This place is located at Food sectors lane which is at Himayat Nagar opp to MPM Mall, I found this is one oldest cake shops in Hyd and they really moth watering while consuming. they are good in fresh rasmalai, milk malai and Kesar pista desserts, rest are all also scrumptious. Only problem with this shoppe is inside the building and seating however it's ok to having there.

Pastries here are tasty. You get different flavours like malai and kulfi. Coming to chocolate pastries here, one thing that needs to be mentioned is that, instead of chocolate cream in between the bread we actually can feel the solid chocolate kind of cream. There's no seatig here.

Apart from the cakes n pastries the best thing in cake bank is their burgers.. always fresh.. and the taste is too good. Veg burger is good . Chicken burger is the best and even the chicken puff is amazing..
From veg puff to cakes everything here is tasty. Specially the cupcakes! And at reasonable rate. The ladies at the counter are sweet & pleasant.

After relishing almost all the flavours I can say that Though the unique flavour of all the pastries are intact . there seems to be some issues with the quality . Quite often I see not so fresh pastries put up for sale . I hope the management looks into these supply issues before it's too late .

This has got to be one of the most reasonable dessert shops in the area considering that their desserts average at Rs.40 and they have one of the best versions of the ever so famous choco lava cake which is a personal "must try". Their pastries taste great too. Very authentic flavours and total value for money. Again, do not forget to try the choco lava cake! Had 2 myself and still wanted more... :D

Bought a cake from Cake Bank for my sister's bday. It was a lovely yummy cake. Only problem was the sponge used was vanilla and not chocolate. Bought cute candles from there as well, they have quite a variety of candles. Red velvet and blueberry cakes are also worth trying.
Over the last few years cake bank has become like a family birthday bakery. Whenever theres a birthday the cake is always from cake bank. The cakes are amazing and not too hard on the pocket as well. Love their butterscotch cake. Even the mango and chocolate cakes are a must have.

No matter what you order, this place always maintains the same good taste and quality! Don't go by the look or ambience of the place. We ate the chocolate donut, blueberry pastry and red velvet pastries. All tasted very nice with right amount of cream, sugar, toppings and flavors. You can order a variety of different flavored cakes, customised decoration cakes, etc. Prices are reasonable.

This is a awesome place I had heard about it a year ago and was just waiting for a moment to try some of their products I see that the place is a bit small but serves awesome baked stuff the staff is mannered I ordered for a kiwi pineapple cake and two dry fruit pastries but what ever you say my family members just loved the cake n pastries this place a quite old out let with a experience of 25 years the prices are reasonable

Cake Bank is a small place located in Himayath Nagar Main road, hence easy to identify.
A huge collection of pasteries and cup cakes that make one with a sweet teeth drool. We tried Black Forest, Chocolate Cup Cake and White Forest Pastries.
Good taste, not overly sweet and best part is that cakes were fresh and soft to eat. Those who dont mind a little bit of calories must definitely make a visit :)
P.S. Those who like eggless cakes may end up with limited options ;) So just forget the egg part and enjoy the cakes.

It is an old place. Very reasonable prices. The puffs are really really good. Cakes which come for around ₹400 are bad. Really bad. But a little expensive ones are really creamy and taste heavenly. Doughnuts are worth a try and cost around ₹35 only. Cupcakes and muffins are good.

Have known this place for decades now... Hahaha.. One of the oldest bakers in himayathnagar. Located in the same building as almond house. Very well known for their cakes. Decently priced and worth the value. Their cakes are really good with plenty amount of options available in different flavors. Fruit pastry and black forest is a must try 😉
Cake sandwich is a must try . Cupcakes and chocolate truffle pastries are good. Quite moist since I think they sprinkle juice or some flavoured water on top. Puffs are recommended. I'd give the caramel custard a pass next time. Personally, didn't like other flavours like kesar pista/ honey pineapple etc.
A declicious choco-chips cake with perfect amount of cooling for 450/- and that too in himayatnagar locality is a daylight robbery !! Always delicious and very very affordable :)

An excursion in the Himayath Nagar area brought us to Cake Bank. A place we learnt has been around for around two decades. It calls out loudly that they do not have any branches.
They had a good amount of 1Kg cakes on display...quite tasty from the looks of it. We decided to have the fruit pastery which was a normal pastery with apple, kiwi fruit, cherry etc as the toppings. For Rs 40/, it was definately worth the price. Being honest, there are better options that I've tasted in Hyderabad...VACs is one such name which comes to mind. But this place seemed to have its stream of loyal patrons. FYI. This place is located in the same building as Almond House for those of you who are new to this place (bang opposite the Brand Factory store outlet).
This is definately an option to consider when you are in the same area.

My friend was there killing time, just before he saw this bakery and thought of taking something for us. Good friend right..?? ;)
What our friend got in parcel was a kesar pista pastry and chocolate almond pastry. And believe me both were really good on there part, with kesar pista being really yummy and a taste bud teaser. I really felt like not to share it with anyone. :P
The chocolate one was dense and heavy with lotsa roasted almonds on it, which can fill your stomach for a while. :P
Anyways, this veggie shop situated in the middle of Himayathnagar now have made me curious to taste more from it and in hope to get something different like kesar pista pastry will try to catch up on it sometime soon.
