I look into each preparation to get that perfect taste. Well,as we gear up for Unlock 2.0 ,i started my food dining at places which maintain equal hygiene std as ours and *Redisson Jaipur City Center* with restaurant like *Kabab Factory* and *Golden Dragon* is one of the name which tops the chart.
*MENU* : Team *Redisson Jaipur City Center* has enveloped the best world cuisines as they help you relish them right on your platter,be it Chinese,Indian, biryani, etc...
*HYGIENE* : All possible measure to keep the guest safe from Covid were taken. Sanitization stand, to gloves, tables placement in distance, sticker on floor to mark the distance.Were taken.
*PRESENTATION* : The best part is individual attention given to the layout of the food items as you savour the delicacies not only by taste but a treat to the eyes as well.
*TASTE* : Words cannot express the exotic feeling one experiences as you have the lip smacking gourmet preparations and at the same time Sumptuous to the fullest.
*Service* : Food couldn't be great without a fantastic service, Restaurant team of *Lalit Chauhan, Shekhar Masiwal and team* was amazing, felt like a king with such a great hospitality.
*My Pick* : Galauti kabab, veggies in garlic butter sauce, Dal factory,pineapple tikka.
Me,my family and friends express super gratitude towards complete Team of *Redisson Jaipur City Center* to ensure our taste buds don forget what GOOD FOOD felt like ....

I ordered a non veg platter as snacks for my drink and it was really amazing. The fish was amazing and kebabs were juicy. Tandoori chicken were soaked with spicy masalas skyrocketing the overall taste. I also had Lal maas and it was probably the best I ever had. All food fresh, tasteful and service was top notch. Definitely recommend :)
Want to have delicious veg or non veg buffet, then yes THEGREATKABABFACTORY is the BESTEST place.
They have wide variety of starter , also main course and yeah how can i forget mouth watering DESSERT.
And they serve best chesse naan 💓 .
And most importantly they serve buffet on table this is somthing new which I've never seen before atleast not in jaipur .
Really polite, courteous and professional staff. We are regulars and the manager Pushpendra ji really came through for us today as he made arrangements for a big group inspite of it being festive season and huge rush. The kebabs here are to die for and I am absolutely never able to reach the main course with enough space in the tummy. Do try their strawberry sauce with fruit salad. Of course their galouti Kebab with ulte tawe ka parantha is out of the world and is worth repeating any number of times.
I have a suggestion..the place is amazing the food is amazing but due to its pattern of ordering unlimited people tend to order unlimited just for the sake of tasting and waste a lotttttt ..we all know the importance of food in a country like India so I think you should bring some modifications or put some poster or quotes related to saving food or the left over food can be given away to needy instead of dumping it

I had a very good experience in dinner buffet @ The Great Kebab Factory. The Galoti Kebab was so yummy and all the buffet items were so tasty and will be served on the table which is unique. The service provided by Pratheek and Preeti was awesome. Definitely a must go restaurants for the food lovers.
The excellent food quality coupled with great ambience and even greater staff made my dinner a wonderful experience. I would be back soon for an encore.

5th September was our 19th anniversary of continuous publishing of 'JAIPUR CITY CITY GUIDE' and 'GO JAIPUR MAP' and we wanted to celebrate the occasion like we do it every year at a restaurant or chill out at a resort. This year we decided to celebrate with a dinner at this wonderful restaurant.
I have known this brand of restaurant since its start at the Radisson Hotel, Mahipalpur Delhi and well aware of the quality of service and food this brand of restaurant delivers. I wanted my team members in Jaipur to also experience this place.
A called up in the afternoon and booked a table for our team. Spoke to Mr. Pushpender who was very courteous. The restaurant is on the 1st floor but it is behind ‘Mosiac’- a fine dine multi-cuisine restaurant. I did not understand why it was behind and invisible. One needs to ask a staff member to find out the location of this restaurant. Such a great brand restaurant could have been upfront showcase of the Hotel. On reaching the restaurant we were greeted with a warm welcoming smile by the complete team of 'The Great Kebab Factory'. The start itself was so wonderful that I immediately had a feeling that our dinner is going to be memorable.
Our team in Jaipur is all pure vegetarian hence had to settle with the majority. So my review will only be a complete vegetarian fare only.
We started off with the lentil soup of the day which was appropriately thin with the right spices to help us build our appetite for a long and delicious culinary journey. Starters, for which they are famous for, came one after the other, starting with Sabz Galouti (Which I ordered twice), Gajat aur mutter ka tikka (ordered twice), followed by Ajwain Paneer tikka (Very delicious with the flavors melting in the mouth), Malai Brocolli (Did not like that much as suddenly got a continental food flavor), Aloo Hara Dhania ( Was very succulent) and then I enjoy the pine apple tikka ( I don’t remember the exact name but it was very tasty with hot, sweet and sour flours melting in your mouth). One needs to choose the right accompaniments – sauces for each of the starters to get the right flavors. The staff can help on this to make the customer experience better.
The starters were itself so fulfilling and filling that the main course I preferred to just taste a portion of each. 4 to 5 different varieties of breads from Tandoori Roti to Naans with 2 types of daal and a panner dish. Both the daals were so tasty that I did not touch the paneer dish. It was followed with veg biryani which was so flavorful and tasty, the best part it was that it was not at all heavy. I could have more of it but my stomach was already full.
Our food journey ended with wonderful sweet dishes likes the coconut burfi, sabudal kheer and pan kulfi. Pan kulfi was really very exceptional.
We ended the whole experience with a sweet pan.
I could see that Junior Sous Chef Rajaram was there throughout, asking each and guest about their experience at the restaurant and patiently explaining to those who wanted to know more about the dishes.
Amazing food and services are great too..Good choice for weekend dinners and lunches!!! Special thanks to chef Raja Ram ji for the phirni!!!!

One of the most complete restaurants one will ever visit in Jaipur. The restaurant is very spacious and perfect for people going in huge groups, (I would suggest taking a reservation based on it's popularity.) The food offered by the restaurant is just delicious. Starting right from its starters upto its deserts. They have a wide variety of starters for vegetarians and non vegetarians and the service is very prompt. The waiters were very polite and very courteous.
I would suggest anyone going to The Great Kabab Factory to try the Galouti Kabab and the Non Veg Biryani.

I just went to this Restaurant as Unlimited thing was attracting me.
Well I tried Few good summer coolers which were so refreshing.
Also, They serve amazing food starting from really good starters - Paneer tikka, Pineapple, Mushrooms etc.
and main course with some indian Desserts like Moong ka halwa, Gulab jamun.
Restaurant offering some delicious starters with table unlimited serving is too cool.

The moment we entered the place, staff welcomed us with a huge smile. Beautifully decorated restaurant with perfect cover setup. Executive Chef joined us & gave us a brief description of what amazing food journey it’s going to be 😍
The meal started with a refreshing strawberry mocktail. Then came amazing starters, the portion size was so good that we felt nearly full with it. Varieties of potato, Paneer based & other appetizers.
When main course arrived, we decided just to have a bite of everything cause desserts were due too 🤪
Variety of Dal & Amti, Bhindi & Paneer In Maharashtrian masala, Biryani & Raita. Everything cooked with perfection.
Then came out favorite part
DESSERTS 🍨 🍩🧁🍰
Rasmalai, Gulab Jamun, Amarkhand, Halwa & Kulfi. What a delight!
Dessert happened to be our favorite part.

Loved this place.Food was fabulous, especially the chicken biryani,galoti kebab and pan kulfi. Mr. Phuspender was outstanding.Service was very nice.Suggested us with very tasty dishes.Even Mr. Mintu has given the perfect hospitality services. Summer coolers were also refreshing especially the Kiwi & watermelon mock tails.

The food is obviously great when it comes to kebab factory. It’s pricey though, but worth the experience. I personally think that service could be improved. They were very slow with the service.

Visited TGKF during one of my many visits to Jaipur. Must admit I had high expectations but was in for a surprise when I found myself to be the only customer. The lady attending to us was polite and courteous but it took a while for the food to roll in. Coincidentally they started with the Gulouti kabab and paratha and they was no stopping us. Leaving every other dish aside we repeatedly asked for the succulent kababs, which were as good as Tundey kababs of Lucknow. By the time we reached the main course we were done but the sweet host insisted we try the Biryani. It was good. We gave up on the sweet dish too. Prices might be a bit steep but food quality is great. Moreover things are freshly made. TGKF should reduce the prices for tier 2 cities.
Best place in town if you wanna enjoy authentic kebabs & fixed menu... loved the place... both non veg and veg options available... shd not miss its galauti kebab...

We went to dinner buffet .
The AMBIENCE , was very beautiful and authentically designed by blue colour . And was soothing and calm and best place for romantic dinner and relax & chat.
COME TO THE FOOD .
Firstly , they started from fresh fruits and salads .
I liked the best part of this restro was SERVICE , its just like a roller coaster .
After that they served both veg and non-veg STARTER. As we all know the name of the restro "the great kebab " which is actually true by the taste also .they served me lots of kebabs item , chicken as well as fish dishes . All were very juicy and tendor .on the other side veg starter , they have panner tikka , grilled pineapple and veg kebabs which was okish .and complete with the 4 different kind of chutney.
In between the serve buttermilk which is complimentary.
IN MAIN COURSE , they serve signature dal , paneer dish , chicken gravy , mutton gravy along with the aromatic & authentic CHICKEN BIRYANI.
Finally , move on to the DESSERT .As i told you, the restro theme was unique with the mughalai dishes , same as on desserts variety they have .
Authentic moong dal halwa , pirni and much more . But the best but not the least PAN ICE CREAM ( MUST TRY DESSERT) . We can say the signature dessert .
I would like to specially thanks Mr puspendra and his team for served me a warmfull hospitallity.
And the most important role model for my duration period was THE CHEF , who always asked me about the taste and presenting the food .

Kebab factory @ Radisson city centre jaipur is quite relatable to its name which makes this place an outlet serving n originating delicious n phenomenal kebabs.
The kebab factory is a place for both veg and non-veg kebab lovers.
The ambience of this is more a kind of authentic traditional pots and equipments hanging around which is totally breathtaking.
Their service is remarkable without further commenting on it.
And obviously the food will totally left you spell bound once tasted.

The great kabab factory is beautifully done in a blue and brown theme, with delicious Kababs and very helpful staff. I'm not so much of a Kabab lover, but this restaurant makes me fall in love with it each time I visit.

My family went for the dinner buffet after we visited Great kebab factory in Delhi . To my surprise it was better than Delhi , The staff is super polite and eager to help . Trust me on this I am from hotel background , and I have seen big chaos in very big restaurants , but here in Great Kabab Factory the staff was on their toes and were super quick in services . Great Ambience. Great Service. Sajina and Priya were very courteous and catered to our taste. Some of the best vegetarian food here are Mewee Ke Kabab, Dal Factory, Bagara Baingan, Kulfi, Dalcha ka meetha. They are just amazing!

A kebab paradise is how I will describe this place. Landed to this place with two friends, we ordered two non veg and one veg plate. Staff was courteous as despite being late they served us with utmost sincerity. Coming to the food the kebabs particularly galouti and shami kebab melts right in your mouth. Loved this place.The varieties,taste,ambience as well as the service was too good..
They started with fruits n salads followed by the nonveg n the veg starters..
In non veg starters galouti Kebab , tandoori chooza n the fish Tikka were great along with 4 different varieties of chutneys.
In veg starter broccoli k tinke n masala pineapple were so good..
In between they served butter milk which is a welcome change after trying so many varieities of the starters.
In the main course we were asked for our preference of breads.we ordered garlic naan & lacchha paratha.Then they served dal tadka,their signature dal makhni and one paneer item.
In non veg they served one chicken item n one mutton item along with chicken biryani.
Frankly speaking we were so full with the starters that we didn't try the main course much.But nevertheless they were good too.
Finally for dessert they served moong dal ka halwa, firni , rasgulla and last but the best one pan flavoured kulfi (must try even if u r full).Lastly u get a sweet paan to mark the end of a wonderful experience.

The place has decent ambiance and comfortable sitting. Staff is very Friendly and knows much about the dishes being served which was great to see.
Liked it's buffet system to be served as an ala carte, overall experience was great
Had the best Mughlai dishes in Jaipur with authentic taste. The staff is super amazing and so are the chefs.
I asked for Schezwan Sauce as it isnt provided usually but the staff was supportive and they brought it in no time.

This place is sooo amazing, I was little confused if it was buffet or ala carte ,but it they have set menu veg and nonveg which they serve you on the table, which is awesome.
For nonveg they have various kebabs like galoti kebas which was awesome and some veg kebabs.
They seved fish fingers, chicken tikka, murg kebab etc. All were awesome.
In veg they served paneer tikka, stuffed capsicum ,some dal kebabs etc.
All were good.
In main course they served yellow n black dal, lamb , paneer, raita , butter chicken ,veg n nonveg biryani and assorted breads
All were sooo good.
In desserts they gave palak paneer mithai which was yumm, gulab jamun was so hot n soft n tasty.
Their signature paan kulfi was mind blowing.

Place has decent ambience and comfortable seating. WE had 3 year old kid witn us and staff was very good to attend the kid while we had dinner.
I must say Gulaoti kebabs were my favourite here and still remember mouth wateting taste.Chicken was tender and fresh. Veg food also was nicely cooked and prepared.

One of my all time favorite restaurants to have a savoring meal thinking about which makes me drool (metaphorically 😋). This place is a perfect place for a nice date with your significant other and have lip-smacking food too!

One of the best things about this place is how they avoid food wastage. Since they have all inclusive meal sets and don't pay for each dish separately they serve you a portion of the dish and then take the remaining serving back, which helps avoid wastage, food doesn't get cold. Then if you want more, you can ask for it again.

Coming to food I had:
* Starters: Sabj galouti kabab, Paneer tikka, Rajma ki shammi, Soywadi ki butten, Matar ki seekh, Ananas ki chaat...
Loved rajma ki shammi and ananas ki chaat👌🏻👌🏻
* Main course: Dal tadka, Dal factory (it’s dal makhani, a must try...I am already in love with it), Subz sangam bahar, Paneer lababdar, subz dum biryani👌🏻👌🏻
* Desserts: kheer, gulab jamun with vanilla ice-cream🍨, pan kulfi.
Overall it was a great experience..Food lovers must visit once!!
The name of the place is quite explanatory about its concept n food n what they serve.
This place serves a great variety of kebabs whether Veg or non veg.
The ambiance of the place is really very good and it’s like you’ll be gazed at it’s sober beauty after visiting.
The staff and the Chef’s both are attendant to the customer as if you are their A list customer.
Despite of having a very confined menu their taste speaks.
The thing that’ll make you visit there again and again is their food.
Their desserts are mouth watering specially their gulab jamuns and pan kulfi.
I would recommend this place as a must visit place for once in a while for every age group.
Celebrations call for good food outings and we had one at The Great Kebab Factory! The starters (minus the fish - which was a little too over on salt) were delicious, specially the non vegetarian galouti kebab! Followed by the main course which again was delectable.
Good staff, the managers are very attentive and courteous! Great ambience. Tastefully made and curated! Kudos.

Mouthwatering kebabs with a perfect menu you can't crave for more. They serve you everything just after it is made in the kitchen. Since it is a part of Radisson it is slightly expensive but worth it. One thing, they didn't have a board outside so we had to roam a little to figure out where it is.

To start with Food- good variety of starters, esp. Ajwaini Paneer Tikka. Dal Makhani is way too delicious. You get numerous desserts with choice of ice creams. The interiors, artwork, lighting & music were cool & comfortable. Warm and courteous staff. Impeccable service.
i just like this place and was glad to know that they had opened in jaipur as keep going there quite often...conveniently located on MI road in radisson ... the galouti was exceptional as always with the ulte tawe ka parantha... sadly there was some coastal food festival going on and all other dishes were inspired by that...a bit much spicy...i loved the fish though....
in the main course tried the dal makhani and was brilliant as always....

The theme of the restaurant is based on a fixed menu serving only n only indian cuisine. The food was good. Fresh fruits were good.
GalautiKebab was soft melting in the mouth. ACHARI murg was good but quite spicy and Lucknowi mutton was really tasty. Can't miss these. Also in starters KOLIWADA chicken was good. The dips n sauces were on point. The only thing i didn't like was the service bit. Staff seemed caring n concerned by asking questions about the food n comfort but it was simply visible that they didn't care much. Probably lack of apathy or simply trying to complete their job. But that's a very small part in the whole experience. Overall, you can give it a try for yourself n decide.
My favourite place to eat. The freshness and deliciousness of the food is uncanny! You ought to try the Galouti kebab here, and the kebab alone would be enough to make you like the place.
I see many people complaining about the quantity you get at one go, and the serving time taken, however in argument to that I'd only appreciate the fact that it assures that the food is freshly prepared after all and well about the time taken, my opinion may be biased, but why not savour the great taste in that time(😜), which isn't much by the way.
A must visit place for a complete and satisfying dinning experience. Delicious food, prompt service and soothing ambience...what else do you want in a restaurant.

Totally a different experience 😊 it is a fine dine restaurant with unlimited food. Galouti kebab is their signature dish and trust me you will love them with small paranthas they serve. Although the paranthas were lil sweet but overall the combination will taste good. Tangri kebab were perfect. Best part even if it is unlimited you get it served hot just at that time and this way you dont waste food. Biryani and paan kulfi is also must try. Worth going with loved one. Will visit again 😊

Had our dinner here today. First off, there are only two options to choose from, either go for platter or go for full menu. The platter has 6 kabobs, veg or non veg, we ordered 1 of each.
First impression the quantity is not enough to be shared exactly between two people so ordered one more non veg platter, so in total of 2 non veg and 1 veg between 4 of us.
The server told us that we can't order anything else outside the platter (so basically if we wanted daal or curries we can't order that as they only come with full menu) however later on he asked us if we wanted any other kebabs and in the end asked us if we wanted kulfis?!? super confusing on how he was going to price kulfis when they don't even come with platter.
Kebabs were nice, there was no shrimp which was disappointing. Galouti kebabs were good however the rotis they were wrapped in was not baked fully.. Fish tikka were nice, boned chicken wasn't that great.
Overall average experience, could have been better had they explained their menu in a better way and quantity would have been more. Also they serve no breads with the kebabs which is disappointing.
Very good quality service and excellent food! the Dal Makhni was the best one i've tried in India! so delicious, also their freshly baked warm bread, different sorts...the dessert, everything was perfect and the portions were really big. Courteous staff . Thanks to Mr. Ashish and team 👍

Superb place with great ambience. Was here to celebrate a colleagues b'day and couldn't have choose better. From the start to the end everything was perfect. The melt in your mouth Galouti kebabs are the highlight of the meal and the rest like tandoori chooza, Tawa fish and like were equally good.
It's a set menu system with unlimited kebabs and curries. The service was super fast and we never waited for anything to come. So much so that I had to literally ask the wait Staff to give us some time between the appetizer and the main course to digest the heavy meal. Main course was lamb and chicken with an option of yellow or black dal, the taste of the main course could be Improved, the Lal Maas did not taste authentic. However the meal ended with a superb Pawan kulfi and other desserts. Everything was served hot, efficiently and fast.
The best thing was the staffs hospitality, including the chef who was kind enough to come over and take feedback about the food from us. All servers, supervisors and managers i the restaurant were courteous and alert to our needs and were kind enough to present a small cake to celebrate my friends b'day.
All in all a great place to visit if you are in a mood to stuff yourself with good food and delightful service. Absolutely recommended.

The service here was exceptional. The wait staff were friendly and the management was very helpful. Where to begin with the food? Everything was amazing ( non-vegetarian set menu) my personal favourites were the boneless chicken and fish tikka. And the meal was topped off with amazing dessert. The kulfi was a great end to the meal. And for experience sake, I can say I tried sweet paan.
Well well.... My rating says it all... All I liked about this place is their courteous behavior, helpfulness, attentiveness and service ... but FOOD wasn't upto the mark... We were on Eno for next 2 days and yes puffed rice with water & sugar was our saviour too .. Lol

Selectively Good Place!
I have been to this a couple of times. After having tasted their varied menu, I cam definitely say that the restaurant serves far better non-veg food as compared to their bland veg menu. And secondly the starters are way better than main course menu. You can binge on non-veg starters for good. Kebabs are the tasty highlights here, I highly recommend those. Dessert menu could have had more variety. Overall nice dining experience with selectively good food.
Experienced the food here during a stay at this hotel on a visit to Jaipur. This on-site dining is an experience in itself. Some delectable kebabs served in a sit-down buffet style one after the other followed by mains and dessert is excellent. The wait staff and chef ensured we were happy with the food and if any change was needed. Food was served hot and in a good time. The time between serving kebabs is just fine. The ambience is beautiful and the dim lighting ensured the experience is soothing. The kebabs were succulent and my favourite was the mutton and chicken one's.
When we went with my family for trip I experienced the food at this hotel in jaipur it was so delicious kebabs they have served and i tried all different varieties and good service

Since we are tourists , this meal gave us chance to try many indian menu in just one dinner. And it was over our expectation. One of our favourite dinner in this trip. :)

Kabab factory is well located in center of jaipur city, well connectivity ,well connected to road side with parking faclity. A good restraunt to visit in freqant,speciality is kwab with spicy rajsthany touch. Will experience differnt art of cooking kwab and other non veg itmes ,younhave expirenced in another states. Well recomened if you have a frequnet visit to jaipur and wanna tatse different type of kabab dishes. They serve clasical indian dishes too. Spacious,easily approchalble. Have stay faclity with dinning make it pleasnt experience for frequnet stays with well connectivity to out side transport faclities. Location is a perk.
You can’t choose favourite dish in the menu because they make everything best. Every time I went there with a nearbuy coupon with a fixed menu. Menu starts with a soft Galoti kabab and other different types of kababs and the main course having Jaipur’s best mutton and best biryani, each and every item is just delicious.
If u ever visit radisson blu jaipur city centre the great kebab factory is a place u must definitely visit during your stay because whether it be the food,ambience,atmosphere and the friendly nature of the staff here especially mr prabhakar everything is top notch and amazing.

Amazing ambience with great food. Burgers and Coffees taste too good. They have party area too. And McCafe is also opened here. The combo offers are very good and pocket friendly. Staff is also co-operative. They inform us about each offer so we can choose from them

Had wonderful time there. The food was delicious. A lot of snacks with main course was served in the buffet. The staff was good there. And a nice ambience with music. It will cost around 2000 for 2 persons or more depending upon the platter you choose. It serves both veg and non veg dishes

Loved the restaurant. The ambience is beautiful. The staffs & service personals are very well behaved and courteous. The dishes they served were delicious. I loved it and would definately recommand it.
Nice place but before this I have been to their branches near Delhi Airport and in NOIDA several times. I think the number of kebabs and other dishes served has gone down. Maybe it is the difference between Delhi and Jaipur or possibly the result of the Corona endemic. I liked the place and the food but I didn't love it.

Experience I had with restaurant is speechless. I just enjoyed the gulfi dessert which was provided after the meal and my kids really liked the ambiance. Delicious meals everyone has to try this and i strongly recommend for food lovers

only feedback would be there were just 3 tables occupied vs team of 6 who were hosting but we still we had to call and search for you to ask for repeat and drinks.
Overall Pushpendra and his team are caring host and the Chef they have has magic in his fingers... Definitely worth revisiting.
