Mystic Valley Spa Resort is an amazing place! The rooms are so spacious and classy, making you feel pampered. And oh, the food there? Delicious! There are tons of options, and each dish is just fantastic. Plus, their spa? Ultimate relaxation! The staff is incredibly attentive, always making sure you have everything you need. Sure, parking might be a bit tight, but honestly, with the serene vibe and all the luxury they offer, it's an easy 4-star spot in my book!
Rooms are good with an option where 5 people can stay comfortably but the only con is that there is only one common bathroom which can be challenging. The double bed was not so comfortable as the bedding was too thin... There was no water in the bathroom and the water was not hot enough to take the shower but on calling the room service the same was fixed but overall I would say the resort is good and can be considered during the next visit
Resort was superb, Room are not well properly, good for kids, Breakfast Lunch and dinner is quite Good, Live Music is superb, Reception service is better, they are very friendly.
The place is a really beautiful one. We were 6 and stayed in the penthouse.
Location 5stars as it's very very close to the highway. We had a pretty bad experience with the Service in their restaurant, other than that all was good.

One of the best place to stay at Igatpuri. It's a huge resort which multiple buildings housing accommodations for guests, rooms are spacious and clean. It has in house restaurant and food is yummy. Staff is courteous and guest oriented. Needless to stay during weekends pricing is high so week days are great fit for most of us. But in case you don't have that option then better book early like a month in advance.
They also have a swimming pool. To be honest most people go to Igatpuri during rainy season in Maharashtra, and swimming pool water is too cold to enter so more or less its just a show but again a welcome addition. They also have a play area but most things are broken so again just for a show.
The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a foul smell in lift and lift mats are dirty and even after complains it was not changed. Also my room bathroom was leaky, bathing water was all over the bathroom and during rainy season cold and drenched feet are strictly NO NO.
Overall experience was great, I recommend this resort to all, just book in advance to get a good deal.
Enjoyed the ambience but food was expensive and not up to the mark. Really very very expensive food. Don't justify the taste.
Operation Manager Sanjay is a gem of a person The staff created lifelong memory.Arranged a cake and room decoration with announcement in the banquet hall for my parents 50th Anniversary.

Good and spacious rooms, but in my room fridge was not there, room 109. Requested, but they taken it lightly.
Bathtub, also not having blocker, so not of use.

This is old property, same owner have new property on name of Manas Lifestyle Resort, just opposite to this.
Visited manas lifestyle too, they have amazing property, but i am not sure for rooms.
This both places are very kids friendly.
This is the best place in Igatpuri. The rooms were well maintained. The food was awesome . Whenever you go to mystic you should ask for Steward Ajay he is a very helpful guy has good hospitality skills. The only thing is the room prices are a little too high.
The resort has tidy, well-maintained and spacious rooms, with a lot of amenities. The staff is professional and the service is swift and prompt. The quality of food is also brilliant. All in all, it is a great experience and a perfect weekend getaway.
The property is good to stay to family. Food is delicious specially the non-veg section. Only improvement point is that the washrooms could have been better.
Room staff, whether it’s housekeeping or service , were helpful.

Mystic valley is one of the best place to chill and enjoy with your friends and family. I have visited here with my family. I just loved the service and it was superb place with fogg view from every rooms. Swimming pool is also spacious and wonderful. Overall it was amazing experience 🔥
Excellent hotel to stay! Large rooms, high shower pressure, and the breakfast spread is varied and delicious! As a bonus, the lobby is gorgeous and fragnance was amazing, and the general decor was really lovely.
