AMBIANCE & SERVICE - They have a rooftop seating area which has an amazing view at night. It can be a perfect destination for a date. The open seating also has a stage where you can enjoy live music. When we went there Amnesia band was playing and they really lit up the atmosphere. The have mood lightning set up everywhere and even on the inside its pretty lit. On weekends it gets a quite crowded during weekends but the place doesn't loose its feel. Their service is good. During heavy crowded service gets slow but that is understandable.
FOOD - I've visited this place once and tried a couple of items only so I'll give review for that. I'll update this review when I visit it again and try more food.
1. Margherita pizza (Veg) - This was a delicious pizza. It was thin crust and had decent amount of toppings. The cheese tasted quite authentic. I would totally recommend.
2. Baked Pasta - The could have been better. It was well cooked but tasted more like veg lasagna.
3. F9 BBQ Chicken - Delicious and tender chicken. Properly cooked and coated with flavorful sauce.
I will totally recommend this place.
Overlooking Durgra Cheruvu the outdoor sitting area looks over the newly completed park and rehabilitated lake making it a great place for lunch. The menu is diverse but some dishes were not available on the day we dined. For starters we ordered crispy corn and Korean crispy chicken. Mains were F9 Shwarma and the chorizo focaccia. All dishes were generous in quantity and very tasty. This combined with some tasty cocktails made for a great lunch experience.
Service was really impressive and waiter Dilip was very Polite professional and customer oriented

This place was decent and mainly crowded with young corporate ppl,some families were there. Staff are well-behaved but slow service. They offered garlic bread as a complimantory dish but they didn't offer any peanut or chips with alcohol.Inside of that restro maybe AC was not working and that was very hot, Outdoor seeting arrangement is nice with a pleasent view। Do visit in the time of happy hour

What a place man, This is by far the most wonderful place with beautiful view. With this decent view you can have a very delicious food. It has a great buffer with awesome taste. The only thing I didn't like it, it has less options in buffer.
I have visited this place twice, for lunch buffet and ala carte in the evening. I feel evenings are better here as the DJ and rooftop ambience are add ons. Food was good both the times. Only thing is they should improve a bit on the service. Rest we enjoyed our visit there.

A place with a pretty view perfect for brunch specially that offers both buffet and ala carte and if the weather is pleasant then it becomes the best time ever. quite a crowded place specially on weekends which is why it preferred to get your reservations done in advance.
We were very much famished as it was already lunch time so we quickly ordered some of the yummy dishes like- Dhabe da Murgh, Railway Road Mutton Curry, Kerala Mutton Curry, Skillet Lasagna Chicken, Sundried Checken Penne, Spicy Chicken Tikka Pizza, Paneer Methi Chaman Bahar, Spaghetti Pesto Aioli and some assorted breads along with it.
Moving on and saving some room for dessert we witnessed some of best sweet dishes of the day- New York Baked CheeseCake, Baked Yoghurt with Gulab Jamun (the star of the lunch) and Gooey Chocolate Brownie with ice cream. The best part of this lunch was Baked Yoghurt with Gulab Jamun which was very very impressive and surprising. I can still feel the taste lingering on my palatte its so pleasant yet inexplicable.

The place has a very beautiful ambiance and a wonderful scenic look of the Hyderabad city from the rooftop.They have a decked up ambiance and a great place to hang around with friends.
We tried several mocktails and loved their Ginger based lemon mocktail.Loved their Blue Caprioska, guava chatpat also
We were in a group and tried several starters-one of the best which I loved and highly recommend is their Chicken Shawarma.
The Chicken and the Prawn starters were fantastic and made to perfection specially their Crispy chicken and Cantonese Chicken
We tried their Bbq Chicken which was so brilliantly made with the Bbq sauce .Soft, succulent ,juicy and filling.
I loved their Kerala mutton curry, butter chicken and Dal Makhani which came with rotis and didn't expect this place will serve such a wonderful main course.
The pizzas and aglio olio shagetti pesto pasta which we tried from their menu came out to be so be brilliant and nicely cooked.
For dessert the Cheese cake and gulab Jamun baked yogurt is a must try. Great ambience, lovely food and good service..what else do you need?.
A pretty lakeview, comfy seating, rooftop and great music- this place has the best ambience and also has a brilliant indoor seating. The wide range of Food Menu is a bonus.

It's in inorbit mall, level-5, Located in such hustling bustling part of the city which makes it accessible to most of the public. The ambiance looks really amazing, and the seating arrangments also look great. On one side they have high chairs and high tables, and on another side they have nice cozy seating arrangements of sofa and table.
I tried many mocktails out of which my favorite is guava punch. If you are a non-cocktail person like me, do try it out. I didn't try any cocktails but presentation wise, they all looked really awesome.
Coming to the food items, Veg starters- I loved cheese and corn croquets, broccoli cheese kebab and asian veg crunchy rolls. The broccoli kebab tasted so good and it was really very soft so I enjoyed it a lot.
Non veg starters- I tried Iranian Joojeh kebab, makhmali murrgh tikka, thai roasted chicken, pepper chilli fish and roasted prawns. All of these were tasted good.
Main course- I loved their main course, parathas wth Kerala mutton fry and railway road mutton curry. You must try these. Another favourite is Skillet lasagna chicken. The lasagna was so soft and tasted really very delicious. In veg I tried- Spaghetti Pesto Aioli and Sundried veg penne, just loved the kick of flavours in these two dishes.
Now, for desserts- I tried New York baked cheese cake, baked yogurt with gulab jamun and gooey chocolate brownie. I loved each one of them, and my favourite was baked yogurt with gulab jamun, it tasted so delicious and the combination of baked yogurt and gulab jamun was just incredible. I never tasted such a combination. You must try it at this place.
Overall, it was an amazing experience for me at this place.

Coming to the food, Kerala Mutton fry is next level do try this dish with paratha and also Railway road mutton Curry , sun dried chicken pizza were really good. Coming to dessert segment Baked yogurt with gulab jamun and New York baked cheese cheese are most recommended.

An amazing pub in the IT hub of the city with a wonderful view of Durgam Cheruvu. This place is open to the sky and is great for midnight parties. The bar has all kinds of drinks you can ever expect and is located just below the stage for live concerts. We just loved the ambiance and the hospitality of this place. When it comes to the food they have an elaborate menu which serves popular dishes from every cusine. The presentation of the mocktails and cocktails was LIT. I have to mention the Vampire's Lust. It was presented well and tasted extraordinary. The Makhmalai Murg tikka is another dish which needs to be talked about. It was made out of boneless chicken breast peices roasted with loads of fresh cream and package inside an envelope made out of egg whites omelette.

The ambience is great, its a lively place. If you are someone who likes a lively atmosphere at your eating place, you would love this place.
For starters, we had joojeh kababs, chilli fish, chicken and chilli paneer.
Not to miss the chicken and veg pizza: it tasted great!
If you are a dessert lover, you would love the desserts here as well, I tried the blueberry cheesecake and I must say its one of the best blueberry cheesecakes I have had.

Here comes a place i visited for my sunday brunch Fusion9 Inorbit and i must tell you it was totally packed up with lots of people finally we figure out a table for us and ended up having a brunch with a blissful view of durgam cheruvu , greenary and sky for which we crave all for .
Menu :- itz all about sunday brunch where we gonna get lots of healthy n junky food which gonna blast our tummy alot .
Salads were exceptional at this place with the unique mixing of veg and non veg quite impressed with both the salads definetly and highly recommend them . 5⭐️
Here comes a maincourse biryani with mutton gravy was best i did not have a piece of mutton was lovingly enjoying the gravy which was crave for with the spinach added in it . 5⭐️
As we all know brunches and buffets always excite us and looking them we fill our half of the tummy so i could not eat much 😂
There was also a dosa section :- u gonna get uttapa , masala dosa and all love the hot dosa getting served directly on our plate . 5⭐️

Was here for a Sunday brunch with friends. This place is quite popular and serves some of the best brunch menu. The ambience is too good with being rooftop and this place was real packed. The food was buffet kind. But the starters came on to the table.
We started off with the mocktails which were pretty good. There were some amazingly fancy cocktails too. Tandoori chicken was spicy and tasty. The fish in hot garlic sauce was yummy. Veg manchurian was pretty good too. Hariyali paneer tikka was average . Crispy chicken pakoda was amazing.
Towards the main course, we had many items from the menu. I personally loved the Zafrani Biryani which is highly recommended. Loved it. Lucknowi Dum Biryani was pretty average. From the live menu i loved the masala omlette, the masala dosa and also Mongolian fried rice. The veg and chicken pizza were very thin crust and delicious.
The salad counter served the best veg and nonveg salads. Everything was fresh and tasty. Pita bread and hummus and chicken salad along with veggies were very good.
Coming to the desserts i personally loved the coffee Panna cotta and also the cheesecake. The strawberry cake was yumm. Overall all the desserts on the counter were great.
This place is amazing for a good brunch with your family and friends. 😊😃
Happened to visit fusion 9 Inorbit mall last Sunday to check out their brunch and I was stunned and how.. always loved their ambiance & the view it comes with! Sunday brunch was pretty busy with lots of party and gatherings. The spread was good enough for the price they were offering! My most fav part of the brunch was eggs and salads! All the non vegetarian salads were super delicious. That’s something you don’t want skip! The starters were mainly Indian and Chinese, the usual ones! They have a special dosa counter and you should totally try their dosa! The main course is limited to a couple of dishes like chicken biryani, fish curry, lasagna and so on! The dessert spread was huge and loved their white chocolate brownies, so yumm! The service was not upto the mark had to wait for the order to come! But overall a good place for family & friends

Really loved the crowd. So jam packed. That very much tells how good the place is. This place is best for buffet with variety of options available. They do have live counters for Italian options. And lemme tell you, that guy at Italian live counter is really doing a great job. Be it fried rice, noodles, pasta or scrambled eggs. Everything is perfect.
Also you have live counter for dosa and uttapam.
Apart from this a lot of veg and non veg options are available in buffet, containing all non veg options like chicken, fish and mutton. Naans are served at the table.
And and and, coming to the dessert section. Such amazing varieties of desserts are available here.
Also you get mini burger pizzas and what not.
So i would call it a perfect place for all age groups.

Ambience : So this place called Fusion 9 is a lounge which is at the top floor in one of the biggest mall in hyderabad by name Inorbit mall near hitec city. This place is shared between the fusion 9 and amnesia. They have three sections, one is outdoor and the other two are indoor.

Fusion 9 is a great place with stunning ambience having a lovely view of the Durgam cheruvu(lake). This place offers great buffet which has a wide and unique range of desserts which will blow your mind. Also has ala carte with curated menu. Also you have few offers from Zomato and Dineout apps.
I have been invited for a lunch session for experiencing such a lovely place which made by Sunday by having awesome food and meeting my fellow food bloggers.
Being a non veg lover, I mostly prefer to eat non veg. But the great veg starters here like Mexican Potato Skin which is one of the best starter in veg just melted away with thick layers of cheese on it and surprisingly even that skin was also very tasty. Other than this Broccoli Cheese Kebab, Pepper Chilly Paneer, Cheese Corn Croquettes are the must try ones.
For the non veg starters we had Thai Roasted Chicken which is very juicy with perfect amount of spices, Thai Roasted Prawn which is the best dish I had here with juicy tiger prawns coated with Thai flavoured species which really added great taste to it. Makhmali Murgh Tikka is a unique kind of dish with Chicken malai tikka wrapped in fluffy egg white tasted great. But still tikka needs to be a bit improvised in terms of tenderness.
Coming to main course Dhaba da Murgh was the show topper with nicely diced juicy chicken with perfect gravy in combo with Butter naan is really great combination. Kerala Mutton Fry and Railway Road Mutton Curry were great and spicy but still have some room of improvement in terms which also we informed the lead chef there.
Mocktails here like Sunset cooler is one the best, followed by Guva chat pat with some masala flavour in it enriched this mocktail, Mango slush is also one the best to taste here.
Coming to desserts, Baked Yoghurt with gulab jamun is the best and must try, New York Baked Cheese Cake is great to try and ofcourse Gooey Chocolate Brownie with ice-cream is a perfect one to end our lunch.
Even on weekend staff managed very well in getting most of the dishes in time and very friendly to take the genuine feedback. Although given them few areas of improvement, hope they will definitely take and improve. Will surely visit again to experience their great food and ambience.

Recently, I’ve written a detailed review about Amnesia mentioning how it’s located on the 5th floor of Inorbit mall, which is one of the most happening places of Hyderabad. Also mentioning in my review as to how Amnesia shares its rooftop with Fusion9 which is a fine-dine restaurant.
While Amnesia is known for great ambience offering a beautiful view of the Durgam Cheruvu and their out-of-the-box cocktails, Fusion9 is known for unique delicacies and desserts. Along with a shared Rooftop experience, they offer indoor seating with an A La Carte Menu and a buffet spread as well.
As, a big part of the restaurant is occupied by the rooftop, there’s not much to mention about the ambience. However I do appreciate the attention to detail with regards to the seating and comfort level. As previously mentioned about the shared space, customers enjoy the convenience of ordering uber-delicious food from fusion9 while also enjoying drinks on demand from the Full Bar available at Amnesia.
To start off, we were served with veg and non-veg starters which had beautifully curated delicacies like Cripy Corn Croquets, Cheese Broccoli, Iranian Joojeh Chicken Kebab, Chicken Makhmali Kebab, Thai Roasted Chicken, Prawns and Pepper Fish. All of which had distinct flavours and tasted great. The Cheese Broccoli and Iranian Joojeh Kebab were the highlights of Starters.
Moving on to the Entrées, heart-filling dishes like, Chicken and Veggie Pizzas, Broccoli Mushroom and Spinach Skillet Lasagna, Railway Road Mutton Curry, Kerala Mutton Fry, Paneer Methi Chaman Bahar, Dhaabe Da Murg along with A range of Pastas and Spaghetti Pesto Aioli were served. The Skillet Lasagna and Spaghetti definitely stole the show among all the Entrées.
Finally it was time for desserts. Now, I personally feel that dessert can make or break the meal. I mean in the end, your meal completely depends on how you’d end it. Clearly the guys at fusion9 know how to win hearts, so for desserts we were served the most exotic dishes I’ve ever tasted. The New York Baked Cheese cake with a drizzle of Blueberry Purée, the Gooey Hot Chocolate Brownie and the Baked Yogurt Served with Gulab Jamun and a garnish of Gulkhand (Sweet preserve made of rose petals and sugar, widely used across the city) was served.
All of which tasted off the charts good, but the Baked Yogurt was one that stood out. Beautifully baked and had the right amount of sweetness. One dish that could drag me back to Fusion9 for sure.
If you wanna spend quality time with your loved one or friends and family, and are looking for a rooftop with good food and drinks on offer, then this place is the riight choice. With an Airy rooftop with good music, Courteous Staff and a beautifully crafted menu, I’d say this place is worth every penny spent.
My experience has been great overall and I’ll surely visit them again.!

The thin crust veg Margherita pizza was fresh, warm and cheesy and just enough tomatoes without being over powering to the taste of the cheese. The sauce was slightly spiced with herbs and tasted just right, giving it a boozy and smoky flavour
The place has beautiful ambiance and situated at 5th floor. It has both indoor and outdoor seating arrangement which is classy and spacious

Fusion 9 isn't new to me.. many times i thought of visiting and finally was there last week during lunch.loved the dishes and the quick service along with some great ambience.
For starters you shouldn't miss Iranian joojeh kebab, pepper chilli fish and thai roasted prawn. Asian veg crunchy roll was equally good. Loved the chicken pizza and chicken bao. Drunker monk looks great too!
For desserts new york baked cheesecake is the best over here. Apart from that, i liked baked yoghurt with gulab jamun as well. Much love guys💓

Fusion 9 restaurant is located in Inorbit Mall, Hitech City. Fusion 9 is sharing the space with Amnesia Sky Bar which is run by the same Management.
I went for a Sunday Brunch with couple of my friends. The place was jam packed with full of young crowd considering Sunday. The view is quite amazing as you can see Durgam Cheruvu as soon as you enter. Along with the view, the pleasant cold breeze will lighten your mood.
In Sunday Brunch, they've 3 categories: Soft Brunch (999), Spirit Brunch (1499) and Kids Brunch (699).
We started with Veg Manchuria, Fried Fish with Hot Garlic sauce, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Pakoda, Hariyali Paneer Tikka and Corn Croquettes. My favourite were Fried Fish which was perfectly cooked. Tandoori Chicken was juicy and well marinated. Veg Manchuria was soft and juicy.
There was a massive spread for Sunday Brunch, I wasn't able to hog on every item and I guess no one can. The Main course spread was good along with desserts.
They also have live counters where they serve Dosa, Omelette and many more customised food items. The service was quick and Management was very friendly.
If you're looking for a Sunday Brunch with friends or family and you want to rejuvenate your mood then Fusion 9 is highly recommended. The price is worth to spend, keeping in mind the massive spread, quality and experience.

Recently visited Fusion 9 with friends for a Sunday Brunch.
Situated on the fifth floor of Inorbit Mall, Fusion 9 holds the honour of best dinning with a phenomenal view.
It is huge with in and outside seating area having enormous space to accommodate 50-60 people and more at a time.
Fusion 9 comes with variety of different cuisines and group friendly dinning.
The buffer here is rich in versatility, you get a lot of option to choose from. The entrance comprises of a huge table full of appetizers, salads, breads and other confectionery.
Followed by the seating areas, the place also has a bar which serves nice cocktails and drinks.
The outdoor seating has a pleasant ambience, so does the inside. The interiors are profoundly attractive and lit up the mood.
Coming the Brunch Buffet, it comprises of dishes served at your table, soups...both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, condiments, sandwiches and mini burgers, pizzas, live counters, live Mongolian counter, buffet lunch and dessert counter.
Among the Starters which are served at the table consists of veg croquettes, veg Manchurian, hariyali paneer tikka, tandoori chicken, chicken pakoda, batter fried fish in hot garlic sauce. In these the best picks are the fish and the tandoori chicken. Totally spectacular!!!
They have a live counter for Dosa and Uthappam. Totally loved it. You can get freshly prepared Dosa served with two types of chutneys.
Coming to the lunch buffet counter, it has many specimens for veg and non veg.
For veg starts with veg lasgna, Ratatouille, Paneer do pyaza, aloo matar, bhindi jaypuri, veg Pulao, Sambar and steam rice.
For non veg, there are grilled fish, roasted chicken, mutton saagwala, Lucknowi chicken biryani.
These all are accompanied by curd rice, curd, papad, pickles, naan, roti and parathas.
Lastly the dessert counter has mini mousses, various pastries, fresh cut fruits and gulab jamun.
Coming to the drinks, the cocktails served here were quite decent, but a few needed improvement. Same with the mocktails, some were refreshing and others were average in taste.
Overall this place holds the best choice for buffet options.
Dinning with a beautiful view, with exquisite food and company calls for a rush here.

Mesmerising lunch we had at fusion 9 . It is in the inorbit shopping mall. 5th floor
It was our first visit.The food was just Marvellous. Each and every item of the buffet lunch was lickerish and mouth watering & the mocktail and cocktail are not the part of our lunch buffet are take by us separately
Everything was really satisfying food was really good. Staffs were really co operative and well behaved. Atmosphere was outstanding.

Located in the Inorbit Mall at Hitech City, this Fusion 9 has lovely and soothing interiors which greet the guests, and also a great outdoor ambience that welcomes you.
I visited this place with a couple of my friends. We started off with a some of their best starters; Korean Crispy Chicken, Iranian Joojeh Kebab, Aranchini Balls, Broccoli Cheese Kabab and Makhmali Murgh Tikka. Broccoli Kabab is one of their signature dishes and it was amazing. Joojeh Kebab was soft and succulent, and cooked to perfection. The traditional Iranian flavours were just amazing.
We followed this with the main course; Arabic Mezze Platter & Dal Makhani Platter from the veg, and Pepper Chilly Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Crispy Chicken, Chicken Shawarma and Chicken Biryani from the non-veg. The Arabic Mezze Platter was great with chips with hummus and babganoush tzaziki. The spices and masala in Chilly Chicken and Biryani were just apt and the meat was tender, cooked to perfection.
Fusion 9 is a fantastic place to chill and enjoy your time with friends and family. Their service is great, and so is the ambiance.
I would definitely want to visit again.

One could never get Amnesia at Amnesia! What a memorable evening I had with friends..bring a large group, we got to try a lot of food and mocktails..loved the ambience to start with, overlooking the Durham Chevru lake, atop The famous inorbit mall, Amnesia sky bar rests along with it's sister fine dining restaurant Fusion 9. We started the lunch with a starters and mocktails..all drinks made to perfection! My personal favourite was the Guava Chat Pat...really amazing!! Tried the really crunchy Asian Crunchy rolls (Veg), Broccoli cheese, Makhmali murgh Tikka, Roasted chicken Thai style ..very tasty indeed and also sort a fusion..good combos..Next came pizzas, loved the Greek veg pizza..really nice thin crust and lots of filling..looked healthy too.. cheese quantity was to.my liking..the chicken Tikka pizza could be lots better..but still good..then can the pastas- loved all the three the sun-dried tomatoes veg penne pasta..the red sauce one, the white sauce one also penne and the spaghetti..my absolute favourite pesto aglioli pasta..the green one..was simply delicious!!! Must try.. then for the Indian palates, we had tried the classic butter chicken...sooo yuuuumm..the Kerala mutton fry was another huge hit..must have..really fusion it was with the Punjabi North Indian and Kerala flavours..don't worry, not too much coconut..the flavours were there but complimented each other perfectly..we were served these with roti, kulcha and naan, again all were made to perfection..loved the method paneer and palak paneer too..really tasty..to end this beautiful evening, along with the sunset came the desserts- started with cheesecake that wasn't the best but still very well made..then came the icecreams that were fused with other flavours and brought to the table in a platform sizzling with liquid nitrogen I m assuming..it was a sight to behold..really nice..I forgot to mention that the drinks they served were very creatively done so..some in giant syringes, and others in a saline pouch that you see in hospital..having cranberry drink and labelled vampires or something ..very funny, and we had lots of fun with them! Back to the desserts, the last was indeed the show stopper- I could keep having this for my entire life..called the baked yogurt, this dessert blew all our minds...so tasty..like a pudding set on the plate, it's a cold dessert and I can't explain..your mind just goes...numb saying yuuuumm..and then we understood why this place was called Amnesia..after digesting the dessert ofcourse..hehe..that's all folks..I could go on..but it's getting too long..loved the place..will go again..loved their service too!! Some of us who had some cold , when requested they made mocktails without ice without any fuss and they were tasty too!! Thanks guys! Enjoyed the evening very much!

It was a good experience and food was delectable. Staff is courteous n quick service was provided. Must say good hospitality. We ordered grilled chicken, it's a platter with mashed potatoes n some honey (sweet) sauce. And shawarmas too, though they didn't taste good. Maybe chef needs to know the right ingredients. If you want to try different cousine and have authentic taste, check out this please. However found this restaurant little overpriced. We enjoyed the food n liked the cozy ambience.

Fusion 9 is an absolute pleasure to visit. The outdoor ambience is great and gives a welcoming vibe.

This place was recently renovated and I must say that they have done a fantastic job. The ambiance is excellent and the furniture that they have used in the restaurant is not standard, every area of the restaurant has different furniture and it looks cool. They do have live music on certain days, I’m not sure if it’s every day. Food is good, we were happy with everything that we ate.

Yesterday we had dinner at Fussion 9 Inorbit mall. It was a wonderful dinner but artificial flowers were too much on all the tables. Very noise I think inside the live band members were doing arrangement. We had quick dinner and came out. Service was very good, food was also good. Combo curry with roti n rice was very tasty. The complimentary salad with papad were very fresh and good gesture. Toilet were very clean. Overall very nice one can go and enjoy the meal there.
