But this particular branch that I’ve been visiting lately has one of the most polite and generous service.
It’s unlikely for an ice cream parlour to charm you with service, but this place does exactly that. Their service is as pleasant as their ice cream.
We ordered the Hot chocolate fudge, brownie break and bubble gum, along with a Ferraro rocher milkshake and enjoyed it till the last bit.

Just on the main road of our famous banjara hills we have another famous joints of cream stone which have a good comfy ambience on the inside and also some seatings available outside of the store. Had been here with my mate to try a flavour i haven't tried ever from any of the cream stones in the city. Tried 2 of the unique ice creams named, BUBBLE GUM and HOT CHOCO FUDGE which were great. BUBBLE GUM have the small pieces of bubble and the jelly mixed in the ice cream scoop, which gives a sweet twisty taste to that flavour.. HOT CHOCO FUDGE is now my second fav ice cream from the list of cream stone, this one contains some dry fruits on the top and the fudge layer in the middle of the cup is just a hint of it it could be more good if the layer is thick also this one have 2 scoops of vanilla on it.. More over the cream stone gives good service for the customers by making the orders quickly and quick serving also depnds on the amount of customers in the store and the amount of orders also matters.. The over all experience of this store was good.

Firstly, I love the way CreamStone has got options customised as per every individual’s taste.
Whatever flavour you love can be turned into a yummylicious icecream.
We tried some new introductions:
Gajer Ka Halwa: If you are a gajar ka halwa fan, you would love this ice cream. Imagine having chilled gajar ka halwa mixed with delectable ice cream!
Creamy Strawberry: I personally am a strawberry lover, hence I loved this creamy strawberry icecream. It contains real chunks of strawberry along with cream and icecream
Madgasker: favourite of the lot! The best of all! If you are u chocolate lover, go for this one and you would love it!
The flavor of the chocolate brownie waffle reminded me the chidhood taste it was very fresh , the staff was very quick . The quantity is also enough for 2 people .

Starting with the Ambience, It a small place as compared to other cream stone outlets and has outdoor seating which can accommodate max 10-15 people.
Every time i visit cream stone I love all the flavors they offer but.
Natural Flavors are my most favorite.

Recently I went to Cream Stone at Banjara Hills opposite KBR park which is said to be the first outlet in Hyderabad, when it comes to Ice-cream I keep my Reference to have Ice creams at Cream Stone.
Recently they came up with Natural Flavors, no preservatives, no Color Flavored
In Natural flavors we had :

Belgium dark chocolate
Brownie delight
Dry fruit delight
Paan Mint
One of my favorite flavors were : Belgium Chocolate and Paan
Coming over to Shakes : We had Muskmelon and Black Current which was not Highly recommended as per the flavors
The show Stopper of this place is their Ice-cream Jars which are Recommendable
In Jars we had Choco Almond Jar, Shocking Current, Nutella Jar, Red Velvet Jar.
My recommendations would be Red Velvet Jar .

Cream stone has become a synonym for ice cream in Hyderabad since long
Whenever we visit this place our pick would always be chocolate flavoured or mango if it’s summer
But in the last visit tried their fruit favoured ice creams which I regret for not trying them till now
Musk melon and orange are my absolute favourites from now on
Also guava with chilli is another must try
Kaala jamun and pista also can be tried
And cream stone also introduced jar ice creams recently
Tried Chocolate almond jar and red velvet jar
These jars look very cute and tastes amazing
I visited this place along with a few of my friends after a good meal in the afternoon if you are someone who is into natural flavours you should definitely consider trying this place out because they have released their new seasonal specials which are absolutely amazing my favourite among them is kala Jamun and their red velvet jar. I definitely recommend this place. And I will try this place again too.

This is Cream Stone's first outlet in the country. Cream Stone was started 10 years ago from this outlet. I was invited for the review session by the Management.
I started with Natural flavours ice cream. I tried their Kala Jamun, Paan, Muskmelon, Orange and Strawberry. All of the flavours were good but my favorite was Orange and Kala Jamun.
Then I tried their Ice cream jars. I had shocking current, Nutella jar, Choco Almond, Red Velvet. Nutella Jar was the show stopper and it was the best.
If you want to try ice cream and shakes then Cream Stone is the best place.

Visited Cream Stone - Banjara Hills after we had a Herculean lunch. Even though we were stuffed, we still craved for ice cream and landed at this place.
They have outdoor seating, after settling down we went inside and ordered ice creams, willy wonka, litchee lake, fruit exotica and creamy red velvet.
Willy wonka was chocolaty, fruit exotica was loaded with fruits, creamy read velvet had white chocolate chips, red velvet cake battered along with ice cream and litchee lake was again made up of fruits. The preparation of all ice creams is the same except that the ingredients are changed for every flavor.
The taste of all the four ice creams was good but the quantity served didn't do justice to the price charged. I guess being in Banjara Hills, the store expenses will be higher and that is being passed onto the customer.
All the ice creams were made with a single scoop of ice cream and few toppings. I would have liked the quantity served to be more.
As far as the taste and ambience goes, it was excellent.
Being the first in the country, it has surely made its mark. The rush in the non so busy hours also mark the difference both in the service and the taste. While the place for me was to eat the stone icecreams, the last time I tried, the natural flavors also made an impact on my taste buds. The paan flavor, orange, muskmelon and kala jamun have definitely topped my list. Also, when you go to the place do not forget to ask for Franklin and understand from him his passion for the place. Will definitely add to your experience.

With multiple stores across the city, cream stone is of the most popular . I was here at this outlet for a review session as the brand has introduced a wide range of fruit flavours and icecream pizzas. Before we dive deep into the world of flavours the icecreams here have never disappointed me. The quality is just top notch.
To start of we pampered our taste buds with the fruit pizza which is topped with a lot of tutti fruittie pieces and fresh fruits. It tastes more like pineapple and you'll just want more of it once you taste it. The other icecream pizza that was served was the brownie pizza. This one is for all the chocolate lovers. Rich in taste . We also got an opportunity to see how the icecream pizza is made. Then a platter of fresh fruit icecreams were served such as the Fresh orange ,Black current Musk melon ,Fresh strawberry Belgium dark chocolate brownie delight and the white chocolate. Every icecream was different and all of them were just scrumptious and droll worthy. The musk melon is a must try . If you haven't tried them you should go treat yourself with these tiltillating icecreams.
Tried Brown magic ice cream pizza slice.....turned out to be osm and the jar ice cream with the usual perfect creamstone signature taste.....
Best sugar free fruit based ice cream I have ever had . The live ice cream made with much care . Wud love to try other flavours here . Lovely place full of awesome aroma .
Small and a decent place for sitting and having an ice cream . Have been with my family here for a pan ice cream and a mango one . Both were good and the waffle was also crunchier . Loved it .

First thing I had ordered on Zomato, first I thought the ice cream will be little bit melted up, but they given the dry ice in the packet which kept the ice cream safe from melting it up.
I really like the way they packed and served it fantastic.

This is probably the best ice-cream I ever had. Presentable and taste is A grade.
So i always end up ordering the alphanso mango which is so creamy and the way they mix the ice-cream with the raw mangoes is breathtaking to watch.
There will always be rush and a long queue they. But yes, the service is quite fast.

Stone concept ice cream its a delight to eat here , many flavours to choose from , but the size of their cone gets decreasing day by day😂, not much place available to sit.
The alphonso icecream is really good with fresh pieces of mango..truly a delight to eat for mango lovers.. a must eat flavour of the season...
I had death by chocolate and nuts overloaded here.
Death by chocolate was sizzling hot at the same time cool ice cream on the top. Both together tasted absolutely delightful.
Nuts overloaded was also good in tasted it contains caramelized and crunchy nuts in it.

I recently tried Bubble gum icecream and i thoroughly enjoyed it.
It actually tastes like as the name suggests.
The addition of nuts and gummy candies were a cherry on top.
Must try and recommended.
Nice place have desserts. Wide range of flavors gives you with lot of options to choose from. I specifically like brownie buzz from the menu.
Hyderabad's finest icecream. Period. Expensive, oh yes. Definitely worth it though. Their new brownie ice cream slice deserves a special mention. Other classics like Karamel Sutra, La Ferrero, Gooey Brownie are totally recommended.

As summer started.. mango lover.. best way to have ur mango incecream. u loved to have Mr alphanso and mango balst nad other kind of mango ice cream over here.. one if the best selling ice cream store in the city with the good quantity and quality.
It's obvious that this particular brand is famous... It has amazing flavors. My favourites are the ones with Oreo and red velvet... They are too good.

Cream stone has the best of everything. The ice creams, milkshakes and thick shakes. Their chocolate and nutty concepts are worth trying. Each of them has something unique and different about them. My favourite is their chocolava and ferrero rocher.
And they also have the best milkshakes. I couldn't find better milkshakes anywhere. Have to try their milkshakes.

Probably the only place I have visited-revisited-rerevisited and again visited. I almost feel like own this place...well at least that is how much I spent on their desserts. They don't usually get it wrong and if they do..they don't really give a flying frock. Well that's how popular they are in this part of the world. Like it or not..you got to bow at their supremacy in this genre.

Creamstone ice creams which is the premium brand of Scoops company, serves delicious ice creams, we tried Nutella blast shake, Tiramisu, Hot choco fudge, Lychee scoop waffer. All were good but i personally felt ice creams are more sweeter. They serve to the table. Ambience is great. Enough seating space is present. Located next to the road. We have ordered multiple varieties of ice cream. Taste was good but it can be better. Only card or cash is accepted , no other digital payments.Good part is that the waiter said the same while taking the order. Custard apple , DryFruit Delight, Chocolate, Fruit and Nuts were all good and tasted fine.

Ice creams are awesome! But the place needs some work. ACs are horrible and don't cool at all in this hot 🔥 summer. The place is relatively small and sometimes may require waiting before getting a table.
I had Mr. Alphonso, which is a bit overhyped, the taste is great no doubt but the quantity is less compared to other flavours.
My all-time favourite is Choco lava.
There ice cream is the best. But the atmosphere if they has pleasent music it will be nice but they kept loud music
