The food is great and so is the ambient seating area. The staff is very polite. Though a bit on the pricier side, would totally recommend it. Perfect setting for an evening well with family or friends.
Food Presentation : makes me want to jump right in
Food Taste : delicious, yummy but quantity per serve is very less.. the bartender/mixologist did not give us the same drink in all similar containers.. which speaks tremendously about their not so perfect or the chalta hai attitude.
Ambience : pleasant ambience but the air conditioning is not in full utilisation.. the split ac at the table we reserved did not work.. and this caused us a bit of inconvenience.
Service : friendly... but service is a little delayed.
Cleanliness : neat and clean
This visit was about trying out all the cuisines in their menu. And yes they did not disappoint me. Their serve time has also improved a lot than what I had experieced earlier. In less than 15 mins our dishes which varied from Indian to Italian to Arabian to Continental. And each of their dishes were impressive and there was hardly any flaw that we could take out. Only small room for increasing user experience is improving the music choice. Everything was fantastic.I would like to go back soon for more.
Good ambience. The Arabic mezze with freshly baked pita bread, joojeh kababs, tempura prawns with wasabi mayo were done just right. Also ordered the spicy chilli chicken, fish tikka and a chicken breast. The entire food overall was well prepared and served soon. I reckon it being beginning of the week, the place wasn't busy at all.
Good place guys. Italian food was good. The starters were particularly good. The cheese broccoli and salted mushroom was particularly good !!!!!
I visited Fusion 9 on new year's eve,the ambience is amazing, it was beautifully decorated and lighting was just perfect, the service was good and the food was tasty I loved the brocolli cheese kebab after that the heavenly pizza - thin crust, hot, properly baked and flavored very well, the staff was very friendly the atmosphere was very decent, overall it was a very good experience.
This place has been on my wish list for a long long time . I never got the opportunity to visit fusion 9. Located just opposite city center it's a well known and famous restaurant. The ambience was pleasant with dim lights. We ordered Iranian joojeh which was very tasty . It was one of the best dishes I've ever tasted , it was really good but the quantity was very less only 5 pieces . For main course we ordered BBQ chicken with mashed potatoes ,it was good.
Over all a good experience. I felt the quantity served was very less for the price charged but they do taste very good.
The service was very fast and they don't take too much time to get the order.
My rating is 4. A good place to visit with friends and family.
If you love good food and love a good atmosphere, this is the place to go and enjoy continental food at its best. the buffet on saturday and sunday are awesome. don't miss it. A little on the expensive side but worth every penny
these guys never fail to amaze you!! been there for the sunday brunch!! nice spread and delicious food!! desserts as always droooollll worthy!!
I used to be a regular at this place once upon a time. And by that I am talking about 10 years ago, when I used to live in Hyderabad. Used to love this place and could not get enough of it.
I had an opportunity to go to Hyderabad last weekend and I did not want to miss this place. Went on a Saturday for lunch. Place was not crowded but just a couple of tables occupied.
We ordered for our regular i.e my husband ordered for steak and I, grilled salmon.
The taste is still the same even after 10 years!!! Totally impressed.
Good service and courteous staff too.
Overall had an awesome time.
Thank you F9 for giving us the same experience :)

Fusion 9 , again one of the best restaurant in Hyderabad and my favorite place, enjoyed every time, love the food, service and location, easy to reach here.
best wishes, take care
Loved this place once upon a time...4 years ago...visited it once again...last weekend...tasty food...but not much to offer on the menu...wish could have more options...however would like to add that whatever is there on offering tastes really well...
The special Sunday brunch of this place was something we had been looking forward to since long. We enter the place and see the desserts lines up on a table. I knew I was in heaven that very moment.
We settle down and the staff comes up to ask for drinks. We order mock-tails in peach, strawberry and orange which are soon served while we go to fill our plates with salads. The variety is mind blowing and each and every dish is made with perfection. The starters are soon served while we reorder more drinks in banana and litchi.
The main course was not as exciting as the starters and salads were. Or perhaps we were pretty filled to savour them. So we take a dish or two and move to desserts which was a perfect ending of this romance with food.
Good ambiance and music grabs this place more points !
Been here for a dinner with my wife and another couple. We had indian dishes, pasta and deserts. The food is ok, not WOW. I think it is a bit pricey because you can get same or better quality of the food for less amount in other restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is ok.
Food 3.5/5
Ambiance 4/5
Service 4/5
Value 3/5
Visited Fusion 9 for the Republic Day lunch.
The restaurant was busy.
I liked their menu - a lot of options - and items in the menu are usual but still different.
We ordered Lahore kebab, gnocchi and quesadillas.
Food was average. Ambiance was average. Service was good.
Though I found it a little expensive.
We went to the New Year's Day Special Brunch at Fusion9. They were offering a large & diverse spread of foods for the occasion. There was a good selection of cold cuts, & a decent cheese board- two things that are not very common in buffet offerings of Indian restaurants. There was a nice Lamb Oozi counter, where they were serving meat carved off a grilled lamb joint. Tasty smoked Turkey breast pieces & a nice smoked turkey salad was also in the spread. Besides these, there was a huge selection of antipasti, salads, sushi, sandwiches, bite sized burgers etc., not too mention a mouth watering variety of desserts. Last but not the least, the mocktails served were nice & refreshing.
Now that we covered the things that went well, let's cover those that didn't go well. The Oven Baked Fish I found to be rather tasteless. Ravioli ordered from the live pasta counter was very sub standard. And the Tiramisu was also rather disappointing. Finally on the ambience side, I felt that the management had admitted too many guests into a rather small space , making the overall environment rather clustered.
This place is attractive both ambience and food wise. The menu is creative and the service is great. The presentation is thoughtful and I appreciate the finesse with which they cooked the food. It's a little on the expensive side but Fusion 9 is worth a try.
Fusion 9 offers a great Sunday brunch that has a wide spread It is a good place for a family lunch or if you want to catch up with friends. The brunch has 2 options, one with alcoholic drinks and one without. Give yourself 2-3 hours so that you can savor the menu .The spread was big enough that you have plenty of choices but you don't get overwhelmed by the number of dishes Food quality is excellent.. Finish it off with yummy deserts. The Brunch is slightly expensive but for the food offered you would want to go there again and again.. A special mention to our server Mr. Joseph he was very considerate of our kids and was warm and carried a smile all through.
OVERALL :- With Christmas just around the corner the restro was all decorated with Christmas theme ..beautiful ambiance to go with great food .and pleasant service
The place is very pretty and I went there with family. The ambiance is very good. Ordered a lot of food. The soup and mocktail were fine. Starters were paneer and mushroom tikka, well cooked and delightful in taste. Smashed potato and mozzarella sticks were amazing af. The Indian food we had i.e naan, paneer Butter masala and black dal were also great. Then the basil pesto pasta and margarita pizza were exquisite. I had red velvet pastry for dessert which was very Creamy and delicious. I liked the service. The only glitch is that the place is overpriced and the quantity they serve is not justified. They should revise the rates and increase quantity or else they will face depreciation.
One of my favourite restaurants in hyderabad:
Yes indeed it is one of my favourite restaurants in hyderabad. It never lets me down. Revisited this after along gap. Wanted to have a gud experience on my bdy and I ws happy that I chose this place for dinner.
Music:
Nice and soft, not too loud nor too low. Just perfect 👌🏻
Ambience:
Very well designed space with gud decor and a well stocked up bar.Perfect for a romantic candle light dinner or for a family meal. Comfortable and cozy furniture, well thought out seating and lighting arrangements. Gives u a laid back feel.
Service:
Excellent is the word to describe it. Polite and alert staff who know their stuff and clear and crisp talk. Prompt service.
Food:
Amazing!!!! Ordered creamy broccoli soup and it was evey bit creamy and yummy 😋.Must try for its delicate flavour and texture. For the mains went all sea food and ordered grilled murrel steak with mash potatoes, the choice of sauce ws lemon butter cos I feel it goes will with fish but u can for mustard sauce as well. It ws a lovely wholesome experience in its own, from very good presentation to a cooked to perfection fish wch has a dense texture with light potato mash with a perfect accompaniment of veggies... umm mouth watering. Also tried my all time favourite crispy fried basa with coconut crumb..umm delicious, delicate flavour of the coconut crumble crust wch adds to the light basa ,wch makes the combination q delight to eat with perfect accompaniments of veggies and rice. We were too full with the meal that there was no place left for any drinks or desserts. A wholesome experience.

The Fusion Expensive Experience!!
Well the plan was different as we wanted to go out for a night out party but seems everyone had the same plan.
We visited Fusion 9, well it's quite expensive on the pocket.
Drinks and Food is ok but we decided to cut short.. Moolah Moolah :-D
Old Fashion and Rob Roy were the drinks we ordered.
Pepper chilly chicken to keep it company.
All in all an expensive affair.
Lovely and warm ambiance. Went to fusion 9 after a long time. It's has always been one of my favourite restaurants in Hyderabad, and it didn't let me down. The food was magnificent. Ordered the tapas which were new on the menu. The lamb meatballs were fabulous. The Tenderloin with blue cheese was nice tender and didn't have a overpowering favour of blue cheese, really top notch. For main I had Smokey spare ribs, a bit tough but the favour of the dish was beautiful, sweet and Smokey, beautiful. Overall it was a amazing meal. Bit expensive but it is totally worth it.
When in Hyderabad, fusion 9 is always on my list of places to eat, good food and even better drinks always! A big thumbs up, and looking forward to my next several visits here!

Overall it's a good place😁.
This place has been on my bucket list from quite some time. I was meeting a close friend and this seemed to be an ideal place.
The ambience is nice with a bar in the center and long sofas and tables and chairs all around.
Coming to the menu, there is a variety of cuisines available. From Italian and Mediterranean to Mexican and north indian they have it all.
We ordered broccoli kebab for starters which.tasted good except that it was not served with any mint chutney. We then ordered feta and mushroom pizza which was baked well had correct amount of mushrooms and feta cheese.
We then ordered mix sauce spaghetti with veggies it came in a butter paper bag. It was neatly presented. Unfortunately the taste was a little bland.
In desserts, we ordered tiramisu and chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. The tiramisu was moist, had a nice coffee taste. The brownie tasted good and was soft.
Service was pretty good. However, rates are on the high side, so maybe worth only a one time visit if you are the type who likes to try different cuisines.

Really nice for trying al sort of cuisines at a place with great ambience. The service was pretty good and so as the food. The prices may be reasonable like a pint beer costing around 300. But the experience over there will clear all your negatives of any.
Went for dinner today with an average appetite...and didn't want something too heavy for 2 adults and 1 kid.
for starters..
ordered mexican crispy stuffed potato skin with jalapeno cheese sauce - very good.
broccoli cheese kabab as starters - excellent
isweetcorn and lemongrass with fresh cream with ginger reduction
- very good
qty of starters was also very sufficient.
main course.
barbeque grilled chicken with grilled onions , mozzarella and scamorza as main course. - absolutely superb taste and pizza sauce , chicken and cheese were extremely fresh and super..
this level of pizza ive tasted after years.. the last such taste i experienced in the US in a gourmet pizza and unfortunately since then never found it anywhere else. but fusion 9 today just nailed it..
and the price of the big pizza was so reasonable as compared to the junk pizza chains and even other fancy places.. will most certainly be going again for this pizza and some other items on their unique menu.
their ambience and seating in the evenning is quite pleasesant overlooking road no 1 and interior is quite relaxing for a nice dinner or a nice date..
the fusion items are not a forced fancy concept here but actually quite edible and tasty and good quality as welll..
so all in all highly recommend and hope my 2nd visit to F9 is just as good. and will go with a much bigger appetite !
Great place to eat for any cuisine at any time of the day. The Nasi Goreng is something that could be a little more authentic having thought about it. The Khow Suey is pretty kick-ass! Their small plates are the best. Perfect size perfect flavours. Best option if you want to taste a multitude of their menu.
However the one must have is their F9 Cheesecake in a Bottle. Nothing better than that! We've eaten their menu twice over and it doesn't come better than that.
Also, when you go, make sure you are ready to cough up some serious dough.
Its my second visit i always love the interior and view from this place the food seems in a same track and the chef (sujeet)) who comes out from his work and ask the taste i really love this were you would find rarely in other places but we enjoyed the food
But service still need to work on that
Good food. All the time. I try and avoid the buffet, but some days there is no option. It's not bad but the al a carte menu is head and shoulders above it.
We had a wonderful time at fusion 9.
Good service, great cocktails and unique food preparations from around the world. Each dish we ordered tasted great from starters to entrees to desserts. Everything was well presented and the restaurant itself has a pleasing ambience. Relatively expensive but worth it compared to a number of run-of-the-mill restaurants.
Certain to become one of our favorites.
One of the few places in hyderabad that has maintained the quality of its food since its inception. The decor is very homely and inviting. They have a good selection of continental & Italian dishes.
Chickpea and spinach cake & pepper chilli chicken are very good. I am not a big fan of prawns but their wasabi prawn tempura is just amazing. Coming to the main course the Gnocchi in mushroom sause and grilled murrel steak are very mildly spiced which brings out the taste even more. You definitely need to try them. The grilled three pepper pizza was the only let down. It was too blank for my liking.
The rates are a bit high as compared to the other restaurants that do the same cusine but considering the ingredients that they use it would be high. You can visit this restaurant again & again and not get bored.
The place is at banjara hills rd no 1. Above deli 9. The place is nice. Ambience is good but over priced. Quantity is very little for the price you pay. But taste is definitely good. I gave it a 3.5 for the taste n ambience. But the other points were lost for the quantity n the price.
I've been to the place a lot of times. I got to know about the place because of the deli under the restaurant. Serves great food. Good ambience. The view out of the restaurant is city centre mall. Overall a good place.
Have been a regular to this place till few years back and wanted to re-visit the awesome place it was!!Surprisingly it had the same ambience once it had which I felt needed improvement!! Fusion is always known for there delicious food and a variety of cocktails and mocktails. They didn't disappoint us at all! We were a big group of 20 and when everyone likes the food it shows how good a restaurant is...we tried Korean chicken, pepper chicken, nachos and few continental dishes!! They were all awesome!! Happy eating!!
A place to wine and divine...... with nothing interesting nor range of variety to offer to vegetarians.....the mushroom, paneer and crispy starters we ordered were soggy and not crisp enough......smoking inside is prohibited.....decent ambience and a tad expensive for the service and taste
Ambience : 4

Try korean crispy chicken, wasabi prawn out there, especially korean crispy chicken is too good.

they deserve 5 ! we tried their Sunday brunch . the varieties, presentation, taste was very good. I liked the chicken stew n appam a lot. the service is also quick and they are very helpful. the desserts script was so amazing like banana cake, Japanese tiramisu , apricot crumble, and may more things. keep it up !
Food and service are very good. Ambience was not great but good enough. Costs are very high for the quality and quantity they provide. We get almost all kinds of whisky, scotch and beers.
This one rates high in terms of food preparation and taste. I had a wonderful experience with my family and the chef was forthcoming enough to make modifications to the dish as desired. Tad bit expensive but net net a worthwhile experience.
Visited this place some time back after hearing that they serve awesome prawns starters..
Located on 1st floor rd no.1 bhills this place has veuy good and stylish ambience..
As soon as i settled down i ordered..
Wasabi prawn tempura...prawns deepfried in a coating topped with wasabi sauce..omg it was heavenly was craving for more but stopped and ordered another dish..
Joojeh kabab..chicken cooked in clay oven with irani spices..it was succulant and soft well marinated..
Breads were served complimentary with garlic mayo dip.
Overall a great destination on a costlier note but all worth it..
loved your desserts and pizzas very much because of their thin crust and lots of cheese.but pasta is not so good in taste .bottled cheescake was yumm
Went for lunch buffet today. Ambience is good. Though its a fine dining place the price tag doesnt match the quality of the food. Except the starters both the main course and desserts r below par ( read poor). I gave the rating keeping in view the ambience and great mocktails.
Fusion 9 provides food from Indian, Chinese and a fusion cuisines. Though a tad more expensive than other restaurants I find their Indian selection to be really good. This is what I generally order:
Chicken Jujeh Kebab
Mutton Galouti Kebab
Set Meal (Roti with butter chicken)
The above mentioned items are really good. I wasn't impressed with their fusion food too much.
Very popular place in Hyderabad. Do visit for a nice fine dining experience, specially during evenings. Loved the interiors and decor with the low lights. The food is quite good and they make some nice cocktails too. Staff is very courteous and prompt. Do try the desserts, really nice. Overall liked the place, will definitely visit again.
It is a great place for a Sunday brunch!!! Nice drinks nice service and superb food. Nice healthy brunch menu. V good salads n sushi n main course. Only thing interior is bit run down. Needs little uplift. Otherwise I would have rated
Ambience is refreshing the fragrance oil they use very nice and it's perfect for a date coming to the food I must say we ate what we are not capable of.. It's that great try the pan fried murrel fingers it's mouth watering service is very satisfactory
Well this was not my first preference when I had to plan a get together for 20 people to celebrate my cousin's one yr marriage anniversary but we ended up here. Lovely ambience and the staff were warm, welcoming and they patiently helped us all select the dish we want without any hesitation or confusion. They knew what each one of us wanted and served us correctly without mismatching the dishes. We ordered a lot and it's quite a work to review each dish separately but I'll talk about the few that I liked.
I started off with small portion of pepper chili chicken, Thai roasted chicken and wasabi prawn tempura, they looked attractive and were delicious. I tried the grilled Murrel steak for mains and it was fresh, light and delicious. It is at this point that I regretted keeping fusion 9 as my second preference for the celebration.
Since it was a marriage anniversary, we got a cake from deli 9 and they handed it over to the staff at fusion 9. They were excellent at merrymaking and played drums while bringing the cake. On the whole, it was an amazing experience and I would not mind shelling out few extra bucks to have such an amazing dinner with some of finest wines they served. I highly recommend people to try out this place.
Ambience WOW 😍 I am in love with the interior. Best place to chill, relax and eat. The food here is fantastic! You have so much varieties to choose from, pasta, pizza, cake, salads, smooties etc. Located at Road #1 of Banjara Hills, before the signal, it is a good place for your hunger. In the high rate market of Banjara Hills, you get food here at reasonable price. The service is excellent and they serve it in time before your patients runsout. Overall, You will love the time here. 😊
The original F9... This place has been around for eternity and i love them alike. Went with some very fidgety elders and boy they ended praising me to the skies for choosing this place. The fact that they retained an authentic fine dining experience for so many years esp their chefs makes them one of the best restaurants in town esp the deserts!!!
CLASSY Place & Yumilicious food! Sometimes it's good not to say too much about a place. This place is a MUST try! Me and friend totally loved the food and ambience. We started with Raw Mango drink with Stuffed Mexican potato skins and Stuffed Dahi kebab and later ordered Rissotto with Mediterranean veggies and Bbq chicken with mashed potatoes! We relished our dinner and went to Deli 9 for desserts. It was a lovely evening spent with a full course meal!

Wonderful ambience. Their brunch collection is really exhaustive. The number of options for desserts is amazing. Staff is very courteous and are always ready to personalize the food. Definitely recommend it for a leisurely Sunday brunch to everyone
A perfect place for an evening dinner..... One best things is their ambience and dim lights .... They are unique .... Off course little costly than other restaurants ... A perfect restaurant for an amazing candle light dinner ...
Always forget to take pictures as one see if they have read my reviews. Remembered to take a picture of the last dish we had for lunch today "Kerala Mutton and Kerala Parantha", we had the "chorizo, pepperoni and spicy meat balls pizza" both were great. Love the food here ... Been to this place so many times over the years apart from the initial ups and downs ... never been disappointed ... Will update this review with other things on the current menu that are equally good
Portions were a little small for the price. Ambience is great though. Cozy and intimate with nice homely decor. All the food tastes amazing, across all cuisines.
Broccoli cheese kebab, spaghetti in a bag, lemon grass soup, glazed paneer were my favourites . They have a certain cream that they put in everything . But tastes good . Definitely worth a visit. Very wide range of veg and non veg. Any dish you order basically tastes good here
Fusion 9... a cool place to hang out with buddies/ date or even your big fat family. This is a place for everyone
The ambience is warm & welcoming. Surprisingly even on a sunday evening, Fusion 9 had a calm composure even with the whole place with tables full with candle light dinner. We had ordered chicken bbq & Feta & roasted mushrooms, grilled onions laced with truffle oil Pizza. The chicken bbq was utterly delicious... precisely cooked to give u a foodgasm. For all the nonvegetarians out there searching for a good nv bbq... this is a must try. The pizza was a passe and not much differentiated from other restos.
The complimentary cheese naan is an added advantage :-D Not to miss...The service was extremely courteous.
In all...

Fusion 9 is everybody's favourite place.
Its clean, neat and tasty. Its a bit expensive, but worth it.
Their buffets are amazing, especially for festive occasions like Easter and Christmas. They know their job.
There's nothing much to change. Its pretty good :-)
Its your go to place for good authentic Western food.
okay where shall i start.. good.. loved thin crust bbq chicken pizza, mushroom cream soup it was rich and creamy, white cream chicken pasta.. they are must try. please say a big NO to rice varieties. when i went there pulao and biriyanis was bad. ambiance is really pleasant. candle lit tables. calm.
i would love to visit this place for chicken pasta and cream soup.. :)
One of a kind experience. After running out of places to drop by at 10 in night ended up at this place. Service is warm and affable. Ordered mushroom sizzler and ribs steak with lots of fries.
Swear by God, that steak was cooked in good foods heaven. Succulent, tender, medium well. My knife was slipping into the steak like a hot knife in butter. Melt in the mouth, had a foodgasm then and there itself.
Mushroom sizzler was also quite good, served with a patty sort of thing and sticky rice.
Ambience is very calm and quiet. A fine dining experience. I'd probably go back again just for that steak! 😃

On the first look of it, the place is great. Visited for Sunday Brunch on this lazy afternoon.. I really liked that it was open space to walk around and seating was good.
The starters were served at the table. I liked them but somehow it did not strike that note on me when I go "Of Wow".
The cold spread was good. A very vast variety of salads and starters. Liked the mini chicken burger, the bbq chicken and sesame chicken.
There was hardly any option for the mains (here is where the spread differs from other places), however, the naan and mutton was tasty. Even there was appam which being served hot.
The deserts looked extremely appealing and tempting but apart from one or two.. Rest were just ok.
I like the green apple mocktail which was served.
I think personally this brunch shouldn't cost over 1000 bucks.. For me it wasn't as much value as I paid.
This place has very authentic continental and Mediterranean food. I had ordered the Marinated stuffed Chicken Breast and a Road Island Ice Tea. Very well cooked Chicken Breast and the Ice Tea was potent and something which i needed in a while. The service staff is also very kind and well versed.
This is the first time i have visited Fusion 9 for Sunday brunch. The brunch was not as wide spread as one of the reviewers mentioned before, but the taste was really good. They served vegetarian and non vegetarian starters on the table. most of them tasted really good. I wish the waiters were told before hand what they were going to serve the guests as they had no clue, but they were really pleasant and tried to look after every guest well although they were overburdened. Main course had salads, cold cuts, mutton biryani, chicken curry, vegetable noodles etc. which were all very tasty; what stood out were their deserts. would strongly recommend this place for a lazy sunday brunch

Good View overlooking Rd # 1 Banjara hills. Went for the Sunday brunch. The spread is smaller than some of the other famous brunches in town, but every thing on offer was good. Starters were served at the table. Salads and cold cuts were delicious. Couldn't have main course as we were stuffed by the time we were done with starters . Desserts are just about Ok. The staff was very friendly too.
A good brunch place for lazy sunday afternoons.
I took my family for dinner here, starting with the ambience which is excellent, quiet just soft music in background followed by service which was also great, took good care of their costumers.. Then comes the food.. As, it is a continental, Italian restaurant so those how are interested in tandoori and mughali can avoid this place.. The food was good and was served hot and tasted good. Finally the one this i disliked about it is the price. It's a bit overpriced for what we are eating. It's not for someone who is very cautious about his pocket..
It's good to amazing!! Cherished each and every delicacy here it was my usual hangy place on Sundays and yeah even on friday even dinner. Love their pastas..kebabs and steaks!! Kickass desserts to wind the meal. While in hyd always on my list!!!
Great ambience, candle light dinner and good food. Mushroom teriyaki was average but the Mexican stuffed potato skins served hot were extremely delicious! The biryani was tasty as well. A perfect place for a perfect date!
People might have mixed reviews about this place. While non-veggies might wanna revisit this hood for the treat of meat, the veggies instead would never wanna visit again. I for being a non-veggie found it very pleasing.
Cost is another factor which might keep u at bay from this restaurant as all dishes serve just 1 or max 2 people, but again they make your palate look beautiful and its up to u to decide if you want to pay for the wonderful and elegant presentation of food. Overall a very warm experience..
I cannot stop raving about the food here. The Elegant presentation of the food, the finely balanced flavours , the delicate cooking style and the warm ambience made for a perfect dining experience.
I am going back there the first chance I get !
I visited this resto. on day of Ramazan n instantly fell in love with the plc. I'll highlight the best cuisines of our order : Spinach Ravioli n Spaghetti in a bag along with drinks. The food was amazing!! N the best part of all was the Dessert (Triple Heaven Chocolate) True to it's name I had a trip to heaven n back! I just couldn't resist complimenting the Chef! Would I recommend this plc to anybody? "HELL YEAH! "
P.S. : This resto ain't exactly pocket friendly so make sure u hv enuff of green notes 😉!
A well themed restaurant with modern and contemporary features which make it a good ambience to dine . The dim lighting and the off white coloured walls make it airy , comfortable and spacious . Great place for a date or a small family get together.
They have a decent variety of cuisines. It can serve the needs of both the generations ( in my case my grandmother , who is a vegetarian and prefers either north or south indian food) .
I have ordered for the broccoli soup which blew my mind . Just loved the soup . Never knew such a tasty soup could have been made with such a boring vegetable :D . Then for the main course i have ordered the bbq chicken with mashed potatoes as it has a good amount of protein , fat and carbohydrate content to it (Started working out :P) . Facts aside , the chicken was properly cooked and the dish tasted well. The quantity was also on the heavier side.
They have a good variety of vegetarian dishes in Chinese , arabic , continental and Indian cuisines as well.
Overall its a great place to wine and dine and spend some good time.
Visited for a Sunday brunch...As I was aware of the huge menu...had awesome food..starters are good..main course tasted awesome...the best part are the deserts..just couldn't resist...I recommend this place as a place if you are planning a Sunday brunch..!!
This was a planned visit unlike many randoms..went there with a friend. Had heard good reviews and was bookmarked. So finally today was the day and must say was all in all a good experience. Food was good, friendly staff and..the desserts were awesome. My favourite -the blueberrycheese cake.
I went there for a nice Sunday dinner with my family. I've always like the food here it's delicious. The ambiance is great. Their steak and smoked ribs are the best in Hyderabad. Even Peter chicken was nice. If you're looking for a nice continental cuisine restaurant with warm ambiance Fusion9 is the place to go.

A mixed review. I met up a couple of old friends here and this happened to be the closest restaurant in terms of our location at that time. I have been to fusion 9 in chennai and absolutely fell in love with the Jamaican chicken parcels that I ate there
Went with similar expectations.
Well..let's just say I was lucky and my friends were not. I ordered the steak. I asked for well done. It was close. My friends ordered some regional dishes from the coastal spices menu (which one of them said that it existed on the floor above and was sharing the same kitchen) . The problem was that I did not see the board and was apprehensive. But they ordered fish curry, mutton and Malabar parathas. They absolutely did not like it and stopped after a few helpings stating it was too spicy.
Oh well. The steak was still nice though.
I went here yesterday that is 19th jan on occasion of my birthday. Since it was a weekday, not a lot of people were around. I am glad i chose to visit here on weekday. And the ambience is pretty nice. I loved it. After the construction of the durgam cheruvu bridge the popularity of this place has increased since it is adding up value to it’s roof top dinning. I loved the food, a bit pricey but worth the place and taste. The service was super cool. Amnesia bar is in collab with fusion 9. I am not a fan of drinks made in amnesia but the food was the deal maker. Few pictures are attached of the evening. Didn’t take any picture of the food cuz we were starving. All in all a very decent place to throw a expensive party🤦🏼♀️
Very good Italian food, especially the ravioli is perfect 👌 and they do customize the food based on your liking. The pizza with a thin crust is brilliant too. The booze is competitively priced too. The waiters are extremely hospitable too. They have nice lighting when you go during the dinner times.
Feel of a dine out just beside rocks. Though i didn't find it appealing for lunch or during daytime, it is quite comfortable for a date night.
A good set of al-a-carte options to choose from. Sadly they don't serve buffet. And if you have sweet tooth, do not forget to order their cladsic fruit truffle. Check out the pictures below :)
Small and Assorted menu from all over the world. Malabar biryani to dim sum to pasta. There is also the option to get the meats to cook at home. The service was fast and very good. Good ambiance. No alcohol, just mocktails. Food was mixed reviews. Dim sum was good, kebabs were slightly salty. Malabar biryani was good. Would go back. Recommend for lunch with friends or business meetings
Great place tucked at the back of a mixed-use modern concrete slab building in Jubilee Hills.
Extensive menu covering Indian, Asian and some Italian/European options too (pasta, pizza, risotto)
Service was good - attentive staff. Drinks menu was also impressive with a long list of cocktails themed around TV shows (I had a Walking Dead, Peaky Blinder and a How I Met Your Mother)
Food - decent enough but not amazing. My friend ordered a Fennel and Chicken salad only to be presented with deep fried chicken strips on a bed of heat-wilted lettuce leaves.....not great given that Fennel was one of the key reasons somebody would order this.
All things considered, as a walk/tour weary tourist on a hot Friday lunchtime, this was a welcome stop en-route back to my hotel for a cold drink or two and a decent non-Indian meal.
Definitely worth a visit.
Good place, nice ambience, but food 🍲 needs to improve..
The food quality is extraordinary, but price is exorbitant & the quantity is too low for the price paid...

This place is one of my favourite and heavenly hospitality has been main focus and delesious food
Nice interiors. Professional service by well trained staff and great fusion food. Attached to a nice lifestyle store with upscale offerings in home decor. Well stocked bar with exotic cocktails. Gets lively later on in the evening.
Good Food
Good ambience
Especially the oriental varieties are good at Fusion 9.
Test kitchen is good idea.
The watering hole on the ground floor is quite good.
Good Tapas options.
Service is quite good.
Desserts need to be improved though.
That will earn them 5 stars.
Nice place to chill out with friends.
First thoughts first - Global Cuisine, fine dining.
That's right - perfectly matched to what I expected. A very good choice for variety of cuisines. The overall expectation pretty much matched. Ordered soup, starters and of course - main course. Oh, plus the deserts as well. Oh we are full to the brim. The food menu is decently priced, so you can pass through that.
Visited with a friend. Loved all the food preparations - pizza, pasta and garlic breads. Decor was great and service was acceptable. A great overall experience. Valet parking is available.
It's a wonderful restaurant in Hyderabad. Lovely food and awesome desserts. Especially fondant ckes are amazing. What u need what type of cake u want just so them they will make as it is
Perfect for a date night or a cosy evening with friends. Food comes in second to ambiance, with some dishes on point and some missing the mark. I did thoroughly enjoy the Malabar parotta and Kerala mutton curry, but was disappointed in the dulche dear leche.
