After reading many outstanding reviews about this place we finally decided to go to Kavanah on Saturday and it was a pure delight. The ambiance captivates as soon as you enter with a live tree right in the middle of the open seating area. The place is tastefully done with lot of open space and greens (the tree in the middle is over 40 years old as told to us by the Chef). Lot of seating space available with televisions and hookah as well!!
We ordered Rainbow pastry, cold coffee, pasta in arrabiata sauce and French fries.
rainbow pastry had amazing flavours and it was so good that we ended up ordering the same flavoured cake for our son's birthday (keeping our fingers crossed). Cold coffee was rich and smooth. Pasta in arrabiata sauce was one of the best I have had in the city. Garlic bread served with pasta was delicious as well.
Overall a great place with good food and courteous staff. Nice place for a quiet evening away from the maddening crowd!! I am definitely visiting this place again.

Kavanah is a beautiful Cafe and Patisserie store. We ordered Tiramisu Pastry, Blueberry cheese cake and White chocolate pastry. Cheese cake was ok, Tiramisu Pastry was good. White chocolate pastry was awesome. I just loved it. Planning to order next birthday cake here that too preferably white chocolate pastry cake.

I just love this place. It got such a pleasant ambiance with the trees around and super cute wall paintings in the inside section of the place.
Desserts were delicious to taste and pretty good presentation as well.

Best thing about this place is the ambience, with lots of greenery and colours! Tried the Aglio E Olio Spaghetti and Walnut brownie. The serving size was pretty good, but the food wasn't as good.

This Rainbow pastry has the separate fan base. It looks very yummylicious. The layers of this cake were very tempting. People who visit KAVANAH should definitely try this pastry.

Half of my heart is in Kavanah!! 🌈 🤤Been there exclusively for rainbow pastry and unfortunately it wasn’t ready by then. But the staff were extremely courteous (except that they don’t allow cameras 😛) They gave me a freshly baked pastry and it’s so soft and melted instantly!! Place and Ambiance were pretty good.

It's a typical quiet café you want to go out with your favourites to spend time with. I loved the simplicity and the aesthetics of the place and most importantly they serve delicious food. I loved the pesto Alfredo pasta.
If you never ate a delicious rainbow, you should go and try the famous rainbow cake at kavanah.
A regular here, whose cheat meal is a piece of Rainbow cake.
The place has never lost its charm since 2 years. You go there on a weekend evening, the lights, the decoration, ambience and the people will itself soothe your mind.
The seating inside has beautiful paintings, however, they need to revamp it a bit now since it seems a bit old.

Another best place in the town to vist.. its comfy and quite relaxed place. U there deserts and famous the rainbow cake is one of the famouse desert there. But lill disapoited with the cake. It was full of cream filled there. Hope they will improve this..other than evey thing was awsome.. the momos sandwiches drinks. Evrything was good.

Definitely points for ambience. I went for dinner on a rainy day and it did full-fill my cravings with a view. Definitely try the Alfredo Pasta. Really well made. The tandoori chicken was basic, but the main course was delicious! The chicken was not dry at all. The serving is decent, fine for two people.

The place ambience is amazing. There are many different desert options available. You can get chocolate coated dry fruits and biscuits. There are multiple options for gifts. In my opinion it is the best place, if you want to buy someone something special like chocolate coated munchies and cookies and all.
The outdoor seating is amazing with all trees. Few of the food varieties are good and others didnt taste that great. The service here is too slow. Pizza and chicken varieties are good

At the entrance, you are greeted with a homely baking smell.A sitting place is provided outside and you can choose an indoor sitting if you prefer. Visited this place with my friends over for a birthday lunch and we were instantly amazed by the ambience adn and the whole peppy Atmosphere. We ordered a ceasar salad and a vegetable chopsuey. The salad was perfectly seasoned fresh and had a perfect bite to it. The chopsuey was steaming hot and deliciously loaded with fresh vegetables. We also had an chicken overload pizza which was so meaty and packed with different textures and flavors that I couldn't help but fall in love at the first bite. The crust was fresh and thin which perfectly balanced out with the loaded flavors. For dessert we had blueberry cheesecake and a rainbow pastry. The blueberry cheesecake was one of the best I had the base was biscuity and had a slight touch of salt with a creamy mouse and topped off with the sweet and sour blueberry topping. The rainbow cake also tasted fresh and had a very moist and smooth texture.

It was a lovely place. The ambiance was great. They have both outdoor and indoor seating. We were here with friends. The weather was lightly raining and this place looks amazing. We heard positive talk about the cakes so ordered a wide range of cakes. The cakes weren't that good. The cake and its cream weren't in sync. We didn't know the flavor but the rainbow colored cake was worst. We also ordered the choco shake, cheese burst pizza, lemonade and chicken 65. The pizza was delicious as the cheese bursts out of it while having. The choco shake was yum. Totally this place was good, especially for good pictures.

What a lovely place this is! The ambiance is beautiful, so much pastel everywhere. The pictures taken here turn out so beautiful. So we tried Oolong tea, it seemed expensive at first but it gave 4 cups so not so expensive (They offer a second fill of water). Chocolate truffle cake with ice cream, OMG this cake was so delicious, a must try for chocolate lovers. The tirmasu is also a great cake to have here. But the star of the show was the honey almond cake, so delicious, so perfect, so moist. I loved every bit of it.

Kavanah is situated in jubilee hills road no.36, 36 is my most favorite place where I could find my all favorite places on the same road.
Ambience: It has a beautiful outdoor sitting with colourful chairs and trees decorated with decors. I suggest you to use it during evenings. After 6 you get to see mosquitoes.
Indoor sittings looks good with blue and white chairs.
Food: Coming to main course, we ordered veg quesadillas, chicken noodles which are too good. Coming to dessert, I had new York cheese cake, it was the best.
Have heard alot about this place.! And i must say the ambiance in the evening with lights and all is amazing.! Tried the kitkat shake here as they didnt have any desserts egg less.! So if u are looking for eggless desserts this is not the place.! But they have many options other than eggless things.! They have finger food and junk food to go along with.!

Have ordered Tiramisu and Philadelphia Cheese cake after seeing the recommendations on Zomato. But my bad, Tiramisu was out of stock and have ordered Red velvet cake and Philadelphia cheese cake.
I liked Philadelphia cheese cake more than red velvet. Somehow the taste of red velvet wasn't that yummy 😎😎.

A place with beautiful setup - both outdoor and indoor. Pretty decor, good food and awesome desserts. We ordered chicken talumein soup, chicken momos, hot garlic chicken dry and peri peri chicken pizza. Peri peri chicken pizza deserves a special mention.
Not to forget their desserts, their forest honey almond slice is amazing, and macaroons was also nice.
The best part is that the desserts are not very sweet. They also have an in-house bakery. Would definitely recommend. Cheers!

Sorry for the late review but I’ve been here say about 20 or 25 times. This place is that addicted. I’ve been coming here since 2015. Confectioneries at its best. Pasta has its own sense of taste. The molten Choco lava well cake with added ice cream and pouring chocolate syrup at its best of the best. I would strongly recommend and come here again and again and again........

This place is extremely nice, the outdoor seating is particularly inviting. Food is also very delicious. We have been to Kavanah 2 times now, ordered the same dishes both the times, because we could not get enough of the great taste this place has to offer, we certainly will be coming back for more. Banana cake slices are a must order, they also have takeaway packs of the banana cake, which you can bring home and eat.
One place of improvement I would suggest is the service time and efficiency. And to do something about mosquitoes in the outdoor seating.

Haven't seen such a nicely four themed Cafe in the city. The themes are so unique in their ways. Not to forget the beautiful pond with tortoises there! I loved this place. I haven't been to much places but this was the best of all. The food, the service, the Ambience everything was great. Made my day!
If you are looking for decent tasting desserts, then this is the place you must try. Especially their red velvet cake.

Kavanah is a beautiful Cafe and Patisserie store. We ordered Tiramisu Pastry, Blueberry cheese cake and White chocolate pastry. Cheese cake was ok, Tiramisu Pastry was good. White chocolate pastry was awesome. I just loved it. Planning to order next birthday cake here that too preferably white chocolate pastry cake.

Excellent Ambience and very tasty Italian food. The muffins and pastries are great too. And the Doctor Ice-cream outside is just the best!
The place was looking cool. And don't worry about the food, its too good. We can have some fine memories at KAVANAH
I have ordered Rainbow cake with animal theme for my kids birthday. The kids loved the cake art and all guests have asked for the makers and appreciated it's rich silky cream cheese frosting. Gnanendra, the store manager is very meticulous and considers each tiny detail we want.
