Capital needs Absolutely no introduction, one of the famous and most known place in the city. Over the years it has been a very popular place and till date it is still one of the top places to dine in and enjoy Authentic Hyderabadi Cuisine. My last visit here was almost a year ago and now finally after many months i got to visit here. Last sunday me and my Friends went here for Lunch feast and the experience was Outstanding.
The Ambiance is beautiful, spacious and has comfortable seating.
We started with Their House Specialty, Mutton Marag. This is hyderabad's second love after Biryani. Very few rare place serve this dish, capital is one of them. The marag was absolutely delicious, mutton was succulent and cooked perfectly, the broth was thick, packed with flavours and good amount of ghee added. Bone marrow was so freaking tender, The quantity was perfect for 1 person was damn good. This is supposed to be eaten with Charcoal naan, but here its served Tandoori or Butter naan which was good, For all the Marag lovers, Here's the best Place for y'all to try this pretty dish.
Mutton Platter: Phattar ka ghosht, Boti Kebab and Seekh Kebab. A satisfying meat platter! The phattar ka ghosth was probably one of the bests i've had in a while, Seekh kebab was smokey and delicious, Boti kebab was Juicy and super delicious. Its a meat paradise for hardcore meat lovers.
Chinese Platter: Another House speciality, Assorted portions of Prawns, fish, chicken manchuria, schezwan and 65. Tasted good, Prawns were my most favorite among them. This platter was amazing too!
Mutton Shikampuri and Shammi: Delicious and Melt in mouth, little sourness. So both was slightly be improved, otherwise they taste really good.
Grilled Chicken platter: One more mind blowing platter, assorted kebabs of chicken like, Lahsuni, Pahadi, Hariyali, Malai and half grill. This was the best platter, yet again the Quantity was perfect and kebabs were juicy and smokey. The platters here are absolute Amazing!
Dum ka Mutton: Perfectly cooked meat, soft and tender, gravy was spicy and flavourful, goes good with Butter naan, one of their famous mutton curries.
Mix Mandi: Brilliant mandi, Flavoured rice and assorted meat portions like Chicken, Fish and mutton, good quantity and well presented. Had mandi here for the first time and it turned out to be good!
Zaffrani Mutton Biryani: Ending the day with a wonderful flavourful Biryani, Meat was spot on cooked perfectly, long grains of rice used which was fluffy, The masala was very good, Biryani has always been Fantastic here.
Overall the experience was amazing as always, great service by Abdul Kaleem and his crew. The place is safe, Hygienic and beautifully maintained.
Capital Multicuisine Restaurant is one of the most popular restaurants in the Malakpet region. They boast of a typical Hyderabadi Feast and the food is so good that you will keep coming back to this place. I was invited here for a food tasting table. The first dish was the Capital Special Mutton Marag that was served with Tandoori Roti and Butter Naan. The Marag gravy had flavours of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper powder and was quite rich. The mutton was quite tender and wholesome.

We started our food expedition under the warm hospitality of the stewards and the review for the restaurant is as follows:

The Hyderabadi 'Marag' was a rich, spicy mutton stew with the juicy mutton pieces falling off the bone served simmering hot alongside hot fluffy naan bread, reminded me of the big fat Hyderabadi dawats that i kind of missed during the pandemic.
Appetisers:
The 'Chinese Platter' had assorted Chinese delicacies like Chicken 65, Chicken Manchurian, Apollo Fish, Loose Prawns and Sichuan Chicken. The ‘Mutton Grill Platter’ consisted of Boti Kebab, Seekh Kebab, Pather ka Gosht and Mutton Shami Kebab which were juicy and tender.The platters were served piping hot, extremely meaty and were packed with flavours, with each element having a distinctive flavour profile that appeases to the hungry palate. The ‘Shikmpuri Mutton/Chicken’ Kebabs were perfectly spiced was another wonderful appetiser.
Main Course:
The ‘Dum ka Mutton’ was a hearty dish with perfectly cooked mutton simmered in a rich spicy tomato onion gravy that went well with hot garlic naan. The Zafrani Biriyani is another signature classic from their imperial kitchen that has been enjoyed by patrons since a long time and shouldn’t be missed. The Mixed Mandi is one of my favorites here,aromatic rice served with laham (juicy mutton) ,dajaj (grilled chicken) and samak(fried fish) with loads of dried fruits alongside garlic mayo and other accompaniments.

Dinner last night was at the gorgeous multi cuisine restaurant on Malakpet Road called Capital multi Cusine Have always been a huge fan of kebabs and all my cravings were satiated as we indulged into the authentic rich arabian delicacies! Favourite was the non veg platter served to us and .Their selection of Chinese and North Indian varieties are delectable and well prepared too! Ended our meal with a rich fattoush speciality Kurbani ka Meeta , Yummy!

Adding to that, the hip new restaurants and quirky cafes that are a new phenomenon in the city, and you’ll spend most of your day travelling between the ‘new’ city near the airport and the far more atmospheric old city of which the Charminar is the most famous landmark.
When in Hyderabad, how can you miss visiting Capital restuarant which has been standing strong for years now in the Malakpet area near to TV Tower. It is a one-stop place for all meat lovers out there. Specializing in Indian, Mughlai, Chinese & Arabic, Capital Restaurant is split acorss two floors, wherein 1st floor has been kept for Chai lovers & 2nd floor being a huge area for dining is split across two large dining halls and a private dining room for semi-large groups. Coming to the food, Capital is having an elaborate menu for both vegeterians & non-veg lovers as well. Starting off with platters, we got Chinese platter, mutton grill platter & chicken grill platter. All of these platters are some of the popular picks from the menu & can easily suffice a semi-large group; coming to taste there has been nothing to point out since they were exceptionally tasty except mutton boti kebab which could have been cooked more owing to the chewy meat texture. Even the Arabian Platter consisting of fries, Fattoush, Muttabel, Hummous and chicken Sahan, a perfect Mediterranean spread which makes it an absolute must from the appetizers section. Chicken Faham & Sikandari Raan was truly well done dishes with apt amount of spice balance & masala content ozzed into the meat pieces, even the meat pieces in the Raan had slow braised legs of lamb, seasoned with tandoori marinade finished in oven. Coming to the showstopper dish among the spread, Dum Murgh Mussalam which had a whole chicken stuffed with eggs & slow cooked in a rich almond/poppy seeds/yogurt and saffron gravy making it a wonder creation from the menu to be paired up with Roti/Naan; a must recommended pick from the menu of Capital.
Chicken 65 Biryani was up next from the mains which we felt could have been done better in terms of the spices used in biryani. To wind up, we had some of the authentic desserts like Double Ka meetha, Caramel Pudding, Kheer, Fruit Salad & Qubbani ka Kheer, all of these were just an icing on the top after such a sumptous meal.
To sum up, if you are craving for some authentic Mughlai cuisine along with authentic Kebabs in Hyderabad in a well-thought menu, Capital Restaurant should be on your list which is a hidden gem standing strong for years now.
I absolutely enjoyed my experience at capital. The ambiance, the staff , the food was on point. We were served by Alam, who was very humble and patient with our orders. My favourite item was the Dum Ka murgh. Hands down one of the best I have ever had. The kaddu ki kheer and the phirni were so delicious. And to top it all we ended our epic lunch with some kadak irani chai.
Capital is a family friendly restaurant and truly a hidden gem.

A branch off from one of the oldest and famous restaurants of its time, Capitol is making a huge comeback, capturing the hearts of people through its timeless cuisine with a little bit of modern twist-the best kind!! It is a heaven for food lovers, indeed. We went in a large group and tried out ..ummm..literally everything..well almost..hehe
Started with hummus platter, that was mouth watering-the combo with pita bread and salad they gave along was so fresh, that we hardcore non vegetarians too couldn’t resist!! Then came the non veg kebab platter with its juicy and selectively prepared mutton, chicken and fish that simply melt in the mouth with aroma filling your soul! We also had a bite of the Chinese platter but wasn’t my fav- it was good though.
Then came the amazing mixed Mandi! We literally pounced on it!! It was so inviting..a must have here..but my personal favourite was the Zaffrani Biriyani-which is somewhat of a signature dish and so a must try here!! The rice is flavourful and yumm…
The place might not seem that inviting from the outside but as soon as you enter, the ambience takes you away..i loved their lighting soft yellow lights nicely decorating the place in a glow, under which you can have a great time…
The cherry on top and a huge surprise was the dessert spread!!! I was expecting hot gulab jamun, qubani ka meetha and double ka meetha-tops!..But voila-they had apart from these staples that they obviously nailed, had caramel pudding-so perfectly made-I was in tears-the best bakeries in town can’t get their pudding to stand on their base..but they did!! Then came the Kunafa---yum!!! Next was cupcakes, doughnut and kaddhu ka kheer and the quabani ka meetha came with a topping of malai that just elevated the dessert to another level…I definitely would recommend this place for people who love the Arabian/hyderabadi Mughlai cuisine and desserts!!
I liked the food here at Capital. My favourite dish was dum ka murgh. The service here was excellent. We got served by Alam, he was cordial and hospitable towards all of us. The biryani tasted good and the chicken mix grill platter as well. In desserts you should try their phirni, kaddu ki kheer and khubaani ka meetha, all of these desserts are bang on. My overall experience at Capital Multi-cuisine was astounding.
Located on busy streets of Malakpet, Capital Multi-cuisine restaurant is one of the oldest places in Hyderabad. This Place serves authentic Hyderabadi food, which was definitely a great experience.
Visited this place on a weekend and i was amazed to see the crowd and waiting list.
They have got a good sitting capacity and still it was full.
Coming to food, we had their Chinese platter, Arabian Platter, Grill Chicken and chicken faham.
The food was no doubt delicious and perfectly cooked.
My personal Favourite wass dum murgh mussalam. It was just amazing.
Even they have decent desserts available.

Capital has one of the best zafrani biryani.
The mix of mutton and chicken is a feast for tastebuds. The flavour of mutton and chicken is blended nicely with all the spices and rice.
The Arabian platter is delicious . It contains humus which is perfectly prepared, Nachos Salad is Yummilicious .
We had chinese platter which is good and flavourful of Chinese.
Mutton platter could be better the meat is not juicy.
Mandi Mix has all the meat you can get. Although rice is not cooked properly the prawns fry, mutton is juicer. The Spice level is great and makes you want more.
They have wide varieties of deserts. You name them they'll get it . I like Khurbani ka meets with malai which is an absolute blast.

Mix Mandi containing fish, chicken and juicy mutton which is boiled with spices until tender served with salad, raitha and Mirchi ka salan. It is aromatic and flavourful dish

Chinese - It consists of Chicken 65, Chicken Manchurian, Apollo Fish, Loose prawns and Schezwan Chicken. They were lip smacking.
Arabian - Hummus, Pita bread, Mayonnaise and Salad. The hummus was rich and nutty. Salad was fresh and tasty
Mutton - Consisting Mutton Seek Kabab, Mutton Boti kabab, Pather da Ghosh and Mutton Shami Kabab. They were tender and soft, crispy outside taste was delicious served with mint chutney
We had many desserts Kunafa, Shahi tukda,Double Ka Meetha,Caramel pudding,Phirni,
Kaddu ki kheer,Cream fruit custard,Qubani Ka Meetha,Cakes and cupcakes but my favourite was Qubani ka meetha a heavenly delicacy prepared using apricorts & sugar flavoured with saffron which is garinshed with cream. It's fruitness is a delightful palate cleanser
Capital at Malakpet is a new restaurant which has many options on their menu. It can be easily located. The food here has a great variety. My personal favourite was the shaami kabas, special chicken biryani and malai fruit cream. The seating and lighting of this place gives a royal look , along with amazing food the staff is also great and helpful.
I've tried the Chinese platter, mutton platter, Zafrani Mutton biryani, Mandi,arabian platter, variety of kababs,falafal, Caramel pudding,brownies,kaddu ki kheer,double ka meetha, kubani ka meetha with malai and Phirni.
All of it has reached my expectations and would love to visit again!
This is a typical Hyderabadi local place for mughulai and Arabian cuisine. It can be go to place for pathar ka gosht , all types of kebabs and I also tasted mandi with fish, prawns, chicken and mutton which has to be more authentic. You can definitely try mutton Hyderabadi biryani with double masala you know why. You can complete your meal with so many desserts creamy kunnafa was so good (must try). Happy eating!!

Capital Malakpet is a place to eat delicious Mughlai Food at a really great price.
This is very near to Moosarambagh Metro Station (Hardly 3mins by walk).
This place is fully crowded with lots of FOODIES like us.
I personally liked their Desserts and Zafrani Biryani.
Mughlai Mandi need to be improved in order to get the best of Mughal's Flavours.

Coming to the ambience the restaurant is very spacious and is a comfortable spot for family dining. The servers were well behaved and paid great attention to the customers.
Coming to the food I loved the Hummus with the chicken salad, the Mutton platter was great and particularly the seekh Kebab with a hint of lemon had my heart.
The Zaffrani Mutton biriyani was melt in mouth with tender Mutton pieces and rice with a hint of saffron and balanced spices.
The Dessert platter was great too, the Kunafa and the chocolate cupcake was my favorite!

The nicely lit place with a nice ambiance was perfect place for having Zaffrani Biryani.The aromatic Biryani served with succulent mutton and egg on the top makes it one of the must try.The masala perfectly made goes well the Biryani rice and I will highly recommend it.

Capital is a lovely multi cuisine restaurant that really surprised me with its preparation. Situated in Malakpet, it first might appear to be a bit far off but trust me, it is worth every penny.
The location is huge and has three seating spaces to offer. The first portion is a room which accommodates 15 people. Next up, they have a huge family space where in people can sit back and enjoy with their loved ones. What’s surprising is that they also have an exclusive section for people who want to enjoy Mandi.
Speaking about their appetizers, I was blown away with their Chinese non veg platter which comprised of Chicken 65, Apollo fish and Apollo chicken. Some of the other starters that are worth trying are Patthar ka gosht, Mutton seekh kebab and Arabian grilled chicken. Highly recommended.
For mains, I had given a shot to their Zaffrani mutton biryani, Mutton rogan josh, Dum ka murgh and Kali mirchi gosht. If I have to sum up my meal, I would say that all their dishes were excellent. My personal favourite has to be their Zaffrani mutton biryani and dum ka murgh. Their dum ka murgh is an authentic dish which is rich in flavours thanks to the extensive use of nuts and dry fruit.
For desserts, I had their Kaddu ki kheer and Phirni. This was one perfect ending to the meal.
Do remain assured that you will be served well by the staff. The portion sizes are pretty much generous so one can expect value for money as well. Happy eating!! :D

This is Capital, an old school posh restaurant in Malakpet(Old City) which serves mind blowing non vegetarian wonders to guests. I’m blown away by everything they served me and as usual I’m here with my top picks. The Mutton and chicken platter with all kebabs, Patthar ka Gosht were brilliant. The top of the line item of the lunch was none other than ‘The Sikanderi Mutton Raan Biryani’ which is unique and very rare to find anywhere. Handful of restaurant serves Raan Biryani in Hyderabad and this is my second time I’m having a gigantic Raan Biryani. Zafrani Mutton Biryani is also worth all your time and the feeling of my happiness can’t be explained.

With the growing cafe and international cuisine culture in a Hyderabad, it's been a long time since I've tasted and been to an authentic Hyderabadi restaurant, there's been a lot of buzz about capita restaurant in Malakpet and on a fine weekend, the opportunity came to visit this place.Ambience: The moment you land at capital, you get this strong Hyderabadi vibe around you with the ground floor serving bakery products and Irani chai, you would definitely want to have a Irani chai here, on the top floors you have multiple seating options like a party hall for large gatherings, family section and dastarkhan style seating to enjoy mandi and other Arabian dishes the authentic style.Food:We were a large group and tried various popular options here, some of my favourites were the mutton and Arabian platter, which had a lot of popular Hyderabadi options. The zafrani biryani here was absolutely wonderful after a long time I've tasted a flavourful biryani full of rich flavours, the mandi here is another hit, very different from the regular outlets and sufficient quantity. Recently visited this restaurant, the food that i had was good. Had starters platter, which had fish, prawns, mutton, grilled chicken and salads. Zafrani mutton biryani is highly recommend, perfect mix of rice, mutton and spices. Mandi is one of the best selling dish there.. At the end tried lof of desserts, kurbani ke meetha, chocolate cake, fruit salad, khadu ka kheer, donuts and more.

Crispy prawns and fish were super fresh.
Hummus , Falafel wrap , Fattosh salad was nearly close to authentic taste.
Coming to main course- varity of rotis . We opted for Garlic naan and tandori roti to.go with
Mutton Rogan Josh a flavourful curry from kashmir was made up of host of spices and herb . Mutton was tender with delicious deep red thick gravy.
Murgh Musallam a golden super thick chicken gravy was delight to palate.
Rice -
Mutton Biryani was a burst of flavours. Large chunks of tender mutton is extremely difficult to find at restaurants but Capital biryani was filled with mutton and super long grain rice .. Capitals Biryani is a must try.

Hotel capital at malakpet have got all my attention after the first visit recently. They have the most comfortable and best ambiebce with the lip-smacking tasty food. The A/C section on the second floor have the eye catching ambience with the quick and high responsive waiters and the managers. The staff is friendly which is a very good thing. Their service is fast the ordered dishes didn't took alot of time to get to our table. Lets start with what we have ordered:-

Been here recently and guess what! it turned out to be the branch of Hotel Niagra.....The Capital Multi Cuisine Restaurant at new Malakpet is an exquisite restaurant meeting all the expectations...It was far more amazing than I thought it to be..The place is two way and the ground floor is regular hotel area where as the first floor comprises of luxurious dinning halls giving you truly authentic vibes the moment you enter..They have well furnished & comfortable sitting area..Really loved the ambience to be honest....And their staff & service was markedly incredible..Such a polite staff they've got...And coming to the food, what we ordered is as follows :

As the hustle bustle of new city and umpteen places budding up almost everyday, this part of the city is left unexplored.
There's always a confusion when deciding to select a good place for eating at this side of the city as I'm not all aware of many restaurants here apart from the famous ones.
But to the rescue here's an amazing solution to those who are in search of a restaurant that looks good and serves good too.
It happened to be a sunny afternoon when I visited this place with some of my friends.
It's a humungous place at New Malakpet near TV tower covering 2 floors, First floor is dedicated to the chai lovers and it's a single section.Second floor is a huge area divided into two as one for dining and the other with majlis seating with separate compartments for all the mandi lovers.
Ambience is freaking awsome as soon s you enter the decor of the place will captivate your hearts and the chandelier wall is mesmerizing in every way.
Food is something which will definitely leave you wanting for more as they have a long list of items.To commence with starters.
Starters are amazing and we tried two basic platters that are Chinese and mutton platters.
🍲Chinese platter was a mix of all from chicken, mutton to seafood.
🥩Mutton platter had seekh kabab, pathar ka gosh and boti kabab.
Both were a good balance of different textures and taste.
🍘Shami and shikampur kababs are worth trying!!
🍗Grilled chicken, the crisp and dark charred top of this dish is something that you'll remember for a long time.
🥘Mutton Rogan Josh is one gravy that shud ne tried as it was a perfect amalgamation of flavors and taste.
🍗Murgh musallam is a authentic age old recipe that is relished by many as the concept of cooking whole chicken in the thick luscious golden gravy makes you drool over it.
🍜Mutton zafraani biryani is a must try as each grain falling right apart and filled with superb flavors.
🍜Mandi is the next dish which you shud try here.
I just loved the Arabian platter 🥧with hummus, fattoush salad, French fries, pickles and shawarma chicken, and also felafel wrap usually getting this kinda variety at other places is quite uncommon, so u shud try this.
The variety of desserts🍨 will definitely confuse you on what to select as they have kaadu ki kheer, double ka meetha, custard fruit salad, Khubani ka meetha ,Caramel pudding, Phirni.
To sum up this is a great place to have food with your friends and family with lovely ambience with a courteous staff that catered to all our needs without any complaints, the best part it wont leave a hole in your pocket 😅 So do visit this place and enjoy.
One of the top restaurants in Hyderabad for Biryani and Mandi. Ultimate food and extremely great service. Can't forget this taste. Make sure to visit this in my every trip to India.

Lets begin with the starters - the Chinese platter, mutton grill platter, mutton shami kebab, mutton shikampuri kebab, crispy chicken, grilled chicken 🍗 .I would totally recommend the mutton grill platter which consisted of mutton boti kebab , patthar ka gosht, grilled mutton and mutton seekh kebab. They serve amazing curries like mutton roghanjosh, mutton kali mirchi, dum ka murgh and murg-e- mussallam with their best tandoori roti.
Mandi : The two types of mandi we tried were chicken Faham mandi and mutton marg mandi. I loved faham mandi and the mutton in mutton marg mandi was so juicy and tender 🤤
Arabian platter : This was my most favourite. It consisted of fries, fattoush, muttabel, hummus and chicken sahan. It was totally worth it!!
And not forgetting the falafel wrap 😍 served with salad. It was so well cooked and presented makes me wanna have that falafel again!!
Now the best part 🥰 DESSERTS: They served kaddu ki kheer, Double ka meetha, caramel custard🍮 , khubani ka meetha, phirni and brownies. It was so satisfying i had one perfect meal!😍

Capital Multi-cuisine Restaurant located near Malakpet TV Tower, beside Safe Hospital. My family frequently orders food online from here but I finally got time to visit them personally.
They serve authentic Hyderabadi, Chinese and Lebanese cuisines. It is a huge property with the ground section allocated to chai lovers and the first floor divided into 2 sections with a dining section and other section exclusively allocated to Mandi, where they have separate cabinets for you to walk in and enjoy your food with privacy.
On the other hand, the family dining area is huge and the moment you step inside the dining area, it's ambience will take you back to the Nizam era with the glowing massive chandeliers and royal seatings.
I wanted to try more of their menu so me with couple of my friends ordered some best items from their menu and we were amazed with their quality and taste. I'd recommend you a few to pick

Tender and juicy with soft texture. The meat inside is perfectly moisturized.

Mutton served in the mandi could have been more juicy.
🌴 Arabian Platter: It comes with Fries, Fattoush, Muttabel, Hummous and chicken Sahan.
🌴 Falafel Wrap: Crispy Falafel which are wrapped inside soft rumali roti with garlic chutney and some green salad. It is quite big in size and satisfactory enough for 2 people.
🍨 Desserts: Ended my meal with some quality and authentic sweet desserts such as Kaddu ki Kheer, Double Ka Meetha, Caramel Custard, Khubani Ka Meetha & Phirni.
It was really a royal feast here with such amazing food. The hospitality is amazing and they serve you with a smile. Will be visiting them again soon to try more of their menu.

I have eaten lots of biryanis from different restaurants over the time but capital's biryani is one of from best biryani I've ever had... the perfect taste and aroma.. usually I dont prefer much masala in biryani as its cause acidity but biryani without masala is doesn't taste like biryani.. but at capital u will get a the perfect biryani tasty n healthy.. if u wanna eat truely Hyderabadi biryani u must visit or order from capital

The ambience is really nice, their hospitality is impeccable. The food was steaming hot. Alhamdulillah. The biryani is a must try. Would definitely like to visit again. We also ordered choco lava cake, it was right from the oven. Alhamdulillah. Overall a very good experience.

We were planning to have Mandi and decided to visit this restaurant. It has a separate Mandi hall and Normal dining Hall. The atmosphere was good and spacious seating area.
We ordered Chicken Mandi (Full). They took a good time of around 20 mins to bring Chicken Mandi. It was accompanied by Mayonnaise and Tomato gravy. It tasted very good without Mayonnaise and Tomato gravy. The chicken was properly Grilled and was delicious.
We had a very good experience. I would recommend to try Chicken Mandi in this restaurant. This restaurant also provides bakery items and juice.
Food heaven.....Any Mandi is absolutely delicious....Grilled chicken is worlds best....Qubani malai made our day...

I was introduced to this place by a very dear friend of mine one day when I was craving for some tasty Mandi and since then I have been a fan if it. We visited this place on Monday so I thought about writing my experience The ambiance is fabulous with lovely royal gold and brown vintage style interior beautifully lit. They have 3 styles of seating 1st large supper table kinds, 2. Small family table kinds and 3. Proper dastarkhan style family friendly boxes We ordered for My favorite at the place juicy Mutton Mandi along with Apollo Fish and Qhubani ka meetha and Shahi Tukda. Since Shahi Tukda went out of stock the steward suggest Badam Ki firni. Mutton Mandi was served with tomato salsa sauce and garlic mayonese along with some chicken soup The quantity of Mandi rise was huge and easily sufficient for 3 people. The rice were sprinkled with tasty raisins and fried onions along with 3 large pieces of mutton. The Apollo fish was fried to slightly crispy then sauteed in chilly garlic and yogurt sauce. It was very tasty as well. After the extravagant main course, it was time for the deserts And I must say the steward suggested to us the right item. The abam ki firni was very tasty mildly sweet along with a hint of elichi. Also qhubani ka meetha served with khoya was very very tasty. Usually, I am not a fan of qhubani ka meetha but this one was awesome I would definitely recommend this place but be prepared as the time to attend sometimes is high since it's a busy restaurant with a lot of walk-ins every few minutes.

This face is centrally located at Moosarambagh junction and was previously known as Sham Hotel. It took more than 4 years for the renovation and not many thought that they will get the same response. Trust me, this place is lit. The food here is absolutely tasty and you can order anything on the menu. The Biryani, Mandi and the Kebabs are amazing. The eating area is maintained neatly and the owners of the restaurant are very welcoming. Their hospitality is superb. You guys must try mutton haleem during the month of Ramzan. Quality wise, this place is right up there among the best. I suggest you to dine in here than ordering online.

So captian multi cusine restaurant is located in malakpet beside the tv towers very spacious has two floors and a separate seating for the mandi from their beautiful interior to their mouthwatering menu this is definitely one the best restaurants I've been to in malakpet the traffic and everything was so worth it
Attentive staff and their biryani so well cooked and the meat it's super soft and it melts into your mouth & how can we not mention their kebab platters they're delicious
&the mutton marag the meat was so tender and well cooked it was a burst of spices in your mouth with eat bite
The interior reminds you of nizam era! The lamps and the seating the lights &everything perfect for family dinners and lunches definitely looking forward to visi this place again!!

Got a chance to visit Capital Restaurant in Malakpet on a busy Thursday night. This place was buzzing with people and it didn't seem as if it was a weekday.
The place is divided into various sections, on the ground floor they have the bakery, tea and other items along with take away section and non ac dining hall. On the first floor, on the right is the mandi section, and as you go straight they have the family section.
Coming to the food, they have a wide variety of options on the menu. We were ten of us, and we started with the capital special mutton marag soup. This soup was fantastic, full of flavor, and the mutton was extremely tender.
For appetizers we ordered one mixed platter and one mutton platter. Mixed platter consisted of chicken, fish, mutton and prawns. The lehsooni kebab and prawn were fantastic, mutton seekh kebabs were soft and melted in the mouth,the mayo served with the platter had a little excess salt in it.
In the mutton platter, they had pathar ka gosht, which was delightful, boti kebab - extremely soft and flavorful, seekh kebabs were nicely done.
For main course we started by ordering ginger chicken and dum ka mutton along with butter naans. The ginger chicken curry was yummy, chicken was soft, spice level was medium, dum ka mutton was delicious, the best part among all dishes was that the meat was extremely tender.
Finally came the jewel in their menu, the zafrani mutton biryani. This biryani blew our minds, the taste, fragrance, flavor, spices everything was perfect and this has to be one of the best biryanis in town if not the best. People looking for biryanis, this place is a must visit.
Pricing is reasonable, portions served are great.
If in and around malakpet, this is 'the place' to come and have a feast.

Had mutton Biryani,pattar ka gosh and paya sherwa here.the prices are reasonable and taste is really good. The pattar ka gosh was really roasted well,tenderd and ghee was used.the flavour also will be felt immediately you put it in the mouth.you should definitely try it as a starter.the sherwa is also good.it's a great thing to have in the breakfast along with rotis.the mutton Biryani also tastes good
Buy they should increase the spiciness a bit in the mashala.have it with double mashala.
Overall it's a must try restaurant.don't forget to try their kichidi that comes along with kheema and also bhaji gurda in the early hours sehri during the ramzan if you are nearby.
I stay close to this restaurant and if we have to order in, this is the go to place for us. I have been ordering since last six months and have tried most of the items on menu, so I would purely talk about food. To start with, the best starter of this place as per me is the Grill chicken, no other restaurant in or around Dilshuknagar makes it as good as Capital, you have to have it with their mayo. I have also tried their Paya nihari, Mutton Mandi, Chicken and Kheema Biryani and a numerous other starters and not a single time was I disappointed.
Their Irani Chai is also pretty good.
Would I recommend it? - If you are an N-Vegetarian and are around Dilshuknagar and not sure where to eat, trust me this is your place.

I tried few curries here ginger masala , some mutton curry don’t remember the name they were about average. Biryani here is also average nothing special about it. Try their mutton Grill or Pathar ka gosht , quantity will be less but tasty . Their paneer majestic is also about average and chicken 65 is also average.

So recently we went to the Captial Multicuisine Restaurant located at Malakpet beside T.V Tower! (Do not forget that You need Visa to come to United States of Malakpet 😂) The reason for choosing this place was that we have been listening to a lot of good feedback from Our friends and friends of friends about this place and the food here! It was reopened in last Ramzan! Starting from the ambience...this place has different seating for different types of public! You have the common Non A/c dining area where most people come for tea and snacks or for discussions where You also get to hear about the Stool Cash and Table cash! 💰💵 Next you have A/C dining area which is divided into a Normal Dining Area where You sit down in small cubicles and the food is placed is on the stools, something you should definitely try! We sat in this area cause we had planned to eat mandi and mandi on high tables does not give You that exact feel! Soo we first ordered FAHAM MANDI which was Rs 450 for full and Rs 280 for half! For full plate You get the whole bird and for half plate You get half bird! The chicken was grilled with the mixture of appropriate spices and sauces! The rice was basmati which was also flavoured, and this made it different from the mandis at other places! Most places just serve the plain rice without any flavour or spices or they just add some Saffron to give it a different colour! The dry fruits added were ample which is not the case in many restaurants serving mandi! And also the quantity of rice was more than what is expected! We ordered for half mandi and we would say that is very much sufficient for two people with normal diet! 😂 But the taste of the Mandi and the juicy chicken would make You order an another half for sure, just like we did! 😉 This Mandi is surely value for money! It had the taste, quality and quantity and also the staff is very polite and friendly! I had ordered Jeera Rice, Butter Chicken and Shikampur (which is an authentic Deccani dish and is not available in most of the restaurants). The packing was very good and the Jeera Rice and Butter Chicken was fine, but I was highly disappointed with the Shikampur's taste and also it did not have the curd and onion filling inside which is the main ingredient of Shikampur.

Capital....A decent restaurant with a good variety of cuisines and affordable menu. Ground floor gives you a look of typical Irani Cafe. However, First floor is a whole different story. There are two types of sitting arrangements- cabin like structures we usually find in mandi restaurants and other is dining table.
Staff is very courteous and very good at suggesting food according to your taste and preference.
Overall the experience has been great both the times I have visited this place.
If you are in the vicinity of Malakpet and looking out for dining, this place should be a perfect spot for your gang.

Capital is a Multi Cuisine Restaurant nested in Malakpet, close to TV tower. The restaurant is right on the main road and catches your attention in seconds. They have a vast menu to choose from and the quality and quantity they provide is actually worth the money you pay.
The ambience is stunning and has royal looking interiors with warm lights and comfortable seating perfect for family dining. They also have separate section for bakery, tea and snacks.
I tried Murgh Masallam and Chicken Faham Mandi from this place. I've literally lost the count of the number of times I've actually ordered Chicken Mandi from here because it's that good and scrumptious. If you are a mandi lover you must definitely try out the mandi from this place. They have the right kind of spice levels and you will be left asking for more. Also they garnish it with carmelized onions and dry fruits which adds extra oomph to the dish. The chicken is well grilled and flavorful.
Also, if you order it online they provide you the tomato curry, mayo along with salad without fail which I guess is awesome. The quantity they provide is remarkable and sufficient for 2-3 people easily.
Cant wait to go back to this restaurant or order other yummy dishes from this place. Its definitely a promising joint in Malakpet area that you just cant afford to miss.

It was my first ordered from this capital multi cuisine restro.. Chiken Mandi was so tasty no doubt.. And in an average price can get good food.. But the biryani it was not that good.. No spice it was just like a plain rice not flavored like Hyderabadi biryani.. Where as chiken Mandi it was Superbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb..

The Capital restaurant is located near Moosarambagh X Road in Malakpet. The place can be identified from a far distance and thanks to the glowing boards.
The parking space is ample only for two wheelers. The Ambiance is quite Awesome. At the main entrance there's section for Tea and Dining. On the first floor, there are two sections. One is Family and the second is Mandi section. I went into Mandi section and the seating is in Majlees style. The interior is very elegant and this one was one of the best interiors I've ever seen for Arabian Restaurants.
I had ordered Chicken Faham and Mutton Mandi. The rice was very good. Faham and Mutton was also nice. The price is very reasonable.

This is a new restaurant opened in Malakpet. It is best known for Arabian cuisine. In this locality, this is the best and most decent place to have Mandi. It is well organised and neat.
They also sell desserts.
Excellent special Biryani which has the subtle flavours of saffron, not the usual overpowering masala and chilli that is found commonly.

A much needed fine dining place in the heart of Malakpet. Capital Multi Cuisine has got fantastic interiors and equally good ambience.
I was there with a few friends for dinner. We ordered Chicken Hot and Sour Soup, Chicken 65, Chilli Prawns and Garlic Chicken to begin with. The Soup was perfect and my personal favorite appetizers were Chilli Prawns followed by Garlic Chicken. The Spices were spot on.
In Main course, we had Palak Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala, Murgh Musallam and Chicken Faham Mandi. Paneer Butter Masala was nice with delicious cubes of Paneer. Chicken Faham Mandi was excellent as well, it was flavoursome and grilled well.
Desserts included Chocolate Tark, Tiramisu and Fruit Salad. The Tark stood out.
Overall, a great place to have fabulous food. The most important suggestion is to quicken the service as it was on the slower side. This apart, everything looks on point.

Capital Multi Cuisine Restaurant is one of the classic restaurants in town. The interiors of the place are extensively designed in the royal style with luxurious seating and warm lights, an overall very welcoming ambiance. Their menu is vast with both classic as well as modern dishes. I had visited this place with few friends and here is our take on their food.
We started off with Chicken Hot & Sour soup which was very spicy but had a good taste. Next we had few items from their starters, Chicken 65, Garlic Chicken and Chilli Prawns. Chicken 65 was good, but the other two were really good. All items were properly cooked and tasted nice, but unfortunately they were brought very late and were cooled down.
From the main course we ordered Paneer Butter Masala, Palak Paneer, Chicken Faham Mandi and Murgh Musallam. Paneer Butter Masala was really good. Palak Paneer tasted ok but it had a lot of threads from the palak which shouldn't be there because it ruins the overall look and experience. Chicken Faham Mandi was absolutely amazing. The smoky flavor of the chicken along with the rich aromatic rice was a perfect combination.
But the star of the evening was of course the royal dish, Murgh Musallam. It was super rich and creamy, it was a luscious treat.
We ended with desserts, where we ordered Chocolate Tart, Fruit Salad and Tiramisu. The tart was scrumptious, just even by its looks. Served beautifully in a chocolate basket, it was quite good. Fruit salad was nice but its something very common and regular. Tiramisu was the first I had it, and it was great.
The food and ambience here is classic and luxurious. Hope to visit this place soon and see some improvements in their service.

Have been here with friends as well as family. Best place for both aforementioned companies. Extremely affordable. Mandi is exceptionally good. So much so that i almost feel asleep eating. It's that soothing, trust me. Staff are polite and won't bother you unnecessarily.

It consists of APOLLO FISH,LOOSE PRAWNS,CHICKEN MANCHURIA ,CHICKEN CHILLI ,CHICKEN SHEZWAN, HALEEM ,KHUBANI KA MEETHA,FRUIT KA MEETHA.
Everything was just perfect to satiate your hunger !
They also have a separate MANDI section.
I didn’t tasted the MANDI but will definitely taste it next time!

Ordered chinese non veg platter, mutton marag soup, paneer tikka and phirni
I was not really happy with the food. The platter was just fine. Prawns, chicken manchuria, schzewan chicken was good. Apollo fish had salt on the higher end. Chicken 65 was not upto the mark.
The chunks of Paneer tikka were too thick and taste was just average. Marag soup was not actually a soup but it was mutton khorma as it had lot of thick gravy.
I tasted phirni for the first time and i didnt like the taste of it.

Changing the ratings to 4 as i have recently tried chicken mandi from this restaurant and it was amazing. The flavours of rice were amazing and i like the garlic sauce they serve here. It has a different taste to it.

Ordered loose prawns, zeera rice, dal tadka from this restaurant. Oh my god, the prawns were awesome. Fried crispy, spicy and tasty. Dal tadka was so flavourful and I couldn’t stop eating. Zeera rice was also nicely done.

Nice ambience, service staff suggested the food we have to try with menu card in our hand, it was a surprise, restaurants provide menu card and expect you to select the dish for order traditionally. Well known as “SHAM” hotel.....Capital served one of the spicy haleem I ever had, staff were very freindly siggesting food and also pleasing to consume more 😋 We almost asked for extra fried onions for haleem for 4 times and they served with smile... mutton biryani was perfect, loose prawns was crunchy, tangdi kebab were out of charcoal and lip smacking and lastly the caramel pudding was jellycious and 👌

Once which was known as Sham hotel is now a completely renovated and luxurious Capital multi cuisine restaurant. Let me start off by saying that the ambience is commendable and well lit. The staff is quite courteous and is always a beckon away. I want to talk about the grilled chicken first. It was grilled so well with the spices perfectly balanced. I’ve had it from a lot of places but most of them have turned me off because of the high salt content. The chicken could do a little more cooking to soften the meat a little more. The haleem here, by far is the best haleem I’ve had until now. Every bite promises a mouthful of perfectly ground meat and balanced with spices submerged in a pool of ghee. I ordered the malai chicken curry which could have been a little sweet (by sweet I mean a little more creamy and a less salty) but all in all was a pretty great curry. The naan is soft and melt in mouth, thanks to the thick brushing of butter on it. The butter chicken here is worth trying as well The infamous qubani ka meetha(which is made of apricot) isn’t very sweet unlike the other restaurants but could do a little more cream on top. All in all it’s definitely a 5 star dining experience.
Capital has a tea joint, Arabian dine in and fine dine in, pan gillouri and wide range of bakery and pastries. Chai was among the top 5 places in the city in view of ambience and quality. Tried haleem after having it at grill9 and cafe555, not the best comparatively. 4 ratings was for Irani chai. Haleem can be tried once

Newly opened must try. Hyderabadis get ready for the best mandi in hyd ever which is better than barkas. I ordered grill chicken mandi which is awesome. Everything is good, it is a huge with wonderful ambience and spacious seating for all and excellent polite and respectful service.
Irani chai is best, bakery is mast and what else a Hyderabadi can expect...isliye hyd bolte isko, sabka pyara pure desh aur duniya ka pyara. Aisa khana kahin nai...😍😍😍😍👌👌

Been twice and had Mutton Mandi, tandoori prawns, tandoori chicken and mutton biryani along with chai. I as a food lover like the taste of Mandi and tandoori prawns. You won't find such awesome taste of Mandi any where in Hyderabad. Biryani is good and chai toh chai hai yaar Hyderabadi. As it is new hotel and I notice that there is a shortage of man power.
This swanky looking Hotel was earlier known as Sham Hotel .They renovated the place with heavy investment made in infrastructure and it seemed to have paid off.Its family friendly with seperate dining hall and a section for those who fancy mandi.The hotel is with centralised air conditioning.
Note: I haven't tried briyani yet at this place, but what I got to know is that its regular and doesn't have a trade mark sort of dish of thier own.
I ordered Faham Chicken mandi full portion and a mutton mandi.Oh boy I wasn't dissapointed , the platter was appetizing the moment it arrived with all the garnishing , they surely know how to present it. It was amazing and effing delicious.

Mutton mandi for the first time :
Experience:- Quantity was humongous, like even for a 2 people weighing more than 100 kgs. The full mandi quantity was more than expected. Rice flavour some, mayonnaise is cool. The meat could have been a bit more flavorful.
Chicken Mandi and Grill chicken (2nd visit)
Experience:- chicken piece from mandi was awesome, rice was flavour full, same extravagant quantity ( this time even for a half plate)
Grill chicken was okay-ish, could have been more tastier ( nothing wrong as such, just that I've had way better grill chickens)
Setting is impressive and the interiors are pleasing, a good visit!
Amazing,yummy,delicious mouth watering dishes. Every hyderabadi should and must try it. I was a regular customer here( famous SHAM cafe). Now I will be a regular customer here ( capital).

Its a newly opened at Malakpet near TV Towers.
Heard alot about their Biryani & Mandi's.
Tried Mutton Biryani, Paneer Tikka Masala, Murg Musalam & an Irani Chai.
Biryani was Good with decent quality & quantity.
Paneer Tikka was super soft with properly made.
Mutg Musalam, i think they need to tweak little more with spice levels to match it to Hyderabady tastes.
Irani chai was good..,
Overall a decent place to try.
Need to try tgeir Mandi next time.
I and my friend went to capital restaurant and ordered Chicken Mandi. Believe me the quantity and taste is so awesome. Mandi quantity will suffice three persons. And later we had Chai there which was too good.

My advice to management is to train/improve your order taking staff and waiters to respond quick. Except there are no cons for this restaurant.
The service has to improve the best part about the place is that they accept cards the food is pretty good the Biryani is ideal the chai is good the overall experience which tower Bawarchi brings together is above average the best thing you can have it over there are the kebabs they serve a great quality of kebabs the meat was very tender and wasn't overcooked at all it was Mellow lightly spiced and very delicious it worth the price the only thing which needs to improve is the service and the maintenance around the place is not very clean it needs to be tidy clean and crisp
Ordered chicken mandi from here using zomato.
Rice was a bit dry and okish
But chicken was good.
Really ull get satisfied with the Mandi😍 over here.The Mayoneese they provide is also pure.The cost is also very less compared to others.Give it a try.Management is also customer friendly

the food over here is very good quality and the taste of the food is awesome and this restaurant serves haleem even on non festival season and the taste is good too and biryani over here is awesome especially mutton Biryani and paya here tastes awesome too and the kebabs over here are awesome especially murg malayi kebab

One of the best Hotel to eat Mandhi biryani (an Arabian cuisine). Food was very tasty. And you can feel peace there. And they will provides you Nice Air condition. But the main drawback is the Meat(pieces) they will serve with biryani will contains a lot of oil. Apart from this evening will be good.
