Park Hyatt has always been my go to place for food and wine. This is my first visit to Rika and I absolutely enjoyed the food and service. The live sushi counter is a delight to watch. The restaurant also has a bar and they serve really good cocktails.

The best restaurant I would say In Banjara Hills in terms of services and hospitality. We were 3 friends visited restaurant last month and all are happy about the time we spend here having food and drinks. I personally recommend this place because of the services offered here. Welcome was best past part with pleasant and happy welcoming smile by hostess Adrina. Suggestions of food were good too. Chefs were always willing to accommodate the choices. My brother was in town and we went to try some japanese food for dinner. Rika at Park Hyatt was the choice.
The restaurant is located at the first floor and itâs a semi-open space with the centre of the hotel. Simple yet elegant designed with good music and relaxed atmosphere.
The service is good, attentive but we had to wait almost half and hour for the desserts to come, the rest of the courses came in time.
For food we had sweet corn chicken soup, crispy fish and chicken dim sum for starters, tuna and salmon sushi platter, fish and chicken with rice and noodles for main course and banana fried roll and mango pudding for desserts. Sushi were one of the best in town, crispy fish was good as well and the chicken that we had for main course was again very tasty. Not at all impressed with the desserts.
This kind of places will always be on the expensive side but the ambiance they offer and general quality of the food and service is matching the price. Good dinner experience.
It was my first time visiting Rika and it's been a long time coming considering I've heard rave reviews about it. And it didn't disappoint. Food was fantastic, cocktails were phenomenal and the service was top notch. I loved everything I consumed from the prawn crackers to the desserts. Shoutout to the mixologist Ronnie, the chefs, our waiter Himanshu and the rest of the team for their passion and enthusiasm which is clearly reflected in the quality of the dining experience. Great job! Thanks for the meal. I will definitely be visiting again.

Being in a metro city called âHyderabadâ, there are so many places that I can go and hang out with my friends in the weekend. But here at Rika, everything seems different. Love the ambience, food and off course the drink. Like today I had amazing âLavender Lanternâ the hand crafted cocktails made by the mixologist Andy. All people are great over there. Rony, Himanshu and the staff. Great place to have a drink and the music too.

Which is suggested by a bartender it was delicious ND coming to the drinks we have ordered for there signature cocktails which is recommended by Andy (bartender) was perfectly balanced with the taste .
I went to the restaurant and I was very pleased to find them, especially Roni Paul's cocktails are delicious
Went here for dinner on a Saturday night. It wasnât that crowded. The servers were all attentive and helpful. We ordered a number of things as staters. They included lotus stem, chicken karage, lobster ceviche, tuna roll, chicken roll and prawn. They were all okay, nothing great. The egg fried rice in xo sauce lacked depth in flavour and the chicken gravy that went with it was good. All in all itâs one of the better restaurants in hyderabad city but not great food.
Excellent service but sometimes when itâs too excellent it gets over whelming. Someone or the other keeps coming every few minutes asking if they could serve us with a little more.
Fantastic ambience and great food. Both taste and quality were top notch. Canât really complain about this restaurant. Cheers

Good food is a given at Rika ( and Iâve been there a couple of times now) . What gets me though is their whole experience around the various chillyâs across the world. The fact that you can taste Caroline pepper and bhoot jholakia is pretty unique, and then on a map you see where all these came from and their SHU ( a unit of measure for hotness)
Little things like the coasters matching with Murals on the wall. Dinnerware, in sync with the cuisine. All of these delight.

Was here for the Monkey shoulder event. Specially went for the cocktails curated by Pankaj â BA of Monkey shoulder. Hyderabad needs more of such events. The crown â that had monkey shoulder and elderflower gold syrup was so well balanced that I couldnât resist myself from ordering 5 of the same. Overall a great experience.

Great food - everything we had was excellent (cocktails, suhsi, dimsum, starters, noodles, fried rice). Great service too - Himanshu took very good care of us and gave good recommendations for cocktails and dishes.

Pre booked a dinner for my parents on the occasion of their anniversary at Rika, they absolutely loved it. Excellent service and ambience and the staff were very warm and took care of them really well. Would specially like to thank the manager Reetika for all the help for booking a table and arranging everything and also Himanshu and Sunita for the excellent service.

And what an evening it was. Good company, great food and high spirits ! It is here that you get the best sushiâs in town.
Started of with them getting Prawn crackers on the table with the round of drinks - the cocktail Yin Yang Penicillin (glenlivet, ginger, honey, black pepper syrup and orange zest) was divine. The restaurant logo beautifully etched on ice, in the drink.

Interestingly, the restaurant gets its name from âPaprikaâ and has a variety of chillis (including the hottest chili in the world - Carolina Reaper) on display which can be added in the food to up the heat. Great concept, good food and attentive service

Place was too good as expected, staff are too good they guide us well in which ever food we where choosing. I must say ABHIK one of the staff at this place guided us well( all the chilli sauses) . Chicken prawn noodles we're too good followed by black pepper chicken. Authentic tuna nigire was good too.
So so so good. The sushi is the best in Hyderabad. Would suggest just order the wood ear mushroom soup, a bunch of sushi and sashimi and avoid the main course. The sushi making class was extremely worth it and so much fun! Vikas was the most helpful chef and Ritika is a great manager!
We ordered the Korean popcorn Chicken and chilli garlic noodles and an assortment of sushi (sashimi and temaki) everything was simply excellent.
Soubhagya our tepen chef was so friendly and customised the dishes to our liking.
Canât wait to go back to try the lobster.
I'm a regular customer of the Park Hyatt but I usually eat at Tre Forni. Last Saturday was my first experience with Rika and it was outstanding. Myself and 6 friends attended a sushi making class followed by a three course lunch. I honestly can't recommend this experience enough. In fact I will be taking another on later this month it was that good. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. This is my new favorite Asian restaurant in Hyderabad.
Recently, we were staying in Park Hyatt as we were in Hyderabad for work. We heard about Rika, a famous place for Sushi and cocktails and we knew we had to have at least one meal there. And thank God we decided that. Rika had some incredible cocktails to offer. We had the Sleak Tiki Sip that was a white rum based cocktail with litchi juice, coconut water and lemonade (aren't the ingredients sounding refreshing?). We gorged their sushi platter, pork with fried rice and sashimi platter and couldn't get enough of it. It was truly an unexpected surprise that Hyderabad had some of the best sushi to offer. So glad to have stumbled upon this restaurant. The servers were very patient with our group of 20 people and all of our food was served to us well in time.Â

After having heard so much about this place we decided to give it a try. To start off with the ambiance of the restaurant is quite welcoming. We decided to take the teppanyaki table and we started off the ordering . For drinks we ordered a Street Mule and Rosemary infused Grape Fruit with Gin. The best part was that the bar trolley is brought to your table and prepared in front you. The drinks were very refreshing and quite potent. We had ordered for a Chicken Hot & Sour Soup which was outstanding along with that we called for a Kung Pao Chicken , Shrimp Sushi and a asparagus Sushi. The food over here spelt attention to its detail in preparation. The flavours and texture were something which really got us going with the food. We had ordered for a Chicken Teppanyaki , Chinese Vegetable Teppanyaki both in Black Bean sauce along with Burnt Garlic Fried Rice and Chilli Garlic Noodles all of which was prepared before us. The dishes were polished in 2 minutes and we were left with a decent amount of space for desserts. As per the recommendation we called for the Mango Mousse and a Chilli Chocolate Pudding . They were good but not as good as their core food. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to take their family out for a live teppanyaki experience. Overall verdict:

In drinks we ordered Martini Rosso and Watermelon Mojito, both were really nice.
In snacks we ordered crispy corn and crispy potato. Both the snacks were prepared differently than you see at other restaurants and were really delicious.
The staff here also is really friendly.
It's absolutely beautiful place for the people who likes something very calm and peaceful. But don't expect the same all the time cause there s an Restaurant right next to it and lot of family groups do come .. cocktails at par the best in the city . Ambience wise great.

Authentic Asian food was served. We ordered the maki California roll sushi and it tasted fresh. The soya sauce was too strong and salty. Later the staff explained that the sauce was supposed to be strong and that they have the regular soya sauce as well. Also tried the chicken bao & chicken thigh teppanyaki. Our table was served by Gaurav & Sangeetha. Service & care was great.
Food as well as ambience were great and Gaurav has been an amazing host. Perfect fine dining. Would like to come here more often. Well maintained.

Well! Rika is one of those few "heavily marketed" restaurants... imagine they built an entire campaign complete with Videos, A specialist Roxanne, Authentic Pan Asian Food and the works...
Nevertheless, it really left me high & dry... from the "Oh! not that great" Entrance and realllllly subtle ambiance... nothing was so much as advertised and the BIG Hype created around Rika was not justified...
Coming to the food... it was truly wonderful! We tried the Vegetarian Sushis... crispy outer crust with just the right amount of juicy core... for someone who is new to Authentic Sushi... it was welcome please tell surprise! It was accompanied by Galangal (Cured Ginger) & Wasabi.
Dimsums were passable !
The Bao was particularly amazing!
For the mains... we had Stir Fried Asian Vegetables & Fried Rice... both were great & light!
One thing I noticed from the perspective of an "Indian food regular"... was that though the food wasn't high on spice levels... it was very flavourful & tasty...

âFood Explorer at heart, I am!â â this is what my senses told me, as I was thinking of attending the food tasting at one of the restaurants at Park Hyatt Hyderabad. Park Hyatt in Hyderabad has already been well known for providing a luxurious dining experience at The Dining Room and Tre-Forni. To itâs latest addition is a modern asian dining that brings an evening experience of a culinary journey amidst the murals and energy that caters to your soul to reinvigorate.
Went to check this new bar in town, Rika being a big aficionado of cocktails was looking forward to try this bar. Asked this passionate mixologist Nil to suggest his must try from the menu and he mixed up Rosemary and Grapefruit infused gin fizz perfect balance of flavors the tonic water didn't dominate the flavors which is very important. Then I went a head to try the roasted red velvet cocktail made by their guest mixologist Roxanne from South Africa I was a bit skeptical since it had chilli infused vodka as most of them don't get the spice levels correct but I was glad to have this as everything was perfect smooth, creamy texture from the condensed milk was what I needed. I paired the cocktails with veg chai dim sums which was again good. Finished the dinner with a delicious matcha ice cream and New York cheesecake. I would be visiting them more to try other cocktails in the menu soon.
I went to Rika a newly opened restaurant with my friends to celebrate my birthday. It's a superb place to chilled out with great choices of food specially wide range of sushi and teppanyaki and in the last but not the list that mixologist is truly Hyderabadi guys fall in love with their environment.

It was refreshing to see such grand ambience, and the service and food were also as great. The staff was prompt on their feet - which is not so common in Hyderabad :P We had ordered the big Sushi Platter - and it was impeccable. From the presentation to the taste - 10/10. They also have a great collection of wines and alcohols. So if you're in the mood to splurge - go for it.

We dined here thrice in the span of two weeks. The first two dinners were duein g the week, and were great experiences. Everything we ordered were prepped well, and tasted great - sushi, upon noodles. Service was fantastic too. On the weekend (Friday night) though, things felt a little different. The sushi took forever, our mains were just ok. Hoping that's an one off, and hope to be back to enjoy some good Asian food again.

Lucky enough to eat here twice on my recent stay at the hotel. Food was really good and freshly prepared (so took some time) but worth the wait. Expensive but Sushi is.
We are staying at the Park Hyatt and decided to have dinner at Rika. We were seated quickly and our server was Rabina. Rabina was very helpful, attentive, and hospitable. The food was hot and delicious. We had a great time!
