Food is great but not more than other restaurants which serves same cuisine but they'll serve poothreku icecream topped with honey and dryfruits which has jaggeey flavoured ice cream, it was heaven.
Overall no complaints it's just small and cool. Don't expect much

The place has a good ambience. You'll feel village atmosphere that too in Andhra Style. Food served good to taste. You can have varieties of dishes served. However you'll have to wait a bit longer. They'll have daily and weekly specials included in their menu. So, you can enjoy number of Andhra Style dishes which are famous. All modes of payments are accepted.
Loved the biryani taste here, masala taste is different here but the AC is not good and restrooms are bad, seating is also kind of congested.
Ambiance is a plus for this place. We will enjoy the 90's favourite songs there.
Food is fabulous.. especially the taste of pulao is very different and unique. This is the only restaurant where I can get good veg food.

After getting bored and fed up with all the multi cuisine restaurants in this locality, we thought of giving this Andhra style restuarant a try.
This place has a very simple and minimalist ambience yet justifies the name the name of the restaurant with village style paint and old Telugu classics.
Now coming to the food. We ordered Baby Corn bijili for starters, Andhra Pulao, Guttivankaya Pulav and Putharekulu ice cream for desserts.
Babycorn bijili was good with right amount of crispiness and spices. But it can still be a bit better. Since, my parents usually love spicy food we asked them to make both the Pulav's a little bit spicy and both of them were really good. As pointed out by another user, please order Guttivankaya Pulav a little spicier else ground nut flavour will dominate the dish. Finally, Putharekulu icecream was different and really loved it. I would definitely recommend everyone to try this dish if you go there.
The staff there were very helpful in guiding through the menu and recommending the dishes.

We ordered mutton bone soup and bheemavaram bulli royala pulao.
Mutton Bone Soup is very spicy and hot and tasty....
The pulao is okie the prawns were rather smelly but tated delicious though.

Ambience: One of its kind in the locality. Peaceful ambience and atmosphere to have food. Interior of the restaurant is innovative and gives the feel of a village atmosphere.
Food: Different dishes and food range available in the menu. Basically its a typical andhra styled restaurant. We have ordered Bheemavaram bulli royyala pulao, palnadu chicken pulao, Bones soup and curd rice.
Bone soup was spicy and extremely good. Its a must try here. Quantity was sufficient enough. Its a great break from regular biryanis and dishes from regular restaurants. Spieces in the pulao were aromatic and fresh. Though chicken pieces can be much better. Quantity of Prawns in the royala pulav can be better. Overall food was spicy enough and Good.
Service: Service was excellent, serving attendants were supportive to try new dishes and they tried to know our preferences before taking the order.
Had dinner last night with family in this restaurant it's amazing experience we ordered hariyali paneer tikka , studded mirchi bhajji both are good very tasty coming to non veg every one has to try stuffed tangdi Kebab in this restaurant.wonderful taste.

This place serves some really good South Indian food. One of my favourite dish is Godavari mutton pulao.I was really impressed with the amalgamation of all the ingredients, the spices did not kill the flavour of other ingredients( unlike most of the south Indian restaurants) instead complemented it.
Conclusion:It really offers an authentic taste of south Indian food
This is very small restaurant with neat ambience . Food is great. I had few varieties like Mutton Bone soup, Spicy chicken wings and Palanati kodi pulao.
Soup taste too good and Chicken wings are delicious. Love to eat again n again. Pulao is ok.

Good place to try varieties in non veg.Prashanth served us very well with lovely smile. He recommended putareku ice cream which was mouth watering and just fantastic. Will visit them again for sure. Definitely for the desert.

Had been with family for lunch to this restaurant... Food is really good with different menu and taste. Started with veg starter baby corn bijlee and had relangi kodi pulav, godavari Mutton pulav and ended up with unique dessert which I have ever heard about it...I suggest all to visit this restaurant for satisfying their taste buds and especially who likes South Indian food...

I’ve been to VVV last night for dinner with family and friends to celebrate my Wedding Anniversary. Ambience, Hospitality and Music were absolutely wonderful. Due to Karthika Masam, we had to resort to Veg Dishes. Had some Wonderful Starters, Pulkas with Veg Curries and Three Varieties of Pulaos. Finally finished with Putharekhu Icecream. Overall a Great Celebration Moments for Us.

If someone is looking for authentic south Indian restaurant then it's a best choice in Kothapet area. Especially pulavs are really different and very tasty. Chettinad Kodi pulav is a must try.

Less Spicy food items available. Low level oil food. Small Restaurant and tastier food than nearby branded restaurants. We have to encourage restaurant like these. If the restaurant adopt eco friendly things, it can go forward with bright future.

Ordered Godavari Veg Pulao, Andhra Special Pulao and Ulavacharu Pulao. The taste is decent to good. Starters are also good. The ambience of the restaurant is good ( earlier before renovation of the restaurant it used to be more good ). And the service here is very late (2.5/5 starts for the service).Pootharekulu Ice Cream is very famous here and a must try dessert. They take a lot of time for food preparation, more than 20 minutes sometimes. Management must take care of this issue. It is located beside Swarna Kanchi near Victoria Memorial metro station. Overall a good experience.
Loved it!! Went with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The ambience is decent and the service is quick and courteous. They have suggested their specials and they were good . We had vellipaya karam Paneer as starter, Butter Naan with Andhra Paeer Curry and Kothimir Paneer Biryani and ended with Putharekulu ice cream as dessert. We even got free Vanilla Icecream as complimentary. Would definitely recommend it.
