I was apprehensive about buying a Telescope because I am a novice and expecting guidance on what to buy.
Mr.Shivaraj was a perfect gentlemen who helped me understand the basic nuances when it comes to buying a Telescope and different products versus uses of them. Unfortunately I couldn’t buy one because I was not sure of myself whether it would fit in my room and further.
They do have lot of variety of products and at a very reasonable price. I am happy to say that I bought Bresser NG line binoculars for my Wildlife photography along with a shoulder strap.
I would definitely maintain my watch for the next exciting products they procure.
I have recently bought a 8 inch dobsonian telescope from this place , anyone who wants a telescope but don't know where to buy it or which one to buy , you can buy it at Galaxy Technocom , they offer a large range of telescopes at pretty attractive prices and the telescopes are of great quality. If you have any questions , you can ask the staff there or call , they will sure help you to decide and get you into your sweet spot for learning more about our universe . The staff is very well-equipped with knowledge of the product and give you complete guidance on buying your desired Telescope. I bought the first telescope from here it is gso 8 inch dobsonian...sir is very knowledgable person help us to understand thing alot..he gives so many tips and tricks and suggested the telescope based on my requriement....initially i thought to get from online where in online der is only one or two brands..but he is having large varities and types based on the need of the people...worth buying...and great professional

I purchased an 8" professional dobsonian made by GSO from Galaxy Technocomm recently. All my communication was over phone as I am based in Chennai and despite that, Mr. Shivaraj made the experience as good as an in-store purchase. I was able to reach him whenever I needed for any information/clarification. The shipment reached me ahead of the time I expected it especially considering the COVID situation. The scope was very securely packaged and came well collimated.
I'd like to make a specific mention - there was some discrepancy in the payment for the shipping and it took Mr. Shivaraj just a few minutes to resolve the issue. This speaks highly of the professionalism and customer focus.
I am very happy the scope and have had two excellent seeing nights with it. And given the very good experience with Mr. Shivaraj, I am likely to go back to Galaxy technocomm for more stargazing stuff.
I would recommend telescope lovers to buy products related to telescopes or its lens etc from here. Mr.Shivaraj is highly qualified and experienced in terms of using and having the knowledge of the products.
He shared so much of information and access to groups in Hyderabad city which amazon will not provide.

Let me give you a perfect and helpful review., firstly I was very convinced about buying a Celestron Power Seeker 70AZ from AMAZON as I was attracted to the magic figures and all the positive fake reviews from AMAZON. Later I learned that 20mm and 4mm eyepieces were missing and it practically seemed like a PREOWNED PRODUCT. When I tried to contact the customer support desk I didn’t receive any kind of response… and when I tried giving a bad review regarding the product AMAZON stroked out my review… Amazon will delete a product review if it does not comply with the review guidelines. Any removed negative review is a good result: Even though you lose one review, you also lose the negative impact it causes-as the company holds RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.
I was left with no hope but give-up on the product, later I discovered a physical store- GALAXY TECHNOCOM (Telescopes and binoculars dealer in Hyderabad through Google) where I approached them with my product and explained my difficulty, and got great assistance from them and support in a timely and pleasant manner. One of the best attributes of their business service was to be positively helpful in every possible way and resolved my trouble. I greatly appreciate your efforts and customer loyalty. I extend my gratitude for your support in working out on and fixing up my issue.

A wonderful store with products for both studying the night sky or simply star gazing. Mr. Shiv Raj is very helpful and his passion for the subject is evident. Had a pleasant experience, nice to see a good source for products like these in Hyderabad.
Great collection of binoculars and telescopes. Extremely knowledgable staff and glad to provide you equipment as per your needs and requirements. Would have loved it more if there were also some open samples which we could check and try before purchase!
Telescope is good and value to the money spent. There was a issue with one of the accessories and it was dealt to our satisfaction by the seller.

The after sales services is really nice with these guys.
The employees are cooperative ,understand the requirements and suggest the suitable product.
I had gone this outlet for the first time , I was treated with respect and the product which I purchased was of good quality and right recommendation was done for me. I would recommend everyone to atleast visit this shop once.
