I heard a lot of good reviews about this and tried two items of it: 1. Butter Paneer masala dosa - 4/5 taste of paneer inside dosa was good. dosa was crispy. chutneys were tasty 2. Idly sambar - 4/5 nothing bad about it. Good option for breakfast. Overall, good tiffin center if you are near to Koti

If you're in Hyderabad and haven't tried Pragathi Tiffins then you're missing a lot of things. Their masala dosa is probably one of the best ones in the city. Then comes the idlys which are accompanied by delicious chutneys. Do try their Idly Upma combination as well.

Memories are attached as this was the best tiffin centre since I was a student in Hyderabad for GATE coaching in ACE academy. Very amazing taste. Stomach friendly food, classic preparations and authentic old generation taste. What can some ask for if he wants to have a nice stomach full breakfast early morning 😊 a must visit place. I do travel to Hyderabad from Aurangabad when ever I get a temptation to have such amazing breakfast πŸ₯ž

Situated on Hanuman Tekdi road near Pragathi college. It has derived it's name from the same college, used to sell Dosa and Upma without any shop name in early days. Now they serve Idly, Mysore bhajji, Upma, Uttapam and different types of Dosas. Go for Special Butter dosa which is good enough instead of Paneer options. There is no seating area, so be prepared to stand on roadside and enjoy your meal. There is token system where you have to pay at a small counter at one end and then show the token at respective counters on other end for Idly/Upma/Bhajji and Dosa/Uttapam. Two types of chutneys are served.

I ate Dosa(butter paneer masala&butter paneer) and idly which were tasted really good. Please don’t compare with any other hotels as each one has it’s authentic taste. This place is really crowded all the time since from morning opening time till night closing. Dosa master is the main hard worker all the credits should go as he contributes the major task in the entire shop. For each time he use to prepare 18 dosas in a single shot. Please do watch the video as well which was uploaded. People comes from all over the Hyderabad to eat here because of the taste. And idly with chutney and sambar which was served in Saucer which was really different. Chutney which looks watery will cover the idly as we can eat like sambar idly of course you can have sambar idly and both sambar and chutney mixed idly which was worth eating.

No place inside the restaurant to sit and eat food so, you got to have your food outside among the crowd and on the street. So much dust and smoke from vehicles etc., But, the taste of the food supplied was good, the price is reasonable and I liked it. The hotel management (employees) cover their hands and hair with gloves but not wearing a mask disappointed me. I mean, I'm not being a critic and all because it is called "street food" for a reason but, only because they have already tried to keep the place clean but failed to wear a mask caught my eye. Overall, It's a pretty popular spot though.

Located near Sultan bazaar, this outlet comes in the bucket list of famous breakfast eateries of Hyderabad. The place is very busy and full of buzz. There is no designated sitting place, you’ve to improvise and find out your own spot. At any point of time, found at least 20 customers lined up for varieties of dosa, idly and uttapas. Had Uttapa there, found the taste quite good and filling also. Also spoken to few customers and generally got a positive feedback about this outlet. Overall verdict- recommended.

A person from Hyderabad was turned off by what he/she felt about the service and attitude. I usually go to restaurants for the food and not a waitperson's attitude. Yes, friendly is better, but go, eat your food, dine, enjoy and smile at him and see what happens. The dosas are excellent and it's a small place with four tables, but the food is worth a visit.

The VIP paneer masala dosa are must try along with ghee karam idly and Vada sambar - make sure u go with an empty stomach However it's difficult to park and it's a street food eatery so plan accordingly

Pragati dosa is one of the most famous dosa point in Hyderabad. It's just a very small eatery in the lanes of koti and it is jam packed all of the time. We had idly which was so soft and sambar was outstanding. On the other hand, we tasted butter paneer masala dosa, in which the paneer was overloaded and the chutney on the dosa was a bit sour. Overall, it was a tummy satisfied breakfast today morning.
