Whoa! Amazing place. Their Tiramisu is to die for. Soft, buttery, creamy, flavored with the perfect blend of coffee and chocolate, it was sinful.
And coming to the pasta, had a Spaghetti with bell peppers, capsicum, tomato and broccoli served in oodles of Alfredo sauce and garnished with sprinkles of grounded pepper, was awesome!
It is a great place and the manager is a great guy and anyone would definitely enjoy their experience there.

I liked the ambience and great views of botanical garden. The party room has great views with complete glass views. I rarely find this kind of seating and views in USA. The service and food was excellent. Don't forget to try the best dessert Terimasu at the end.

Visited this place a long time ago for a long lunch. And oh! such a wonderful experience it was! The restaurant is situated on one of the top floors of the mall, so the view is something to enjoy while you feast on the creamy and delicious food. The restaurant has ample space, so the tables are pretty spaced out and therefore it makes it perfect for a big gathering or a couple too. The service is average because we were sitting on one of the side tables and it took us some work to grab the attention of the servers. Overall a good experience 🙂
Went for lunch. Quite spacious, and ambience is a delight. Food was good, especially, Chicken pasta with white sauce was too good. Also, have devoured pizza. Too yum. They do have option in alcohol as well. So, all those who like to chuck in a little bjt won't be disappointed here.
They certainly have at times, shortage in fish dishes. Other than that, Totally recommend.

I'm a big Italian fan and when I visited Serafina some time ago I had very high expectations. It did meet my expectations but not completely. The ambience and service were great but the food was not up to the mark.
The ambience is very nice with dim lights and light music. The seating is comfortable and its not packed with tables everywhere.
Coming to the food, I had couple of items but everything just fell short of that awesomeness. Nothing was a standout dish for me. I had some platter which has some good items and few were just plain bad. For main course I opted ravioli and alfredo pasta. The Alfredo pasta was decent and nothing great to boast about. The ravioli was very disappointing. It was very liquidy and I didnt like it at all. For dessert I guess I had Peaches and Cream which was very good. It was a dry day so we had to order mocktails which were both good.
The service was good and fast. The staff was well behaved and helped us order from the menu.
All in all a decent place for Italian but a little heavy on your pocket. There are a lot better places for Italian in the same price range.

I have been an avid fan of all things food, always. And hence, the melting sensation when something so amazing as Serafina's Cheesecake and Tirami Su hits my taste buds! Sadly, I went there already full and hence could only have the desserts. I went there around 4 in the evening and was told by a fellow friend (who is a regular there) that the ambience is even better in the evenings with the lights launder each table lit up and some good old English songs playing just enough loud to not interrupt your conversation. Now, I would recommend catching a table in their open roof space which overlooks a small and maintained botanical garden. They don't have a very long menu as far as desserts are concerned, however the ones that are there, are a class apart! I have never been a big Tirami Su fan, but I guess until Serafina I had not tasted what a vintage Tirami Su tastes like. Multiple layers of melt in the mouth sponge cake which barely make themselves the center of attention for they pave a delicious way for the sandwiched snow white fluffy cream sprinkled with coffee powder to take the limelight! In simple and thus non poetic words, the entire dessert was an assortment to perfection wherein you wouldn't feel a lot of anything, not the coffee, not the cream, not the cake, but together they are just the right coffee, cake, cream and of course sweetness. It's one soothing and velvety cool dessert that is sure to make a bad day good And A good day better! Now do not forget to have the spoonfuls with a cinnamon and nut bread stick that they give as part of the presentation of the Tirami Su. Such an assuming little bread stick elevating the taste to another level is a sheer delight to be experienced. We also had the classic Cheesecake topped with generous amount of Blueberry sauce. The "velvetness" of a well baked cheesecake still amazes me. With a slightly thick crush in the bottom and creamy/cheesy goodness mounded on top, this one has always been close to my heart and thankfully this place lived up to my expectations with this dessert. And finally, we had this one mocktail by the name of Calvados. In plaintive terms it is nothing but piping hot apple juice seasoned with spaces to add an edge and fragrance. But when it arrivedw is when the real magic happens! Served smoking hot in a beer mug this gold colored mock tail just wins your heart. You would be having a cinnamon stick, a bay leaf, around 8-9 whole black pepper balls and two star anise with beautiful sticky cut apple slices made into a flower floating on the top. It's a sight to behold! I bet you will not be able to help yourself from taking a picture of the beauty that the drink is! The first sip and you feel your throat clearing up with a slight and very much welcome tinge of cinnamon and pepper staying back in your mouth! Finish the drink whole hot and eat up the apple slices in the end and you shall thank me for the sheer richness of those sliced which by the end of the drink are ferrous lyrics soaked with not just the apple juice but also the spice fragrances! It is a perfect winter drink!
What also is noteworthy is they bake their own bread and serve it complimentary in a basket as an assortment with oregano, chilli flakes, olive oil and butter on request. The olive oil comes in a glass jug again to ensure that you end up taking a picture of the beauty! The staff is very friendly and the service charge is non-negotiable. I shall definitely be going to this place again, if a Hyderabad calling happens again!

Went here on a Tuesday night. The place was almost empty.. being a Tuesday. The ambience of the place is really nice.. good for romantic candle light kind of dinners... and the staff is very polite and courteous.
We ordered chicken wings, which was delicious. Next there was only veg lasagna in the menu.. but the staff customized it to chicken lasagna which was good.
The right place for authentic Italian food. Pizzas are cooked to perfection and the taste of the sauces is worth remembering. The prices are affordable and the ambiance is pretty perfect for a Sunday brunch.
Finally a place that serves authentic Italian ... and also has a decent spread of Indian kebabs as well !!! With so many M eateries around the city this is easily a safe bet for a brunch or lunch and works well for a dinner date as well !!!! Totally satisfied ... and value for money too !

I have tried Veg Lasagna, Primavera Pizza, Veg Pasta with white Sauce(forgive me for forgetting name of the dish).
Veg Lasagna is divine and one of my favorites here. I enjoyed this in different layers. Perfect amount of mozzarella cheese mingled with vegetables. Absolutely amazing!
Primavera Pizza was decent. Pizza Dough was not as crisp as expected in one of my visits.
This pizza is medley of veggies and cheese topped with classic tomato sauce base and covered with sauted spinach, grilled zucchini, roasted red peppers and other ingredients. Whenever I go, I specifically ask not to add mushroom in any of my food.
Pasta was good that's all I remember. It was overshadowed by the scrumptious taste of Veg Lasagna
I would like to specially mention about the complementary bread they serve.I am not a big fan of bread. However, bread they serve here is super fresh, soft and yummy. I will probably buy it if they sell it in a bakery/restaurant. I probably might not visit again If they stop serving it. Haha :D

Was recently here for a small gathering, and was rather impressed by the quality of the food. Tried chicken wings, veg lasagna, and a pesto pizza. The chicken wings and the pizza were spot on, but i felt the lasagna could use some improvement in terms of flavour and serving size.
The speed of service was really good, and we were given some complimentary bread and butter to munch on before our starters arrived.
The staff were very professional and helpful, although some could use a bit of pronunciation training...

Liked the ambience as quite spacious and the outdoor sitting is there one of the UPS apart from their food.
Food was just fantastic and delicious. I have ordered cool cilantro as a part of my drinks, apart from that pork belly ribs which was very well cooked and not at all hard in chew and one risotto di fruiti di mare which was simply delicious and one of the best risotto I ever had.
The service was very promising and staffs were very courteous.

This place is located quite close to my apartment. I went for a very late Sunday lunch. I happened to be the only guest at that time, which felt rather awkward. Maybe it was because of late timing & because of the rainy weather. Coming to the food, I wanted Filet Mignon, but apparently they don't have any beef in stock because of supply issues. So I ordered Linguini Al Limoncello instead. It was nice, the stock very creamy & the pasta nicely cooked. The serving portion should have been larger; though the heartiness of the sauce made it more filling than I had initially expected. For dessert I had Tiramisu, which was very good. Note that, prices are on the higher side for most dishes.
P.S- forgot to mention that the restaurant has large floor to ceiling windows, which offer good views.

Went there on a rainy Thursday. Drinks are on MRP. So got 500 rupees drinks at 280...Wow. Food is okay. Staffs needs to get trained more on the way they pour the drinks on glass. The beer spilled over and drenched the table cloth...Huh...overall moderate experience.

Great ambience , perfect location and my favorite Italian food. This place sums up all my interests. We loved the platter. Its a must have if you want to try a little bit of everything. We found it a bit pricy but it was worth the money.
We went for our office team lunch and had opted for buffet . Food was awesome , ambience was good but the service was horrible. On the table itself they were serving food and the service was damn slow. They had a very nice menu but they didn't serve all the items like for us the menu has 3 kinds of pasta but they have served only 2 . I think they can improve the service because this is the minimum expectation of the customers.
Italian is my favorite cuisine and I was very excited about this place. We ordered the Mushroom risotto and dried shrimp risotto. First things first, the quantity is not great. Probably enough for only one 1 person. The mushroom risotto was pretty good and we liked it and the other one was decently good too. We ordered the IL consigliere which is a cocktail made of rum and freshly ground coffee along with white chocolate. With all elements that I like I thought it would be a good one, but it wasn't. Found hard to finish the drink in the end. So wouldn't recommend it.
Ambience was decent with glass walls, so the place was lit up since we went for lunch. May be the ambience would be better at night.

Serafina has become a regular hangout mainly because of the great ambience they have and ample ventilation during the day. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which makes it very nice during pleasant weather or otherwise.
Their iced tea is really good, freshly brewed and not mixed out of a Lipton packet like many places I can think of. It's not too sweet, but tangy with a rich tea flavour. I'd recommend that you try the cinnamon and apple cocktail if you stop by here on a cool day. This is a warm drink, that's got plenty of flavourful spices, and a treat for your tastebuds. Their smoothies are delicious as well, the strawberry smoothie is creamy and not too icy which is what I liked the most, and perfect drink for a hot summery afternoon.
Their food, needless to say is well loved. Their bread basket is soft and delicious, and I simply couldn't resist asking for a second one. The pizza rolls are baked with a sausage centre and an incredibly soft, delicious crust. The ravioli ala salvia - is a spinach ravioli cooked in safe butter and it does not disappoint.
But my favourites were definitely the chicken arrabiata pizza, the tiramisu and cheesecake with a blueberry compote. The pizza was thin crust, with a more than generous chicken and cheese topping and was exquisite. The tiramisu was a good balance between cream and cake, which is generally not the case elsewhere. The cheesecake was absolutely creamy and I couldn't get enough of it! However the crust was quite thin and left me a little disappointed.
Overall, the staff was welcoming and friendly and the service was prompt. The happy hours are easy on the pocket and keep us going back for more.

The name serafina means heavenly winged angel .The ambience and the vibes over here truly matches with it's name .We went on an afternoon Sunday lunch and the outside view was mesmerizing .Ordered cheesy fries,mushroom crostini,veg lasagna and Alfredo pasta .
Cheesy fries were the best I have Eva had .The cheese in it was melting with every bite in the mouth .Mushroom crostini was a big disappointment and a total let down .Veg lasagna and Alfredo pasta were quite well prepared and well cooked.Overall a highly recommended place for Italian lovers ,who want some good food with a good view .

It has a nice cozy ambiance with both outdoor and indoor sitting area.
The indoor area has dim lighting and soft music.
Service is bit slow , but they help with customization s and your preferences.
We ordered a pink sauce pasta with extra veggies and chicken which was really nice, The starters tasted well too and the mocktails were great.
You could find it little heavy on pockets , but it will definitely do justice with the quality of food.

Best known for its decor and ambience. Staff is helpful but can act haughty and high-handed at times. The food is decent, but not commensurate to the cost of the items. Would recommend a one-time visit just for the decor but definitely not a second visit for the food.
It was recommended by my Brother who stays in Hyderabad. We went for a lunch as my husband wanted to eat something italian.
And i must say this is the perfect place to eat italian.

The inner ambience is also very very good. Yes, seating outside would mean slow service due to limited table and not frequent visit by staff outside. Still worth sitting outside. The staff was good and courteous.

On a lazy Sunday went for a date with my wife, and let me tell you I had a amazing time .it felt like having lunch among greenery with the sound of peacock from distant made my day. Beautiful weather lovely food and some quite time with my queen. Yes the ambience and the view of the huge greenery from the balcony location make it a great place to have lunch. I would give 5/5 for ambience, and 4.5/5 for food. We had zen zero, chicken wings, chicken serar, linguine Al limo, half a spring chicken, tiramasu, affogato and let me tell you all food was very well prepared and the presentation was also awesome. It's a value for money it was 3.2k for 2 people, but the experience you will remember for quite a sometime .
We wanted to have a night out with our friends where we could talk and eat our way through the evening. Looked everywhere for a place with decent music unlike the blaring ones at the pubs. Serafina was where we hit jackpot, a nice little New York style restaurant located in a simple corner on the last floor of SLN terminus, there was no music that the restaurant played by itself, instead 10D was their music system. With the faint noise coming from 10D we sat outside overlooking the silent streets of the night. We ordered a Primavera pizza which was so cheesy it melted in the mouth. Then came the risotto, it was flaky not so soft, but still tasty. We ordered the Alle Zuchini pasta next. This pasta unlike other restaurants serve was greasy with a huge doze of chilli flakes. The cheesy fries were a let down. Overall, this was a nice restaurant if you want a quiet dinner with friends and family, or a loved one.
We went on a Friday night. Its a place with low music where you want can have a conversation with each other. Its spacious and very comfortable. We reached the place around 10 abd it was not too crowded. We ordered there 6 inch veggi pizza. It was well cooked with feesh veggies. We loved it. We also ordered their french fries with cheese. These were crisp loaded with cheese, but it was amazing. The cheese used was good and it didnt get too heavy. Overall a good place to hang out with friends if you love a good conversation over loud music and dancing 😁

Have been here twice. Once for the afternoon buffet with colleagues and another time with my wife for dinner. They have happy hours until the evening on weekdays. That of course does not apply to non alcoholic beverages.
Buffet: Moderately priced and had good options. There's a separate enclosure with a big table that can seat 10 people. If it's raining and you go in the afternoon with a big group, pick this table. The waiters were very attentive and courteous. A nice experience overall.
Dinner: The lighting and ambience was good. We initially went for the outdoor seating but quickly changed our minds due to mosquitos. They have a screen outside that shows sports. We switched to the indoor seating and the staff was very supportive in setting up a table for us. The food was great but the waiters were not very attentive. I had to all the for napkins and knives and forks. Nonetheless, a good experience overall.
The place has a modern, rustic and a pleasant decor. Enjoyed the food, service and as well the ambiance.

"Penne alle zucchine" plain tossed spaghetti in olive oil, tomatoes and basil. The pleasant aroma of basil, cherry tomatoes and garlic is simply the way I enjoy my spaghetti. For a food lover, the quantity of the course, could have been generous.
Secondi
"Bistecchine di formaggio fresco" cottage cheese with mushroom, tomato and yes served with spaghetti. The mushrooms topped on cottage cheese just melted and the portion was generous enough for two.
Dolci
"Gelati e sorbetti", flavour passion fruit. The dessert was passion fruit syrup, condensed with crushed ice and served in scoops. The taste was great, except it was two sweet. The portion as well, was generous enough for two.
They also serve full course meal, but planned to skip for this time.

I seem to be depending on Zomato a lot when it comes to trying out new places. We went here for dinner on my son's birthday. And to say in a few words - it was a memorable birthday.
Now this place is very classy. It wins your heart as soon as you walk in. The balcony view seating seals the deal with its amazing Italian dishes and supremely delicious chocolate mousse cake ! A splendid place for a date.

The place has a great interiors. I had the lunch buffet which was decent according to the the. Although the food was nice but not phenomenal or may be because we went quite late. They served pizza and pasta separately. There were not much veg dishes and since the buffet was kept out for sometime its wasn't that tasty. Favourite place in town when it comes to Italian food! Very few restaurants out there where you go and come out 100% satisfied from service to food and ambience.
Tell you what, this place amazes me with the taste they serve, I have tried everything here, food- 5/5, service is too notch 5/5, ambience 5/5.
Recommend their pizza, and spring chicken steaks.
Italian cusine: The restaurant very much honours the italian food with excellent ambience. You cam dine in inside or in open air. For dinner, open air will be very much romantic with candle light on your table.
Coming to the food, for which we visted this place, we ordered few dishes:
Zuppa - soup made with creamy layer of chicken with a piece of garlic bread as complementary
Frittes - a different version french fries
Crostini Con chicken - a layer of chicken tossed with tomoto syrup and beans over small pieces of hard bread
Lasagne - this was best of the lot. Thick layers of cheese with vegetables tossed in italian sauce giving a slight hint of raw onion and garnished with some vegetable leaf. One should definitely try out this.
Service was excellent.

A bookmarked place for a long time. Finally made a visit today for lunch. This place will be good for dinner due to its view from the top. Even lunch time was not bad. Food taste was too good. Pizza was just like how Italian pizzas are made, thin crust with perfect amount of cheese and spice. I heard complaints about the delay in service but I dint see any delay. It was too fast. Staff were way too friendly. This is some place I would visit again and again for sure. Would love to try all the dishes in the menu one by one . Expect me there again soon.
We went out for lunch with my office folks and were lucky to get the balcony seating the oversees the green tree cover from 4th floor. It was a great experience. There are excellent choices for Italian cuisine / good mock tails and cocktails.
It is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever went. The food is awesome. They'll also give me complementary hand made garlic breads & breadsticks before placing your order. I prefer to sit outside i.e. the balcony of the restaurant. You'll get an awesome view from here, & the breeze is just awesome. Overall a very good restaurant to dine in. Recommend for couples.

Cravings for a continental cuisine are seldom satisfied, as one is torn in the battle of authenticity and “suited to Indian palate”.
The Last Sunday we shortlisted Serafina, a long due visit for its Sunday Brunch.
Well, to start with, I confess that the offering at Serafina should be seen as a Connoisseur’s delight and not a Glutton’s paradise. We, personally belong to the latter tribe, as the various options in the city offer a huge range for a Sunday brunch (It’s like consuming the weekly calorie quota in a Sunday Brunch).
Located at the SLN Terminus and at Rs 1,199 All Inclusive (Non – Alchoholic), the Serafina Sunday brunch provides a decent spread of mouth watering and flavorful Italian food.
The most noteworthy part of Serafina’s ambiance is the abundance of natural sunlight that lets you seep in the positivity on a very lazy day. You get to see the greenery from the balcony and it’s a must dine place during the monsoons.
We were four adults and a kid, who were more than happy to be promptly seated as we walked in at 12:20 pm, with the outlet completely empty. However, within a matter of an hour or so, the entire place was bustling with a nice crowd of all ages. The ambiance again is apt for hearty conversations and soulful camaraderie.
The service is top notch and the staff though always on their toes, are very attentive and courteous.
We started off with some soft home baked Croissants, French baguette, Lavash, Ciabatta, and Garlic bread. The Garlic bread was very well done. Three of us tried the Cream of Chicken Soup and one tried the Potato leek Soup. The soups were awesome, and very flavourful.
Amongst all the starters that were served we really liked the Chicken Wings, Prawn Milano, fried Kalamari and the Tomato bruschetta.
The exquisite cheese accompaniments had us drooling, as most of us were cheese lovers. The Goat Cheese was very delicious.
The most memorable part was the unending Mocktails that we had. On an average, each of us had three mocktails each, with the Zen Zero being the favourite, and the Calvados (a hot apple juice mocktail with Malabar Spices) being the most novel.

Great place for Italian food. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The place is a little 'raw', given the mall it's in is not fully occupied, but the food is good and the staff quite courteous.
Decent place, with a good ambience but painfully slow service. The three times I've been here, I always have this feeling that they are understaffed.
Lovely place to hang out with friends. Clean, sophisticated, good selection of drinks. Happy hours from noon till 7pm.
It's a good place with an amazing view and service.
Lunch Buffet: great food mostly. A few were ordinary. But at 600 for a decent spread, and good service. Lovely view, good for families and children too.
Second trip. Pastas were great. Non-veg starters were sumptuous. And the veg pizza was fabulous. Hats off
Bruschetta was really yummy Nice place to hangout but the prices are bit expensive.
Good food, fine ambience. Try the beef steak if you are into red meat. This place is good for a friends and family get together.
P. S. Please make sure to check your bill, the place tends to sneak in the 10% service charge without permission. If you have a problem with that ask then and they will remove it politely.
It was a really desi Italian restaurant. The food were very delicious but not more than Indian dishes of course but more like an Italian style taste. But the name of those dishes were very hard to understand for us. Only because of those very friendly Staffs, we got to know each those dishes mentioned on the menu. Apart from that the great view from the glasses were very cool for selfies.
I went there for our anniversary and was not dissapointed with the quality of food, service and hospitality. The ambience could have been better as I have gone to Serafina in other cities, which had a better setting. Ordered pizza pasta brussheta focacia and all were absolutely yummy!
