Very helpful and very friendly. After not vaping for over a year I needed new batteries and while they went were temporarily out of stock, I was given advice which nearby stores would have them. The shopkeeper allowed me to check my device using their batteries and gave me advice regarding the coils
After looking all over London for vapes, I'm so glad I came across this store. Super friendly and helpful service with good prices!!! You should definitely check out this store :)

My first ever job was in customer service and if I could give an award for customer service it would go to the young man running this shop. Everytime I enter he treats me with such respect, very helpful, very knowledgable. The flavours are out of this world, I love the doozy range.

Amazing service. Super helpful and informative. I went in to buy disposables and got an education! Ended up on my second visit buying my first proper piece of vape equipment and was walked through the whole process in how to set it up etc. Highly recommend to anyone who vapes or is looking to switch
