Buy tickets using the scan code (available near the ticket counter) and avert the waiting. Beautiful location and views. The fort is huge and needs ~2-3 hours to cover. Have a good incline to reach the top, a warm-up workout for hikers 😉
It's a nice place to experience the old architecture. It's big and will take some time to explore completely. It has some good points where you can get good pictures clicked. You will have to walk a lot if you want to get to the top and witness the beautiful sunset. We made it on time and witnessed
Good place for a few hours outing. Bring water with you else it will be hard to find on the way up. Most of the areas are well maintained. Parking and wheelchair access is there but not ideal for wheelchair use. Great view of the city from the top. Go during the afternoon for better pictures. Though

A nice historical place that is well maintained. It is quite a big place and the remains of the fort are spread across. One can walk from one end to the other on the neatly paved paths. Reaching the top is a physical exercise in itself. One can rest when tired of climbing the steps and then move on.
One of the largest fort I have visited till. The fort is very big and it took us 3 hours to explore completely. There will be lot of guides infront of the gate to tell about the history of Golconda, but you have to pay them. Seeing the architecture and the stone walls and forts were 10 times beauti
The place is a bit too crowded. The way in was heavily jammed! But the fort in general! The lore around it and how new parts were added by newer Sultan's as per convenience. There is a lot of walking around as you explore this ruined but well preserved fort and it's amazing history!
