The concept was new to Indore. The pizzas are amazing. Even chesse cake is delicious. It's so worth it. Also, the no ketchup policy is nice and it's replaced by pesto chutney.
The only destination in Indore for authentic New York style pizza. The non-veg cravers should also give this place a try because despite being a vegetarian outlet, the taste is just awesome and more than makes up for the absence of non-veg options.
The best part is that you have an option to order half and half and get 2 pizzas for the price of one!!

The taste was awesome specially with chatni given by them. Don't try the pepper sauce provided by them on pizza, it will change the taste.

1. They provide u water which taste like its tap water
2. Tomato sauce was not provided (personal choice as i love to eat with it)

One of the best places serving pizza in Indore! Exclusive in their own menu, taste, and home restaurant design, the staff is friendly and the service is good. We order on call most of the Times so it saves a lot of time. However the last time I went our pizza had way too much jalapenos than required and they were not fresh and bad to taste. One of my friend shaadi got a bad stomach because of it, so would request them to look into this sidebar that the pizzas are not so hot for the stomach!

One of the Best pizzas I’ve had in Indore. The place is nice and small. The service is prompt and staff is courteous too. I would love to see more options in pizzas and cheesecake could be made better.
The Pizzas made here are delicious. Having eaten Pizzas abroad, I feel that the Pizzas served here at on par with good restaurants in United States or countries in Europe as far as the quality and taste go. I found the amount of cheese, the texture of the crust, the taste and quantity of the base sauce and the quantity of toppings to be perfect. I would surely like to go here again and try more of their pizzas.

This place is a jewel of Indore. In a nutshell, GBC is to pizza what Shreemaya is to Ind cuisine, incredible taste and hard to beat and whilst there is high competition to Ind cuisine, this pizza has none, it is that good and it wud be unfair to say it's the best in Indore because it is certainly among the best you can find anywhere in the country and it's not an overstatement. Besides the pizza, try their cheese cakes and coffee as well and you will know they are serious about everything they serve. Word of advice, try to visit when not crowded , say afternoon, they will out perform what you have had there at night.

Its a small cafe situated in vijay nagar, serving best pizza in town. We orderee half n half pizzas of following flavours-all time favourite, all on , the local and popeye. The taste was great. We then ordered fully loaded pizza- the taste was okay can be improved. We ordered jeera soda, thumbsup and hutella shake.
The staff was okay and they need more training. Hushing down customers is something which leaves a very bad impression on them and they should be taught how deal in these situations.
The interior is nice and gives a cozy feeling.
Overall pizzas here are just great.

This place serves by FAR the best pizza that I have had in Indore. Apart from their food, the staff is super friendly and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this place a shot, you will become a regular.
Even though I am hard core chicken pizza lover, I fell in love with their pizzas. I tried the Roasted garlic, mad mushroom and all in. All 3 were delicious. My personal favourite out them is Roasted Garlic! And I obviously had to try their cheesecake which did not dissapoint and I have very high expectations from my cheesecakes! All in all, the food is prepared with a lot of love and it shows. If you want to try more than 1 flavour at a time go half and half on a 12" pizza. The only trouble I had was finding the place, rest all want amazing.
This is the best pizza I've had in India by far. Hard to believe it's in Indore. The ingredients are very fresh and the quality surpasses that of restaurants 10 times more expensive.

Best place to satiate your Pizza cravings in Indore! Being a hard-core non vegetarian eater, you don’t miss meaty Pizzas here :) They serve amazing range of Pizzas, my personal favourite is POPOYE! Like you’d want to bow down to this pizza, it’s that delicious! Sundried tomatoes, Brocolli, Ricotta Cheese with amazing in-house base sauce and Pesto given as a side-y with this one - Popoye makes a perfect pick here. Other pizzas are also good and worth trying. Mad Mushrooms and Triple Cheese are again good picks from their menu.
Recent addiction to this place is their great range of Hot Coffees. Tried Latte here and you have to try the coffee to believe it’s taste. It’s different and immensely aromatic as they are using some great quality coffee beans which leaves a subtle after taste. Very rich, different (in the best way possible), and aromatic Latte! Great place for the coming winter season :D

The new york style pizza place is a must go for all pizza lovers. With a simple ambience, this place offers the best pizzas (authentic) in town. I went with my husband who was visiting this place the very first time. We opted for half an half 12" long of The Local and All In. Also, had a lemon ice tea in drink. The serving is enough for 2 ppl and makes you full. As they give the freshly baked pizza, it takes a little while to get served but it's worth the wait. :)
Love the food, love the pizza. Best in town but only complaint is that delivery is not available. Can understand that with the size of the pizza delivering would be tough but you guys should figure out a way. Cz no other pizza place even comes close.

We visited the place on our recent Indore visit. Heard a lot good about the place from friends and family. Went there with kids, it's a typical bungalow kind of a setup. The 20 inches thin crust 'local' pizza we ordered was very well cooked and was crispy af, it could be a little saucier though. French fries were also good. The pesto sauce they provide with the pizza was also pretty unique. They need to work on the service part a little bit.

I visited the ground bakery co 6months ago and tried roasted garlic pizza and garlic bread , it was awesome…… I again visit them today and ordered garlic bread and the local. Garlic bread was good but I didn’t like the pizza much . Service and ambiance is good. Must try pizza place in Indore . Hygiene and cleanliness is also very good.
I recently visited GBC that was absolutely amazing. The pizzas were huge and had great taste. In fact, I would say that this is the best pizza place in town.
One of the standout features of this place was the pesto sauce, which was really good. The caramelized onions were also a great touch and added a lot of flavor to the pizzas.
If you're looking to try something new, I highly recommend the Popeye Pizza, Roasted Garlic Pizza, and Veg Bianca Pizza. These were all delicious and definitely worth trying.

Visited the place, was excited to visit The GroundBaking Co. as i heard they serve some really good large pizza. I was also curious about the name they have The GroundBaking Co. but un fortunately i didnt get to know how they got this name, will visit to know that.
The place is located near simi's bakery vijay nagar 54 scheme, Its a house normal ambiance, Yellow walls, paintings and black-board on the wall, wooden sitting.
The menu is quite small and clear which i liked they have beverages, milk shakes and pizza.
When i visited they didn't had any shakes, so we ended up in ordering pizza and beverage.
Now talking about the food i ordered, All In 20 inch Pizza, they took around 20 minutes to serve us the pizza, The pizza was gigantic, i was shocked to see large pizza like that, When you see it in picture it doesnt looks that large but when u see it in real it is very large.
The pizza was really good in taste, after eating a lot at dominoes and pizza hut, this was totally different experience, somewhat inherited from western culture which was needed here, one thing i also came to know that you can have two pizza into one, both half with a different toppings.
The thing that i didnt liked was they dont serve ketchup with pizza, well i myself love to have pizza with chilly flakes and ketchup over it, otherwise it feels in complete.
Overall Service is good, atmosphere is quiet, Food is tasty, The place is perfect for pizza lovers, The only thing that i will suggest them is to have ketchup, coz there a lot of people like me who would get disappointed in having pizza without ketchup.

This place is quite famous for authentic thin crust pizza. Place has very simple ambiance and inside sitting was quite uncomfortable. You can try American style thin crust pizza with authentic taste and variety of topping options. Pizza's are good and 12" pizza for a person is quite good amount of pizza to have to i suggest to order wisely as the pizza is quite big. Must try their "5 Cheese" i like this one very much.. You can also try their "Neapolitan Pizza - Neapolitan pizza, or pizza Napoletana, is a type of pizza that originated in Naples, Italy. This style of pizza is prepared with very thin crust base along with simple and fresh ingredients: a basic dough, raw tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and olive oil. No fancy toppings are allowed!
