Recently visit Sbi branch Moti Nagar The counter number 4 and manager of Sbi branch Moti Nagar,. Both behave very politely. They open savings account within minutes. Thanks for the express service.

Pros: Branch is open on Sundays
Cons: Old school Staff with no customer centric approach leading to hours of delay in just small work. However, major reason for this could be attitude of staff and/or illiteracy of customers about specific task..

I would like to highlight few important points for this branch.
This branch will work on all Saturday's and Sunday's.
Tuesday is holiday for this branch.
Wednesday 1st and 3rd week are working days and 2nd , 4th week are holidays.
This SBI branch is fully operational with 24X7 operations electronically, with passbook printing and Money deposit machine as extra features.
Account opening(Savings / PPF) process is completely through online only. We have to submit the documents directly at the counter to collect the passbook instantly with all the formalities.
Coming to the SBI employees, i am satisfied with their cooperation during the working hours.
The branch manager and staff are very courteous, never felt that I was in a Govt Office. Good job to every one there :)
