I wanted to celebrate my daughters birthday in bleu’s Banquet hall and just to understand the taste I visited there once as a guest for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The food was nice and with good quantity. The service was quite quick and guys were polite. Would definitely visit in future.
Great taste, good quantity and quality, a very little expensive rates. But worth of each rupee. I’ve ordered home delivery and it really satisfied my taste buds. Seriously good place for Vegetarians and veggie lovers.
Thank you chef for reuniting and refreshing our taste buds after a long time. I’m damn sure the taste is 100% better than so called famous biryanis...
I appreciate the cleanliness and care with which the Thali was packed. Keep up the good work and moreover, being consistent is the key to win hearts.

The stuffed capsicum had too much of salt, we could not eat it. Very disappointed.

This is one of those good veg places which is less spoken of. It's a nice family place offering a great deal.on veg buffets.

Like any other veg buffet the menu is the regular stock one. There are a few stand out starters like the veg Cutlet, malai chops, minestrone soup.
This is one such place where the chowpatty corner doesn't disappoint. We tried the dahi balla and dahi puri which were flavorful and appetizing.
The other dishes are regular ones, taste good but nothing extraordinary.
The dessert menu had mango mousse which was the highlight of the entire meal. So light yet so filling with abundance of flavour and texture. Topped with a little ice cream it was a great finish to a day.
The ambiance kinda falls short with improper designing causing inconvenience for people seated on the inside to get out and also a large crowd can be a very noisy affair disturbing your peace.
Service needs work. It's slow and the staff don't pay enough attention. We asked for finger bowls they got us only one at a table of 6.
Would I go back? Maybe
Very pleasant experience inside the restaurant and taste of the food was good and service was also good and the best thing was the restaurant was completely veg.....
Atmosphere is really soothing. The instrumental is great. And syncs well with the infra. F&B staff were generous and great. Always on toes for helping. The food for really great. Didnt seems like u are munching in Hyderabad. Give you a north indian taste. The ambience, washroom and the place was LIT and clean.
Ranju from F&B was very good. Would recommend you to ask her for helping you with menu. A must visit place if u r around.

The food is moderately ok. They need to bring in something different for the guests as they are a veg restaurant. They can try new things which are missing in the city. That's how they can grown and sustain. Going by what they deliver now, seems difficult for anyone to be committed to this place. Thanks.
Visited this place on staturday for lunch and opted buffet .
For welcome drink we had apple jack and a mango drink it tasted good
In souos manchow soup was good.
For started there was baby corn ,paneer ,spring roll and a malai starter ... except for the malai starter others were very tasty
For main course we had kulcha and butter non and 4 varieties of curries .. malai kofta was not at its best .
Chat is also available as part of the menu
Not a wide spread or vaireties when i came to deserts .
Kalakand and the pudding was tasty, just 3 varieties in ice cream and gulab jamun was not soft .
The ambiance is very peaceful and the staff is very prompt and courteous.
Overall experiance 4/5.
Very good place for family and friends with loads of varieties in Veg.

The Starters were amazing (especially we loved the Dragon Rolls that were served), variety of option in the Main course section along with good options for desserts.
I am on my family trip to Hyderabad..the Restaurant situated in popular area of banjara hills.i have tried various varieties .all of them very delicious..paneer 65 has very awesome taste.good ambience good service.this place is worth it. #traveldiaries #platesofflavour #sizzler
It's a good place for family or friends get togethers. Food is superb. I recommend it the best.Tastes good.Friendly nature by the staff. Good atmosphere too.
Excellent staff... Excellent food... Excellent ambience... Ordered paneer tikka, hot and sour soup and paneer do pyaza... Menu is changed... Pricy
A perfect place for family dinners or for any other dining occasions! Good food, good lights, good vibes!❤️ And of course the courteous staff! Thank you for this lovely dining experience!!
This was my first experience in hydrabad city. The restaurant ambience was too cool as whole blue light looks great in restaurant. we have ordered 2 different sizzlers which taste was just superb. The starters was just tempting to me whenever i remember this day. They are having one corner in restaurant where family size of 15 can be adjust and have party in this private room. For taste it was upto the mark.
Revamped version of the good old vegetarian restaurant basil! Visited couple of times post the renovation and both the visits were pleasant. Had ordered Alacarte on the first visit and buffet in the next. All the items in the menu were tasty and quality was consistent. Quantity in Ala carte was good and one curry is sufficient for 2 people. Desserts could be improved a lot and Ala carte desert menu was pretty less without much options. Including sundaes and other ice creams concepts would make for a great 5 star menu. Paneer lababdar is a must try!! Buffet is economically priced for what it offers and has good varieties. Chat was pretty good.
A place to be for all vegetarians craving, whether you are looking for indian Chinese or Indian food. They got all covered and few of the dishes are exceptionally worth trying. Located on a prime location in Banjara hills, it's very easy to find this place.
They have buffet and ala carte menu service. Buffet priced 499/- all inclusive taxes. The best thing I liked in started were tandoori Soya chaaps, malai soya chaaps and steamed wontons. Mexican spring roll was more like veg spring roll but infused with chilly it was spicy for sure.
Coming to main course the varieties of indian breads and veg fried rice was good. One can avoid Biryani as it was not that great. Sham savera kofta and chef special paneer curry is wort trying over here. For dessert lovers hit kalakand and gulab jamun is heaven over here.
Overall a place for vegetarians to gather for small party or occasion which got good service and very reasonable pricing.
Happy eating guys😊
Prompt and friendly service. Loved the food here. Ambience is lively and great place for familes. Given a choice, I'd certainly pick this place.
After many days of reviewing, this place compelled me to give its deserved rating. A very serene and beautiful place located at almost heart of city. Food cooked, served and can be relished at its BEST for a vegetarian, wonderful experience. i can't just put in words it has to be enjoyed!! A MUST go restaurant bleu basil, you just blew out my mind with your food.

This place has been around for years although it has undergone several change of hands. It still remains popular with the vegetarian patrons for the good food at pocket friendly prices it dishes out and a comfortable pleasant ambience.
The quality and taste offered at this price point is rather surprising for the upscale Banjara Hills. Most dishes are priced between 170 and 300. They have a lunch buffet through the week and, a dinner buffet on the weekends Spice levels are moderate but can also be customized.
Chilly mocktails and mushroom & leek soup were well made. The Soya champ served in two popular avtars, malai and tandoori, was really good too. Well marinated and finished in the tandoor to get that smokey flavor characteristic of the tandoori kebabs. The corn stuffed spicy Mexican rolls and pudina paneer tikka were delightful as well. The main course had the usual suspects, above average in taste; the veg fried rice and the assorted bread platter stood out. I didn't care for the pizza since the base was a mass produced store bought one.
The food presentation reminds one of dhabas with the shredded cabbage and the enthusiastically carved thick flowers 😊
Its was good and my brother has visited with family and had a delicious food and enjoyed a lot according to appearance it was good and overall i can say can visit once
One of the very few good vegetarian options left in Hyderabad, Bleu Basil has a long history. Formerly known as Basil, it has now been christened "A Bleu Basil" and has an all new avatar. Sitting in the same spot from at least a decade, this place has a good history of satisfying its vegetarian patrons. Though the management has changed recently, the quality and consistency has remained. The ambiance is cozy and is suitable for family lunches/ dinners. They also have a private dining room with a capacity of 15 and a small enclosure with a 6 seater for people looking for a quick business meeting during their meal. Buffet is available currently only during weekends as is nominally priced at Rs. 599.
We were here for a weekday dinner and started with a few drinks.
Gentle Breeze - The usual blue curacao with Sprite. Passable.
Fruit Punch - Good fruity flavor but a tad runny.
Red hot chilli pepper - A refreshing drink with a punchy roasted red bell pepper flavor. The only issue here was the lack of consistency. The first drink we ordered was great but the second one watery and hardly had any flavor.
Following the drinks, an array of soups and appetizers came in.
Manchow soup - Decent rendition. Super garlicky and thick.
Mushroom leek soup - This was was rich and creamy. It had a good earthy flavor of the mushrooms.
In the appeizers, we had -
Malai Soya Chaap
- Very subtle in flavor. The texture was good but it could have had a little more char to give it a more deeper flavor.
Tandoori Soya Tikka
- This was a winner. Great flavor of the tandoori marinade and super char from the tandoor. The slightly burnt bits elevated the experience. The texture was apt and could almost pass for meat! Must try!!
Paneer Majestic - An Indo-Chinese dish bell peppers topped with roasted papad. The paneer was fresh and the overall dish was good.
Mexican roll - This was another star dish of the night. Super flavorful Mexican filling wrapped in a crunchy dough layer and deep fried to perfection, this dish left all of us drooling! Must try!!
Steamed Wonton
- Good amount of filling in the wontons. The wonton skin was thin and enjoyable. The soupy part added a spicy lift to the dish.
Pudina Paneer Tikka - Though it was cooked in a tandoor, it had a very good refreshing taste of mint. The paneer was super moist and soft.
In mains, we tried their Navratan Korma
, Sham Savera Kofta, Chef Special Paneer, Veg Biryani and Fried Rice. The Sham Savera Kofta had a spinach based gravy with paneer and vegetable koftas. It went well with the soft butter naans. The navratan korma tasted a tad too sweet for my liking. The chef special paneer curry was decent. The biryani had fluffy rice and well cooked veggies but had an overpowering taste of nutmeg. The fried rice was great! We also had a pasta and pizza which were below average.
We ended our meal with gulab jamun and kalakand. The jamuns were plump and tasted rich. The kalakand was creamy and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Both desserts were aptly sweetened.
Overall, with a few misses, Bleu Basil is a great vegetarian option. The owners Mr. Prem and Mr. Rana are passionate and it reflects in their food and ambiance. Service is a little slow and we had a few instances where we had to ask for certain things multiple times but still didn't get what we asked for. The prices are super pocket-friendly considering the area, ambiance and the quality of food they are offering.

I was here a few days back with a group of my foodie friends. The ambience is nice and cozy, great place to come with your family.
Coming to the service, the staffs were courteous but a bit slow.
We tried 3 drinks- Gentle breeze, spicy mango and fruit punch. I would recommend trying out spicy mango, because I really liked it.
Coming to starters, we were served with malai soya chap- it was kind of average, if you are fan of malai items, then may be you can try it.
Tandoori soya tikka- This was a hit, and I would recommend trying this out.
Corn drops- I really liked this one too, you should try this one also.
Steam Wonton- presentation of this one was just outstanding, looked really very appealing. Taste was kind of average for me.
Paneer hakka style and pudina paneer tikka- these were also average.
Now, coming to the main course- I really liked all of their breads, except for folding naan, I found it kind of regular naan. I couldn’t figure out the difference exactly.
And in rice, we were served with veg dum biryani and fried rice. Biryani was quite good, but fried rice stood out in terms of taste and the colourful presence of freshly chopped spring onions and other veggies.
In gravies, we were served with sham savera, Navratan korma and chef special paneer.
I really liked the chef special paneer, it was really amazing. Sham savera was also quite good, I liked it. And coming to navratan korma, I found it to be too sweet, may be if they reduce a bit of it’s sweetness, it will be kind of ok.
Then at the end we were served with gulab jamun and white kalakand. I would highly recommend you to try thw white kalakand, it was so delicious, it was hard for me to resist myself from indulging into another bowl of kalakand.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience for me.

If someday you crave for varities in veg dishes, you can always opt for this place. They got some really great starters and the good thing is it's not of aloo which most people thinks of . It has got starters in soya, panner, dumplings and even Mexican roll. Tandoori soya tikka and Mexican roll which contains carrot & corn hit the top list. Coming to the main course their fried rice and sham savera kofta which is basically panner kofta are something to must try.
And the best thing came at last, the Kalakhand as dessert.
P.S. In mocktails,do try out their spciy mango and mushroom leek soup in soup.
Excellent food. Probably the best pure vegetarian restaurant in Hyderabad that serves Indian food. Would be great if they started branch near Hi-tech City.
One can call it more than decent place for having nice meal with family and friends..
Place shows some some class and standard. Service is awesome they take really good care of their customers.

A perfect place to dine with you family. It’s a heaven for all the vegetarian lovers. I had been to this place many times and I loved the food quality and the taste each time I visited this place. The food quality is something I can bet on. Buffet and ala carte are available. Staff is friendly and very responsive.
I highly recommend this place to all the vegetarians.
Been visiting this place since 10 years. The best vegetarian restaurant in banjara hills. There was a change in the menu and missing my favorite dishes like sizzling paneer.
Very good spread Veg Buffet. Paneer Majestic in Veg Starters was excellent and perfectly cooked. Ice creams are not that good. Good Service and Great Ambiance.
Good food, excellent service, value for money, when I went it was crowded thus only 4 stars, recommended for both family and friends get-together
A perfect place to dine with your family. A paradise for veggie lovers. We have been there many a times, every time it makes us visit again. Food quality is something I can bet on. Staff is very friendly and service is fast.
I highly recommend this place to all vegetarians like me.
Absolutely sublime vegetarian meal. Warm welcome, reservation honoured.
Started with Fruit punch and it was amazing and then the Starters Paneer tikka, crispy corn and Hara bhara kebab followed by mains and each of the dishes were beautifully presented, and delicious.
We were too full to order dessert, but managed to eat the Best Gulabjamun and Pista roll.
Would definitely return to order all of the other plates! A treasure!
‘A Bleu Basil’ has the perfect mix of salads, sweets, savoury, light and heavy meals and they’ve got vegan options for customers with the preference. They are very accommodative and flexible with their menu.
I would recommend going here for a cute date or a dinner with friends or family. The setting is warm, fairly low-key noise, beautiful view due to its location and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
We went to 'A Bleu Basil' (@Rd no.2 Banjara Hills) with my family for Dinner and I must say that it is a magnificent place. The ambience was really nice.
As a Vegan by choice, I really enjoyed the place as they adjusted the items on the menu to my needs.
The food was amazing. Specially the vegan soup Manchow and a vegan mocktail. I would rate the place 5 star due to their flexibility to adjust the menu according to customer's needs.
A bleu Basil proves that being vegan or vegetarian is no impediment to a creative and fun menu, in fact it's probably a plus.
All the items on the menu sound delicious and the drinks menu matches perfectly.
Combined with the open, but comfortable and airy interior filled with ample of natural light with one of the best views from large glass windows, this is a restaurant worth going to.
Congratulations to the New Management. Well Done!
Good place. Very good maintenance. Looks attractive. Pure veg restaurant. Good taste. Very responsive. Both buffet and service is available. Parking available. Nice view from top of building.
Excellent food, wonderful ambience and a great place for dining. My favorites would be cheese balls as a starter and noodles in Chinese. All in all great.
