Chutneys as it’s name suggests has so many varieties of chutneys served along with the South Indian cuisine. From breakfast to dinner we have so many options. This place is definitely value for money. Fun fact- this restaurant is also Chiranjeevi’s favourite. The filter coffee and dosa was amazing and their service was good too. Overall a nice family restaurant.

I've been here for my sunday breakfast. The ambience is good. Staff is also friendly. The food is amazing. They serve the best south indian breakfast. I loveed guntur idily 5/5. Butter dosa 5/5. Puri 5/5. Coffee was also good 5/5. Paneer masala dosa is a must try 5/5. I love the variety of chutneys they serve.
Very lovely place... must visit.. had been for a client meeting to the city and went for a breakfast here. I went to Chutneys for some breakfast. I opted for simple Idli and my friend ordered Masala Dosa. I have been to this place many times whenever I am in Hyderabad. It’s one of my Favourite for South Indian food. Best part about them is their varieties of Chutneys. They have so many. I loved the Nariyal one and the sweet corn based. Even the Sambhar is so good. I finished it all. Idli was super soft and served with Dry chutney with ghee on top of it. It was really an amazing experience for me. Thank you Team Chutneys, Jubilee Hills.

The thali is just terrific. I have tasted this kind of taste a couple of decades ago. It was just like going back into my childhood and savouring each and every dish in the thali, its aroma just took me back into my childhood. Be it Phulkas, Curries, Dal, Rasam, Curd or Sweet, the taste of each of these items shows the amount of expertise, care and patience gone into it to finally bring it onto the table. It is very thoughtful of 'Chutneys' to see that they are using the best quality ingredients and minimal oil and ghee in their dishes. Chutneys Jubliee Hills
Chutneys is a very famous restaurant chain from Hyderabad and I had heard a lot about it from my friends. They serve south Indian, north Indian and Chinese cuisine. They décor of this place is pleasant and seating is comfortable. The lower section is getting renovated hence it was closed and we got a seating on 2nd floor in the same building.
We tried
Steam Dosa: It was a flat round shaped dosa just like uttapam, but it was steamed, it was completely oil free and had multiple holes in it. The dosa was extremely spongy and was served along with jaggery syrup which went well along with it. #Musthave
Babai Idli: The idlis were one of the finest idlis which I had, soft, fluffy, dense, not sticky at all and was topped with some desi makkhan. It was served along with a gunpowder prepared with a hint of imly, dhania dal and curry leaf. #ExceptionalStuff #HatsOFF
Plain Dosa: A nicely done crispy dosa. #

Few Observations about Chutneys:
I believe they serve 6 types of chutneys on all the tables for south Indian orders which are really good and worth the Shot. Variety of chutneys: Tomato Corn, Green Chill Ginger, Red Chilly Ginger, Coconut, Badam & Green Chilly and Channa Dal
Sambhar: The sambar served it medium spicy and is slightly thick, it is rich in taste and you can go for multiple servings without any extra charges for it. Loved it.
Water: By default they serve mineral water bottles on all tables.
Thali: They have special south Indian thali spread which is available only during lunch time, as it was a quick visit and we didn’t wanted to eat a heavy meal we didn’t try it, I still regret not having the same and will make sure I try it in my next visit to Hyderabad.
Ambience / Décor: Pleasant
Service: The staff is well trained, is prompt and was friendly.
Pricing: It might definitely appear on higher side but the overall experience is worth the price, valet parking is available at this outlet. We paid around 600 for 1 steam dosa, 1 babai idli, 1 plain dosa and 1 fresh orange juice.

This is perhaps the only chain that serves steamed dosas. Served with honey they are truly a gastronomic experience. The Pesaratu dosa is also great. All dosas are served with six varieties of Chutneys.Advance reservation is recommended.

Not so effective service though serves delicious food and it's a well-lighted restaurant..what else you could ask for! Ideal restaurant to visit with family or large groups. The most favourite thing here is the variety of chutney placed so neatly before, in abundance. Service is a bit too slow rest everything is fine.

The sheer variety of chutneys left us spellbound. And each of them catered to a different palate and were full of flavour. Babai idli melted in the mouth and was the best dish we ordered. Guntur idli was nice. We had a Dosa filled with upma which was different and nice. It was oily though. Service is fast and the crowd quality is also good. Overall a really satisfying experience.
The service and food excellent. Only thing that scared us was a huge Rat jumping from the Ceiling and hiding behind a customer sofa seat. Please guys sort this out ASAP. Hygiene is key!

I visited hyderabad after 5 years . This is my second visit to chutneys and the taste hasnt changed in these 5 years . I love there 6 types of chutneys . The menu was nicely explained by waiter and i orderer 4 uttapam and ghee karam dosa . 4 uttapam were onion, gun powder,pudina and mangopickle masala uttapam .The quantity was sufficient and taste was excellent . Heard a lot about this place and finally went there to try it out. From outside this place looks old with an rusted staircase leading to the restaurant situated at the first floor. The ambiance is plain and simple and there is plenty of sitting space available. Their speciality is the variety of chutneys and they serve six different types of them along with the food. Guntur idli was really delicious, soft idli and sambar was also good. Plain dosa was served like a pyramid and it was also good. The service is pretty good and the pricing is also quite moderate. This is a must try out place in hyderabad.
Visited the place with family. We have tried MLA Dosa, rawa Dosa, panner Dosa and Babai Idli. I would recommend this place for someone who is interested to have south Indian breakfast and thali. The overall service, ambience, food taste is great.
Start of my culinary visit to Hyderabad with none other than the legendary 70mm dosa - it sure is the fanciest of breakfast which rolls eyes around. Truthfully, taste wise it is almost a regular masala dosa save for the variety of chutneys which is their signature. Tried other dishes from the menu, which were quite decent. Otherwise looks like a regular family breakfast joint. Try this on a weekend morning for breakfast
Great food. "Baabai Idlies" with Butter was awesome. Waiters and staff well trained. Timely service, clean cutlery & nice interior. Overall good experience. Went with 2 other friends. All of us came out happy after a sumptuous Breakfast.

If you are in for a good authentic South Indian meal, u must try out this place. They serve more than 15 things as a part of their South Indian meal. It's slightly heavy to finish. But recommend you to go there as the food is amazingly tasty.
As the name suggests the serve a lot of chutneys. Their idli with ghee is worth a try. We also tried the dosa and pesrattu but idlis are the clear choice here.

The quality and taste of food is top notch and the taste has remained unchanged for years. You can never be disappointed with food here.

Tried masala dosa , 70 MM dosa , lime juice and watermelon juice. It were delicious and great in taste with different kinds of chutneys served.
The food over here was just amazing.if u want to try a great variety of tiffins go here. But the cost was some what costlier. In tiffins 70mm dosa is excellent one should try these.....

Best Andhra meals in Hyderabad. This place is serving an authentic Andhra meals and famous for their variety of Chutneys that is being served with the meals. Meals are healthy fresh and full of flavors and Andhra spices. I must recommend this place to Al the visitors who wants to explore Andhra meals.
I have some great memories with this place, this is one restaurant me and my family love to the core and even though we visit it so many times, we never get bored of it. The babai hotel idli and the Guntur idli are my favourite. The steamed dosa is an amazing. I go to chutneys for one specific reason: the Sweet coconut chutney. It simply is awesome. There are so many other dishes. Even the Thalis are great. Undoubtedly a 5 star experience

Heard a lot about chutneys a long ago when i first visited Hyderabad, but wasnt able to visit.
Times changed and now was here with family and we didnt waste a second to decide coming here.
We were warmly greeted by the staff and were alloted seats. We were focussed on south indian varieties only.
Within a blink, we first ordered coffee, steam dosa, guntur idli, veg masala dosa, onion masala dosa and yes not to forget those chutneys that we had.
To start with coffee - one of the best i tasted. Loved it. Lifted up my mood.
Guntur idli - lip smacking, lots of ghee and masala (gun powder, i assume). Enjoyed wholeheartedly.
Dosas - both the veg masala and onion masala dosas were ok. Quantity was good enough.
Steam dosa - amazing. So soft and fluffy. Excellent.
Our experience here at chutneys was very good and we will cherish it.

We were actually looking for some nice pure veg restaurant and luckily saw the advertisement of chutneys while travelling and thought of visiting the restaurant to give it a try.
Coming directly to the restaurant to the ambiance of the restaurant is really nice and the interior and are smartly designed. We ordered two north Indian thali and were actually satisfied with the taste and quantity of the thali. The thali had a small bowl of tomato soup which was really superb in taste. Then there was an option of either lacchha parathas, roti etc, a bowl of special rice, unlimited steamed rice, some nice crispy accompaniments, a small pack of dahi, 2 types of vegetables (one was mix veg and the other was paneer gravy), one piece of gulab jamun which was one of the finest I have ever had and lastly one scoop of ice cream to complete the thali.
Each and every item was served hot and fresh and the taste was simply at its best. I have had thali's from some many places and so many different kinds of restaurant but this was the finest. Although the food is exorbitantly prices but the food is totally worth the money. This restaurant is seriously recommended if you are visiting Hyderabad.
The only best place for enjoy south Indian breakfast there North Indian main course need some improvement but that chutneys taste covers everything, Inorbit branch is the best among others service is tooo good.

The Guntur idli is a dish which is spicy with ghee on the top! The name comes from the village of Guntur, which is famous for its chillies. The idli was hot and so soft that it literally melted in my mouth!

I'm not a big fan of South Indian food but my love for the South Indian chutneys (the coconut and the tomato chutney) is no less than my love for non-veg food. And I was amazed to see 6 different chutneys here at Chutneys.

And you will not forget the taste of all these chutneys (coconut, peanuts, ginger, tamarind, tomato...)

Being a North Indian I've never tried Chinese and North Indian food here, but don't think before you order any cuisine here. The place is good in hygiene, a decent ambience and good on pocket.

Went here for breakfast after a walk in KBR national park. Food served was really hot and tasty. Their 6 varieties of chutneys tasted fresh and good. We had ordered vada, pesarattu,ghee karam dosa and coffee. 2 vadas were charged for 110/- which I felt was a little pricey. As soon as we were done with the vada, they changed the plate and served the breakfast followed by coffee. Service was really good.
The best place in hyderabad to taste the authentic south indies food palette. The wide varieties of chutney they serve is the biggest attraction to look out for.

We ordered Butter Idli and 4 uttapams. The chutneys given with the dish were awesome specially the coconut chutney. All the 4 uttapams tasted good. All worth the money. A small and cozy North Indian buffet restaurant with just the right amount of variety and very reasonable pricing (₹600 per person). The staff was also super polite and welcoming. Surprisingly good pani puri, and unlimited! The desserts were also all very good.

The food here was extremely delicious. For spice lovers Mirchi roti here is the king. I had kofta dilbahar with mirchi roti and the spiciness of roti balanced the sweetness of kofta. And it was delicious.
Good taste. Has Jain options too. They have a buffet. 599 each. Ala carte carte is also good. Mirch Roti and Butter garlic naan are a must try. Rara Paneer was also good. Afternoon service is from 11.00 to 3.30 pm. Evening starts from 7.00 till 10.30. They don't have breakfast menu. Over all must try for vegetarian food.
