Amore is a small stall located at the edge of the Inorbit mall food court. I had come here to watch a movie and with the tickets, I got a 20% discount coupons to be used here at Amore. 

Splurged on a large cup with 2 scoops of 2 different flavors - Black Currant & Almonds. That's a distinct mix of different types of gelato. Who doesn't like an Ice cream? Of course, this was tasting nice and I loved it totally. A bit costly even after considering my discount but was worth the taste.

It's been a while since I ate gelato and I loved it. It was really expensive though! I had a large super premium flavor so it costed 230 rupees a cup!

I ll rate this stall outlet purely on the basis of their gelatos. Talking about ambiance and other non food experience is immaterial for this outlet.

Texture of their sorbets and gelatos is exactly like what it should be. So technically they are doing correct preparation.
Flavours : 3.5/5
Sweetness : Perfectly balanced sweetness !!
Gelatos lack in flavour. Fig will taste less like fig gelato. Strawberry will taste less like a strawberry gelato.
Sorbets are really good. Bang on flavours and texture. Sorbets feel icy but not watery, every bite feels like eating frozen fruit.
Value for money : 3.5/5

Will I visit again? Yes, whenever I will have sorbet craving I ll definitely want amore to be somewhere in vicinity. (although I never had sorbet craving anytime in my life)  
Will I suggest it? yes to non sorbet fans and definitely yes to sorbet fans

I am not an ice cream person but have been to this place twice and both the times the experience has been wow!. We're all used to believing in MNC brands and don't wanna risk to try less known places. But this place is a hidden gem. Go for any flavor on their menu, everything is a masterpiece. Give your favorite ice cream brand and skip one day and give Amore a chance. I'm sure you wont regret!

Without a doubt they are the best gelato guys in town. No one can come even close to them and mind you they have been around for a long long time now.

Not a big fan of gelatos but i do like them. While walking around in Inorbit Mall thought i would try Amore Gelatos. The man at the kiosk was good enough to offer some flavours.

Belgian chocolate and swiss chocolate were my choices. Was totally satisfied. They tasted really yum (but not like regular icecreams).

The flavours are simply sublime. I loved the texture, the presentation, and especially how the ice cream achieved that balance of solidity and creaminess. Only downside: price. I like to eat a lot, and as a college student, I can't say I get my best bargain here.

Background - stopped here after shopping with my friend and have known about this place through Zomato. But this was my first visit as time has always been a factor for me.

Food:

Gelato - None tried so far.

Sorbetto - Strawberry.

Before going any further, let me tell you what is sorbetto?

Sorbetto is a form of gelato that contains no milk, unlike ice-cream. Sorbets contains fruit, Sweetener (which lowers the freezing temperature, resulting in a softer). Unlike ice-cream, the machinery used whips almost no air into the sorbet, resulting in a dense and extremely flavorful product. This allows sorbet to match and sometimes exceed dairy-based gelato or ice-cream to taste.

Flavor of sorbet here tastes exactly like what it's supposed to taste like. EXACTLY. The Strawberry sorbet tasted like a cold, creamy Strawberry. Enough moaning though. The flavors and textures are amazing. The main detraction from most sorbets is that they are either too sweet, too tart, or too icy. Amore gets around this by incorporating sugar substitute into their base, then making it in a process similar to a gyro - freezing it solid and shaving it into a consistent and smooth mixture, rather than churning it and incorporating "unnecessary" air. But since it has virtually no air increasing the volume from the starting unfrozen volume, there is no way to pad their pricing structure, which is why they are forced to charge heart attack inducing prices.

SERVICE: The service here is just fine - who wouldn't be happy scooping gelato or sorbetto all day - and the staff is always accommodating with the sample spoons, that's how they hook you and they were also pretty patient with me when I was sampling different flavors and they are fully aware of what they are selling because most of the crowd is not at all aware of what is gelato or sorbetto? Again, they are re-defining impatient is new life because they are pretty quick with the scooping.

VALUE FOR MONEY: Yes, it's a small scoop, and it "costs" a bit more than you'd usually pay, but the quality and craftsmanship are in each of those scoops! Remember, it's not quantity, its quality that counts.

On downside: There were hardly about 12 flavors available, including two sorbetto. Nothing like as they mention in the menu.

I was torn between giving 3.5 or 4 stars, because though the product is amazing, the pricing is rather high. Now, I don't mind paying for quality, in fact, I will gladly pay more for a good product than a cheap priced crappy product because you get what you pay for after all. Though thank god you get a tiny Wooden ice-Cream Spoon to make it last longer. For those lactose intolerant folks out there, check out Amore Gourmet Gelato.

CONCLUSION: The flavors are refreshing and the staff are delightful. If you want something different that's not quite as calorific as ice-cream, check out Amore Gourmet Gelato. They have some interesting flavors and it's sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. I am sure I will be back and back and back.

Situated in GVKone mall Banjara hills. Though pricey, they offer good variety & a refreshingly different taste. I would prefer this over the other icecream shops in the entire mall (they are quite a few). I love their black current /raspberry /blueberry cheese cake & tiramisu flavors the most. Yet to try the others though. Very well maintained, all you can ask for in a pickup- ice-cream shop, courteous staff, prompt billing excellent service. Would have been nice, if there was a place to sit right next to the stall.

I dont know how the original Italian gelato tastes, but the one I tasted here was awesome!! But it was prized way too much..but still I cant get good gelato everywhere..
