One of the good places to dine in . The environment is soothing with good staff . Food was tasty and worth the price .Had a minor issue for which the restaurant called me next day and apologized .

Having tried both in dining as well as home delivery options of this fine dining restaurant situated prominently near Rampur, following is my review:
1. In Dining-Cosy setting, good ambience, polite staff & very elaborate menu are the things noticed in my first visit. Food was excellent, especially the spice content was very comfortable. Only the service part could have been improved as the wait period was longer. However, benefit of doubt can be awarded considering the weekend rush.
2. Home delivery-Quick delivery, splash proof packing. Ordered chicken biryani which was steaming hot till the time it is delivered. Wonderful taste. Although selected not to send cutlery while ordering, the restaurant sent it anyway, which should be avoided. Quantities sufficient for 2-3 people so order to be placed accordingly.
Overall, 4 stars out of 5.
Although rate were high but still the food was awsome. We can say that it worth the amount. Pineapple raita is just mesmerising. Peaceful environment.

Super favorite place... It is the best in quality ...... taste.... And quantity.... Really worth it... Nice place for kids because they have a small garden for kids to play.....
One of the best multi-cuisine restaurants in town (if not the best), hell lot of varieties and taste to match which won't let you down. The portion they serve really takes me to 7th cloud.
There's still a few I have on my list to try here.
I'm not a fan of their staff though.

One of the best restaurants of jabalpur if you want good test then you can choose this restaurant everything is good but issue is price if this restaurant decrease lil bit his food price then I give him 5 star but it is good in test & food packaging .
A visitor to Jabalpur, came to try this place out and was pleasantly surprised by AMAZING food and excellent service.
We ordered, both, Indian & Continental food (for the kids since it is not spicy) and loved the flavours and taste. So much so, that a few dishes were reordered.
A double Thumbs Up to the place and special thanks to the Chef !!

Both sections are spacious and seating is comfortable though they have just 1 sofa and rest are chairs....

First things first- Portions are large, so 1 dish is enough for 2 people
Mohitos are good, green apple soda is avoidable
Garlic bread is to die for..the best garlic bread I have eaten anywhere in Jabalpur- a must have
Chilly paneer , Maggie and sizzle were scrumptious
Prices are in line with competition and with such large portions , its totally value for money...

Good food. Good ambiance. And a great menu. The staff is also very cordial. Their mixed meat fried rice and sweet and sour chicken, and sizzlers are an absolute favourite at our home.

Nice wide and spacious restaurant. Ambiance is good but there was no music. I have been here before. Service is polite but not super quick.
We ordered Veg Steak Sizzler (Veg Stick Sizzler in their menu) as my friend recommended me to try their sizzlers. The size of it was HUGE and enough to fill 3-4 people. It had different exotic veggies, big veg steak, rice, spaghetti and french fries, it was a feast. The only thing that was missing was the gravy. They should serve some gravy with the sizzlers as it is served in all the sizzler joints across India. When we asked for the gravy they prepared one for us and served which had a smoked flavour and was delicious.
Their other must try dishes are - Indiana Cottage Sizzler, Diwani Handi, Paneer Nawabi.
The seating was comfortable and the vibe was chill. Overall its a very good experience. For people who love big platters, do visit this place.

Odered chicken biryani many times for crystal,they serve the best chicken biryani in jabalpur according to me. The curd raita served with biryani was also fresh and tasty.Keep it up.

Staff was very cooperative but today the food was not upto the expectations and was pretty tasteless. I personally expect much more delicious food from Crystal.

Undoubtedly, a bit expensive than the usual but that is compensated by the Quantity and taste of food.
I recommend the paneer lababdar & spring rolls.
Not to forget, they serve delicious white sauce pasta ,adequately creamy and cheesy👌.
They also serve vegetable masala maggi if you plan to have a quick bite on the go.
They offer a discount of 20% on bdays on producing the ID for DOB confirmation.

Crystal is always a great option. Been here so many times now and they've always served us with good food. Great place for a family dinner or even to chill with friends. They have a lot to offer but I personally like the Mughlai and the sizzlers here.

One of the best restaurants in jabalpur. Great ambience and delicious food. Though they can improve in their service as sometimes it takes a long time for your order to arrivre. It was opened on my birthday 22 June (maybe that's why I like this place ) and they have maintained it very nicely since then. And it's a little expensive.
Great place for family, friends,date. Ambiance is amazing, food is fantastic veg/nonveg, jain food also available. Service is fast. Overall you can consider any time. Entrance is untraceable as this is situated underground overall amazing

Only 4 men were there to serve everyone
Waiting time was toooo long around 40 minutes,
we ordered Paneer Barari Rs.295, Chicken Crystal Special Rs.395 portion was sufficient for 3 people, taste was also very nice and different from the taste you would usually get in other restaurants. Overall food was good 4 stars but service 3 stars
Hi I m dr. Neha shakya yesterday night I visited Crystal Hotel and restaurant.The hotel staffs are amiable, professional and they welcomed the clients with the wariness of their heart. They always smiled when they treat the guests. Besides, the food of the hotel's restaurant was delicious. I had a chance to taste the traditional meals of the country at crystal hotel. I was pleased with all the dishes there.it was wonderful experience

No matter how much difficult the day was butter chicken and garlic naan can make you happy in no time. I have tasted butter chicken in more then a dozen restaurants in jabalpur but crystal is always top on the list.

Last night 🌃 visited this hotel, has soothing and lovely atmosphere with good ambience.and there was rush too in hotel means its awesome one. So far best food 🍲 has been served last night. Service was also very prompt and staff was very cooperative. We have order salty mistakenly it came to be sweet they have change two of our glass without saying anything towards the customer.
Hotel is on way to gwarighat by taking map plans from katanga crossing.
Best quality food 🍲 and we have also given discount of 10% because my friend visited third time by having record of his mobile 📱 no registered with the hotel.
