there were a selection of breads like focaccia, baguettes and ciabatta. A selection of classy hams as well as cheese were available for diners to customize as per their liking.
There was only one soup on offer - Chickpea based Zuppa Di Ceci. Somehow I did not like its taste. From the pizza counter, I had couple of slices of the original Margherita and Salamoni Picante (spicy salami with mozzarella and tomato). Both of them were of the highest standard.
The pasta live counter was an elaborate affair. There were at least ten varieties of freshly made pastas along with choices of different sauces. The Potato Gnocchi in Pesto Sauce was well prepared. My favourite here were the small ear shaped Orecchiette with Pork sausages in porcini. A few other attractions were spaghettis in tomato chilli sauce and raviolis with salmon and green peas.
At this stage, I tried out the next cocktail named Spicy Mary, a vodka based drink with soya, vinegar and thai Sriracha. I am fond of spicy or chilli infused cocktails, and this one did not disappoint me too. The other two brunch cocktails on offer were the Mule Cup (Spiced Rum in Cinnamon Syrup) and Raspberry Sling (Dark Rum with raspberry juice). For people who prefer traditional drinks over cocktails, one can choose from a range of beers and other Indian liquors.
It was finally the time for main courses. There were about seven different dishes available on the buffet. One of the best dishes for me was the Pomfret in a tomato basil sauce (Arrosto Pomfret). The Spinach and Ricotta Lasagne was extremely cheesy and thick. The Red Wine braised Lamb Dish had a flowing curry and I dunked some multigrain bread in it to absorb the flavours, it tasted sublime. Even the Seafood Stew worked out pretty good for me.
The buffet has a humongous spread of desserts. I could not do much justice to most of them as I was already full. All I could manage was to nibble a little from the desserts selected by others. Tiramisu, Chocolate Truffles and Raspberry Eclaires were appreciated by most of the diners on my table.
If you are a lover of western, especially Italian food, Tre-Forni on a Sunday afternoon is just the right place for you. Go with lot of time in hand as the service is rather leisurely. A fine dine like Tre-Forni may need to work on this aspect, as this is one of the most exclusive and expensive brunches in the city. However the diversity and quality of the dishes available in my opinion makes the brunch extremely attractive.

We had dinner at this expensive place, just to experience the restaurant about which we had heard a lot.
The place is good. The food was delicious, it had to be, considering the swankiness of the hotel.
Perhaps the waiters could have been a trifle more friendly and helped us choose appropriate vegetarian dishes from the menu. Come to think of it, the vegetarian choices were limited.
We will possibly visit again, but not in a hurry! We have to make sure that we build up our bank balances once again before doing so!!

Coming to food we ordered from PRIMI section LASAGNA ALLA BOLOGNESE and from PIZZA section FRUTTI DI MARE these two dishes was mind blowing in taste must try it , and coming to DESSERT we ordered PANNA COTTA CON FRAGOLE MARINATE Was gud good ... Overall the food and the restaurant was amazing must try it ..

Missed out on the Tiramisu. Wish they had informed me the kitchen would close at 11. That was the only thing I didn't like about the service, that's obviously expected of the staff.
The Chicken stripes is a must try and in Mock-tails, prohibition gimlet is super good.
Tiramisu is also a good try here the ambience is amazing.
If you like a slow paced slow music environment then this is the best choice. I mean I am tired of those lounges very people can’t enjoy a good meal without loud music. The service was obviously very, you expect nothing less from HYATT. The staff was very pleasant. The food was good can’t say great cos I have had better pasta before. There could’ve been more variety in pasta and pizza.
I only have the highest positive feedback to share for this restaurant - from the open “live” kitchen vibe, the overall rich ambience, the terrific hospitality of the staff (they checked on me multiple times as I was dining alone and were prompt and courteous throughout), and last but never the least, the fare. The mushroom soup was delicious as was the chicken salad. Highly recommended!

Had a dinner here and enjoyed the four cheese pizza. The taste of this pizza was beautiful. The hotel has a calming vibe which makes it a plus. Also tried Panacotta which was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend!

This has been my fav Italian restaurant in town for some years now..... my dining experience has always been great. I reserve this place for special occasions and the place be it ambience or food or services exudes that too.... My top picks are Seafood risotto, pizza, Tiramisu. Sunday brunch has always been on my list and somehow couldn't get yet.... I have also been there for New years and the spread for brunch was vast.... specially desserts.

Went to try out this Italian restaurant with a friend of mine and here are my thoughts.
Ambience: Beautiful Upscale interiors, perfect for a date.
Drinks: They got good collections for wine, we started off with a glass of Pinot Noir.
Was complimenting the complementary breads
Food: We left everything to the chef and this is what we got
Tuna Tartare: the dish was very fresh, fatty & delicious. They presented by CoveritUp with a dome and when it opened with a bang of smoke 😍
Mushrooms & Black Truffle Pizza: I am still excited that I had black truffles for the first time. Every time a slice of the truffle hit the pizza my heart went “Ooollala”
Tortellini Pasta: TBH had it for the first time, it just melted in my mouth.
Lamb Chops: loved the sauce it was cooked in & the bone just came off the meat.
Orange mousse Tart: this made me remember my childhood, there used to be a orange cream biscuit which used to be my fav, and this dessert made me remember that. Every bite I had, I wanted more.
Overall, loved the experience, the vibe, the food
