One of the best dhabha in Ameerpet. Food is awesome. Delivery time is a little much. It would be more good if they arrange some good sitting arrangements in summer because they serve outside, especially when it's too hot. Else it's perfect.
Best and Good food, served hot. Prices are affordable. Go early or late for enjoying outside sitting.
Only negative was too much time for given order.
They have delivered the food shorter than expected & the estimated time reflected while ordering.
Quantity & Price complement each other and the quality is pretty ok. Though it is not a finger licking food, It's better than other restaurants in the same area.
taste is so good as we expected.. Happy 4 dat..Tqq
Nice food, on time delivery. Thanks.
great service by the delivery boy nag 👍👌
Very Good Service n Comfortable
quantity should have been more for that price
quality and quantity are too good
Taste is good, price is also average. I had tried 4-5 items from here, everything is good and quality is also good.
Home delivery service is also fast.
Ordered a home delivery from this place. Tandoori chicken and butter roti was what I ordered.
Half tandoori chicken was rightly sized for one person. The tandoori chicken tasted quite good, even though one piece was a little over cooked and hardened in certain places. It came with spicy salad and green chutney. The chutney tasted average.
The butter rotis are big in size and cooked well. Soft and buttery.
Very excellent and quick service. Nice food. A very good place for a dinner. Paneer Butter masala with Butter Naan is a mouth watering set which is unbeatable!!
Came to this place after 3yrs.I used to come to this place when I was new to Hyderabad. I love everything about this place. Open air ambience, 90s music nd good Punjabi food.Appolo fish nd lassi is my recommended from my side
This is first dhaba where we visited when we came to Hyderabad for the very first time. And occasion was my friends placement party. Foods were tasty but place was not looking that much hygienic.
Definitely great place for Non-Veg starters, Main course and breads but the Biryani's are horrible.Should try Tandoori dishes when you're at this place. The panner items are fine as well. But the Biryani's just takes away the reputation this place deserves.
I have been eating here since last 4 years and I give a fixed order of Kaju paneer. Amazing taste.
Once I gave a feedback when the taste of the gravy changed and they called their cook to understand what change I felt. Amazing customer service.
Good food. Ambience ok as it is in the open but note that this place would be good for spring season or cold, but definitely not during summers.
Portion size large. Waiters attentive. Veg pulav and North Indian dishes are great
This is a Punjabi Dhaba with both out and inside seating. The place is spacious. The ambience is not that Great. But the food and the lassi that they serve is very good. And it is very pocket friendly too. It is a must visit. I have been to this place around 3 years ago and hence I am unable to account for the exact dishes that we tried.
This dhaba though located in busiest part of the city will definitely give you ambience of a dhaba. The food here is really good veggies can have a feast and non- veg is really good than how i expected to be in punjabi dhabas.
Best tandoori chicken...n all dishes...even biryani is tasty...try achari kebab...they serve best kebabs n also very pocket friendly...yummy
*Excellent Dhaba , Garlic Naan & Kaju Paneer & Tandoori Chicken Just Rocks !! Flavorful The Smell of the Food Excellent , Home Delivery i Get it Hot Food !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is located in dharam karam road of ameerpet its on the main road and is located in a plot. Its a open restaurant but good to go with family. I heard alot of this place from my friends and wanted to visit here. So finally was here for family dinner we ordered malai tikka, paneer and apollo fish. Malai tikka was soft creamy and awesome, apollo fish was good in taste cuz of the spices but fish had some problem. I dont eat paneer but my family told me it was yummy and soft too. Took tandoori chicken as parcel not in pix and it was super duper tasty. In main course we had fish masala and butter chicken. Butter chicken was again great exactly the way i like and fish masala was again problem with fish. We ended up with jeera rice and chaval again both awesome. Overall we had a good dinner at this place and a place i will visit again.
This dhaba is opposite gurukul high school in dharam karam road ameerpet..
There is seating arrangments for about 50 ppl with plastic chairs and tables laid outside in the open air.
You have a good variety of indian and tandoori cusine..
Banjara kabab , chicken patiala and Mutton rogan josh are my top choices over here.
Food is good in taste and price is pocket friendly..
Always a crowded place in weekends, love their chicken 65, tandoori chicken and my favourite chicken biryani. Never missed to order it whenever I visit, although these days only ordering through swiggy and peacefully eating in my home while watching some movie.😆😆😆
Not that easy to locate but truly a place foodie Junction, ambiance should be ignored completely, it's all in an open space without any proper arrangement for seating, regular plastic tables and chairs, but the food is amazing, didn't expect it to to be so tasty. Service is also good, economic place.
We visited this restaurant for dinner with my cousins who live just around the corner, last Saturday. We ordered tandoori chicken, hong kong chicken (that day's special), butter nan, tandoori roti, aloo parat too I guess, kadai chicken and a veg curry, palak something...can't recall, and their double kameeta and lassi. We were pretty impressed by the taste of the food, although we felt it was a little spicy (not their fault, we were not used to spice lately). Looking forward to visit again. Cost is probably little high, for us, but kind of reasonable because of the taste of the food.
Been there with friends. Nice outdoor venue. Food was tasty but very chilly. Lassi was good. Can improve with washroom facilities. Decent parking space.

I usually dont like fancy ambience, because I strongly believe all we need is good atmosphere to cherish food. And this place is bang on target, where do you find an open area (not on roof tops) and a typical highway dhaba kind of style (minus cots) in this city.
Coming to the food, it is good and eatable but not awesome.
And pocket friendly considering the atmosphere.
Parking should not be a problem :)
Do you need a Punjabi taste o yes come to Sher e Punjab restaurant.
T
Had their roti ek tarfaa true panjabi roti. As I am more for mutton and chicken. So tried chicken thadka.
Finger licking good.
Service was okok and hospitality was good and it open space.
Will be coming back.
As soon I entered, the watchman asked me to exit the premises and park outside. Mein seedhe dharti par aa gira. Thanks for equal and unpretentious treatment. 5/5.
Zero frocks were given by waiters as they took your order and delivered on time. I especially enjoyed the freedom from the 'bottled water or regular water' dialogue.
Mujhe meri aukaat yaad aagayi. Bada mazaa aaya. Much thanks.
I'm writing this review after multiple visits.
This dhaba is located in the by lanes of ameerpet with really dusty roads..
It has an open air ambience and the dust from the road may or may not annoy you....
The service is slow.... U have to wait at least for 10-15mins to give an order.
The food also arrives slow... But it is worth the wait.
I have tasted vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes and I couldn't find fault in any of them till date. Except for the sweet lassi... Which was kind of sour.
If u really crave to visit a dhaba and yet don't want to travel too far.... Then u can come here.... Nice food. Consistent in taste.
Ambience - 3
Service - 3

It is just awesome... You just can't stop eating in this place.. You just can't stop ordering more and more. It is the definition of finger lickin good. Everyone should definitely try it.
The ambience and surroundings are decent enough, but what really matters is the taste and sherE punjab doesn't disappoint is when it comes to taste!
New sher-e-punjab Dhaba is one of the best open air restaurant , with pocket friendly prices and Great taste , Ambiance is also good , Only thing that I wish they look upon is to Add Card payments method as they only take cash Now .
VFM one word says it all, good vegetarian food and open air ambience gives you a feel of a highway dhaba. Have been here for 4-5 times never dissatisfied with the food. Courteous staff and punjabi owner strive hard for customer satisfaction.
I ordered using their Home delivery option today for a family dinner date. Was I floored with their impeccable time, taste and professional handling of my order. They followed all my requests to the T. Hats off to their service.
It was a Saturday evening and we had a family get together, so I placed a relatively big order comprising of Egg 65, Chicken Malai Kebab, Kadai Veg, Punjabi Chicken Boneless with some naans.
The order was placed at 7, and these guys were there at my place at 7:30. Really ? Even dominoes can't keep that kind of time, and mine was a big order. That too I had asked him to name the dishes on the cover so that i could sort out easily, they were sweet enough to name each cover. Thank-you guys.
Next, coming to the taste, I really really liked the Egg 65, if anybody can make boiled egg taste so well, they surely have something good going on. Malai kebab was super soft and I could taste the marination well inside the meat. The curries were superb and give and good quantity, and most important not dripping in oil.
Thanks for making our dinner date special. Keep it up. I would definitely recommend them.
To find good Punjabi food in telugu-land is a bit of problem. This sounded a promising name. For the money they charge you for a plate of chhole chawal is too low for the qty. They serve. Good lassi and decent menu variety.
This is a relatively new restaurant which opened up near Balkampet, in Dharam Karam Road. I remember going there when it had just opened and for some reason(I think fussy kids) we didn't eat there.
We did manage to visit them recently and it was a pleasant surprise. The quality of food was great. We could just drive into the place and park our car within the compound wall. The seating area is cordoned away with rope from the parking. There are plastic tables and chairs in a no frills arrangement. Nearby is a kiosk with kebabs hanging.
We ordered some Prawn dish and chicken malai kebab for starters. The prawns was good, and I remember it was sufficient in quantity. The show stealer was however the Chicken malai kebab. They were huge in size, tender and well cooked throughout but not overdone, with a touch of smokiness. It was frankly speaking one of the best things I have ever eaten anywhere. I really hope they maintain this quality in their cooking.
The butter chicken and butter nans were also good. I note many reviewers praising the butter chicken. However I didn't feel it to be that remarkable.
Before we left we requested for lassi, for Punjab is famous for lassi. We were a little disappointed when they came out with prepackaged lassies with different flavours. We were hoping they would prepare lassi fresh. Anyway the packaged stuff was OK.
Ambiance is nothing to note. There is a starry sky overhead.
Service is good.
Parking wise they seem to have sufficient area for 3-4cars. I do wonder what they would do if more cars came at one time.
Finally the search for a proper Dhaba and that too in close vicinity to my place in Hyderabad, brought me to New Sher-e-Punjab. Locating this place was a bit of hiccup for me , since I am not aware of this Dharam Karam Road. But then when carefully explained by a fellow passer-by this was a cakewalk to spot out.Situated just beside the Stadium on DK road and opp to Kanya Gurukul school in an open courtyard is this Mini Punjab - or so I would like to refer it as after tasting their delicious food now twice in a row.Ambience as such should not be expected out of a Dhaba, still the tables and plates are quite clean and less dusty when compared to those of North India.Coming to the food, they just remind you of Palwan Dhaba or Murthal roadside eateries. be it their Butter roti (with more than generous company of Butter) or Dal Fry or Chicken tikka. Their Butter chicken is by far the best I had in Hyderabad. And kababs are definitely a competitor to Angeethi or UBQ. Nicely cooked, tender and utterly delicious is what I can say for them - be it the Banjara kabab or the normal Hara bhara. And what is more satisfying than enjoying a wholesome meal and that too without much burden on the pocket - a proper meal for two will at max arrive around 500 here.A definite must visit for those around Ameerpet, Srinagar Colony or even Begumpet.
An open air restaurant in ameerpet with plastic chairs yet the ambience somehow feels good everytym I go here may b coz of the food the people or the retro music :D somehow the place always makes me feel relaxed! Perfect place to eat a hearty dhaba style meal at pocket friendly rates! The food is just yummm!! All spices perfectly balanced..anything u order will make ur taste buds crave for more! The service is fine enough!! The best part is value for money 5/5!
I stay close by to this place. If any occasion in family to celebrate, first choice is Punjab Dhaba. They take time and arrange table for 12 by joining 3 tables.
Evening time we get more options of non veg snacks like tandori and kababs. Taste of Parantas are ok, the best dish i liked so far is Veg Chatpat.
Sitting in open sky and having hot hot food is good experience. Mostly I heard Amitab Songs, but all those old sizzling songs played are good and make you feel real dhaba :-)
Rice items are not great as other places. Rotis with curries will be my first choice at this place.
Service is bit slow, especially in the evening. Its better to order all together at once and ask him to get one after another.
Restricted parking place available.
Have been here once.. Great place. Awesome non veg. Fairly priced. Worth the visit.
Its an open air restaurant in ameerpet, well it's actually in a small ground and at a stone throw distance from my place. One thing you notice is when u cross this place the aroma pulls you towards this place. Amazing good, average ambience.
Visit this place for good food expect nothing else.
An open air dhaba in the heart of of the city , it is rare. When i went to this dhaba, i feel relaxed. The foods are very tasty as a vegetarian most of the places i face problem. only few of choice , but here their are several items for vegetarian.
