Baba Nagar Bismillah hotel
Best faham mandi ever tasted in Hyderabad. Large basmati rice with chicken roated on coals with shatta and mayo combo with it just makes it delicious.. Best faham mandi served in Hyderabad...
Craving for some 'Mandi'licious meat late in the night? This is your bet. Found this place on a random night-out day, and has been a go to place for every night out ever since.
Mutton and Fish pieces in the Mandi are very juicy and properly cooked. Rice is okay type. Hyderabadi desserts like Qurbani-ka-meetha, Kadhu ka kheer, Pineapple kheer are available which are too yummy.
It’s a trend these days that all our hyderabadis are preferring Mandi to biryani . Today after tasting the Mandi from tho outlet I got it that why do they live it so much. First thing is the shorba they serve is really a good appetiser . Second thing the Mandi with chicken mayonese is one of the awesome thing not to miss. The the tomato chutney which is the best to eat with Mandi rice is not to miss we literally hogged on it and ordered three portions of extra mayo and tomato chutney SLM together value for money with lot of fried onions and kissmiss
The best chicken faham mandi I have tasted it is available only in the evening after 7:30-8 in the after you get roasted chicken which is not that great.
The chicken has good flavour
Best Mandi in Hyderabad! This place offers one of the best Mandi is Hyderabad & open till late nights. Chicken Fahm & Mutton Mandi is a must try.
This place has become one of my goto place for mandi.

Was very hungry in the late night and it was raining heavily and me and my friend just spotted this place on our way home and i never expected this from such a small restaurant .The complimentary soup was so good and the mandi is awesome especially the fried chicken piece and friendly staff who just got mayonnaise for us which brought the double delight and this all just happened in a very reasonable price .Will visit this place again
Me and my friend came to hanuman tekdi on work, and it happens to be lunch time, so we searched and choose this place to have mandi. We’ve ordered mutton mandi, mutton was cooked to perfection but should’ve been just a little bit more spicy.
Nice food quality, specially the fish mandi is awesome.they usually gives king fish( a pure fleshy sea fish).and the ambience is ok type.carpet condition is not clean.
So far the best mandi I have ever tasted. Faham mandi is awesome. Mayonnaise is also tasty. Sitting can be improved. Ghawa is also available outside and it is also of good taste.
Best mandi in Hyderabad city after barkas.

The chicken’s crispy and tastes great except that it is a lil less on seasoning on the inner side ! The mutton soup is super nice and the chicken mandhi we had here was my first mandhi ever and it was definitely worth the call and the wait !! Service is super quick.

We ordered for 1 Chicken Faham Mandi with an extra piece of Chicken among 3 guys.
The rice was flavourful, with sprinkles of dry fruits ticking the taste buds. Chicken was juicy , melting in the mouth 👌.
One of the nicest Mandis available in town.
Will try other options next time ;)

Comparatively One of the best mandi in twin cities!
Apart from its own cuisine, Hyderabad is now also famous for Arabic cuisine. Even thought Hyderabad has a Arabic cuisine in every street, it is not must that every cuisine serves the best taste. This cuisine servers better among all.
Pro Tip- More delicious adding soup to main platter.
Al saud bait
al mandi
Almost all of my foodie friends have this place name on their TOMA.
This place serves really good mandi, which is customised to the tastes of Hyderabadis.
Customers are welcomed with a complimentary soup which just warms you up.
The mandi is delicious and a plate mandi can be filling up to three persons.

Very tasty chicken Mandi. The chicken was perfect and not too hard such that it feels like you're chewing on cotton. Tried the badam firni for desert which was not bad either. Will definitely come back again Insha Allah.
Sumptuous and enriching experience! Chicken Faham is amazing and complimentary soup tastes delicious. I shall certainly visit this place again.

Service
A little bit slow have to call the waiter for update on orders
Taste
Taste here is good compared to other mandi houses in hyderabad . I prefer eating here than going to barkas for having remix mandis , coming from saudi arabia you can actually differenciate a real mandi and a remix mandi , mandi here is BETTER and faham is near to original
Suggestions
There's a lot of smoke due to grilling of faham , please make arrangements also no car parking space
If Hyderabad is famous for anything else other than its own legendary cuisine, it surely is Arabic cuisine as you can find a mandi place in every locality but that doesn't mean they all serve good mandi.
This place is one of the oldest mandi spots for people living near abids and is a pretty small compared to other mandi places. The ambience is nothing to boast about.
Service was right though as our order was taken quick and served much quicker even though the place was full.
Coming to the mandi part ordered their chicken faham mandi which is basically grilled chicken mandi and my first impressions were great when I tasted the the chicken but then the rice spoiled the whole experience which wasn't cooked properly in the first place and the horrible taste was nowhere comparable to other mandi places. Maybe there was something wrong during my visit.
Overall Rice here is not satisfactory but the Chicken faham on the other hand was really really a must try.
I think its the best mandi in town!!
They give us good quality and quantity of food
With decent price
Their garlic sauce is not that upto the mark
But everything else is ok
One of the best mandi place in the vicinity of ramkote and hyderguda..
Not much of an ambience to talk about they have one section on the ground and 2 on the first floor in which one is for families...
I visited them late night and to my surprise it wa jam packed..
Ordered chicken faham mandi ..
The mandi rice was well made and flavourfull ..
The chicken faham ouece deserves full marks it was well marrinated snd well made just melt in the mouth type...
A must visit place for mandi lovers..
Been here to try the mutton Mandi because we were in that area. The ambiance is specifically to a muslim place and the service was good. But the food was faultless! They gave a complementary soup which was delicious and the mutton Mandi was beautifully flavoured and juicy. The quantity was sufficient for me and my wife (in general we won't eat big quantities), and we finished all of it. If you are in the area it definitely worth a try!

Tried both chicken as well as mutton mandi.. both tasted amazing...! The prices are really reasonable .. any food lover will love this place..!
located in the busy street of koti. also known as ramkote.
Another stint and the same order, mutton mandi. mutton cooked to perfection for a delicious taste. Mandi rice has the consistency of the aroma and rich in dry fruits (or just cashews). Salans that were accompanied with mandi aware real yummy. I'm no fan of Salans in general but they truly need a special mention.
The Ambience is decent if not great. The are Arab style Dining mattresses.

Al Saud Bait Al Mandi located at king koti is of the famous places serving delicious mandi. I wanted to relish mandi since along period but never got a chance to do so a finally i was here to try the mandi.
Al Saud is a very place and you need to sit on the ground to have your mandi in traditional style. The Mandi is available in Chicken Faham, Mutton and fish. We ordered a all mix mandi which was served in a huge plate. Huge quantity of rice served with chicken, Mutton and fish it also had dry fruits, salad, mayonnaise and soup. The Mandi had excellent taste and chicken, Mutton and fish was perfectly cooked and went very well with the rice served.
Overall after waiting for long i tried the mandi and this place is serving some good mandi. Arabi Ghawa is also something you can try here.
Not a bad place to have Mandi. The chicken was good and the quantity of rice was a bit less for the price. I felt the Mandi could've been a bit less priced. The ambience was OK. Overall a good place.
This is located beside St Joseph school koti.I visited here last month with my friend,we orders chicken khabsa n Arabi ghawa.Chicken khabsa is little bit spicy n pretty good not like mandi which is sweet.we sat on the ground like Arabian style i liked that , totally worth the money.Arabi Ghawa was pretty good then I expected,i'd like to visit nxt time to try mutton khabsa.

Visited a couple of times earlier for late lunch.. Tried their Mandi in my previous visits, which was great in taste and flavor. Wanted to try their Faham for a long time. Today I got the chance to try it as i arrived there during dinner time. Faham Full Mandi was awesome. Rice was so flavorful.. Chicken with Mayo combination was perfect👌👌..
The best and most recommended Mandi Restaurant around this part of city..
To start with sitting arrangements it looks like nawabs sitting unlike in restaurants with tables n chairs, although it's a small place n congested if we go with group of people. Coming to food it's just awesome. Ppl who loves mandi must come n try here. Tried chicken Mahdi n chicken kabsa it's good in taste. Whenever I feel eating mandi will be visiting here (y)
First impressions: Don't expect fine dining, but the food was indeed inviting😋!! Ordered 🐔 Mandi and 🐟 Mandi. Each of them serves two persons. Restaurant asserted that quality and quantity of food is appropriate. Definitely worth eat.. Wanna try mutton kabsa in coming days..
Al saud bait al Mandi located at ram koti beside traffic police station Gud ambiance quick service n awesome n tasty order chicken Mandi with extra baitair n ghawa
Loved the food here. Have been to many mandi available restaurants but this place has the best flavor so far. I immediately went on next day when I had it for the first time last week.
A must visit for people who are in and around king koti. Also the owner is so welcoming.
Will definitely visit this place next time for faham which is available only in the evenings.
Al saud bait Al mandi is Arabian restaurant located : Beside St.Joseph Public School, King Koti, Koti, Hyderabad
Order mutton n chicken mandi but suprise they r giving yameni soup as complimentary with mandi.. yameni soup is excellent yummlicious n deliciousss..
Chicken and mutton mandi quantity is gud 1 mandi easily enough for 2. But here they r not using fried onions in garnishing n less dry fruits compare to others. Whr u go in hyderabad each n every restaurant serves mandi with fried onions. Chicken and mutton mandi taste average not so gud.
Arabi ghawa is excellent so deliciousss
The best mandi in Hyderabad.... The taste is so pure and smell amazing that increase your appetite......
Had been here with a friend! Heard about it alot from people. So thanks to Zomato for guidance to this place. Was a very calm place with good facilities and fast service. Had ordered faham mandi which had an awesome aroma and amazing taste 😍 jusst loved the food and prices are worthy would like to visit it more frequently 😘😘
Good goin team
Picked up Faham Mandi from this place,The prices are on the higher side.
#Faham Mandi- The chicken was so tender and juicy,And the rice was flavourful too.
#Tomato Chutney - was bland,They need to work on this.
Its a new place,I think the first in this area.
They Grill the Faham on the Road, right in front of the entrance which tempts the customers.
They have a Ghawa and Sulemani Stall at the entrance on the left which i didnt try yet.
Overall,Good experience.
UPDATE - Happened to go to this place the very next day i picked up the parcel. This time it was for Dine-in with a foodie friend of mine. We Ordered Mutton Mandi And Faham. The mutton mandi came quick but the chutney or salad wasnt given later when reminded,The guy apologised and gave us the chutney and salad..Later the Faham came and the same this happened,we had to remind them about the garlic sauce and salad.
They gave complimentary Mutton Stew/Soup.
#The rice wasnt warm at all,It tastes wonderful, but it would have been more of a pleasureful meal if it was served hot.
The mutton peices were small and not to my liking.
#Faham was amazing.
#Garlic Sauce was thick and the best i ever had in the city.
Gave complimentary soup. Food was satisfactory n value for money(charged less than menu). Menu is currently limited. Definitely one of the best places for mandi within city.

There has been a sudden rise of Arabic food outlets in the city, some good, some bad, some why the heck did they open types.
I was very hungry when I went to this new outlet and looking at the price thought it was expensive and what I got was well worth every rupee.Had one of the best Faham(Chicken Barbeque)Mandi at this place.
Ambiance : Carpeted floor with traditional Arabic style of eating by sitting on the floor with a stool in between on which the big thali/plate is placed.
Food: Looking at the menu and what was cooking outside,They were making the barbeque chicken in front and it increased our appetite even more when we smelt the chicken, ordered for the chicken faham mandi. While it was being prepared we were given a soup along with the other accompaniments of mandi ( Mixed green Salad, Tomato curry, Carrots, Cucumber & garlic sauce). The mutton soup was an absolute delight ( if you know marag then you know the taste already) every spoon had the flavor and we finished that in a minute and it increased our appetite even more.
Finally the chicken mandi arrived and the quantity was massive , which was definitely enough for two and half a chicken was provided ( other placed you get quarter) which was very delicious and scrumptious. The tomato curry was spicy and it went well with the rice and the surprise element was the garlic sauce which was very tasty and it was not too strong but very flavorful.
after this heavy meal had to detox , so had the Suleimani and it was delicious as well.
Overall : I would be visiting this place again to try the remaining items.
Ordered Chicken faham Mandi and the piece was marinated well. In addition to this, we ordered an extra mutton which was super delicious. The taste was good and the piece was so soft that it was melting in my mouth. Ambience could be improved a little.
Just an average mandi outlet during the day with decent food. But what makes it stand out is it stays open even after midnight way upto 4 am. They operate behind a closed shutter for obvious reasons. Just look for the security guard near by and he will guide you in.

Must try fish mandi here as my friends suggested. Food and service is too good. Food here is reasonable and kunafa is also available here. Kunafa in multiple flavors like chocolate, almond, cream and pista and many are there. Whenever you people visit this place try fish mandi and kunafa here. Here I don't have a place to wait, we have to stand outside of this restaurant. Ambience is not good here
We Ordered chicken Al fam Mandi was avarage sers- 2 members and Atmosphere was not good.they will arrange the seating on the floor no neat ness.literally waited for 10 to 20 mims for mandi. No hygiene. Cats willl be roaming on the floor.

Now a days these mandis have became famous in hyderabad. Before 2014 there was no culture of this. One big plate can eat a family consisting of 5 to 6 members.
Amazing chicken Mandi, loved it, the quality, and the quantity was superb. Taste was delicious.Mandi (Arabic: مندي) is a traditional dish that originated from Hadhramaut, Yemen, consisting mainly of meat and rice with a special blend of spices, cooked in a pit underground. It is extremely popular and prevalent in most areas of the Arabian Peninsula, and even considered a staple dish in many regions. It is also found in Egypt, the Levant, and Turkey. In India Mandi is popular among the Hadhrami people in the Malabar region of Kerala, Bhatkal of Karnataka, as well as Barkas and areas around Hyderabad and Fraser Town and HRBR Layout/Kammanahalli in Bangalore. It is getting more popular in India day by day due to the connection of trade and belonging between the Indian Muslims and the Middle East.
Mandi was usually made from rice, meat (lamb, camel, goat or chicken), and a mixture of spices called hawaij. The meat used is usually a young and small sized lamb to enhance the taste further.
The main technique which differentiates mandi from other meat dishes is that the meat is cooked in the tandoor (taboon in Arabic), which is a special kind of oven which is usually a pit dug up in the ground and covered with clay all around its sides.
Mandi is considered the main dish served during special events, such as Eid, weddings, and feasts in Yemen and southern Saudi Arabia.Dry wood (traditionally, Samer or Gadha) is placed in the tandoor and burned to generate a lot of heat turning into charcoal.
The meat is then boiled with whole spices until tender, and the spiced stock is then used to cook the basmati rice at the bottom of the tandoor, then the meat is suspended inside the tandoor above the rice and without touching the charcoal. After that, the whole tandoor is then closed with clay for up to 8 hours.
