Visited Cabooze Kitchen for dinner on a weekday and we were surprised to find it completely empty apart from our table. That, along with a slightly shady entrance and strange graphics on the walls, didn't give us a great first impression.
However, the service was good, as the waiters were helpful and attentive, and the food was just exceptional. The grilled fish main came with the best lemon butter sauce and mashed potatoes I've had in the city. The desi chinese food was also very good.
Would go back for- the mashed potatoes and chilly chicken.
Good ambience. I liked the interiors and loved the painting on the wall at the entrance. You see it when you come out of the lift. Food is good and a warm staff. If you like to try out new places the do go to cabooze kitchen
Awesome place! Love the seating arrangement n ambience too.... More over the interesting thing is the menu n it's pricing... It doesn't effect ua pocket. Coming to food it's delicious n juicy loved the cottage cheese steak followed by Kadai paneer, Crispy corn and schezwan fried rice. Would definitely recommend this place.
What a fantastic place it is.
It has nice raw interior to give you soothing feel, humble staff, Huge options in the menu and wonderful taste is their spacility and you can get all these without burning a hole in your pocket.
We tried cream of broccoli soup, kajun of potato and malai broccoli and makhmali jhinga followed by cottage cheese steak and pasta and all the dishes were so jucy and delicious. I would just advise a tad bit of improvement in service timliness else its a perfect place to calm down your taste bud.
They are also waiting to get their sharab di gaddi in and once its done, going balle balle is guaranteed. Please maintain the same quality with time and i am sure this name will create a brand for itself.

Lovely Ambience.. gives a feel good factor.. the place is not at all crowded as i think they have not promoted themselves well.. All items are very reasonably priced and you wont end up with a hole in your pocket.

Amazing place do visit. Lots of delicious varieties served. Quality and ambience is top notch. Make sure to try the desi delicacies rolled out on the menu.
A very fresh outlet in the main Street of Banjara Hills best food outlets. The restaurant needs to get more visitors. The food was great and the seating arrangement was pretty varied. The bill tracking on ur cell phone is a nice thing about this place. We ordered many things of which the the special chicken starter, the noodles and the makhani Dal was pretty good. Would recommend this place to others too.

Cabooze is the sort of place where you can eat to your heart's content and you won't end up with a hole in your pocket - Priced pretty well. It is tucked inside the lane opposite Chef Inam’s. Probably a 10 minute walk from there.
We ordered for Cabooze Special Chicken Kebab + Cottage Cheese Steak + Hot n Sour Chicken Soup. It was supposed to be the Chef's speciality however Chicken Kebab was not impressive and was pretty dry - Even the chutney served with the same was watery and didn’t taste that great. The Cottage Cheese Steak was out of the world !! Hot n Sour Soup was average - Tasted really different compared to the usual taste of Hot n Sour Soup. Decent Quantity as per the price charged. Staff was really courteous. Time taken to serve the food should reduce - It almost took an hour for them to prepare these items despite the restaurant wasn’t that full.

Probably a new place but well on point and good on service and they even look on if we are satisfied with food .if any complaints we would be served again fresh batch.such pleasing one.
And yes the food was good..it has some nice interiors perfect for all those who want nice clicks.it can be visited with friends or family

About the ambience : It's mixture of Indian kind of seating (khaats) with the western touch. Very comfortable and soothing. (4.5/5)

A new concept of choose your own seating ranging from couches and high chairs to a khaat and also a coffee table in a lawn (just artificial grass in the middle of the restro) type of a setting!

So yes, Cabooze kitchen. The ambience is very new, fresh and creative. We ordered the "simple" snacks, nothing fancy, and they were delicious. I found the flaming gulab jamun concept amazing, this is a new place and will leave it's mark soon! Do check it out :)
The place surprised me with it's steak. The ambiance of the restaurant is cool with different kinds of seating arrangements( chairs, sofa, khaat, coffee table). Choose where you feel comfortable. We ordered lemon coriander soup, and it had a desi tadka( green spicy chutney). I liked it but. Different in its own way. Next the cottage cheese steak with mashed potato, rice and tossed vegetables. A generous serving and was enough for two people. Cheese was flavourful and nicely grilled. Mashed potato was ok. I liked the place and price. Would make another visit to try the non veg there soon.

Wooden work, a peck of nature stuff and classic lighting are new trend in restaurant ambience. Yes, this is a cool place with interestingly 5-6 different types of seating options, great food and still with a bit of unrealistic Zomato ratings - this is what I think.
Great work done for the ambience of the restaurant. It's cool and comfortable place. You can choose your own type of table (see pics) based upon your mood. This place is started almost a month and half back. Since this is not even on Google Maps (please follow locations given in Zomato), the place is not very crowded.
Coming to the menu, it's limited. Specially in drinks part. They don't serve alcohol yet, but looks like soon they will.
We chose to have Salt and pepper chicken in starters, and Chilly Garlic Egg Noodles with wet Machurian, a classic combination. Chicken was crispy, yet soft inside. Salt and pepper were rightly put to give a nice taste to it. There was nothing so chilly and garlicy about the noodles we ordered, but surprisingly it tasted amazing. The noodles were too good, so fresh and so subtle in taste. And the manchurian was just a super addon to it. Loved the soft manchurian balls with very nice creamy hot and delicious.
Staff was courteous, service was at a good pace. They have kept the pricing reasonable and with the quality, as well as the quantity, it was totally justified. The bill was under 750 and was well paid for.
Do visit this place, and if you find it good, then it must get it's right rating :)

Awesome food. Good ambience. Good service. The signature chicken kebab was too goood to describe. Would surely love to go another times. Although, I think the dessert menu should be improved. Else, everything is great.

The crave of trying new place landed us to Cabooze Kitchen. This place is recently opened so the flow of people is quite less and the ratings on zomato aren't satisfactory (in my opinion). You need to pass by TGIC & Urban Grill to reach the place.
AMBIANCE: Must say, they have done a great work for creating such beautiful Aura. Pleasant lighting and soothing music will surely please every soul. They have different seating arrangements like you have Soft Couch, Dining Tables & a Kind off Dhaba Seating. Overall the atmosphere is Top Notch.
FOOD:
STARTERS: CABOOZE SPECIAL KABAB - It's like Reshmi Kabab with Pulverized Bread sprinkled over. It tasted well, but could have been much better if cooked a lil more. The quantity they serve you is more than you expect.
MAIN COURSE:
CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA with BUTTER NAAN & GARLIC NAAN. The Chicken Tikka Masala was good but not excellent. No doubt it's a newly opened place so it might take some time for them to give out their best.
Could not order much since we were only 2 and the quantity they give is great.
SERVICE: The Service & Hospitality is excellent.
Overall a good place for satisfying meal with friends & family.

Came to know about this wonderful newly opened place through zomato as they are not keen to promote themselves at other platforms. Located right next to tgik at road no 12 this place has a peaky competition with already settled competitors.
When it comes to ambience i must say they've ticked all the right notes and cant go anywhere wrong in this very aspect. The place has an outstanding ambience with good lightning conditions.
As we were the only ones in the whole restaurant the service was prompt and quick. There was a waiter standing near our table for the whole time till we ended our meal.
Coming to food as we were just 2, so cant order much due their huge quantity of each dish.
CABOOZE SPECIAL KEBAB: reshmi kebab like kebab dipped with bread crum bringing a unique taste. 8 huge pieces are too much for 2 persons to handle. Probably your half of the appetite is full with this only one. The chicken seemed little undercooked as it was difficult to cut with knife.
CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA: spicy and chatpata at the same time which i liked very much. 👌👌
BREADS: ordered their BUTTER NAAN & GARLIC NAAN which were good but could be even better if made little thinner.
Overall a great place with superb ambience and above average food. This could be one big happening place in the area if promoted well.

Ambience is just fabulous!! It's a mixed concept of dhaba style , grassy one etc .. one ll fall in love with ambience. You ll feel style of it and even they have got various food items. Should try ... prices are very reasonable

The building is new, restaurant is on the 4th floor, pretty new, opened up just 1week back (as said by one of the waiters).
Ambience is nice, feel and look has been given like dhaba & italian style mixed.
Few sofas, few benches, few cushion high seated but comfortable chairs.
Waiters are real jolly, prompt and very formal.
The restaurant has a wifi facility, sad that it did not work during my visit.
Finally the food.... it was good.
Waiter suggested cabooze special kebab- real distinct taste, good cooked chicken with bread crumbs, served with nice green chatni and onions. Liked it, infact loved it.
Kaju methi murg- a bit bland, probably coz of kaju, quantity a bit less, average in taste.
Butter nans were good and soft.
Complimentary gulab jamuns----- this was real overwhelming. Nice soft large sized sweets.
Absolutely great experience.
Recommend to visit with friends/family. Food is worth the rates put up.

Their chef special chicken kebab are the best.
These two dishes were highlight of my delicious dinner at Cabooze.
Staff was really helpful and their manager did a good job in suggesting the dishes.
