The very first thing that anyone would notice about this place is its serenity and good vibes, feeling of comming close to nature, minimal use of furniture and beautiful rustic decors. Owners are really warm and welcoming, they told us that the theme is actually Old Indian railway canteens, with both outdoor and indoor seating arrangements. This place really does justice with the theme. Talking about food, restaurants offers heirloom dishes along with regular dishes. We had few and I would definitely suggest trying new dishes from the menu.
Came here on recommendation from family not disappointed atall.the mutton shahi kabab was good. One suggestion the staff could serve the diners instead of just putting the food there
Had a dinner of about 15 people recently, the ambiance in their small party room was fantastic. The laal maas was spectacular and their black daal was great too. A recommended restaurant to go to here in Indore, a little far away but worth the trip. Also, I couldnt stop eating their caramel custard. It was YUMM!!.
This place is on my list from a long time, finally I get a chance to visit this place on a rainy afternoon. It is nice to see that, they kept this place like a farm house without any decor with large trees. We order Chicken Tikka and fish curry for the lunch, taste was good, ingredients was fresh, only minus thing is quantity is less, it would be better if it was little more. There signature rose kheer tastes good but if they garnish it little bit like some rose petals or any other way it would be great. Overall nice place on outskirts of the city to visit with friends and family.
Always Delighted by the place and service totally different style of food and very tasty dishes I was there with my friend but there is only one thing that they don't accept cards...
An Unique restaurant its So-so peaceful with
Vintage Decor as the name says “Old world charm”
•Food is incredible here with many in-house specialities like Laal maas, shikari gosht, gulab kheer etc..an absolute treat for Non-veg lovers.

A big fan of this place, its food and its hosts'. True to its name - the place is tastefully planned with hues of rustic and a warm yet minimalist style. The menu has been carefully curated and offers a wide range of dishes founded on heirloom recipes. Everything on the menu tastes as good as it sounds, if not more. The warmth with which the hosts present the food is impeccable. It is one of my favourite dinner places in town. Junglee aloo ( su sa aloo), laal maas, angoori kofta and dak bungalow chicken curry are a must try!

I dropped in at this newly opened Restaurant in Indore to try their food delicacies. Their name says it all. They aim at serving you some Royal Cuisine with the Royal Kitchen Secrets which makes their Recipes all the more special. Here's my detailed review of this dine dine Restaurant
Food : ❤️❤️❤️❤️
They serve you authentic Indian food here which had some amazing flavours 😍 I absolutely kept adoring the fact that every dish I tried had auch simple yet unique flavours. They have some great variety for both Veg & Non Veg Food Lovers
Ambience : ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. Since I visited this place for dinner I really enjoyed the candle lit dining experience under the stars & sky. It is a dim lit place with a fine view of city and I absolutely love their ambience.
Service : ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The owner of the place is extremely sweet and learned. He shared a lot of stories behind every dish with us. Also the service was very polite and welcoming.
Price : ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This place is neither too expensive nor very affordable. It would cost you around ₹1000/- for 2 persons.
Overall it is a great place to visit with family or on a candle light date with your partner or with your friends to enjoy some long lost Royal Indian Recipes. 😊👍
Recently visited Old World Charm for a meal and I was pleasantly surprised by the food.
The food menu is curated by its Chef owner Mr Ravi Pratap ji and most of the menu is from the lost recipes of Royal households.
There are some unique dishes on the menu which you wont get anywhere else.
For vegetarians, I would recommend the Indrahari kadhi which has lentil cakes which are steamed and made of five dals.
Hare channe muttor ki subzi, it has a nice smoky taste to it
For non vegetarians, go for the mutton dishes. The mutton is juicy, tender and succulent. I tried the soole kebab and it melted in the mouth. The Dekchi mutton was again soft and tender.
Mutton dahi bada is another unique dish.
Jungli Chicken is made with only three ingredients, Red chillies, Chicken and ghee....it tasted delicious.
Lahsun ki kheer was another surprise, you should surely try it.
All in all, absolutely recommended if you want to experience a culinary history in your plate.
Visited last Tuesday here at Old World Charm for dinner and our experience was amazing as we had tried the Royal Delicacies which we're made during 1550 like Jungli Maas, Indrahaar ki Kadhi & lot a more!
.
Here we had tried - Mutton Soola, Shikari Gosht, Deghchi Mutton, Hara chana matar, Indrahaar ki kadhi, Jungli Aloo, Bhopali murg Korma, Paneer Soola, Jameen ke Kabab, Gulab ki kheer & Lahsun ki kheer
.
Ambience of this place was also up to the mark, the Experience of tasting Royal Cuisines was done right and we also recommend you to do visit their place and try their mutton delicacies, Gulab ki Kheer, And more!

I recently visited
@oldworldcharmidr restaurant which has changed its location recently.
The restaurant specialises in lost recipes from the Royal household and is recreated by the Chef owner Mr Ravi Pratap Ranawatji himself.
They serve authentic Indian food with great choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians
Chatpate Spicy potatoes made in mustard oil is a treat that is hard to beat. It is potato starter wrapped un sesame, amchur, coarainder, cumin and royalness
Another yummy dish is the Indrhaar kadi made with neat squares of steamed lentil cakes of five dals.Zameen ke kebab, made with ingredients that are grown beneath the ground.
And for dessert, rose kheer, with no added sugar, only the sweetness of roses.
Do try out the food here, you’ll be surprised how good it is in it’s old world charm.
“Walked in for dinner in a Tuesday night and sat at the rooftop, The founder & owner, Mr. Ravi ji, couldn’t have been nicer. He was quick, efficient and friendly. He helped recommend something for my dinner and the special mutton didn’t disappoint! The food was excellent and so was the service. I had the special mutton with junglee murgh which was awesome. My wife had chicken tikka masala over garlic nan which was also very good.. The restaurant has a vey nice ambiance and a cozy roof top sitting.
It was a gem I found and can’t wait to return next weekend..
