To be truthful, people make a hue and cry about Naturals, I prefer Guavaz over Naturals, be it for quality, quantity or being nearer to my place. I find even the scoops bigger here. Have been there many a times and I favourite remains Coconut, Guava, Badam Gulkand, Custard Apple, Thandaai, amongst others. They also have a propagation called Mastani, basically a Thick shake served with natural scoop available in various flavour. Surely my go-to-go place for ice cream Craving at midnight.
Visited this summer. Had Pan Sundae Ice-cream. OMG. Obviously it had the best pan ice cream i ever had. The if cream didn't had only Pan flavours, but also Beetle(Pan) leaves added to it, which tasted amazing. A single guy managed the store, he was very friendly. My Review: MUST VISIT
Good taste of ice cream. Tried to copy the brand "Naturals". 85% successful too in coping. 😊 Love to know that they deliver single piece icecream as well. Will visit again for sure.
Great ice-creams. Must try and probably the best icecream parlour in surrounding area. Guava flavoured one is also unique in taste, with a tinge of chilli powder.
This place serves some really good ice-cream at resealable price. I tried the sitaphal flavour and it was awesome. My suggestion is a must try
After looking at their reviews streak we decided to visit this place. They offer delicious natural ice creams. We have tried Custard Apple/Sitaphal, Butterscotch, Badam Gulkand, and malai icecream. Really loved their Sithaphal and Gulkand icecream. Malai was lacking the taste. But overall a very good place which offers delicious ice creams at relatively cheaper price. Will visit again to try their other flavours.

This is a superstar!!! Tried almost all the flavours of ice cream available and all were excellent..sadly sitafal was not available which is my personal favourite but the mango, almond, litchi scoops made it up. Will definitely comeback soon to try the shakes..

Omg... they offer the best Paan ice cream nearby beating the leading ice cream stores in the vicinity. What an authentic paan taste.
Being an hardcore Paan and Ice Cream Lover.... the ice cream they offer is no less then a heavenly feeling. The ice cream has crushed paan leaves along with good amount of Gulakand.
After having it you wont feel like that you missed on that Paan after your dinner.
I might have ordered like more than 10 times from this place now and also made each and every friend of mine eat specifically the Paan flavor.

A good place with variety of flavours. One should try the Mango yogurt. Thats my favourite. Compared to Naturals, i think they serve better quality of ice cream and more variety. The quantity is also sufficient.

We just loved it !! They’ve wide variety of natural ice creams and each one tastier than the other. My personal favourite is mango yogurt ice cream and their signature paan sundae is a must try 👍👍👍 .

I liked the guava and custard apple ice cream alot( it's better than naturals). We also ordered baby coconut ( not worth) and badam halwa sundae ( halwa with ice cream) -they can increase the quantity of badam halwa.
the staff is handling current load well, however the location doesn't Garner much attention.. the seating can be bettered. All in all, I will still visit naturals, but order from guavas ( for my craze of guava ice cream)..

Since the place is very close to my house (100 mts), I have had tried almost every flavour of Guavaz with my favourite being the "Wood Apple".
Guavaz, I feel is not competing with any of the premium(like Naturals, BR) or fancy,hippy(like Oh So Stoned!)ice cream parlours.
Their USP, I feel is their simplicity.
Coming to their ice-creams:
The flavours are very authentic. You will actually feel like eating the fruit in cold form. They keep their ice cream base not too creamy which makes their ice creams really light to eat (a good stop for calorie conscious people). There is still scope to improve upon the technique to take that leap of a good to great ice cream shop. The prices are very reasonable given their quality and quantity and leaves a smile on my face as I don't feel looted here.
In crux, I feel that Guavaz is a winner when it comes to flavours. They just need some finesse, some great marketting to reach out to the masses.
Also, one big let down for me is their yoghurt based ice creams. I urge them to seriously work on the flavours and quality of their yoghurt based ice creams.

Coconut ice cream: it tasted nice. The liked it.
Banana caramel: It was a flavour of banana with a hint of caramel. It was nice.
Overall experience was nice.
The a/c was not working and it was very hot in this place.
If u taste for the first tym it was good. But comparing to NATURALS it wont be much impressive..some premium scoops prices also little higher which are not worthy.
The cocunut flavour tastes better than at Naturals. There, I said it. I wouldn't want to have the coffee smoothie again, it just isn't worth the money.
Would recommend it over Baskin-Robbins and the like.
The only icecream parlour in the area that stays open till late night to fulfil your icecream cravings . Only 50 bucks and it will give you one nice big scoop of icecream any flavour . However smoothies , shakes , sundae brownies are also available with the payment of little more . The service boys are extremely friendly and will just you the best flavours for the season. Guavaz has special Guava flavoured icecream in their kitty which you should try once . The sitting area is well decorated with mirrors and balloons of red and white which will give you multiple reflections 🙂

The best ice cream around Kondapur area. There is a wide range of selection and is very flavorful. It is also light on pocket. The have a nice cozy seating area too. Overall a must try.

The order came smoothly within 15 minutes and I gorged into the ice cream bowls.

Came to this place after dinner with Sabiha Ambari. Had heard a lot about it. And wanted to try.
The place is not that spacious. The ambience is okay and it is just like another themed ice cream store. They have smoothies and ice creams. I wanted to try alfonso gold smoothie but could not because of power cut. They do not have a generator. I ordered a thandai and my friend ordered a coconut flavoured ice cream. Both were average. Then we ordered guava flavour. This was pretty good.
Overall an average place to visit.

A great place for mid-night ice cream cravings! We visit this place quite often especially as it has a great ambiance, courteous staff, and yum ice cream flavors at a very reasonable price. Good to go with a group of friends and hang out there for a while. Visited today as well with a group of friends and tried variety of ice cream flavors, loved each flavor. Only one request, add some more fruit flavors especially seasonal fruits. Overall an awesome experience and would surely recommend this place to all. Good work guys!
This is a reasonably priced place full of so many naturally flavoured ice cream.
I will say must to have Pan Ice cream here, they put original Fresh Beatle leave which gives the real pan flavour and it's freshness is amazing, can't describe in words.
I am big fan of coconut and sitafal flavours - thanks to Naturals. Guavaz has very good flavour of coconut named baby coconut - which was equally good and went well with standards set by Naturals.
They can make the better impression by fulfilling below missing things:
Seating comfort can be better.
Shakes options were not available.
Many flavors were not available...It's name is guavaz but guava flavour was not available.
Still they deserve 4 rating for being reasonable with price and yummy at same time, service was good.

This is a place in kondapur near the kids hospital. They have a variety of natural ice creams. I have liked the cheeku and water melon ice creams mire than the other ice creams on offer.

Finally got a chance today while walking back after stuffing myself at Punjabi affair.
It's quite big and given the size of the tables, it looks a lot of space wasted, but that's not my business !
I tried the wood apple flavour at first and it had a horrible after taste, like mustard had a baby with stale apple.
However one bite of the king Alphonso and I ordered it, it was amazing, and just so delectable and fresh, and good to know that it's completely natural.
Easily one of the best mango ice creams I've had.
Very well priced at 50 per scoop, any flavour.
Always a go-to place when I'm in the mood of "fruity" ice creams! Have tried a variety of their flavours, including their signature the Guava flavor, and they're all quite good. Décor is pleasing and it's a nice evening hangout spot.

Quite a good spread of natural ice creams but only few have that wow factor like Fruit Sensation, Anjeer Badam, Badam Gulkand, Baby Coconut, King Alfonso. 1 Scoop 50rs. Wood apple flavour is one which surprised me..
They have few Premium collection Prunes, Blueberry, Cranberry, Kiwi, Black Current which tasted like smoothie.. Prunes is good among all.. 1 scoop 70rs
At last ordered Speciality of the day Pan ice cream (150rs). Unlike the usual ones (pan flavoured ice cream) this is pan mixed ice cream.. One scoop of badam gulkand & one scoop of thandai mashed with cherries and chopped betel leaves.. Not that great but okay.. Still I would prefer pan ice cream at AB's..
When i asked the store manager on how they are managing getting non seasonal fruits (kala jamun, alphansos, sithaphal) he said the central branch in Nagpur manages to get it from different parts of India. Not so surprised as nowadays we get water melon throughout the year where as 5 years back it was strictly available only in summer.. 😏😏 😏
I would rate it 4. Though the ambience looks good there is a bit lacking in freshness and tidiness. So that 1 goes for it. Informed the same to the staff

My choice is Melon Queen, it was really nice. I tried something in Choc but forgot the name, it was not that good.
Great flavors and innovation. Chilli guava was amazing. It just felt like the real thing.

I was a bit apprehensive to get my Endeavour serviced as the reviews were a bit worrying of various Fortune Ford outlets at Hyderabad. I chose the Kondapur service station as reviews seemed much better and it was the best decision possible.
From taking the appointment to test drive by the service person and then Irfan taking over the service, it was all very smooth. No billing surprises and even though the service station was jam-packed, my vehicle was done in time and done brilliantly. I am really impressed with the people and quality of service offered. Extremely happy with my whole experience at Fortune Ford, Kondapur today. One of the best places for Ford car service in the Hitech city area. This center has a state of the art facility to do car service in the most sophisticated way possible with genuine parts. It has very good technicians and service managers who deserve all the praise for doing excellent work every time I visit there. Mostly, I visit the center twice a year, and they examine the car scrupulously and suggest the repair works to be done. The fact that my car has never faced an issue on the road during a hot summer or torrential rains shows the great work the staff of Kondapur are doing. They are well behaved, hard working and honest, while having a sound technical knowledge. During the pandemic, they are taking every precaution to ensure that customers remain safe.
Update July 12, 2023: I was unhappy that the center kept my car for seven days for service, but when I went for a test drive after the service, I realized the lovely work they all have done, which is worth the price I paid. The service team there is highly committed, motivated and honest, thanks to the good leadership from the top. Highly appreciate the deeds of Rajesh who not only kept me informed about the progress, but also showed his drive and good technical knowledge and expertise to handle some complex issues. Rajesh and Service Manager Harsha sent me videos when they changed some critical parts. They duly returned the old parts they replaced. I give my car twice for service every year at this center because they never disappoint me and do a commendable job.
Service advisor Harsha is very professional, friendly and committed to work. He never tries to add unnecessary bill, he will be very transparent and fair to all customers.
The General Service Manager is also very professional and friendly to customers and listens to all concerns and solves all issues.

Timely service and understanding of the issue. Travelling to Bengaluru and had to stop for an urgent checkup. Upon understanding the situation teeam immediately looked into the matter and resolved it.

Now a days, technical/skilled employees are less in ford service centers. Reason may be known to the employer. Company has to recruit skilled workers/engineers/professionals as per the requirement of the time to be devoted for the vehicles servicing. Vehicles for service are floating to service station. But I feel service engineers are not sufficient to take. I request the management to think and find solution. Quality of service should be improved.
Now they are taking special care for service.
Service was done in a timely manner with transparency. Service advisor was not forcing for any additional items or add ons. Polite and customer centric behaviour.
Guest lounge is clean, well equipped with good wifi.
Got my Ecosport serviced here and the service advisor took care if everything...
