Burgers of safeena bakery are awesome and many other things like bread , samoli n cool cake are also good i like the white choclate cake very much
I just tasted their Chicken Grilled Sandwich, I should say "best in town" Sanwich is available only here. Staff is cooperative. Order was quick though. Planning to taste other items on the menu. Good job guys.

one the best bakeries in this part of the town ie old cityΒ andΒ sure a favourite of mines for puffs sandwich and cakes.specially birthday cakes.the puffs and the grilled chicken sandwich is a must try here and recently they started serving burgers tried the zinger burger it was good not the best though but the grilled sandwich is still my favourite here.the pastries are damn tasty and priced reasonably at 40/rs each. a vfm place with good taste is all i can say .
I love the sandwiches! Chicken bites and spring rolls are good! Had the chicken roll and burger some time ago, it was good enough! I could have it once more maybe! Over all recommend for snacks and junk!
Its shocking to see how under rated this fabulous place is. Its definitely a 5 star for me. It sells the MOST TASTIEST grilled chicken sandwiches. Tandoori grilled sandwich tops the list. Great burgers!

Yummmm.....Finally tried this place with my LOVE, heard sooooo much about it. My friend suggested me to try Red Velvet cakes....and yes the cakes just fell in love with my taste glands, awesome..! She had the yummiest chocolate brownies.... Definitely a multiple times go and chill out with the best snacks in town that are perfectly priced.
I have seen this bakery many times always full of customers but never visited. So decided to go there and went last night at around 1am and was happy to see it still open. Many people were taking parcel even at this time. Nothing special about the ambience but comfortable for gents as the seating arrangement is made in the centre of the bakery which was little odd as no women would want to eat sitting in the middle of the bakery where the sellers keep staring at her till she finish her snack. So takeaway is better option for ladies. I just took parcel of two grilled chicken sandwich which costs 40rs each and fine biscuits for 7rs 50paise each. He took around 10 to 15min to make fresh sandwich.
I must say their grilled chicken sandwich is to die for. So far this is the best sandwich i have ever had. Who ever wants to have grilled sandwich must try here trust me you would find it awesome.

One of the oldest and good bakers in old city.. Once up on a time the crowd use to go crazy abt this place. But now its just a regular outlet in moghalpura. Nothing much to talk about their service and ambiebce, its pretty laid back kind of ambiance. Do try their chicken burger and world famous chicken grill sandwich π ! Their grill sandwich is one of the best in whole of hyd. I would say better than few of the international food joints too.

It's one of the oldest and only few bakery's in city.Once it's quite famous bakery around but now it's just an other bakery.Now they are known for there lip smacking chicken grill sandwiches which are not to miss when roaming around.

This restaurant is very near to Charminar. It is situated around so many bakeries and restaurants, it provides you good service to stay in the competition. The reason to visit this bakery instead of others is that, it's a complete bakery. Everything which a bakery requires is available here with good quality and taste. The sandwiches and burgers are my personal favourite. If you are around this area and will like to have a quick bite, you should visit this bakery. It provides you a differ taste from those burgers which you get in new city. And bonus point is that you can satisfy your hunger at reasonable price.
Now coming to drawbacks:
If you're here at peak time, and you gonna order pizza, burger or sandwiches, you need to test your patience.
Seating facility here is very limited, but if you're here when it's not much crowded, you can have a leisure time here. The service is better than ok.
Conclusion:
It is the fast food giant of old city. The bakery stands on it's own. If you're on tour to Charminar, have a check in. π

Multiple ways to get to this place, easiest may be to take the lane on the left of Charminar if you are approaching it from Madina / Shehran / Gulzar Houz & drive on till you see the bakery on your right.
Not too much to talk about the ambience or the service, its pretty laid back like almost everything in the old city of Hyderabad. However, once you grab the food and bite into it, you will start liking the place.
Pizzas(ask them to make it crisp, even if it takes a little longer), Puffs, Veg Manchurian, Chicken 65, Burgers & Rolls are amazing. Need to try other things, they are on my bucket list & I will surely go back to have them. Sweets are not so great, but not bad either.
Will rate it an overall 3.5 on 5 & will surely return.

Very hygiene almost all items are so tasty with good quality sply grill sandwiches burger pizza KFC burger cakes are supppeeerrrrr more better than pista house, spacious good sitting arrangements well manner staff.

Best hospitality. If u need respect ( as a customer ), go to this one and ignore Nimrah. Nimrah is so famous and crowded that nobody (from shop staff) is available to answer you. In safeena, I was treated with : "2 biscuits for taste, of each type they got". "A bisleri 1 litre bottle (complimentary), while they were packing my product"
Here all bakery items are good but chicken sandwich,choclate pastries and roats are famous for this place.They also offers different type of pizzas and burgers.the ambience is not as great but food quality and quantity is awesome.
