Excellent customer service. Totally worth. Amazing accommodation. Different types of health-friendly and tasty cuisines. Budget friendly place with a of good memories.
Even though the food and spread is not the best still I would give them a 4 star for breakfast because the price is very nominal.
For the price the food is pretty good
They have juices ( may not be cold) , live egg and dosa counter, another 4 to 5 items. The staff is very friendly but are just not able to meet your demands always
I asked them for ice, but finally they said they had none.
Lovely sitting area, u can sit by the fountain watch the fish swim.
Not sure why this place has got such a low rating, i stayed here for 4 days and had breakfast and dinner here a few times and everything that i had was good, the staff was always on there feet, always helpful, the taste was upto the mark, there was even live singing on weekends.
I had chicken in garlic sauce with fried rice, apollo fish, plain dosa, masala dosa, masala omlette, idli, poha, uttapam and everything was very well cooked.

We had a stay of 3 days in Amrutha castle. Based on a castle theme , this is a Hotel with excellent ambience and good service .Breakfast buffet is overpriced with no variety and they have a single person to prepare egg dishes who is overloaded and hence consumes lot of time. Hardly any north indian food option in breakfast. We opted to eat out most of the times but preferred having lunch here on the last day of our stay. they customized the spice level as per our requirement , food was very tasty and price reasonable. overall good experience.
Went there abt Sept 15, we stayed there for 3 days.. for us breakfast was free meal offered on room booking, honestly free meal was never better than this, me being from Mumbai, always loved their various chutneys they served, idlis, kanchipuram idli, beans n wow things which Andhra State could offer..their ambiance was good.. sterile plates, the bakery style bread toaster for self serve, tea...yes it was happily a five star..
Our first trip up there, Brilliant ambience, awesome food, the buffet was midn boggling
first buffet experience ever, made our day every single time, for the 4 days we had our buffets there, such variations, the staff was as cordial as ever
Celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The hotel was grand from the exterior but the food was okay. The restaurant is too congested and the seating arrangement is not good for a big group.Â
Also the overall food spread for a buffet meal was not good enough. Overall you can visit this place once , just to see the hotel look but not for the food. Unless it is improved over the period. :)
I hope the management improves it , if we happen to visit this place again :)

Nice to hang out with family especially with kids... because there u can find a fountain and fish in there... ur kids will definitely enjoy it.Â
Went for dinner along with my sister and couple of friends after watching khairathabad Ganesh and nimarjanam at necklace road. Food was not bad. chicken with sweet corn soup was good. chicken starter tastes good but ...generally starter means we expect bones less... but this starter is full of bones.. my friend didnt like with bones though it tastes good. chicken biryani was nice and spicy .three beans rice nice. Â fish curry average. noodles tastes good but cold. butter non with panner and some chinese (okra with garlic sauce) was nice.Â
my sister liked the curd very much.  desserts ....motichoor ladoo its yummy , double ka meta as well. I didnt have ice cream because there is no scooper and the spoon is already swimming in ice cream.Â

non veg salad it was disgusting (my friend got the negative impression starting itself because of this salad)pasta look like dead cold.. didnt even feel like to taste.Â

Went for lunch buffet with a groupon offer. Food was good. Chicken curry was missing from the curry. Chocolate sauce too was missing, what can i do jus vth the ice cream? Sauce would hav been better. Fish curry was not upto the mark. All other things like, bread manchuria, veg manchuria, chicken kababs, chicken soup, and the creamy desserts, honeyed sweet(may b kalakhand), rooh afza, buttermilk, all other items were very good!
My points are for the ambience, service, and the food vch i mentioned.
It would have been even better if they added some slow music. In such a nice place with dim lights, we are missing the music!
This is the 3rd tym i visited this place, never got disappointed vth the service, just the menu shud b revised.
Its the music and the castle ambience and great options that makes this place worthwhile to visit.Catch a beer and check their wonderful buffet option and try to stick your head before 11PM.

I Was went there last year on my Hyderabad trip.When I was entered in the castle,can feel the vibe of a castle.back to 18th century.everywhere weapons.knight with their shoard statue.hotel quite very good.excellent service.stuffs are very good,polite.special thing ready to make some food in front of you.like omlett,dosa.food quality quite good n different types of menu.i tried every kind of food veg to non-veg.absolutely awesome.love their non-veg foods.specially the garlic chicken n something like indian papri chat I forgot the name but it's really tasty. :)

It's my first visit to this city and the castle my current abode. So as a visitor from Kolkata,I am finding this place very close to some famous tourist destinations. The restaurant located on the ground floor of the castle opposite Lumbini park serves a wide variety of items in the buffet spread especially when you look at the deal they offer online (compared to the nicer buffet places in kolkata). The ambience though is just okay,crammed interiors but yes there's a crocodile shaped bun at the buffet area i liked. Coming to the buffet spread now,there are plenty of vegetarian options comprising north Indian cuisine with certain south Indian dishes and their famous Hyderabadi biryani in veg and chicken. The non vegetarian section had a kebab starter(it was bony,argh!),a mutton preparation and of course certain Chinese options such as fish chili, munchurian and noodles(which was too thick and bland). There was a continental option also but the pasta was chewy,not that soft! So there spread is huge but food quality could have been better. Dessert options very few,there was this mousse and a pastry and sweets. You certainly get a soup and a juice undoubtedly! Overall the experience is nice!

Ambience very good. Facilities awesome. Environment fascinating. Service A star. Everything was perfect except the food taste. Quality too was amazing. Only if the recipe was little more like that of the environment it would be the Mamma Mia restaurant ever. Hope the feedback is yakeen seriously before my next visit😉
