Good south indian food you will find here... Number of variety of south indian. Thali that we ordered was ok.
When You see this from the out this you can not think that you are going to surprise.. From out side you will think this just a normal restaurant where you are going to eat south indian. But when you put your first step you will find a proper sounth decoration. I gave 1 extra start just for decoration.

Hello foodies,

Visited the place in recent and i have been there 2 to 3 times.

Well the place is infront of c21 and besides tele performance.
the ambiance is basic but gives you s feel of a south indian restaurant.

well i have tried their masala dosa, Chinese dosa , pav bhaji , chole bhature and gun powder dosa.

I did like everything they serve, esspecially the pav bhaji and least the gun powder. dosa , even at a south indian place they have really good north Indian even their chole bhature were tasty.

Overall recommeded for both South Indian and North Indian.

its a 3.5 in my opinion .
after my previous weeks visit to banana leaf i was curious what all other places offer good south indian food and i am happy to report that romba south is one of those few spots .
the seating was ample and comfortable plus decor too was done nicely .
staff was curtious and well behaved . 👌
coming to the food i tried the rajnikant mysore masala dosa which was super good and huge in size . it felt little too salty but overall it was excellent . they give you sambar along with 3 variety of chutneys !!
second was the pizza styled dosa which was more like uttampam than dosa but it too was good .
prices are too high i think here if it wasnt for gold these 2 dosa would have cost me 440 rs !!! yikes !!!!
the place was deserted on a saturday night . try lowering the price a little and you can attract more people to the good food you serve .
other than these points the joint is pretty easy to spot in at the ground floor of the city famous terezza cafe .
i recommend this place !

We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and Pizza Margherita Dosa.
Mysore dosa was great and presentation was also good. However we didn't like pizza margherita dosa(this one can be improved and then it might become a lot better). So a big no for later one but other dosas are really tasty at this place. And ambience is also really good.
If you love South Indian food you must visit this place, you'll not get disappointed.

Scrumptious place in the heart of the office spaces where you can find more than a hundred dosas and scores of other things from South Indian cuisine.

Indore Hunger

After so long, i finally found a place which has really true essence of the South Indian Food. We were welcomed with a welcome drink Rasam. We tried Hyderabadi Dosa, Filter Coffee, Chocolate Dosa and Uttapam. All the dosas were thin, crunchy and droolworthy.
Must Visit.

My hunt for delicious South Indian food in Indore ends here. Not only is the food great, the interiors of this cafe like outlet are well lit and hygienic.

We ordered the podi Masala Dosa and appam with vegetable stew, both if which were melt in the mouth delicious. It was my first experience with podi and they were kind enough to provide extra on the side because I liked it so much. The stew was rich and creamy which was not very authentic according to my Malyali friend but it tasted great all the same.

Serving over 100 types of traditional and fusion dosas and everything South Indian, this is the place to be on a fine weekend morning! 🌅

Out of all the dosas I tried here, my favourites will be Hyderabadi Dosa, Mumbai Special Genie Dosa and PesaRattoo Dosa. Loaded with delicious fillings and accompanied with sides like sambar and several chutneys, they are worth every penny you spend. Order a filter coffee to serve as an excellent palate-cleanser.

The place has good ambience with calming Carnatic music playing in the background. The staff is friendly and courteous. Apart from the breakfast items, they offer great thalis and weekend buffets too. So if you ever wanna indulge in some lip-smacking South Indian food, you know where to head.

There are quite a few places in the city which offers authentic South Indian food. I recently visited Romba South to taste their one of a kind South Indian Buffet lunch. The place appears cosy and have some authentic South Indian vibes. The buffet they offer is for Rs 200 with a decent variety of Andhra dishes. With different types of Chutnies (Dips) and some exciting desserts, they offer some interesting South Indian curries.
They are also running a dosa festival offering some 100 varieties of dosas.
I am jotting down the dishes which are offered in this one of a kind buffet, and it is my personal recommendation to try them all.
Welcome Drink - Butter milk, Rasam
Snacks - Gunpowder Idli, Idli, Vada
Main Course - DOSA : Mysore Masala, Hyderabadi Masala, Pesarattu Dosa
Served with 3 dips and Sambhar.
Something different to my taste buds were- Andhra special yellow dal with plain rice, gunpowder, ghee, pickle and papad. (Gunpowder with plain rice and ghee was my favourite)
Mix Vegetable korma with set dosa was a different combination to try too and tamarind rice were just usual to my taste buds.
Coming to desserts-
Romba special bread halwa
Lauki halwa
Andhra special sago, jaggery, dal pudding.
This is definitely a must try experience with friends and family.

If you want to try south indian food beyond idli and dosa, this is the place!
With a cool n casual ambience and vast seating space this place is perfect for your family outings as well as with friends.
They have umpteen variety of dosas, south Indian curries, rice , chutneys and rasam.
I’ve been here a lot of times and i love their cheese masala dosa, gunpowder dosa, tamarind rice and bread halwa.
They’ve recently introduced this weekend lunch buffet where they have a huge variety of items which you cam devour at just INR200 per person.
I went and tried that too, it was totally worth it!
The menu is very decently priced and the quality and taste of food is top notch!

The ambience is very sober & serene like that of any south Indian Restaurant & their ongoing Weekend Buffet Lunch & 100 Dosa Festival are finger lickin’ good with a wide variety of authentic Andhra Dishes at such pocket friendly prices. (Weekend Buffet Lunch - ₹200)
They start the course by serving you fresh Buttermilk & Rasam & end with the best Filter Coffee I’ve had in the city!
They provide delicious South Indian Chutneys of three varieties (the red one is my favorite) with their even more so yummy food.
And don’t forget to ask for their Gunpowder with rice & topped with ghee because that is the most comforting food I’ve had there. 🥰

My top most recommendations are -

This place for me is a one-stop destination for all my south indian cravings. From offering 100 types of Dosas at their dosa festival to their Weekend Lunch Buffet, everything is a 100% authentic and tastes exactly like home. The best part about their service is serving that glass of garma garam Rasam as soon as you sit with your tashreef. And please do not forget to call for some yummy gunpowder with rice and ghee when you visit Romba South.
I truly enjoyed their food and my personal recommendations are :
1) Dosa - Hyderabadi Masala Dosa, Gunpowder dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Mumbai Jini Dosa
2) Do try their Weekend Lunch Buffet at only Rs 200/-
3) Their bread halwa and sabudaana Sago

I have been to Romba South multiple times and it is truly beyond idli dosa, if you want to enjoy authentic Andhra cuisine then you must visit Romba South.
My personal favourites are Pesarattu dosa, spinach cheese dosa, rice with gunpowder is the masterpiece.
There different types of chutnies steals the show and haven't experienced it anywhere in Indore.

Nice ambience, cordial staff and amazing dishes sums up my delicious food experience at Romba South. We tried the vegetable korma and set dosa, malabari paran tha and appam. Its a signature dish of theirs. The plain dosa was as per expectation and the yummy Chutneys made the dish even more appealing to my taste buds. Romba South has Romba authentic and tasty dishes. Loved the Chennai Chettinad Masala dosa.... Crispy and spicy. The gunpowder Idli was soft and delicious. Would recommend this starter for sure. The unlimited thali was unique in its andhra based flavoursome Vegetable preparations. One can never have enough of the bread Halwa sweet @Romba. Loved the diwali diya decor and soft classical music that was play g in the background.

My best south indian food experience in the city so far. The ambience is pleasing and the place has a south indian feel to it. The carnatic music in the background sets the mood right. We odered maharaja plain dosa which was awesome with special mention of delicious chutneys. The mini uttapam platter was delicious and value for money. We tried the sweet dosa variant rawa kesari and honey it was quite innovative and unique. A must try at Romba.

Food🍴 - My review about this place is based on the two food items I ordered during my visit to the restaurant. I had ordered their South Indian Thali and Mini Dosa Platter, this place is quite close to authentic South Indian food. Thali is sufficient for one person, however the taste of food served was good, Hyderabadi dosa was good as compared to the other two in the platter. Location📍- I had trouble finding this place while navigating on bike mode on google maps. The restaurant is at a good locality and near the main road, and plenty other eateries around.

We tried Malgai Podi Idli, Paneer Jini Dosa, Hydrebadi Masala Dosa, Rava Plain Dosa and Butter Plain Dosa. My favourite was Hydrebadi Masala Dosa ans Paneer Jini Dosa. They had variety of dosas, Idli, Vada , Appam , Uttapam and rice options. Must visit if you are South Indian lover.

Well the place is infront of c21 and besides tele performance. the ambiance is basic but gives you s feel of a south indian restaurant. well i have tried their masala dosa, Chinese dosa , pav bhaji , chole bhature and gun powder dosa. I did like everything they serve, esspecially the pav bhaji and least the gun powder. dosa , even at a south indian place they have really good north Indian even their chole bhature were tasty. Overall recommeded for both South Indian and North Indian.

I recently visited this authentic Andhra Restaurant in Vijay Nagar, Indore to try their ongoing Fusion Food Festival Here I got a lot of Varities of Fusion South Indian Food and I was awestruck at how unique yet delicious everything was. I was alao charmed by the simplicity of this place and the vibes here. Everything here was priced Reasonably which was another great part about this place. It was a complete South Indian vibe with all the Yellow & White flowers, South Music, Banana Leaves and what not. My Recommendations : ❤️ Pink Sauce Batter Dosa ❤️Filter Kaapi ❤️Pizza Uttapam ❤️ Rawa Biscuit English Vegetable Dosa ❤️Paneer Jini Dosa I would highly recommend you to try this place especially for their Fusion Food Festival.

Whenever I feel like eating South Indian Dishes, I always get Romba South's name in my head on the top and it will forever be on the top because they serve the most authentic taste in Indore. Tried so many dishes in their Fusion Food Festival and they were better than what I expected. Try their Pink Batter Dosa, Pizza Uttapam, Rawa Biscuit English Vegetable Dosa, Chilli Idli, English Vegetable Appe and Tat Idli. Super Delicious with a little twist in taste and flavours.

This hotel offers authentic south indian thali ( andhra) also a variety of south indian breakfast dishes.. food is good. Service needs to be faster. The atmosphere is pleasant .

A really great place to be with friends or family. Ambiance was great, food is amazing Nature of staff was great The only problem is staff is little slow in fullfill your order or taking things to u that u have said to them... It might be because they have few staff members but it feels annoying when common things like chittunies and sambhar were not get to u for 15-20 mins after saying it 3-4 times.

Recently went to the fusion food festival at Romba South to try out their dishes. The food as usual was delicious and the new dishes at the festival were also of the same calibre. I tried the Pizza Uttapam, Cheese appe, Hyderabadi English veg dosa, Chilli idli, and Pink Sauce Dosa where the Dosa was pink in colour. The prices are budget friendly and the ambience neat and clean.

Nice food if you are a south indian food lover, parking is not a big problem.. Quality and taste of food is nice. Prices are moderately high according to me. You will get andhra thali if you want to try something new, pav bhaji and gun powder idli is what i loved. Give it a try. Avoid weekends as there can be waiting, if you come early you enjoy the food.

I recently dined at Romba South, a South Indian restaurant, and I must say that the food was delightful. The flavors and authenticity of the dishes truly captured the essence of South Indian cuisine. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different preferences and dietary requirements. However, I must mention that the service was a bit slow. It took quite some time for the staff to take our orders and deliver the food to our table. This did affect the overall dining experience, as we had to wait longer than expected. Despite the delay, the waitstaff was friendly and accommodating, which helped alleviate some of the frustration. Overall, Romba South offers delicious South Indian food that is worth trying. It would be even better if they could improve their service speed to enhance the dining experience further.

Good Taste. Sambhar is Fresh But taste is Average. Ambiance is Neat & Clean. Parking Space is Available. Cost is Normal as Compared to Food Quality. I tried Dosa Platter where I got 3 types of Dosa. One Small Masala , Small Mysore Masala & Hyderabadi Dosa. I liked the taste of Hyderabadi Dosa. Overall The Place is Good For South Indian Food.

The taste was amazing and place was less crowded on a Sunday. If you want to dine out peacefully with family or friends on weekends, this is the place. The price is absolutely perfect for the quantity and taste one gets. Try the Malabar Mini Combo. It comes with 3 different mini dosas and can not be finished by one person alone. Loved Romba South.

I heard about Romba south restro, I really excited for going here, actually I love south Indian food so here I get delicious heydabadi dosa, and they offered welcome drink, I didnt like that drink but its great and here my suggestion that improve your sambhar racipe just bz I got delicious dosa and white and red chutny compare to sambhar so guys must visit at least once bz you'll got here peaceful atmosphere and lovely❣️🤗

Who doesn't like dosa in this era. This place is not just about dosa, it's about all the andhra food. In central India it's hard to find a authentic place like this. First of all there ambiance is great. It just goes with there theme and then the soft south music going at background makes it's a lot soothing. The place has a huge menu not only constricted to dosa, idli and uttapam. The taste is very authentic and you all would love the presentation of food. There peanut chutney in must try. It goes well with the dish. It's a great place to have dinner or lunch. Located at the prime place of city(Vijay Nagar). Highly recommend from my side.
