The taste of the food was ok. Nothing unpalatable but not very impressive too. The service was good and the atmosphere is on the peaceful side.

Service is too slow here but trust me the one who goes here must try their Prawns Biryani, maaaannnnnnnn it’s too yummy I say, Crystal never disappointed me with their Prawns Biryani, I tried so many starters and Biryani’s here, but in so much love with their prawns Biryani why because for the price

Crystal has been known to serve some good food in the area for many years. However, on recent visit I found the quality has declined. Biryani was too bland with mutton pieces remaining raw and Chicken 65 had absolutely no taste. Veg items were a bit okay.

Nice place for food and beverages at RTC cross roads. Nice ambiance, spicy chicken dum biriyani. Just beside Sandhya theater.

Excellent place to chill out and hang out very very affordable price of food and snacks, murgi kawab and chicken Naatu vepudu items are dam good, food prices are affordable but liquor is some what expensive, totally very good place at centre of the city to chill out and hang out

Tried biryani the quantity was very less and the waiter dint even suggest to take combo taste was biryani was good chicken was tender Initially I was hasitating to go for dine in bcs of bar, but bar was separate section

Good place earlier it was very congested!! New location is spacious and well maintained !! Biryani is awesome and starters are tasty !! It's little bit pricy but it's worth !! We had a very good time ther and it has NON SMOKING zone for boozing!!! Overall.very good experience.

Over all a good hotel for take away bar and restaurant taste and ambience is too good at this price

Very noisy and crowded specially over the weekends. Been here a few times and had the same experience all the time. Food tastes good but their menu is somewhat boring.
