A cozy joint. They've got a family section upstairs and you're better of in that. The service that I received was great except that the atmosphere smelled of grilled chicken and was a bit heavy.
Ordered a mini chicken platter and breads along with hyderabadi spicy chicken. I was happy with the taste and the platter was decent for 2 people.
The curry was a bit salty but nothing too bad.

I along with my wife and daughter who were first in this restaurant had visited. We had ordered pather ka gosht for which Dastakhwan is very popular. The meat was well cooked, fully dried outside but still had juices and succulent and spices are balanced. It was appetizer. Then in main course we had mutton roghan josh, paya in shorba & tandoori roti follwed by hyderabadi special mutton biriyani. All items were in excellence in their own, but the biriyani had stole the show. The best biriyani in the city at par with Shaadab's I must say. We felt much content and satisfied. I recommend all visitors of twin cities must relish Dastarkhwan's delicacies. It is ideally located and very pocket friendly. Services is OK .My family became big fan of this restaurant. !!!

One of the best place in thr lakdikapool locality for its biryani and sheeks and starters. The only problem would be parking, there’s absolutely no parking for this place, otherwise highly recommend place for what it offers.

If you are here please try out the shawarma! The quality and the quantity are amazing. The rumali used for the shawarma is soft fresh and yum! The proportionate of the stuffing is amazing. Taste it you might never go back to any other shawarma.

Shahi Dastarkhwan is one of those restaurants which you can visit for having delicious Indian cuisine! I had chicken 65 with Naan. And I must say it was just perfect. 💯 Then we ordered Biryani . Biryani has to be perfect anywhere you have it, or else it would just spoil up your mood. But Shahi dastarkhwan’s biryani was indeed Shahi ! Loved the service as well. 💯❤️

Been on desire list for quite some time after hearing great reviews from foodie buddies.
Visited for lunch on a week day when hunger pangs were at peaks.
Just before the entrance they were cooking up patthar ghosht,the sight and aroma of which was enough to prompt us to start salivating 😀
Settled down quickly to order mutton mini platter;chicken Cantonese soup and chicken biryani.
Though it was peak lunch hour and with crowd pouring in, our order was delivered within 15 minutes.
The mutton mini platter had 4 pcs each of Tikka kebab,sheekh kebab,patthar ghosht and boti kebab.
Patthar ghosht was juicy, tender and just melted in mouth.
Boti kebab too was succulent and excellent.
Sheekh kebab was bit dry.tikka's masala was still bit raw and seemed little raw.
No complaints on the soup.served hot and sprinkled with fresh chicken shredders and vegetables.
Biryani was very shahi, true to their restaurants name.
Right balance of spices,masala,ghee.
The chicken pieces too got marinated very well and it seemed a perfect dum biryani.
I could see saffron strands just like I could find in the biryani at biryaniwala&Co.
High quality stuff.the quantity of rice they serve is also more than enough for 2 average eaters.

It was a lip smacking experience. All the authenticity of mughlai dishes are available here. It was so confusing to select a dish from the menu.
I was here with my friends, and we were super hungry. Finally we decided to order Butter chicken and Patthar ka Gosht, accompanied with Rumali Rotis.
Patther ka gosht was crunchy & savoury. One of the best patthar ka gosh I've had in recent times. On the other hand, Butter chicken was creamy and sweet. Tasted even better with Rumali.

Located very near the Lakdi Ka Pul railway station one can reach this place for some amazing food. The Grilled Chicken was done well and nothing beats the taste of the charred skin. I simply kept eating totally ignoring the company I was with. Coming to the Chicken Shawarma. I reached around 12:30 in the noon and the Shawarma was almost ready and so I had the first bite of the Day's Shawarma. It was simple and the hummus was oozing out of the roll. Licked my fingers and the the people accompanying me were left shell shocked. At times it is better to just enjoy the food and ignore the eyes staring at you. :-)
Best kebabs in the city. This place is the destiny for Kebab lovers. Murg malai kebab and Pathar ka gosh are the must try dishes. Their kebabs are juicy, tender, melting and mouth watering.
Was pretty surprised with the taste of the food in a small restaurant on the corner opposite the Lakdi ka pul petrol station. We went on the next day of diwali in the evening and the place was crowded. We waited 15 minutes for our turn but I thought it was worth the wait. Ordered pathar ka ghost, mutton biryani, egg biryani, egg curry, tandoori chicken and khubbani ka meeta, the usual suspects when you order in a Hyderabadi cuisine restaurant. The pathar ka ghosh stands out and the biryani has some attitude! Definitely visiting again to try out the other dishes on the menu.

While my second visit to Hyderabad, i stayed in this area called Lakdi Ka Pul. I ordered food from this place. I ordered Chicken Biryani and Rice as well as chicken curry.
All the three items were super tasty. Biryani was too filling and raita was amazing.
Would definitely like to visit the restaurant and have a meal there.

We went to this restaurant just yesterday. The decor or ambience is okay-ish. The service guys were helpful but served and brought food as per their wish. Their way of serving is also okay-ish. Hygiene is also okay-ish, specially the dish needed cleaning by us.
Coming to the food, loved all of them. Started with traffic jam, a platter of 4 different types of chicken kebab. Then ordered mutton biriyani, hyderabadi mutton and butter nun. The raita served was brilliant.

This place is located at lakdikapul and is open till 1 - 2 am. When you come across this place you notice the kebabs hanging and pathar ka ghost being made which is it's signature dish.
I have been here especially to try the pathar ka ghost and the dish was amazing, Probably one of the best pathar ka ghost available in Hyderabad.
I have even tried the Biryani which was also good.

It was a very old restaurant with good food. Earlier the taste was very good but now the taste has been reduced. Prices are moderate. Ambience is okay. They have normal and AC seating. Biryani quantity was okay.
I had special zafrani chicken biryani here. The quantity and extra add ons were also good in the biryani. Not too spicy & decent recipe. The ambience isn't good.
They have absolutely good kebab varieties.The quality and taste was an epitome for me, it was the ultimate best, everything was cooked with utter perfection. The only thing I would recommend is they could renovate it a bit and bring some modern twist in the restaurant.
