Rock Castle has been one of the best places to be in an evening you'd like to go for a quite place. Their Alu65 is one of the best dishes they have. Their ambience is amazing. Their service is very good. It's fast.
They also have good parking space for about 7 to 8 cars may be. Their evenings are very good with the lighting around and the small rocks here and there.
Over all a very good and pleasent experience. Thankyou.

Tried crispy chicken which tasted good and Hyderabadi dum Biriyani which was loaded which more ghee & less dum but tasted good.

It's a very good restaurant. Made with stones wall which gives a castle look. It looks even more. Good at night time. I went there for lunch. I loved the food specially soup, starters of chicken n fish. Biryani was so yummy
A gem hidden away from the city. The best place and has the coziest ambience with amazing view. The food was delicious too. Had the Chicken Majestic, Malai kebab and Chicken Fried Rice. I recommend all three dishes as all of them were really amazing. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
The ambience is amazing. Me and my family love being here. My absolute favorite's are the Fish Finger, Prawn 65 and Fish Biryani. The Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani is great too. The quantity is good and the taste is great. 👍

Some times least expected places turn out to give the best experience. Exactly this is what happened with #RockCastle, Banjara Hills in my recent visit for a family dining.
While I was under an impression that the castle was the actual restaurant, but it's a separate dining room pretty calm and decent with a 40 seater space. Price for two can be around 600-800 INR.
Veg Manchuria, Crispy Garlic potatoes, Nizami Handi, Corn Capsicum masala, Jera Rice was my order and every dish was fantastic and to my surprise, my mom said to give a rating of 5 as the food was deserving. Not sure if its a lucky day for me or food here is usually good, we left out with a happy satisfied tummy.

Visited this place last weekend in hope of some appetizing food and didn't get disappointed at all.This place is located in road no. 4 banjara, easily catchable by maps.
It has a pretty simple ambience but as by the name goes "Rock Castle" it is constructed like a small castle which looks great. Service was on point as there were no one dining their except us.
Coming to the food we ordered in starters.Crunchy chicken which was over fried and was pretty average in taste,Banjara murg tikka was astonishing in taste and the best dish i had eaten at this place, now coming to the mains we ordered Handi Murg along with the butter naan which was the perfect combination and tasted great.
Overall it is a great place to dine out with friends and with family. Hope to visit this place soon again to try other dishes in their menu.

Been here with my pack .It was a second day of the week and were already bored with homely food and landed at this place for dinner.
Ambiance: The entrance itself will give a resort feel. Its Low lighting feels relaxed and romantic with the music in background, and it encourages customers to stay longer.
The dinning arrangement is quite Okay.
Food: In starters we ordered Crunchy Chicken served with tomato sauce which was crunchy but lacks a spice in it. , Banjara Murgh Tikka served with green mint and coriander chutney was the best. I strongly suggest it, perfectly marinated and perfectly cooked in tandoor and had the charcoal flavor in it.
In mains Handi Murgh with Butter Naan which was good.
This made our dinner very delicious.
Service: I don't know whether it was because of a week day or we were the only customers in the restaurant so the service was extremely good. It was as if we were given a royal treatment in the castle.
Food over here is value for money. Over all experience was good and will visit this place again

Catchy name followed by the well decorated path leading to the restaurant. This place in the heart of banjara hills is an average place to visit. A very good place to take your family out for dinner. Food is good but ambience and service is average. For our visit service was delayed but good food made up for it. Menu is easy to understand and drinks and desserts are average. For people going out on a routine dinner can check this place out.

Rock Castle is the sort of place where you can eat to your heart's content and you won't end up with a hole in your pocket. Full points to them for that.
It is tucked somewhere inside the lane opposite GVK One; probably a 10-minute walk if you started from GVK.
Started we ordered were crunchy chicken, which was supposed to be the chef's speciality but was nothing impressive, and the Banjara murgh kebab which was out of the world! All the Indian Non-Vegetarian gravies we ordered were good too. Amazing for the price.

The food is amazing, the ambience great and service very quick. The taste is not the usual run of the mill taste made with the same gravy. Each curry has a different flavoured gravy. The rogan josh needs to be tried!
A place that serves good Indian Mughlai food is this and moreover it's very reasonable. This place has a wide variety of cuisines..tried their mutton biryani and it was very authentic and tasty ..their murgh lasoni kebab, murgh kalimirch and Apollo fish are a must try

A place which will not make a hole in your pocket. The location and ambience of this place is quite good for what you pay. Tried their lemon coriander soup, banjara kebab,handi chicken with garlic naan and the best among these was their banjara kebab which was succulent and well roasted in tandoor. other dishes werr just okay 👌 but again the low prices and less taxes are very much appreciable for what they offer.
Ordered a chicken pulao from here.. Wasn't very hot, but it was decent.. I remember having here long time back and it was bad..

Rock Castle is in the lane opposite to GVK, Hyderabad. The route is quiet confusing, I had to call the restaurant twice to find the place.
As soon as I entered, I found the place so appealing. They have a good parking space. Once I parked my vehicle I was confused where I'm supposed to go because once you enter you find two entrances one on the right and one facing towards you and you find no indications there. I was looking for the outdoor seating but i couldn't find. When I asked for it, the management said it's closed.
The ambiance of the restaurant outside is so good. Good garden and it gives you the feeling of a castle (as the name says). But the indoor seating is just okay. Doesn't sync with the theme. Service is average and the food tastes good.
I liked all the dishes I have tried here. Specially Keema Naan. I give a 5 on 5 for it. That's the best Keema Naan I ever had. The quantity of the curries is pretty good and the price is reasonable !!

I have been to this place on 11th June 2016 along with my family and cousins. I have few nostalgic memories of this restaurant and after so MANY years I just wanted to visit this time around. Below are my comments:
Food - After-all this is the most important thing that you go for. Let me tell you that the taste of each and every order that I had placed has been amazing. To name them, Veg Manchuria, Crunchy Chicken, Veg Spring Roll, Gobi Manchuria, Paneer, Butter Naan, Butter Roti, Paneer Butter Masala & Kheema Biryani. Trust me all of them were amazing, all the dishes were very tasty and the quantity is very full. Thanks to the Chef and the Kitchen Team! (5/5)

Visited this restaurant as this was just near my stay in Hyderabad. Has a very good ambience, less crowd. We ordered a veg and a nonveg starter both good. Then we went ahead and ordered phulkas and laccha parata along with the chef special chicken curry(I don't remember the name). The chicken pieces were not cooked well. We informed the waiter about the same. He apologized and asked us to order a different dish, we decided to go with the chef special veg curry, which turned out to be good. Best part they gave 1 complementary parata and phulka. After the bill we were served with 2 complementary kulfis for the price difference of the order change. Price of the dishes were nominal as well. Overall it was a great experience, even when our order went bad. Would recommend for my friends.

Loved the boneless chicken biryani, also ordered naan and they were the best naan I have ever tasted tru delivery! The curries we ordered were murgh makhanwala and baby corn paneer curry! The chicken, corn and paneer were on point! 👌 Loved it.
Veg mughalai kadai was the best here. We also ordered veg Kadak sheek kabab but it wasn't crispy at all as described by the person who served us. Usually methi parathas become sour when cooked for long but the one made here were perfect. Overall experience was pleasant here.

Been here for lunch on a Friday with few acquitances. Got seated immediately, ambience is about average. We've ordered their special chicken curry, roti, Paneer butter masala and mutton biryani. I went to this restaurant with my brothers for dinner , this place is located near to my house so we thought why not give it a try.
This place is located at road no 4 banjara hills beside azaan international school.
They serve delicious food and the ambience is really good, they dont have a huge dinning section they have very few tables according to me , the staff is very friendly and the service is pretty good we got our food served in 10mins.
Coming to the food we have ordered chicken manchow soup it was good just like the normal soups nothing to wow about it, for the starters we tried chilly prawns, apollo fish, murgh malai kebab.
I was little bit disappointed with the chilly prawns though it was flavour full but I thought it was not cooked properly.
But the apollo fish and murgh malai kebab were the saviours right amount of flavours and it was just getting melt in your mouth.
For the main course we have ordered hyderabadi dum ghost biryani rather than wasting our time on eating roti and curries the biryani was awesome I really like the biryani very much (highly recommended)

The place being way inside road number 4 is a bit difficult to locate for first timers.
I went there with family and friends many times here and the only thing they complained about was few times was the service.
My all time favorite place with a quite peaceful environment and good ambiance, food is absolutely delicious.

I had the sheer pleasure of dining at this place tonight since I've heard many good things about this place it was about time I gave it a try. I will start with the food first, taste wise it was stupendous I wasn't expecting anything but drab dishes given the dull ambience but boy was I wrong I was blown away by the range of nawabi dishes nowhere in place like Banjara Hills will u find such sophistication with sober prices. The service was the extremely impressive it must have taken them less than 10 mins to serve us the orders. It is surely worth a visit.

I was here for my cousin's birthday yesterday, was confident the place I'd chosen would thrill everyone, it did ! With a calm atmosphere and interiors, rock castle lies deep inside suburbs.
We had vegetarian starters, the usual ones ...they were good ! We had a assorted fish starter which was a bit outta league, maybe because of the sea taste, nevertheless, it was good.
The real charm was the biryani ! It literally blew my mind ! I never expected a place like this to have awesome biryanis !
As a final verdict .....I'd ask you to check this place out, atleast for the famed rice dish !

Was forced by my friend to check out this place when i came to Hyderabad. Was sceptic at the start but once i reached there i was happy with the decision. The interiors were cozy and the open air dining section is perfect for a private dinner. Ordered rice, chicken hakka noodles, butter chicken and chicken chilly. Yes.. i should've ordered something else coz i was in Hyderabad but i was hungry as hell and didn't wanna waste time going through the menu. The bill was quite surprising. It was completely value for money. But the usp for the place is definitely the ambience .

I ordered Vegetable Biryani and I loved it a lot. My friend and I called the chef and appreciated him for it. I enjoyed the flavor while having it. It is something special that I ever had. I really loved it a lot. The service is also awesome. A very good hotel and affordable.

We visited the restaurant last night for dinner. The place is definitely located in a very quiet and calm area. The ambience is realy nice. They have maintained the place very well. The restaurant was neat and clean and the place is just perfect to spend some personal time. As we had read about the food, it was sumptuous and was served well on time. But the variety in beverage section is too less. Also, the pungent smell at the entrance was disturbing.
The rest was fine and we would like to visit it again.
