The Jello Mello ice cream alone justifies a visit - it was truly outstanding! However, I felt the service could benefit from a touch more warmth and friendliness.

Good, hygenic place. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Flavours are amazing. A few of them which I haven't seen at other locations. Try their blueberry ice-cream. Sounds weired but is amazing.

They just launched their Cheesecake Sundaes range. Would definitely recommend to try the Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream with Butterscotch Sauce Cheesecake Sundae. Just awesome.

The place is alright, but the guy behind the counter was very hardworking. He kept a track of all orders and patiently responded to impatient customers, and though there was a lot of rush, did his work very well.
