I used to order food to office pretty frequently from this place. Liked the taste and the service. You can just give them a call and tell them what you want and they would deliver. Loved the chicken fried rice in particular here. The curries etc. too are good. You could also dine in at the restaurant which has an average setup.
I often visited this place not only its near to my place but also its pocket friendly and I have tried almost all the dishes truly speaking Soup is very bad in this place don't try all at but yes starters and yes Biriyanis of fish, prawn or chicken try prawn must its just amazing over there. The ambiance and service is awesome.

This rating is just for the biryani that Amantran The Cuisine make. The biryani is certainly one of the bests in this area. I opted for home delivery of two biryanis for two people and the quantity is just perfect. The taste is great, the chicken pieces are tender and well cooked.
I really do not know about the rest of the dishes and I am also a bit suprised to see a low rating for this place.

The biryani is one of the best in madhapur area and delicious! Delivery is always made on time and the quantity of each biryani is just right for two! Always a good experience, never had a bad one! Much suggested to all the biryani lovers around here!

Cheap and Best restaurant available in Madhapur area. One must taste their Paneer biryani for sure. It is awesome. Food is good. Ambiance is good.
I really like this restaurant.... It's in budget and also the taste of curries are awesome......the only disadvantage is time taken to get the order is very long......but else the food is really good....ambience is not that great but worth visiting.....overall a budget restaurant with good food.
Amantran is my go to restaurant for cheap cholesterol. Jokes apart, even the curd rice was tasty in the truest sense of the word. People from the eastern part hardly get curries according to their taste palette. But this is a place where you would get a zing of East with Odissi chicken and some other dishes pertaining to Orissa. The best part is the Chinese food. Mixed meat fried rice, butterfly prawns and chicken salt pepper are some classics. Quantity is huge. You can stock the rice and eat it for three days straight. If you're the healthy food fanatic, this is the place for home delivery of cheap and tasty food :)

Service - courtesies and behavior are worth praising. These people will actually tell you not to order this and that as that is not there best dishes. LOVED IT.
Food - just the way you want it.. Less oily.. Less spicy if you want. Tastes really good. Served hot and quick. Their roti basket is the best deal you can have. 6 types of roti including two types of kulcha..And Aloo paratha.. Two pieces each... Means 12 pieces of those for 120!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing. Must have.

I and my friend had a parcel on last weekend...Food is average. We can have for once or twice, egg biriyani is delicious, panneer butter masala curry is not that good and delivery service is excellent with good packing...
One of the best restuarants I have come across. Soups, noodles, manchuria all chinese items tastes really well. I am a veggie and till date did not find any probl serving veg. I regularly eat special veg fried rice and trust me. You should taste it. It is served with manchuria. And price list. One the best price lists I have come across. I go with another friend , order veg manchow 1/2 and eat special veg fries rice and I pay 200. Isnt it good? Try anything, taste is good. Serving is little late earlier but now its good. Will update with photos next time I visit there. :)
The food quality is average as compared to other restaurants nearby. Ambience is simple, with supportive staff. Value for money. Casual visits are fine for once in a while.
Tgis is my pick if I want to go for some nice food whic is pocket friendly.I usually vist this atleast once a week. Really the dishes are good with very good ambience,friendly service.

The food is tastes good, but the place is very congested (not cozy). Seeks like some just knew how to cook good food but not where to cook it!
I specially liked the Mutton Rogan-josh with the Peas Pulao. The oriental style diced chicken was good as well, but the tenderly cooked juicy mutton conquered my taste buds!

Chicken Tikka Biryani... !! I simply loved it ...
Food -- I have tried Chinese noodle, Chilly Chicken , Special Biryani and Few Curries in Chicken. Only Chinese was ordinary but rest all were delicious..
Ambiance -- It's Good .. Nothing unique like any above average family restaurant.. !!
Service --- I have had only lunch here.. They served me quick..!! Staff were polite..
Value for money --- Certainly Yes... !! They have a balance of all aspects.. !!

Once upon a time my favourite.
We entered here thinking it to be a bengali restaurant by the name but we were surprised for good.
The food was really good.
We ordered one Hariyali Machhi and grew so fond of it that we kept coming over here every weekend.
Moderate price for the quality of food served.
We generally used to order chinese and was always happy until recently.
What they did was they stopped serving some of their items and whatever they did eventually weren't up to the mark anymore.
Its been months we stopped going there.. so can't really say what's the quality right now.
We loved it but once they failed us more than once they lost us and probably lot others.
I really hope they come back to their original and may be we will visit them again.

I have been to Amantran 3-4 times and have tried a lot of different stuff here My favorite is Veg. Soft Noodles. It's simply awesome! The soups are somewhere between okay - good. The flat breads are great but I have noticed this over so many visits the Veg. North Indian Curries are not something I'd recommend anyone. They've accessive oil and chilly.
Ambiance is good. Staff is attentive- quick service.
I always wanted to have the Mixed Meat Fried Rice from Amantran, on the spot. Though the wait was long, the food was worth it. The Ambience was not very great, however the service was good.
The food is really good and the quantity of is good enough. But we i'm ordering some times they were saying it costs 300rs to bring near shilparamam. sometimes they were delivering with the cost mentioned + vat.

Thursday Night, I blessed Amantran with my gracious presence. It was a dinner outing with a couple of my ol' pals. It was a meeting in disguise. It was a clean meet, where we came out real neat and clean post dinner, however we were all stuffed up till the brim.
It was a whole some Mughlai treat at Amantran. Shorbas to Kebabs to Kofta's, it was all there.
The dinner binge started off with Nalli Nihari Shorba. It was worth it, it reminded me of the good old Nihari Shorba we used to have at Azizia Hotel during my childhood days. The pieces of mutton thrown in with the Shorba were real tender and great to taste. The Shorba was good to taste and really tantalized the taste buds, making them BEG for more.
Pahadi Kebab Roll had a distinctive taste to it and were real different from the regular Kebab's. The masala/topping had a distinctive flavour to it. The taste was heavenly and different. Worth the try.
Tandoori Jhinga, had a great Tandoori Jhinga after Sohail at Amantran. Prawns were well cooked and tasted same like tender coconut. The tandoori Prawns were worth the try. Did not like Murg Alishan Kebab that much.
It wasn't cooked well or I basically did not like it, as it was trying to compete with Tandoori Prawns.It was trying to bribe my taste buds with some juices, my taste bugs being very loyal to Prawns evaded Alishan Kebab's advancements and took sides with my ever favourite prawns.
The Starters were abundant and we sure enough to fill a hungry tummy. The main course was ordered to be different, but it again turned out to be HEAVY
Deewani Handi, reminded me of my grand mother's days. Even though, this handi wasn't that deewani, but what my grand mother used to cook was deewani to the extremes. The original recipie,my grand mother taught my mother had roughly about 32 different types of Vegetables/Leafy Vegetables in it, some of those were very very seasonal ones. This had the everyday vegetables tossed in and cooked. But was good overall. Loved the smell of freshly ground black pepper and coriander strewn on top of the curry.
Kadhai Mushrooms were ordered just in order to satisfy my urge for a meat like dish, which shouldn't be meat but should have the same kind of feeling. Paneer could have been an option, but am totally bogged down by paneer these days. Panner's been a staple dish in every household offlate. So, Mushroom's were called in to satisfy the urge for some meat like dish, which wasn't meat.
Dal Tadka Wala, Butter Naan and Zeera Rice are less spoken the better, 'cos they taste mostly the same all around the world. So, I'll better avoid writing about these.

Been to Amanthran just yesterday and I am not sure why this place is so underrated. The ambience is decent, located quite conveniently and the food isnt what you term as 'bad'.
The glass panelling which beings the hustle and bustle of evening Madhapur was brought in without the noise and the dust, of course through the sheer glass panels. Amidst dimly lit interiors and comfortable couches and chairs the only thing missing was the chill of the Air Conditioner. We pointed it out and there was a curt response which eventually meant "This is it".
Ordered some soup and starters which took some 20 mins to arrive. Naans,Parathas, Jeera Rice, Kofta curry and Dal tadka came next, which took approx the same time. All the dishes were quite friendly to the tongue and had decent serving sizes - Not humongous as other reviews had suggested but decently enough. Especially liked the Onion Naan for the tasty filling of Onion Masala.
Service is one aspect these folks can really work upon, though. Not that they were rude, but the service was never with a smile, in fact most times with a scowl. Adding to it, Hygiene is also an issue with us finding insects around. Price must be one big factor which draws people to this place - its quite easy on your purse.
So to summarise, this place is clearly not for the very formal and fine dining types, nor for those looking to treat their pallates with 'Exotic' or 'Exquisite' food.. Rather, its for someone who wants to hop in for a quick bite, without burning through your pocket.

I am literally forced to rate this restaurant with full marks due to the amazing food quality and quantity I have had here and on numerous occasions. I must have visited it at least 12-15 times till now and trust me not one occasion has been below satisfactory. My parents who have always accompanied me would definitely agree.
A few points abut why I rate it so highly
1) Not very huge in structure, they have customized their limited space to make two floors and still maintained a nice ambiance which is neither too crowded, bright, sparse or dull. I like their glass walls, they are simple and inexpensive in building and provide a good view and contribute to the ambiance.
2) The taste here is unmistakably great. It has always been good. Over the last 6 months that I have been visiting here whenever they come over to see me. They love it and so do I. Pick anything from the menu and trust me it would be great.
3) Only Nanking serves larger quantity than these guys. It is huge. There have been times when one veg curry and 3 rotis have been sufficient for the three of us. Once we got two curries, 3 rotis and one Mutter Pulav. 40% was wasted. We just couldn't finish it. Kudos to these guys. The food is heavy and in large quantities.
4) This is the best part. They are substantially lower priced than any of the similar restaurants in the whole are. I am amazed at how they manage with such margins or how overpriced other restos are, especially when I consider their quantity.
It may sound like exaggeration but I am speaking out of experience of over 12-15 times.
It is not the best restaurant that you will find and you may not be impressed as I am in your first visit but it sticks together a package that very few put together.
They have raised the bar for me. Full Marks.

This place is not for someone who wants a lavish dine with a lot of people..
it is for those who want to have a change over kind of a lunch or dinner for their daily routine but don't ant to spend much, just need to sit quietly and relax with 1or 2.. no fuss just a simple and nice outing.
The food is very good. nothing very flashy, just nice and tasty enough to make you feel good about it with decent quantity and at reasonable prices.
It is an introverted place, always full at nights, and cold like anything..

Good value for money. You always have to tell how much spicy the food should be otherwise the food will be less spicy.. I love spicy food so i always customize my food to be very spicy and the people of restaurant listens to us..
I really liked the veg - family pack it was affordable got it for economical prices and quantity was huge, three people can easily afford it, coming to taste manchuria and butter paneer masala is delicious, biryani is better. Overall i recommend amantran for food junkies.. I give 4 out of 5...
