A perfect place for North indian to have Ghar ka khana in South India😅. Quality and quantity both are not compromised. Liked the place overall.
Loved the food. If you are looking for best north indian food in and around this is the place. Although the price is bit high the taste is worth it.
The best punjabi food I’ve ever had, delicious, reasonable pricing, quick service everything top notch. Must visit restaurant in Hyderabad, I say...!
Punjabi Affair is giving most authentic punjabi food. Their ambience & food all are amazing. Murgh patiala, paneer chatpata, lassi all are very delicious. Always prefer to have food from Punjabi Affair whenever I miss my home alot. Keep serving good food!!!
My all time favourite place. It's a heaven for north Indians😋😋🥰
My fav punjabi food destination is Punjabi affair i love their chicken tikka masala dis time we orderd patiala chicken curry with garlic naan and laccha paratha and patiala lassi.. Patiala chicken was so flavourful they wrapped tiny chicken pieces with green masala in a Omelette it was too yumm.. Butter Garlic naan was too good with lots of garlic chunks.. Laccha paratha was ok.. Patiala lassi was my most fav here it was so thick with nuts.. Restaurant ambiance was ok.. Service was good.. Love to visit again
This place offers absolutely yummy food. We ordered kaju masala, tandoori roti, parathas, chilly garlic noodles. Everything we ordered tasted delicious. The curry was appropriately spicy and tangy. Chilly garlic noodles were so good that even on a full stomach we completely ate it all😄
The staff takes care of your instructions very well.
Overall a recommended place !

awesome chicken butter Masala...best place to get non veg curries
We ordered crispy corn salt and paper. Paneer butter masala along whit Tawa paratha. We ended our dineer whith patiyala lassi .
Highly recommended if you craving for some good North indian food in Hyderabad.
Excellent punjabi style taste loved it totally.must try chees paratha and patiyala lassi
For starters we ordered Crispy corn, tandoori chicken and paneer.
For main course we had Punjabi Chicken masala, exotic veg chatpatedar, garlic naan, butter naan and normal naan bread and chaans for drink!
The food was really good. We couldn't stop licking gravy off our fingers while eating the main course.
It cost us about 380 Rupees per head which was a great deal indeed!
Would I visit Punjabi Affairs again?
Why not!!
Liked baby corn masala curry along with butter garlic naan but I felt the butter on naan was too much. Can reduce a bit
Absolutely amazing food.
Fast service.
Do try their lassi and missi roti.
The quantity is much more than expected while no compromise with quality.
Authentic food.
The taste of food is amazing. Order anything it is yummy.
Been to this place for lunch.
Had paneer ludhyanvi, suggested by them.
Tastes superb,
paneer is fresh and the curry is not spicy and it is a thick gravy with a similar taste to paneer labadaar.
I really liked it.
Place is busy and service is very slow, which can be improved.
Overall ok.
Best Punjabi place in Hyderabad. Love the food. The taste has been great over many years. Never disappoints.
The name/place pops up in our head when you call out punjabi/north Indian food in the heart of Hyderabad.. Look at their phenomenal growth over the years, they are now in every major places of Hyderabad. Such a lip smacking & rich food in both non-veg & veg varieties. I still remember those lassi challenges with friends when we use to visit there. Go for authentic punjabi lassi, raita, kebabs, paranthas, chicken dishes and mouth watering and my favourite chicken waale chawal. If you want to have good food, lovely ambiance & latest punjabi songs go for this place. If I have to recommend something to the management that would be cleanliness, food sometimes get too spicy to handle, being consistent even when it comes to online orders, and less usage of food colouring because it remains on our hand for a day and people get to know we went to Punjabi Affair(a good advertisement though). #amritsariLassi #LassiChallenges #tawachicken #malaikebab
It's a family restaurant. Ambiance is not good but can go there to have a good north Indian food. Food and service was good. Even we have ordered online multiple times.
Food - 4.5/5
Service - 3.5/5
Ambiance - 1.5/5

Ordered paneer paratha from Punjab Haveli. The order. Ones with paratha, pickle, Amul butter small pack & curd packed in nicely delivery box.
Paratha has very good taste & complemented with curd. It’s sufficient for one person if you have full paratha for dinner.
We were late but still were served the best Our team was really satisfied and we were full the lassi was really awesome the big glass of 650ml may be the patiala chicken the rotis and naans were really served fresh and hot definitely it will give you punjabi vibes. Tq Punjabi Affair do follow us on insta : @hungry_beards
Good authentic Punjabi food, it will never disappoint foodies. Came here with brother to taste good Punjabi food and it went as expected. Recommend butter chicken, tandoori prawns and obviously The Lassi... 😀
Well, its my first review on a public platform. Me, being a pure veggie, and an avid cheese lover I ordered Aloo cheese paratha. Eating two aloo parathas was the biggest task for me, but I wanted to challenge myself for more this time.
You get two Aloo cheese parathas for one plate (more responsibility ahead 😅). Anything spicy which comes to you in hot condition is tasty, so kindly eat them as early as possible. You are served with raita and dal (I personally don't like it).
Watching the butter melt on the hot parathas made me think it's no big deal in completing them. But, once you start, you realise it's the toughest job you can allot yourself to 😝.
Jokes apart,
Food review: 4.5/5 rating, missed the homely taste.
Staff review: 5/5, everyone was so humble and dedicated. It's rare to see people working with no ego.
Ambience: 5/5, great ambience to enjoy a Punjabi flavor, surrounded by Punjabi dialogues posters. Punjabi songs flowing around.
Thank you!
This place serves the best North Indian in and around the Kondapur area if one goes by overall quality, quantity and ambiance. The location is convenient and the staff is quite friendly and warm. The ambiance is quirky with some fun Punjabi anecdotes on the wall.
Top dishes: Patyala Chicken, their signature dish which is basically butter chicken slightly spiced up and wrapped in an omelette, the taste is really a mouthful with this one. Also, they mak impeccable Butter Chicken and Naan, and to top it up they also serve some really nice, thick Lassi.
Highly recommended if you're around the Kondapur area.
It's a good north indian restaurant located right on Gachibowli-miyapur road. We went for late dinner on Sunday so we didn't have to wait. Earlier we had gone here on a Saturday at peak dinner hour around 8PM, and could not get a table.
We ordered kadhai paneer, Garlic Butter naan and Butter roti. All the items were tasty, although the size of roti was smaller than any I have seen in good north indian restaurants. We plan to go there again to explore the menu as this time we were in a hurry.
Pros : Delicious food, pocket friendly menu
Cons : Almost full during peak hours
Recommend : Kadhai paneer, butter roti, garlic butter naan ; will add after my next visit
The BEST PLACE to get NORTH INDIAN food in town. Loved everything that I ordered. Especially the Thread Chicken and Butter Chilli Fish. Definitely Visit on weekdays as they are jam packed during holidays and weekends. Loved It 😘 #PunjabiAffair #NorthIndia #NorthIndianFood #best
Love the Lassi over here. Ate parata many times and was never disappointed with the taste. Also loved the chicken tava biryani.
Chicken rolled in omelet was the tastiest
This is the best place to have the Lassi.i enjoy eating Kadai Paneer and Butter naan here. I love visiting this again and again bcz of its tasty and yummy food
Visited this place today for lunch and it was completely packed with people :)
We ordered Crispy corn, chicken 65, Dal Tadka along with Paneer Kolhapuri. The food was really good. For vegetarians, do try crispy corn here as very less places serve good one. Chicken starter was spicy but mouth watering:P I was awestruck by the taste of dishes and felt that I am sitting in some part of North India. We had Naan, Tandoori roti, phulka in breads. We ended our lunch with Patiala lassi which was shared by three of us because of huge quantity.
They need to improve their service especially during rush hours. The place is pocket friendly and doesn't burn a hole in your pocket.
Highly recommended if you are craving for some good North Indian food in Hyderabad :)

Patiala chicken is a must try.
The Patiala lassi is one of the best lassi in town.
If you are fond of North Indian cuisine and feel its dearth in Hyderabad, do try this place.
Best Punjabi/North Indian food available in town.
Don't mind the ambience, its still a work in progress and there is a good amount of waiting as well in peak hours.
When in doubt, just order Dal makhni and you'll not regret it and while you are at it, bet your friends if one can finish an entire glass of Amritsari Lassi, and its damm tasty as well. These are the 2 things I definitely order when i. Punjabi Affair.
One of my fav places across Hyd..Been to many places but never found the kind of taste this place gives.... absolute flavours and justification to the names of the dishes..Butter chicken is a must try...
First time for me to go punjabi affair , and that lassi made me go again and again, chicken was awesome overall nice experience to be there .
Surprised by the food .
My expectations for good punjabi food ends here .
They provid good punjabi dish
Must try
Butter naan , butter Chicken & dal Makhani .
They ambience is ok but the food is delicious.
The patiala Lassi is very famous here ,
You can make 1/2 of the it for 2
This place is just amazing when it comes to authentic Punjabi food.
Ambience - average
Must try- chicken patiyala, chicken tikka masala, garlic kulcha.
Always crowded specially on weekends .
Food is great and many options you have. Washrooms are the ugliest, management is so reluctant to even clean them . The wash basin wasn't cleaned for days. The toilet wasn't flushed in a while and people were still using it. I don't even want to guess how hygienic the kitchen might be after looking at the washrooms. All the best.
A great Punjabi accent restaurant with dhaba style ambience. Loved the food. Had visited the place to have some vegetarian dishes. It didn't disappoint and menu suggestions from the staff was good. Ordered Crispy chilli Mushroom, Butter garlic Naan and Paneer Patiyala. And don't forget to grab some Patiyala Lassi..that's the restaurant's highlight.
Prefer considering the restaurant for non veg. Sounds fun to have those in a Punjabi style.
Good food but by mistake they gave chicken pieces to me. I am pure vegetarian.

You can expect very authentic Panjabi Food, I especially liked the Panjabi ambience and good food, must read all the quotes around being a Panjabi ! Cozy seating arrangements for a great ghuppe shuppe with our yaars, service could be better, sometimes we need to remind our orders !
Literally a paradise for North Indian food lovers
Paneer, naan, dal makhani, patiala Lassi.
Everything have an authentic taste of North India cuisine.
Lassi is a must try if you love dairy products.
Paneer Tikka Masala is really good
Avoid Kadai Paneer
Nice ambience. Food quality is good. Food served is downright delicious. Quality served is appropriate. Servers are very polite. The only con is the food comes a little late. It is also a busy place, so advice on planning in advance during busy days.
Apart from regular table chairs, there's also place for sitting with your feet crossed. Nice place for dinning in groups.
They have some amazing food in very affordable prices. The butter chicken is next level, was sooo creamy and aloo paratha was amazing. Garlic naan was so good it just melted in our. You definitely have to visit this place.
The best place as always but the price of paneer curry is around 350 which is way costly. The taste has changed a bit.
Overall experience was good i say .but il b thinking a bit more time to go next time..
The place has been renovated and made new changes for your reference il add some images
I have been here few times and it didn't disappoint me in vegetarian items . Although my friends were disappointed once, when they ordered a fish & prawns curries..
The ambience is also nice , Typical Punjabi style. Affordable prices and taste is also good.
You must try the Patiyala Lassi . My meal isn't finished without ordering this..!
Best food, good ambiance and good service.
Punjabi Affair has been serving delicious and authentic Punjabi food in the city for over 6 years now. They have opened up again post the lockdown and I was invited here for a food tasting.
We started off with the soups - the vegetable soup and the chicken Manchow soup. Given that they are primarily a Punjabi the Chinese soups were decent. We then started off with the appetizers. The first one was the Paneer Tikka which is quite popular among vegetarians. We then had the Chicken Malai Tikka which was quite flavorful and marinated well with spices. The Tangdi Kebab was another appetizer that I really enjoyed. It had the hint of coriander and ajwain that added to the flavor profile.
Now let’s move on the main course. The main course was by far one of the best that I have had in terms of Punjabi food. The Dal Makhani was thick and creamy filled with the dal and spices that were slow cooked overnight. The butter chicken was quite good with a hint of sweetness and went well with the soft stuffed kulcha. The Patiala Chicken had delicious juicy chicken cooked and wrapped inside an omelette that was soaked in the flavors of the gravy. The Paneer Malai gravy was quite rich and has be enjoyed with the butter naan.
Last but not the least their Lassi is a must have. Served in a tall glass the thick lassi has flavors of saffron and garnished with crushed almonds. The food was definitely great but their service needs to be stepped up a notch. This should definitely be on your list if you savor Punjabi food.
It is one of the best Punjabi resturant.
You can have a variety of non-veg dishes and veg too.
Chicken dishes are the best, all bread items are good and starters too.
Biriyani is only for people who don't like to have breads otherwise it's not the place for biriyani.
Lassi is the best thing out of all.
Service is good and very fast.Nice ambiance, good place to enjoy with friends and family.
