Happened to stay with Minerva hotel during friends visit to Hyderabad. Blue box serves excellent breakfast with great variety and delicious food. We also experienced dinner here and food was equally amazing. Lamb biryani was winner overall with succulent pieces and right amount of spices infused in rice. Ambiance is average but it gets compensated in food quality and service.
Another family favourite. Lovely place for spending a weekend with your friends and family. Cool ambience will give you comfortable feel. Staffs are well mannered. Food here is mouth watering. Each and every dish is cooked perfectly. Must try sea food here.

This place never disappoints you,was there with few friends.We started of with Chicken hot and sour soup which was good and in the starters ordered Dragon Chicken,Chilli Chicken,Apollo fish and Meat balls,all of them were good except for Apollo fish which was below par compared to other dishes.In the main course we had kheema briyani which was spicy and good.

Liked the food,they are tasty.. separate sections for bar and restaurant...but I liked the bar section ;) ...where they have decorated very nicely...with dim lights, colorful hangings and all... restaurant is also good.. biryani is very nice.
Had been here for a lunch and i realised that it was a dry day after i went to the restaurant because it was ganesh nimarjan day.
The ambience was pretty good and it looked really great during the lunch time also.
Had chilli chicken pakoda and murg banjara kabab which were decent in taste, followed by some mocktails to get refreshed.
Coming to main course, had the chicken and mutton biryani both were also fine in taste.
Overall the taste is good, but can improve further and the pricing also seemed little higher when compared with the food.

This is my usual place. Ambience and hospitality is good and love the food here especially Andhra chicken and mutton fry in starters. Not much to select in mocktails. The main course is good and totally enjoyed the food.

I’ve been to Blue Fox a few times and have ordered from them as well. I have found the food to be good, but nothing unique. I normally order Indian vegetarian food here, so can’t really comment on the rest of the menu. The service generally has been decent so far - nothing to complain about. And I can say more or less the same about the ambiance- it’s not bad.
However I find this place a bit expensive for what it has to offer. Ignoring the value for money factor, I’d rate it at 4.5 maybe. But as it is, value for money is a factor, and hence I can’t rate it above 4 (or rather, 3.75). We really need more granular ratings in Zomato.
By the way, while the restaurant itself is decent, the mall it is located in is in advanced state of decay. At some point it was a halfway decent mall, but seems like the management doesn’t care about it any more. Keep that in mind if you are looking for shopping or something other than food. I have not counted this factor while rating, but it is something to keep in mind while visiting. It is one of the main reasons why I’ve lately been ordering food from the restaurant instead of visiting personally.
A great multicuisine restaurant if you are looking for a perfect and satisfactory end. Ample parking, pleasant ambience and courteous staff. Please book at table to avoid disappointment as it is usual busy during week days too. Changing ceiling lights can be quite an attraction for kids to remain silent for a while atleast. :)
I love everything there especially biryani.
A bit on the expensive side though (averagely Rs 600/- per person) but is worth every Rupee spent.
The only issue I have is that the place is a bit too dark for my taste. A bit lighting shall certainly not harm unless saving electricity is the cited reason. ;) :P

Had my birthday dinner here with my friend. Loveeed the ambience however our dinner date was spoiled a bit because of the Gang of drunk men sitting next to our bay who went over board with their talks. Thank God for the partitions in bay in the restaurant. It did felt bit scary though. The staff couldn't say much or do much but I believe the restaurant should have bouncers for such occasions. Anyways had a chicken dish which turned out to be very spicy and naan. The veg starters was yummy. In the end I felt the restaurant bit high on the price. For me I categorize this in luxury dining.

Found out that corona beer and chicken wontons go well together. Chicken butter masala was good. Chicken hakka noodles and chilli chicken was another good combo. The place is good fr experimentation but only wid food.
When you decide past 11 PM that you want to go fine dining and most places in the town turn you down.. This lovely place welcomes you with open arms.. It turned out to be a saviour for me. I loved the ambiance and the mojito.. The noodles and gravy was pretty average.. But the service has been really warm! We were so lazy and stayed till late, much past their closing time but the service had no compromise.. which is commendable! :)

After a long wait of almost few years, i landed at this place with a foodie friend of mine for a quick dinner. The place just amazed me with their ambience. proper fine dining, dim lighting on every table and those amazing falling LED tubes on the roof changing their colors every 5 to 10 mins.
This was basically an unplanned visit. as time was less on our hand, we decided to order the following : chicken manchow soup, Russian Salad, Murgh Banjara Kebab, Mutton Kali Mirch, Butter and Garlic Naans , Jhinga Masala. Russian salad for me was the show stopper of the night. The was the best i had in a long long time. kudos to chef for this one. The remaining starter were pretty decent. Nothing wow or worst. Another dish which impressed me was jhinga masala. The service on the other hand was slow but looking at the restaurant with most of the tables occupied, we could give that a go. over all a very decent place for a delicious meal.

Been there with one friend of mine back from college days. As he is not a drink lover we chose to have some good dinner near his stay.
This place was suggested by him. We settled down and this place has a great ambiance. We traversed through the menu, I wasn't in the mood to have non-veg so I went for Paneer Fingers and he went for threaded chicken.
I had those fingers and they were yummy with little spices overdose to it. I liked it but it surely wasn't able to make upto my list of favorites.
Followed to that I ordered my favorite curd rice to quench rest of my hunger. It was just another average dish one can make here in down south.

A combination of good food, BRILLIANT ambience and slightly higher prices, Blue Fox makes a good outlet for those who have cash on them, and need good quality food with alcohol.
The dim lighting, with focus on each table separately giving privacy from neighbouring tables shows in their arrangement.
Apollo Fish is one if the best dishes. A visit to blue fox is incomplete without that dish. Apart from that Chicken starters are good as well. We tried Chicken Schezwan, and it maintained the schezwan flavour very well.
Lahori Murgh, and 3 butter naan was sufficient in the main course for two people.
Courteous staff + Good quantity + Good service makes it a memorable experience.

I went for lunch but it seems like night inside, totally in love with ambiance- 5/5 from my side. Seating capacity is huge and very spacious as well as comfortable.
Food- Ordered for 2 LIITS,Beer, starters Machi Nizami and main course Lahori chicken and tandoori roti. Everything was just perfect and delicious. Small pieces of fish make it perfect with drinks and well balanced of spices.

The place is a feel good up-ish style place located in R K Cineplex building in Banjara Hills Road #2. Ambience was dark, relaxed and had a cozy feeling but the moment we took our camera out, we were stopped stating no pictures and need to get permission. BOOM our josh udugaye.. I mean where is the liberty of food reviewing then. So we locked our gadgets back which is a dampener feeling. Still respected their what so called decision.

Jhinga Masala was also a very good dish overall though I felt the prawns could have been cooked a bit more.
Overall food did impress me in a good way.
Service was nothing WOW but as adequete though it was slow and sluggish as the place filled up over the night.
A bit pricy for a normal dining experience but if you want to have fine dining feel and still have good food in this area, Its a very good option.

Short and Crisp Review
Happen to land at this place for a quick bite before a movie. The idea was to have some Chinese, like many other Indo-Chinese kind of places this one also serves Chinese which caters to the Indian pallet and in all fairness I really liked the food. It was tangy, tasty and most importantly exquisitely spicy. Soup, Starters & Main Course all were pretty decent. Dim lighting on the roof of the restaurant also looked quite well.
Awesome!!! The ambience was just amazing.. Such a beautiful place to go out with someone and spend quality time. Never seen such kind of atmosphere and ambience in any other restaurants.
Coming to the food, it was nice and tasty. No negative comments!!

If you are having a get together or an office lunch and you don’t know what to order in veg, trust this place, the vege items are fresh and pretty good. Nonveg times are good but the sauces are quite avg. The vegetarian dishes had good balance of spices, and loads of fresh vegetables. Pretty prompt in order delivery, nice spill proof packaging.
Some of the items that I have enjoyed eating from here are :Chicken Manchurian,Sweet & Sour vegetable,Chicken in Hot garlic sauce,Five treasure vegetables,Veg Schezwan fried rice,Chinese veg fried rice and Vegetable dum biriyani.
Went to this place in my engineering second year. The ambience is oh my God 😍 we have two separate places. One side it's like a restaurant with beer glasses hanging upside down. The other side it's like a round table where you can chill with your friends. All the items are good. Staff is friendly. Must try.

Blue fox has always had a good reputation for serving good food. Place is very decent and well maintained. These guys know their business. Chicken lollipop and chicken majestic are a must try. Biryani is above average. Chicken kebabs are good too. Slightly higher side when it comes to pricing but its ok its nit gonna make a hole in your pocket. Portion sizes are better than many restaurants. Would recommend for peaceful family dinner.

Loose Prawns, Apollo Fish, Beat the Drums & Crispy Corn were our starters. Beat the Drums was saucy chicken wings & was very average. Apollo Fish was fine, coating & seasoning resembled the one on beat the drums but fish made all the difference. Crispy Corn was fresh, nice & crisp, but the real star was Loose Prawns, which were crisply coated & we ended up repeating it.
Ginger Fish & Murgh Makhani were our side dishes with Butter & Garlic Butter Naans as the Rotis. Ginger Fish was good but Murgh Makhani was amazing. Garlic Naan was less garlicky but good nevertheless. Butter Naans were good as well.
We ordered Mutton Biryani after this which was so good with the masala, but lost points from me as the mutton pieces had a lot of bone & less meat.
One thing I have noted is all the three Chinese dishes we ordered had a very similar taste & that does not augur well for their chef who makes Chinese.
Coming to desserts, we ordered for Tall Mary & Fried Ice Cream. Tall Mary was a fruit salad with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top & strawberry sauce at the bottom. Fried Ice Cream was a big big disappointment, worst fried ice cream I have ever had, I will never ever have fried ice cream here again. They just fried some corn flakes and sesame seeds & coated half of the scoop of Vanilla ice cream with that, just plain ridiculous !

So this is that one place is in the city which has been consistent and standard throughout . Trust me worth every penny your paying for ... Value for price is super decent for the quantity and the quality they Cater ! Coming to the ambiance it's more of a cosy and dreamy ambiance where the major influence of the aura of the restaurant is based on the lightings which is placed throughout the ceiling with periodic and cyclic change of pleasant colors , so I would each color brings in a mood :-) ! Coming to the staff they are courteous and humble and they quickly respond to your needs , hygiene is well maintained too ! Now the main segment the FOOD .... I love almost every dish in this restaurant because it's amazing and the taste is totally justified to every item ! Be it Chinese or Indian they are amazing .... Super good taste .... Main course is equally filling and finger licking ... Good quantity and tastyy ! You wanna go to this place with a bunch of friends in the weekend to ponder over some yum starters and drinks .... Else if u go with family u wanna go for the FOOD and indulgence ! *My fav picks*-- chicken 65 , chicken majestic, kheema balls, crispy corn kernells, chilly chicken , chilly garlic mixed non veg fried rice, boneless mutton biryani , garlic naan , kheema naam and masala kulcha ! Blue fox one of those all time favourite restaurants... This is not a very new place.. I have been here 6 years back.I see even today when i come to blue fox the same quality of food, ambience and service. The place is really nice with all lights around with changing colours. Chicken biryani is one special dish which is a must try here..

Nice ambiance and nice enough food
This place is surrounded with many well know places and yet this restaurant stand out. when you enter into this place you will going to love the ambiance. The place is divide into two part one is dinner area and other is specially be meant for drinks.
Drinks are not dat costly specially scotches... fodd is equally good enough. not bad though.... nice taste nice texture... service I personally feel on little slower side...
The punjabi food is good though it can be improve a lot but you will not complain about that.

The ambience here is really very good. We ordered Veg platter as the starter. It had some 6 -7 items. Each item was superb. Biryani is also a must try.
Nice taste and excellent ambience. Good gateway in the weekends. Slightly high priced. Sevres alcohol as well. Good place to spend 2-3 hours for dinner.
Blue Fox is known for its ambience there. U will find such an ambience nowhere. Coming to the food the hot n sour chicken soup they serve there is awsome. The biriyani is good too. If you want to eat biriyani go for dum ka biriyani as it is yummy. Chicken tandoori is good too. Coming to the seafood prawn fry is good. Overall if you are a chicken lover you will definitely like the food here.
I never forget this blue fox it's my wife fav restaurant too, ambience is catchy and food here is fantastic here especially crispy corn is superb thx to chef there.

Blue Fox
Blue Fox is a multi-cuisine restaurant with a lot of branches in the city. I have been hearing a lot about how good blue fox's briyani is and a friend of mine, Raj is a regular at their Banjara Hills outlet so one fine day we decided to try them out for a quick lunch.
It is located at Road 2 in Banjara hills.It is dimly lit dining room which makes for a calm setting.
Mutton Briyani is supposed to be their specialty and we went ahead and ordered that. The briyani which came shortly was not to our liking. The dum was not proper, we got really bad mutton pieces with only bones and no meat at all. We called the steward and let him know about it. They offered to get another mutton briyani but we felt it would be safer to go with the chicken briyani.
Raj tells me that its a hit and miss here in blue fox , either their mutton briyani is tremendous or its pathetic. It all depends on you luck. The chicken briyani we got was good. They seemed to have taken more care with this one. The pieces were tender and tasted good. The rice was also good. Both of us were sharing and the portion was perfect for us. The Mirchi ka Salan was also good.
Service was pretty fine. This place is worth a try if you are in the vicinity and in the mood for briyani. If you are feeling adventurous order the mutton briyani. ;) It worked out to be around 220 for a briyani which I think is pretty reasonable .

Please try the Majestic chicken here - you will really enjoy it. They offer a mixture of Indian and Chinese dishes and I would characterize the food as a little more oily and slightly more expensive than comparable options in the Banjara Hills area. I also tried the Apollo fish and the hot and sour soup and would recommend both. Many find that the restaurant is a good stopover when visiting Cinemax for a movie.
This is our usually go to place for family get togethers and birthday parties. I do not think there is anything special about the food or the ambience but the standards of hospitality are pretty decent.
Bar: I do not like the standard margarita they make and always stand next to the bar man so the drink can be prepared to my liking. I tried the Mojito but it was not to my liking.
Appetizers: Our usual favourites are: Ginger chicken, chicken lollipop, masala corn
Main course: All dishes I tried were pretty decent. Cannot think of any that were too good or too bad.
Deserts: You can take a chance on Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. Its touch and go whether the brownie is moist or not.
We will return.
I mostly visit this place when i go to a movie. The ambience is Really Good. Though not great interiors, but they played well with the lighting. Perfect setting for a happy Dinner with your Family or Pals. You have two different sections with different kind of Seating and both are great. I personally like the round Seating surrounded by crystals. The Food tastes Good, but a little expensive.
Please book your table upfront if you are going on Weekends. Will suggest for guys who love to have food in a great lighting ambience for a Perfect Mood set!

This place is one of our family favourites . From the old Blue Fox in Himayath Nagar to this one in Cinemax all of them serve excellent food . This blue fox though is an entirely different sort of an outlet , which has a really nice ambiance too . Costlier than other branches but well worth it . (All good things come at a price) . Their ambiance with the glowing lights is really beautiful . The whole place has a very cozy and quaint feel to it .
You can enjoy drinks here as well but it makes sense to come here only if you are in the mood for a fine dining experience cause on the same floor there is a TGIF where you can indulge in drinks . This place has decent priced liquor . We opted for soups that particular day and went with chicken Manchow , it was a really good soup that really made our appetite going .
As a true Hyderabadi and a fan of spicy food this place has amazing starters . A few of my favourites are the Apollo Fish , Majestic chicken and pepper chicken ( i like to call them little fireballs cause they are red in colour and when hot they are incendiary) . Their main course on the other hand we tone down the spice . Their Kandhari chicken and Methi Chaman are must tries . Their butter chicken is awesome too , so is their mutton biriyani .
Their service is quick and fast . The people taking the orders are well versed with their dishes and can suggest things to you .
The pricing however is slightly higher than other restaurants but its well worth it .
one of the best places inusually go to. The food,Ambiebce and service ,eaxh of them are just awesome. Especially he is specialized in Mushroom and mutton. I had a Mushroom starter and it is one of the best starters I liked till date in veg.

well..firstly, as i entered blue fox, i was totally in love with the ambience. Its very unique which attracts you. We are allowed to seat witin minutes though its a weekend.
I ordered chicken hot and sour soup which didn't tun out to be tasty.It smelled a bit stinky . Coming to starters, we ordered chilli chiken and panner 65, they were lip-smacking,very delicious really. But it took a lot of time for them to serve the starters. Baby corn is good as well.
I also tried chocolate milk shake with vanila icecream which was served very quickly.At first taking a look at its appearance, i was a big frightened to taste it.cuz, it dint look like a shake and moreova totally with an ugly mud colour. But yea, finally i tasted it and i must say dats 'okay' !
coming to the main course, egg fried rice was good and did go very well with the ginger chicken..!
I rate Blue Fox high on ambience and hospitality. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Food is ok, I would give it 3/5. Great place for romantic couples especially for a candlelight theme.
This is a good restaurant. Have only been here for lunch. Never founded really crowded.
Have a decent spread on the menu. Almost everything I have tried here in my multiple visits is fine.
The ambiance is decent too.
Their service however is a bit slow and at times gets worse.
I also find it slightly on the expensive side as there are other options with similar ambience and food taste and quality available.

I fell in love with this restaurant for its friendly managers & staff of the Cinemax Bluefox.the hospitality is simply superb & well trained staff when compared to other bluefox's in town. and the flow of the crowd is terrible on weekends you need to book your table in advance i advice. Ambiance is really nice and good place to go with family and friends. i've been regular to bluefox@himayatnagar since my childhood but it was never of my kind. but this one @ cinemax is my regular destination now a days. Honestly speaking the best quality(tastier) of the food you get here. when you guys visit here dont forget to order Chinese roast chicken, loose prawns(my all time favourite) & Telangana fish fry... i'm sure you guys would love this stuff....

Blue fox has been in hyd for ages now. The branch at j hills has the best ambience and mouth watering chicken tikka. However its probably a place you'd like to go to with family or have a formal dinner.

I like the view of the Road no 2 and the flow of the traffic. Ambiance is really nice and good place to go with family and friends. Pricing needs to be little low but fine with most of the people these days....Honestly speaking quality is good.

My recent visit to blue fox left me with a mixed impression. The dinner they offered was decent, with a good variety of items spanning different styles and cuisine. The restaurant was well maintained and unique.
An evening we went to watch movie and decided to stop and had dinner at this hotel..and it was worth for stopping.
Ambience was good and food was tasting better, liked baby corn manchurian, crispy corn and the dessert.
Serving was good and not much noise around us !!!
This restaurant is right opposite to LVPEI and on the first floor of the PVR building. The ambience is good and the decor of the place is well setup. We were quite hungry and went here for a quick lunch. We ordered Chicken biryani and it was very well prepared. The quantity was good for 3 of us and we were satisfied with the food. Overall a good place to have meal.
The restaurant serves veg and non veg with liquor. The food is really tasty and the ambience is calm too. My visit was at weekday and the service was really great there was no time waiting for a service. Humble staff with good food advisory. One of the finest places to relish the dishes of Blue Fox. One thing very clear about Blue Fox is their standard, they don't tweek much with the dishes it's nothing exciting but they are true to their cuisine,standards are amazing once you have it you will come back for more.
Fabulous to see the Bluefox is having beautiful ambience with ample lounge of meetings and conferences. It's has also very beautiful dining and Food quality is awesome and the likes of hospitality will be remembered for life. The team of serving services is well behaved . The location is very artistic in the centre.

I have always Loved Blue fox since my childhood. The food has always been delicious here. The quanity served is also generous. In our last visit we ordered Paneer Majestic, Dal Makhani, Kadai Veg, Butter Tandoori Roti and Dum Biryani. All of them were great! Surprisingly the quantity and Quality of Dal makhani was quite good unlike many restaurants. We were 5 people and the food was filling. Would recommend and visit again.

Blue fox is having beautiful ambience and spacious lounge of meetings and conferences. It's has also very beautiful dining room. Well decorated. Food quality and variety is good .staffs are also well behaved . Location of the hotel is also centrally located.
Wanted to go for a restaurant for the first time post lock down, decided on this as there's some level of hygiene that's expected from Blue fox.
To our expectation, the level of hygiene is upto the mark with all the staff maintaining the protocol of COVID-19.
Regarding the food, we ordered two starters. And rotis as main course along with Kadai chicken. And they didn't let us down, blue fox's standard is intact. Very happy with the food taste.
*Chicken spring roll is a must try here*
