Item taste was good. First they serviced in cold condition and then I asked for warm it and then serve. But the payment system was very bad experience the cashier swiped my debit card 3 times and money got deducted frm my bank. Even the paytm service was down. Overall below average experience.

Nice place with less crowded people. But the prices are too high for a middle class family Members. Can spend time twice a month only if it's a middle class family. Environmental conditions are nice tidy and clean. Staff is good with responses.

This is one of the oldest KFC outlets in Kukatpally and hasn't lost it's quality even a bit. The staff is courteous and are happy to help. Orders are quick and they don't hurry you. Good place to grab a bite before or after your movie or shopping 😊
