I visit with my wife had a good experience table a round other family was there so for the family it very good to visit if you love home made food it’s delicious 🤤 as I expect.service was also good with polite attitude nice 👍.
Nice Place to hangout with your Vegetarian Friends and moreover it's food is delicious , though there is a room for improvement in the quantity and pricing , still I felt the ambience was all fine....If you want to spend 300-400 bucks and enjoy a meal for 2 persons it's worth it . If you are in a group then it's even better you can enjoy yourself ....
This hotel is very nice and it's very nice to eat and drink here, ant. The staff here is very good,,and. The waiter of this hotel is beautifully decorated with everyone
A popular north indian restaurant in Hyderabad, food quantity and taste are very good, staff are very good and friendly but the demerit is they donot have any swipe machine or any epayment option....overall good..
Visited Santosh Dhaba in Ameerpet with my mum. The newly opened restaurant has a luscious dining ambience.
We tried stuffed kulcha which was utterly delicious. Nicely prepared with a good mix of spices and kaju. Pudina naan is worth a try and the vegetable mix curry 🍛 simply made our mouths water.
Bottom Line:-
If you are in Ameerpet and looking for a pocket friendly / family friendly veg North Indian restaurant, I would recommend 💯 Santosh Dhaba.
Good one. Not lavish but pocket friendly. Food taste 8/10 , ambience 6/10, service 7/10. Good for instant plans. Recommended to visit once..
this is one of my favourite restaurants in Hyderabad whenever I go to Big Bazaar near by I must checkin into the Santosh Dhaba I just love Biryani at this place cost is also cheap. Friendly staff
Love the food from here. It's a nice to go with family. Ambient is cool. Serving is nice. Food is tasty. Prices are reasonable. For every vegetarian it's nice place to have dinner.
Have been visited twice, can rate only for food and service, always swiping issue, very tiny place, I had ginger roti, paneer Tikka masala, good food.
Food is good and best place for vegetarians but it should be have in the perfect time i mean it is available after 3pm in the afternoon also but i have observed that they serve good before 3pm
Good quality food. Quantity is average. Pricing is high. Service is good, ambience is good. Roti is best to eat along with any of the veg & non-veg curries.
We were staying in Begumpet and ordered from this restaurant at 11pm.
It was delivered through Swiggy but the delivery boy had a lot of trouble in reaching the location.
We had Paneer Tikka Masala and Butter Naan .
First food thing in Hyderabad was this and well it was tasty but highly spicy.
#burns
Tasty but too spicy.
The quantity of food was also good.
Amazing food with great price.
This place is typically made for North Indian and andha curry food.
I visit min twice in a month.
The best part is it's value for money, if gives best veg food in affordable price.
You must try Dal tadaka, tomato chatani , paneer chilli, ALU palak , veg khima.
Had a great vegetarian food after a long time. We ordered Panner manchuria, baby corn manchuria and corn fry. we liked the starters except the corn fry, it was almost like eating boondi. And then we ordered Kaju biryani, Panner biryani and navaratan pulav. Had a great food with all these items.
Restuarant has both AC and non AC sections. Had a lunch in AC section. Pricing is fair. Taste of food is good. Ambience is not so good. Service is good.
Brilliant place to have Panner dishes. Haven't tried their Chinese items but the Indian cuisine is top notch. The Veg Biryani and pulao's are quite good. But I would highly recommend the Breads along with Panner dishes. And moreover the prices are quite affordable.
Been here with friend. Ordered mushroom butter masala with rumali roti and mixed raita. All dishes were good. Service was quick too. Simple no fuss place.
This dhaba is amazing!!! If you're looking for some amazing dhaba kind of food and you need it immediately... This is the place you need to go. Service is really fast. They've delivered most of my orders within ten minutes and it's really really tasty... Hot and buttery naan with paneer. Just heavenly.
shortly i can say is "cheap and best". very good in taste. service is good. but nly negative thing is place is very small.overall it is good and budget friendly. finding the place is a big task since it is small but can be pointed for second visit.
The Santosh dabhas are often looked up for north indian food and this one too stood upto the brand. Food was served without much wait. Paneer 65 steals the show while kulchas and naans are as tasty. Not to forget the gravies. This place shall be top of the list option for vegetarian preferred people.
Went with team mates for the third time and had an awesome experience of spice food with polite service as always ...
Palak paneer was great with soft paneer and spicy palak, as it is pure veg restaurant they are doing best....
Butter Roti, aloo parata, lacha parata and mixed veg: All are excellent...
Ambience : 3/5
Taste : 4.5/5
Service :4.5/5
Don't miss to eat in Santhosh Dhaba.....
It's a Pure Veg Restaurant .
I come here to enjoy the delicacies of INDIAN breads with a wide variety of Veg curries .
Paneer Chili Mili is very nice with enough cashews and perfect spices .
Methi Chaman is also Yum.
Garlic Naans are so Tasty.
Ambience is not so good and they're not having Card transaction or Paytm at least .

I ordered panner butter marsala , the taste was average but according that area this restaurant provide varieties of Curry's..
Overall all experience was average....
Was here with family on a Sunday afternoon. The place is veg friendly and pocket friendly :D Food's good in taste. Service is fast. We ordered a couple of starters and two curried for main course. I felt the masala used in the curries was same. Can't complain though. The taste was good.
I have been frequenting this place in the last one year, thanks to a friend who is a pure vegetarian on 4 days of the week. So, this is a cumulative review of my experiences.
What we ate, and how it panned out.
Kaju Paneer: This is the best dish I have tasted at this place. It is rich in the texture of the gravy, and you don't understand if Kaju was added in paneer or the vice versa. It is kind of perfected over the years is what I feel.
Tandoori Roti: The rotis here are not made with either 100% of wheat or maida. But, they have kind of worked out a ratio between the both, which ensures the roti is soft until we eat them.
Veg Manchurian Dry: One of the best I've tried in a vegetarian restaurant. Thought the slight downside is that they seem to be using too much onion, because of which it tastes a little too sweet, while feeling the tangy and spicy flavour at the same time. Of course it is an Indianized recipe.
Paneer Butter Masala: Yet another paneer dish. I order this is most places where I try vegetarian, because it is one of the run of the mill standardized dishes across the city. Tasting this helps me guage the temperament and the dedication of the restaurant/chef. If you screw this one up, I'd say I wouldn't bother coming back to a restaurant, until there's a much stronger reason for me to do so. This was simply mind blowing. Unlike most other places, the tomato flavour in the gravy was very subtle. I just loved it.
Jeera Rice: This is the only place I eat this dish in. Most other places serve it to be too oily and also they have too much jeera in it. I prefer it to be subtle in flavour, and because of the subtle taste, I prefer it with lesser oil.
Veg. Handi Biryani: This, I could say is the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani version for the vegetarian crowd. The spiced gravy in the center of the dish is very flavourful and the rice is perfectly cooked too. Not too soft, and not too hot.
Now, coming to the rating:
Kaju Paneer - 5/5
Tandoori Roti - 4/5
Veg Manchurian Dry - 3.5/5
Paneer Butter Masala - 4.5/5
Jeera Rice - 4/5
Veg. Handi Biryani - 4.5/5
The other forte they have, is the service. We usually finish our dinner in about 30-40 minutes. Amazing efficiency in terms of service.
A complete veg restaurant which would surely give you a change in taste. Would recommend this place to all North Indians staying in Ameerpet.
Our favorite santosh dhaba! Went to this place twice around 10-11pm when it's about to close but they never denied us service. We had butter naan, butter roti, paneer butter masala, matar paneer etc. All dishes were superb and mouthful. Their service is also worth mentioning. We received our order within minutes, hot and tasty. Also the waiter was very courteous. Would love to visit again. :) Keep up the good service guys. And a little advice, please pay a bit more attention to cleaning and seating.
Was thinking of visiting a nice food joint on sunday evening along with a friend, and he suggested this.
Ambiance was pretty normal. we went to 1st floor which seemed a bit better compared to ground floor.
We ordered mushroom masala (full)with butter nan's and sprite . Mushroom masala was pretty good and i liked it a lot. butter nan's were also good. Quantity was more than enough for 2 persons. Total bill came to 380 which i felt very moderate priced.
Looking forward to visit it once-more.
Since a year or so my mom has never missed ordering butter naan & paneer butter masala every week from this place. Haven't been disappointed even a single time. Hats Off these guys
Awesome quality and quantity. Paneer makhanai and paneer chat pat is a must try item. Butter nun are very soft. Price is good compared to the quantity. Half plate is enough for two person.
This dhaba is in ameerpet nearby to satyam theatre..
Having a huge spread of chinese and indian fare they are reasonably priced and good in taste..
Been there some time back and had..
Palak baby corn , tamato chutni with butter rotis..
Found both the curries apt and yummy no complaints at all..
With the maximum price of any of the items being not more than ₹200, Santosh Dhaba is a good restaurant for vegetarians and meat lovers alike.
Being a hardcore meat eater, I went to this restaurant with some apprehension but was pleasantly surprised by what was on offer. The choices were plenty and the dishes were familiar, as dhaba food should be.
I ordered Crispy corn and Chilli paneer as my starters. The corn was crunchy and every bite was followed by a nice taste hit of curry leaves which were present in plenty. The paneer was good as well. It was a little crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside with just the right amount of spice.
My main course consisted of capsicum masala, Punjabi kofta along with naan and stuffed kulccha. The capsicum masala and the kofta were both flavorful and filling. The naan was good, as you'd expect from a good dhaba. But the one that stole the limelight was the kulccha.
The stuffing of the kulccha was mainly paneer and it was rich and delicious. The standout thing about the kulccha was that it was encrusted with toasted cashews. The added that extra amount of nuttiness and bite that made it even more enjoyable.
All in all, this restaurant is a good place for a good, filling meal.
Special mention to the staff and the servers for their kind and courteous hospitality.
best place for veggies.. tomato curry. paneer butter masala.. veg chatpat.. roti .. kulcha.. jeera rice and then lassi try any of them u r will not be disssapointed.
Quality and tasty food.I went with my family and spent more than 1Hr very lovely place to have some time with my family.Panner butter masala along with Butter Naans are very tasty.............
Yesterday was my first visit to this place. Having heard decent reviews of this place and being a veg day - we decided to hit this place for dinner.
My first reaction on entering the place was -Wow it's clean(a rare sight in such dhabas and small restaurants)
We ordered Gobi manchurian and Panner butter masala along with Butter Naan. The order was taken quickly and delivered soon at the tables. Gobi was just OK and nothing good or bad - decent level of spices tossed with crisp gobis. Panner butter masala was again moderate on spice level and high of butter - a better than average dish and definately tatsted like regular North Indian eateries. But it was the Butter Naans that stole the show - crisp, delicious and generously soaked in butter.Being a dhaba it was very easy on the pockets. An overall 3.5 for me - decent eatery in Ameerpet (Can be visited more than once, specially if you are looking for veg only option that day)
Alright, my first visit turned out to be a good one. Ordered Naan and Paneer Butter Masala followed by Handi Biryani and Veg Noodles. Although there was a slight delay in service, but food was good enough. Evenings here tend to get crowded.
Food - 4/5
Ambiance -3/5
Service - 3/5
Value for Money - 4/5
Been there long back. It was nice time here and with feasible price and tasty food. Ambience could have been more clean and good. Food quality and items can be improved.
Good for casual dining.. Curries have the north indian flavour, Had mushroom masala and kadhai paneer.. both were quite good in taste.. Its good place for vegeterian family dining
Not a very dine in place. But a very reliable one. Serves fresh spicy food late and has a knack to all indian curries. Tomato chutney is a must try.
One of the best place to eat a goof and pure vegetarian food. North indian dishes are mostly the source here. Almost tried all the dishes here. Awesome taste.

As I am also a Veg lover n find places where I can get best Veg food so Santosh dhaba is one of them.
Parking two Wheeler good n four Wheeler is a issue.
Ambience is just ok.
About food.
Masala papad- The best Veg starter of Santosh dhaba loaded with onions, tomatos n chat Masala.
Veg Manchuria- Just OK in taste cabbage quantity is more need Improvement
Santosh special- it a special dish of the day decided by Chef I love the combination of different Veg in the gravy. Finger liking n mouth watering.
Paneer butter Masala- The very common dish of all Veg as well as Non Veg restro in all over India. The red gravy sweet n sour, loaded with Paneer cubes n butter. Taste is awesome here must try.
Jeera rice- Rice fried with cummin seeds, some cashew n coriander leaves very tasty goes well with dal tadka or Fry.
Dal Tadka- very good in taste must try.
Overall good experience.
Service is good.
Cheers!!!
Amir
Best place in this area. Great food. Must visit place. Food prepared very well. Spl mention paneer butter masala. Handi biryani. Though its crowded place food is really good
A big break for non-locals like me from the daily local food. The best part for me was the cooks are from Orissa..same state as mine... So they understood my requirements and expectations.
Food is always tasty here. Delight for pure veg dining.
The dhaba is located in a busy market, so you won't be hungry ;) anyways, the food is average. I had ordered pulao and aloo paratha. Paratha was a tandoori one and tasted pretty good.
Honestly, for a Panjabi food lover can visit without any doubt. Rates are also very nominal. Don't expect like a big hotel but believe me, you will not regret for quality of the food.
I rate it 3.5 for Gud ambiance ,gud food and Gud value for money
I often visit this place as this is the only budget vegetarian restaurant close to my home.
Ambience is ok, they have recently opened a family section on 1st floor. The service on 1st floor is too slow, probably due to new staff. Also, if you are looking for a relatively peaceful seat, prefer ground floor. ( based on my experience).
The food is awesome, but too oily. If you are not fond of too much oil, better tell the waiter before hand.
You also need to tell him to bring soft rotis, else your entire time will land up breaking rotis !!
Must try are : Navratna Kurma, Methi malai chamman, Paneer Zalfrezi.
Don't try : Pineapple raita( too sour)
Everytime i visit this place, Navratna kurma is on my list, due to it being less spicy than the rest.
There is no space for car parking. You will have to park it some 50- 100 mtrs away from the restaurant.
Waiting time is relatively reduced due to opening of family section.
The only disadvantage i feel is - they do not accept cards. only cash.
Food Is excellent here. Really its a wonderful place for vegetarians. I have been to this place for more than 20 times. when ever i want to eat hot tasty and good food i fly to santosh dhaba. Here u must try kaju biryani ! U will get shocked by the kaju they pour while they prepare !!! Veg takatak, harabhara masala, Malai Methi chaman are really awesome ! Price is also dead cheap when compared with big restaurants in n around ameerpet. But the ambiance may not be that much good. Its little bit crowdy when u go in peak times. Atleast 10 - 15 min u have to wait outside.
NO PARKING for cars.. ! u cant park on roadside also, why bcz its a very crowded area.
Food 4/5
Ambiance 2.5/5
Price 4/5
service 3.5/5
Went to santosh dhaba for food and restaurant was decent and quality and quantity of the food is so good and i will revisit again and you don't need to worry about your pockets as prices are very reasonable and this dhaba is only for veg lovers
Ambiance is decent but food was awesome.
Kesar badam lassi is good. Pav bhaji is different from usual with good taste. All the food was nicely cooked neither too much masala nor too much spicy.
Visited Oh Punjab with my Family for Dinner. I must say the food was amazing. Soups, starters, main course and deserts were all amazing. The rates are reasonable and the taste was great. Ambience was good when you don't let them turn on the white light on top of the table. The service was very good. Had an amazing exeperience overall. U can pay using Dineout if u want to save some bucks.
Would you like to spend an evening with your loved ones in a restaurant that not only serves some authentic dishes from punjab, baluchistan and the north west frontier, but also has a live ghazal orchestra that plays some timeless classics.
Well, 'Oh! Punjab' located at Banjara Hills is where you should be heading for your next gathering.A fine dining restaurant which launched few weeks back have created an identity for itself in the foodie landscape in hyderabad, thanks to their warm hospitality and delectable food.
Drinks:
The tall 'Lassi' glass filled with the goodness of kesar and almonds. The desi 'Jaljeeri' had a minty twist to it that was again a must try drink here.
Appetisers:
The 'Shanghai Rolls' was crunchy, filled with finely chopped vegetables tossed in an oriental sauce. The 'Chilly Soya Chaap' was flavourful but had a hard texture. The 'Chilly Paneer' had fresh paneer tossed in a spicy oriental sauce , but the Veg Manchurian could have been done better. The 'Chicken Drumsticks' were tender and juicy. The 'Chicken Manchurian' was equally well done. The 'Loose Prawns' is a must have here.
Main Course:
The 'Butter Chicken' had a smooth, buttery, mildly sweet makkhni gravy with chunks of smoky tandoori chicken. The 'Mutton Roganjosh' has tender pieces of lamb in a rich flavorful stew with rogan floating all over it. The 'Dal Makhni' was silky, buttery and bust of flavours and should not be misses here. The 'Veg Kofta' was hard and not upto my taste, however the 'Aloo Gobi' was a hearty dish, that reminded me of home. The dishes went with the freshy baked 'Garlic Naan', Butter Naan' and 'Laccha Paratha'. The 'Veg Pulao' and 'Chicken Dum Biryani' were equally delectable.
Desserts:
The steaming hot 'Gulab Jamun' were extremely soft and . The 'Rasmalai' was sinfully delicious to say the least and not to be missed. The ice-creams served were also creamy and delectable.
.
Recommendations: Lassi, Chilly Paneer, Loose Prawns, Butter Chicken,Daal Makhni,Aloo Gobi, Garlic Naan, Rasmalai.
.

Good food for fair price. service was very good, liked the staff and services.
I had veg buffet, variety was not more but staters were enough to make you full. Which makes total sense to not have so many varieties.
I'm happy to Suggest to Oh Punjab for good ambience, and food was also... really superbb, taste was nice... I can happily say that there is value for money. They way of serving and response from waiter/waitress was really good...

Bleu basil -the veg affair is a fine dine in restaurant in Banjara Hills serving pure vegetarian dishes which have a great taste.
This restaurant is on the fourth floor of the jewel mall.It is a huge restaurant accommodating up to 150 people.
It also has a private area accommodating up to 15 people.
I’ve been to this restaurant with a group of foodie friends for dinner.
The place had a good number of crowd .
We sat in the private dining area/room which was pleasant and had good amount of lighting.
We started off with some mocktails which were gentle breeze, spicy mango and fruit punch.
The gentle breeze was the regular blue lagoon which is served at other restaurants.
The spicy mango was something different to taste.
It had a perfect amount of spice and mango flavour in it.
The fruit punch was also like the regular one at other places.
We then had starters,
Malai soya chap,it was served in a very presentable way.As the name implies,it is made from soya beans. As it’s a non meat protein meal ,it’s healthy and also tasty.
Tandoori soya tikka,it was delicious and had a perfect amount of spices.
The paneer Hakka style and pudina paneer tikka were the other two starters we had.
They had a good authentic flavour .
The paneer was soft and fresh.
Navrathan korma ,this dish was aromatic, flavourful but was a bit sweet or else it was a good one.
Shaam savera kofta was the next dish we tasted.
Shaam means the rich green kofta and savera means the paneer.
The presentation of this dish was very tempting. It had a good flavour and a perfect one to have with the Indian breads.
We then had veg biryani which had excess amount of spice and personally I did not like it much.
The veg fried rice was a good one.
It had good amount of veggies making it look colourful and also making it even more tastier.
We ended up this meal with gulab jamun and kalakand which tasted amazing.
I would highly recommend this place for all the vegetarian lovers.
Do visit this place!!
Located at Banjara Hills, near TV9 studio.
Ambience is good, cozy n clean. Soups, Starters & Maincourse are very good, palatable except Chicken fry which is a bit salty, however all dishes are very good, served hot. Prawns fry, Malai chicken kabab, veg starters are delicious, served Sweet lassi and Aampanna. Decent staff with professional behaviour.
If you have ever been to The Bleu Basil previously, this is the same place with a new name and management team.
We had walked in on a weekday and there were not many people around. We were expecting the buffet to be available but then the staff informed us that we needed to inform in advance and there needs to be a minimum of 5 to 6 people.
Bummer, as we constituted only the two of us. While scouring the menu on what to order, the staff reverted and informed that the buffet can be made available. Apparently, there were a few old timers from Bleu Basil who recognised us as regular customers and were gracious enough to agree to a buffet for just the two of us.
We started off with chicken manchow soup which was delectable and they offered us kesariya lassi as part of the welcome drink which was lip smacking.
Coming to the starters, there were 4 veg and 4 non veg starters. Apollo Fish, Chicken tikka, chilly prawn and chicken spring roll were part of the non veg fare. Soya chaap, crispy corn, veg cheese rolls and veg manchurian rounded off the veg fare. My favorites were the soya chaap and apollo fish among the starters.
In the main course, we asked for chicken curry, paneer chatpat and dal fry along with lachha paratha and missi roti. We also asked for chicken biryani too. The lachha paratha was perfect and so was the missi roti. The curries and biryanis were relished equally.
Gulab jamun, moong dal halwa and strawberry ice cream rounded off the fare thereby inducing us into food coma.
While the food was great, the service was the real icing on the cake. They truly know how to take care of their customers and one must visit this place to experience their warm hospitality. Hussain, Sunitha and the whole team are a real asset to the establishment. Visit Oh Punjab to experience the taste and hospitality of Punjab right here in Hyderabad.
Oh! Punjab is a fine dining restaurant that has recently opened up in Banjara Hills and boasts of serving authentic Punjabi food alongwith some beautiful live ghazals that totally sets the mood for the evening. I was invited here for there launch.
The welcome drink was quite refreshing and a combination of mint and jaljeera. I was then presented with a tall glass of lassi that was filled with almonds. The Spring or Shanghai rolls had a crisp outer coating with a filling of vegerables inside. The Chilly Soya Chaap was slightly hard and could have been more juicier. Chilly Paneer was one of the appetisers that I liked and would recommend. The Veg Manchurian lacked flavors and needs to be worked upon.
The Chicken Drumsticks were flavorful and tender. The Chicken Manchurian was quite good and something that I would recommend. Loose Prawns are also another appetiser that you should try. Among the main course butter chicken is quite authentic and best had with naan. I also loved the Rasa Malai from the desserts which was quite aromatic and delicious.
Service was good and Charming ambience.
This place gives you the celebrity vibes by the service they provide. Loved their gesture.
Worth visiting
Great Atmosphere! Food Tastes Awesome, The best part is Amazing Ambience inside and out! Overall Recommendable for Party Lovers with Live Dj/Music in the Bar Section.
Service was good and Charming ambience.
This place gives you the celebrity vibes by the service they provide. Loved their gesture.
Worth visiting
Basil, one of the best pure vegetarian restaurants in Hyderabad without any second thought. Visited after one and half years with questions in my mind on taste of food. However they failed to disappointment me. Food was as good as it was BC(Before Covid). All my family including extended family members thoroughly enjoyed our Lunch at Basil. Now we decided to visit once or twice in a month because it's time to encourage them. I recommend you to have a bite at Basil. By the way they offer buffet(only in day hours) and A-la-carte.
I am on my family trip to Hyderabad..the Restaurant situated in popular area of banjara hills.i have tried various varieties .all of them very delicious..paneer 65 has very awesome taste.good ambience good service.this place is worth it. #traveldiaries #platesofflavour #sizzler
It's been a wonderful experience....food was really good ...we had tasted the wide variety of food in buffet menu...
I won't forget to mention one special thanks to ANAMIKA...she was the front desk representative and she was wonderful with her suggestion of food and hospitality.
Will visit soon for sure...
This was my first experience in hydrabad city. The restaurant ambience was too cool as whole blue light looks great in restaurant. we have ordered 2 different sizzlers which taste was just superb. The starters was just tempting to me whenever i remember this day. They are having one corner in restaurant where family size of 15 can be adjust and have party in this private room. For taste it was upto the mark.
