We ordered fried rice and mixed vegetable curry. Very tasty and nice. Good reasonable spicy. Worthy to order. Best restaurant for vegetarians.
Awesome food for vegetarians.... Cannot go wrong with it. The orders are quick with the taste you have never eaten before. The decor is a little outdated but the food is just amazing with a lot of varieties.
This is one place where I go and order my regular manchuria, garlic bread, pink pasta, corn kernels, nachos, pizza etc.. everything tastes superb. The only thing that I didn't like much here is the North Indian, as there's a great scope for improvement
So husband's birthday was celebrated in style here .This place is a paradise for vegetarians as the variety of food .
We started with soup sweet corn and machow which was amazing then in starters we ordered crispy corn , paneer tikka and garlic bread everything was a delight
In main course we ordered daal tadka and kaju paneer with tandoori roti and butter naan....no garnishing but taste was amazing
We had ordered cake from jashn express that was fairly well dessert ...so if u are a vegetarian and want total VFM .....this is the place to go

Garlic bread is tasty , paneer Makhan wala curry , garlic butter naan , kothmir butter naan taste good . Chocolate bomb .. it's have many varieties .
Finger licking Amazing food in whole Hyderabad... the rates are little high, but its worth it. Great ambiance 👍🏻 friendly staff too.. A must visit!!
Amazing ambiance and good food. Manchow soup(good), vegetable quesadilas(good), spring rolls(okay-ish), Hyderabadi biryani(okay-ish), naan, veg chatpata(good). A recommendable place for vegetarian food lovers.
A decent joint with good ambiance. Food is above average, service is quick. The best part is that there is half portions also [although priced substantially higher than half the cost] This helps avoid wastage. worth a visit.
It's the perfect place when you want to taste the food of Santosh dhaba and also want some good ambience
This place offers really good food
Paneer shangarilla and corn kernel are a must try
American chopsey and white sauce pasta are great add ons to the list and superb when it comes to taste
Laccha paneer and fried rice here is one of my all time favorite
The lighting is sometimes dim here
And place becomes crowded on Sundays!!
Super fast service. Good food. Nice ambience and big place. Quantity is though less and not value for money. Taste of food is not too spicy or very sweet. Finer balance. Rice quality is really good.
Visited this place couple of times..,
Very nice place, Good Ambience & Food here also tastes yum..,
They were consistent in the taste of the dishes when visited twice.
Its a Good place for Vegetarians & they have lot of different dishes to try..,
Ordered
Crispy Corn for Started, trust it tasted Yum.., one of the best i had in city.
Tandoor Paneer Tikka tasted good, paneer was super soft but spice level were little less for me..
Punjabi Chana Masala : Tasted good, but not like Punjabi dhabas
Navratan Korma was okiesh
Butter Naan was decent enough
Hyderabady Biryani was good (Can't expect authentic Hyderabady Biryani at these places)
Santosh dhaba -one of the oldest and famous place for vegetarian food ..
Jashan is an extension of Santosh dhaba...been here multiple times...
Lots of dishes to try...'& also yumm 😋😋..
And nice place to have family dinners....
Ambience is okay when compared to their other outlets..
Visited with Family couple of times. Have to visit when you have plenty of time. Always full and hard to get a seat. Food is nice and family enjoyed the food. Area of improvement is of course guest management by having organised queue system. Dont visit if you are in a hurry.
Omg!!!! What a place to hang out with friends and family!!!!
Ambience::perfect
Food::awesome
Service :: great
Great place.......... They also serve great Italian dishes.
Tasty and quality food, Okay Ambience, Slow Service, not much value for money, a good place for vegetarians and family dinners. The interiors are something different, quite compact place.
Great place to have north Indian , ambience is really good with not so bright lights and interiors are done very well.
Food is delicious , kadai paneer and rest are goood
Butter milk is awesome best I ever had!
Service is good too
This is our regular hang out place. This is one of the best veg restaurants in Hyderabad.Must try items are Garlic bread, chilli paneer, butter paneer masala butter naan, paneer biryani are must try.
Service - 5/5
Ambience 5/5
Taste 5/5
We went on Friday afternoon after a movie. Service was late but the food was delicious. We tried paneer starter and corn fries. Kaju biryani was amazing and naans were soft.

Who have not visited this place.everyone knows it and admire it.manchow soup is a must taste receipe there.i always ordered corn makhanwala which was it's speciality but last 2-3tyms I found lil change in the tatse which I didn't like.
Been many times but a recent visit for a dinner on tuesday night is what am sharing now. Wanted to have roti sabji and what better at Hyd could satisfy than Santosh Dhaba so went on with Jashn which has classy ambience, nice hospitality and amazing food. We opted for sweet corn soup (ok nothing good) then cheesy nachos served with salsa sauce (yum yum, worth eating) and then Garlic Naan Kotmir Roti (the signature items one will always find best here) with butter paneer masala (taste quiet well and yum). All and all very good towards italian cusine and ofcourse garlic naan and kotmir roti.
Ok so coz i have already reviewed santosh dhaba the indian cuisine, here i am gonna talk about the italian cuisine. The pastas primarily because i havent had a pizza here. I have never been a fan of multi cuisine restaurants, how can you cook indian and italian together without affecting the taste is something i have never understood. Yet this place surprises me. The pasta ive hadhere is probably the best i have had in the entire city. Perfectly cooked pasta with an amazing red gravy with a nice consistency. Even if you are not a fan of indian make sure you do try the italian pastas here.
Food - 8/10
Ambience - 8/10
Value for money - 7/10
Nice restaurant offering mainly North Indian cuisine. It has very nice decor and the atmosphere was good. We have been there twice and enjoyed our meal. Palak paneer was good but a bit weird because it was prepared with use of garlic and it tasted european. The staff was attentive. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that waiters were gossiping about us and the food that we ordered, but since we are foreigners this is understandable.
Good veggie place, spices used are good.
Ambience is ok , serving is also ok.
Then for what you need to go to this place is tasty food which is not much weight on ur pocket.
Definitely try Ginger paneer and garlic naan.
Amazing veg food. And the Italian food is in par with the best. Highly also recommend the cold stone ice cream on ground floor. It is a pure veg restaurants so the non veg guys will be disspointed
A family restaurant with good ambience.. but the service gets very late on weekends must improve else enlarge its area.. taste always good and stardard maintained
Ambience was awesome. Some historical metal sculptures are there on wall. If your going in a group, try to book a cabin like space for dinner. Try Paneer Satta which was awesome. Soup was not that good. Must go once.
An amazing place with a beautiful ambience and lovely atmosphere of coming in a good restaurant with good staff and co-operative management.
The food is just fingure licking good the north Indian to Chinese then Italian till Continental just amazing not the authentic taste but the taste u will love to try again and again
Try out the white sauce pasta plane(b9) and then the masala garlic bread just amazing
Visited this place back in april for a quick lunch with my mom... and I was totally blown away by the ambience and hospitality.. they serve a pure veg delicacies which were amazing... tried their gobi machiria, roti, butter naan, paneer tikka masala... they were amazing. Would definitely visit again if I have a craving for veg anytime.
Good place to hangout with friends decent food fast delivery good service for my 1st time I am impressed with their quality of fresh food the only problem I had were dirty water uncleaned water glasses no proper AC service just fix that
Liked this place not only for the taste but the interior and service too. The super fast service makes every customer happy and the good looking interior gives it the attractive nature. Would love to visit here again and again very often. Keep the good work up.
This is one of the best places to go for a family dinner. It's a little expensive but the food is worth it. This place offers a variety of food which can satisfy the need to eat the usual North Indian food to having some Italian food as well.
Some of the items that stand out here are their white sauce pasta, masala garlic bread, nachos , the sweet corn soup and nothing beats having butter rice with dal tadka.
This place is very busy over the weekend so it's better to go Early and take a place.
Very famous for its Paneer Butter Masala and Methi chaman.
I am a frequent visitor to this place and love to hog on these favourites.
However what astonished me is they serve good Italian and nachos.
For all the foodies out there who are a fan of proper roti sabji dal chawal it is an amazing place.
I visited this place today for a family dinner.
So i liked the ambience as its a very peaceful vegetarian place.
We ordered starters main course and buttermilk to end the dinner in style and every bite was tasty. Also it isnt high on pockets. What can make life more better.
Final review:
Ambience: peaceful and pretty
Food Variety and taste: good variety and tasty food.
Pricing: very much affordable.
Service: Really Good.
Should Try veggies!!
There is confusion over name of the restaurants. There is one bakery cum quick bite food corner at the ground floor. Just next to that on the ground floor there is Santosh dhaba, and on the first floor there is Jashn restaurant. This review is for fully air-conditioned restaurant which is on the 1st floor.
This is a good place to dine and has very good ambiance. Been there twice in two days - for lunch and dinner. Service was quick and staff polite. Soup and Main course was good - neither too spicy nor too bland. Having visited Hyderabad as a tourist, I was expecting to have authentic Hyderabadi Biryani. But unfortunately, it did not meet our sky-high expectations. Overall, food is good. Though not too gung-ho about the place, but would be happy to visit again.
This is a decent restaurant for vegetarians. The food is more than decent and the service is ok. Ambience is ok too. The curry's and Rotis are really good and the best part is Handi Biryani (Must Try). Its very easy to locate and is open till late (unlike some restaurants who close by 11:30). The best part is, they charge only 5% tax which is incredible. So, if you a vegetarian this is a more than decent place to visit.
I have been here few times and I should say that it has been a mixed experience for me. The people who serve here are not trained and they need some exposure before they reach an above average level. The food here is pretty good but the taste of the curries has been very inconsistent. They don't customize it according to your requirements even after they are cautioned about it. But I would always remember the capsicum masala over here.. Very delicious..
If there's any biryani close to that of the Paradise's... it's probably this one. Really great taste and reasonable rates. Ambience is not-so-great, but the taste beats everything so you don't have to worry much about it!
Baby corn Manchuria was the saviour on the new year eve when u cant eat chicken
It was amazing
Followed by the main course shahi paneer and naan and sheawan rice a complete happy dinner meal
Average look n easy to find , average food in taste , average service .. please keep some more guys For service only 2 guys struggling to serve full area .. But head-off to that 2 guys serving us .. Constantly working working n on .. seriously . I appreciate both of them .
A paradise for veggie lovers. Order anything from the menu and it would be served delicious. Try the pizzas, they're on par with Littly Italy but on half the price. They did well with the copy.
This is a classic. Santosh Dhaba is one of the rare places which serves food late into the night.
The food is tasty and rich. Kaju Paneer, Masala Kulcha are a must-try.
I have been to this restaurent with family and its quite decent place if we go out with large number of people. Coming to food the taste was good but they need to improve the quality of service. Here is my rating :
Food Taste : 4.0
Service : 3.5
Ambiance : 3.5
Value for money : 4.5
So my over all rating would be : 3.9
Jashan is one good place in Hyderabad to have vegetarian food. Manchuria crispy is one good starter u have to try here. End your meal with handi biryani which is delicious. One great point about this restaurant is they do not charge any service tax or service charge on ur bill which I thought was commendable.
Iam sure all of us know that Jashn hotel is a brand of Santosh Dhabha ... but this one is far better in taSte... quality .... and ofourse less oil in rotis... the quality of food is much better than actual santosh dhabha ... they also have italian dishes and i must tell you that i have tried the pizza and garlic bread which were very good ...overall the restaurant is good and ambience is also great ...must visit if ur a fan of santosh dhabha brand ...
I have been to this restuarant many times. One of best restuarants in veg. The ambience is also good compared to other santosh dhabas. The order came in 15mins. Was served hot and paneer tikka is what v order everytime with other starters. This time it was not so yummy as it used to be, but yes it was good. Other dishes are as good as always.
One of the best interior if we compare with other Santosh Dhabha, but they are not maintaining, thrice we have to asked them to replace glasses and still they couldn't find clean glasses and finally they gave us plastic glasses.
Italian Food; We have ordered Pizza, red pasta & garlic bread, I can say we can compare pizza, pasta and mix garlic bread with any Italian restaurant. Taste was great.
North Indian ; panner butter masala, tomato chutney, malai kofta, kotmir roti tasted excellent.
The Santhosh Dhaba Brand Normally Is Famous for North Indian Food!! JASHN is no exception!! Food is Yummy!! The Other Cusines Have To Be Improved Still!! A decent Place To Hangout With Friends and Family!!
Good Ambience.
I was not sure how they would make Italian food..tried it..it Ws above my expectations ..reasonably good..ordered pasta arabiatta tasted pretty good little bit spicy..
Masala garlic bread was too good but priced high..
Pizza was ok..not much taste..
Overall a good multicuisine restaurant in abids..
This restaurant is the best multi cuisine restaurant in a bids area. If you have a large group of people who want different types of food this is the best place. You get Italian, Mexican, Chinese and north Indian all under one roof!
The ambience is pretty decent with separate round tables for big groups.
I have eaten mostly the Mexican, Italian and Chinese dishes here and all were quite tasty! Varieties in each cuisine are really vast. You get pizza, pasta, noodles, enchiladas, Manchuria, nachos and much more.
The place is good and economical!
This was my first visit to any of the Santosh Dhaba branches and it was a good experience. The service was very prompt and food excellent. Ordered Tomato soup, crispy corn, masala kulcha, garlic naan, shahi palak and paneer butter masala. Usually not a big fan of paneer butter masala, but at Jashn it was the best dish I tried. The paneer was soft and the masala was different than the gravy type we get at other restaurants.
The only negative was with the ambiance, as soon as we entered the restaurant there was a smell of dampness probably from the a/c.
Service : 4 / 5
Ambiance : 3 / 5
Food Quality : 4 / 5
Value for Money : 4 / 5
This is an extension of Santhosh Dhaba.. This one can be preferred when you come with ur family..Like santhosh dhaba it is economical n tasty.. We had manchow soup which was spicy n tasty.. For starters we had paneer, corn and baby corn.. Paneer starter was disappointing. Ordered butter naan and couple of curries. Malai koftha and methi chamaan, both were good. Among the rice items we have ordered sambhar rice, fried rice and jeera rice. None of them was disappointing. Overall satisfied with the food. One thing i dint like about the place is that, the servers expect u to leave soon once u r done. They move the tables or pass on the chairs to others without caring your presence once u r done with ur food and pay the bill. This is the only area of improvement.
This is one of the newer branches of santosh dabha.
The parking could be a bit of menace.
The ambiance is much better than compared to the one's in abids and kothi.
The service is good an the decors were well done. They maintained a similar menu and the starters made of panner are their specialty. They experiment a bit with the dishes so you can go for a variety of choices available. It is very pocket friendly.
Good food, Good ambience.
Handi biryani, crispy corn, tomato soup, garlic bread r awesome.
Just that over crowded & noisy like dhaba.
Anyway ill come back for awesome taste of food.
Chilly Panner was amazing. Content of oil was less when compared to other SD's. Time Bomb was decent. The Ice cream store down stairs is not recommended.
We visited this place on 6th November, 2014 for dinner, it was my first visit to Jashn. We were 13 people in number.
The ambience was really good. The waterfall and natural setting with focus lights will let the mood swing. This place is on 1st Floor. As soon as we entered, was astonished to see the crowd and all the tables occupied. We had to wait for couple of minutes to find a table for ourselves.
We ordered loads of variety of food. I will write the review for the dishes which I had. I had a veg corn soup made with a perfect consistency and appropriate veggies. Alongwith soup, I had Paneer 65 .. ahhhh too spicy, had to jump off my seat to grab some sugar! Next I had spring rolls which was well cooked and taste was good too.
We ensured to inform the management before placing an order for main course, to make it less spicy. I had dal makhani, paneer butter masala and butter naan, must say all the dishes were really very yummy. They are perfect at it! Also ordered Alfredo Pasta for myself, first thing all other pasta's were available except the Alfredo as per the menu. And the worst part, they screwed up the pasta by cooking it in pink sauce :(
Overall, we had a great time. Service was quick too but, it could have been better. For example, the glasses were not clean, we had to ask repeatedly to replace the glasses. In today's time everybody looks for better hygiene. Such small things will ofcourse make the experience better.
A word of advice, they are good at Indian cuisine, so do order only Indian. Do not look for other cuisines.
I think this is the best place to get a very tasty italian food! I've tried many dishes but garlic bread will always be on the top! Its buttery and cheesy taste makes it the best! Pizzas with thin base is also very yummy! I liked the nachos with cheese as well! Want to try risotto!
one of the oldest restaurnts of hyderabad, santosh dhaba or jash is famous for its paneer varities it also serves delicious starters dragon paneer narmada paneer to name a few. you can enjoy the food here if you are a vegetarian.
I went last night with my friend,we orderd pasta and it was sooo good..i♡ dat pasta..it was very yummy, white sause hmm.i still have d
That taste..n veg manchuriya was also nice..a bit crispy n soft..
When you hear the term "Santosh Dhaba", you would generally associate this with North Indian cuisine. As this was a suggested by a friend, i obviously assumed the above said. Having said that, This by no means is an only North Indian dishes joint, but also serve's great Pasta's (my personal favourite penne pasta with white sauce) , and the time it takes from to ordering the food and to being served is also appreciable, of course this was on a weekday. Ambiance is also fine. I would love to visit again to try more of the menu. Overall i would say give this place a try.
This is our family’s favourite place to have vegetarian food. Decent ambience. Food is tasty. Reasonable prices and they have huge parking space. But last time when we visited this place they served cold Biryani however they immediately changed it after I raised it.
Restaurant is good and quite busy people come here in good number. Food is delicious, ambience is okay and good atmosphere. It's a pure veg restaurant but as a non vegetarian lover I had quite good experience food taste was really good. 4 star is for just the price to portion size, if the portion size could have been more it would have justifed the price. Gobhi Manchurian was my personal favorite, Kaju Paneer and Malai Kofta were also good.
Comfortable ambience and upstairs has a large colorful space to accommodate bigger families.
Tried the curry combo with Lacha lacha paneer and Kaju Butter Masala. Both tasted great and the paneer was a favorite. Had them with Butter naan and Garlic naan. Garlic naan here's is fab
Food and service everything is good but crowd noise is not bearable. It could be better if management create awareness on noise pollution created by customers.
Decent Food, best place for Veg lovers
Ambience n atmosphere was good
Best part was as soon as you order food, it will arrive in just few minutes, super quick service
Shahi paneer was not upto expectations, paneer butter masala was good
Visited with Family couple of times. Have to visit when you have plenty of time. Always full and hard to get a seat. Food is nice and family enjoyed the food.
This Food Joint is a marked improvement over Santosh Dhaba. This food joint has more variety and is always full. This is opposite Santosh Sapna Theatres in the Ahuja Estate.
Area of improvement is of course guest management by having organised queue system. If the queue system is followed with a token system, it can be of great help to the customers. Moreover, many people write down names which leads to confusion. Dont visit if you are in a hurry. Psrticularly during weekends. Plan with enough time on your hand.
Pure vegetarian+ delicious food+ affordable prices= this "new Santhosh dhaba", it's an amazing restaurant for friends and family ...I'm coming to this restaurant for the last 11 years the taste is mouth-watering everytime ...if you are one who likes dhaba kind of food then please don't miss this place ... Above all they maintain a very good hygiene here ...overall a pretty decent restaurant (P.S. : the best Butter naan in the world is here )
Absolutely delicious veg manchurian and great paneer 65 and kadai paneer. Good ambience. Baby naan tasted good. Kaju butter masala was okay. Decent service.
Ambience is good. Crowded as always. If you wish to have variety of vegetarian food you can visit the place. Service is good and quick. Little pricey. Can visit once in a while.
Food is good service is not good but late here paneer is too smooth here to eat
Ordered veg manchurian, tandoori roti and paneer biryani. The paneer biryani quantity is very less but is tasty. So order accordingly
Good food and one of the best ambiences I have ever experienced.

Good is delightful and so is the atmosphere. Pretty good place to have some decent vegetarian food.
One should definitely have panner 65.
It's the best..rest is all average.
If you are vegetarian go for it.
