I recently ate at 4 Seasons Multi Cuisine Restaurant, and it was amazing. The food is great for the price and the staff are really friendly and professional. The place is clean too. The only thing they could improve is the bathroom. It needs a little more care. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant. A small fix in the bathroom, and it's perfect!
If you can find parking, this restaurant serves the quintessential Hyderabadi non veg food. Biryani is made with ghee and is not spicy. Kababs are great. Umm Ali dessert is yum. Just reminded me of how Hyderabadi mugalai food tasted in late 90’s.
Now, if only they can add valet parking!
Ambience was very good with pleasant a/c. Grill chicken was really tasty, fruit punch was High light & mutton handi biryani was amazing. Pudina chutney which was given along with all the dishes was very very tasty. Overall very memorable experience. GST was added to the bill unlike previously.
A unique biryani in Hyderabad so don't try to compare with others as this is known one of the old Hyderabad biryani established in the year 1992 give a try u love the biryani (rice is kinfoff ghee flavored)
Excellent food. The order takes an unbelievably long time inspite of no customers and even the desert took a long time
Located in the heart of Tolichowki, this restaurant is certainly one of the best places to visit if you are a non veg lover. This is located inside the food court area of tolichowki. Restaurant is quite big enough and is spread across in ground and first floor. It offers unique dining experience in terms of exploring the hyderabad dishes as well as some Arabic cuisine.
It is very well maintained and Hygienic. You have decent parking space available to park your two wheeler and four wheeler.
Though the price is a bit on the higher side as compared to the regular restaurants, but it is absolute worth for the taste and mouth watering dishes.
I've ordered mutton seekh which costed around 450 rupees without taxes. It was one of the best I ever had. You also get good varieties of desserts.
Usually it is crowded especially during holidays, weekends. At the time of Ramazan, you hardly find place to sit.
As mentioned earlier, if you are a non veg lover, it is a must visit.

By taste & quality wise its not the same 4 seasons any more which was back in years 2006 to 2010, their Mutton Biryani used to be fragrant, rich with meat and was the best in Hyd, their Kabsa, appetizers and desserts are to die for. Used to talk very high about this place with family & friends! been to this place in recent times, Sep 17th. Quality of food has degraded, poor service, hope they come back to stand with the competition in current market, Still giving a 4 star!
We’ve eaten here for years whenever we visit Hyderabad. Nice family restaurant. Food is always good. They do need to step up bathrooms. The ladies bathroom looks like someone showered there. Completely covered in water. Also the upholstered chairs are looking dirty in the main dining room and need to be recovered. Looking a bit run down.
Tried Zafrani Mutton biryani and Zafrani Chicken biryani here. The mutton varient was very good but chicken variant was just okay. The service was quick. There's no designated parking. You need to find by street side.
My recent visit to 4 seasons in Hyderabad was decent. The ambiance was pleasant enough, but the service seemed a bit inconsistent. The food was amazing, Haleem, Lamb Chops, Biryani was awesome. Overall food and ambiance is 10 on 10. Just that Service was super poor.
For each request we asked for... took 15 minutes and had to be repeated 3 to 4 times. Due to service it was an okay dining experience.
Food is pretty decent here. Non vegetarians can enjoy a variety of flavors. But the service is very slow.You need to be very patient and wait for long to get what you ordered or asked for. Ambiance is pleasant.

The taste at this place changes quite over time so it is not so reliable after all.
The place is well maintained and quite clean and could see efforts to make it hygienic place.
And it is a bit corwded at times as it is located in the prime spot.(try to reserve if possible). Needed to wait for almost 40 min for a dinner with 6 people at peak time.
