Amazing place in Jaipur. I can safely say one of the best for view, lighting, overall ambience. But one thing that kept me wanting for better was the music played there. Could have been much better and that would have made it way more classy. The view in the evening twilight onwards is the best in Jaipur. The food, everything we ordered was great. Definitely recommended. I am a Jaipurite, but was totally unaware about this place. It can be seen as a good as well as bad thing at the same time since I loved the fact that it was not very crowded and there were no irritating sounds there. Everyone was at peace. The sheesha is also amazing. Added to my regulars like skywaltz cafe..

The Stag Rooftop is the obvious choice when one visits Amer Fort. A place to go after the bumpy elephant ride above to the fort and the complete visit of the fort and then a walk down later.
1. We ordered Cheese Omlette, Chilli Paneer Wrap and Parathas. We were pretty early and the first ones there. Still the staff got everything ready very quickly. The omlette was very nice and definitely had cheese in it. The Chilli Paneer wrap was amazing and superb in taste.
2. The best part about this place is the unadulterated view of the majestic Amer Fort! A clear and completely unobtrusive view. A perfect place to click beautiful pictures!
3. The staff was very nice though less in number but it was morning so I can understand. I deduct one point as the climb to the roof is a bit confusing and the toilet was a bit smelly. So maybe a little improvement in that.
Rest it was a wonderful winter morning and enjoyed it thoroughly. A must visit!

The location is smack in front of Amer Garh and that is what makes this place a must visit. After spending 3 good hours exploring Amer there is no place like Stag to spend sometime sip a few drinks and soak in the view. The food served makes it even better. We had a Pizza and Garlic Bread and they were amazing. A really good time to visit is in the evening when the AmerGarh is all lit up.

We ordered - Masala Maggi, pasta, Chinese platter, KitKat shake, farm fresh pizza, virgin mojito. Masala Maggi was so much tasty that we ordered it again. Chinese platter was yumm too. Go with your friends here during eve time , that's when the light show of Amer palace begins. Behold the beauty of the palace from this place, you will love it for sure ! My boyfriend and I were travelling through India recently and stubbled across this place after a long hot afternoon visiting the Amer/Amber Fort. We had some refreshing iced teas, some vegetable garlic noodles and fries. All good. 5 stars for the staff! They took good care of us and even let us try the hookah a little.

This was on my bucketlist for a long time. Decided to try this place on my trip to Jaipur. Situated just opposite Amer Fort, this place boasts of a magnificent location. The decor is quirky with sitting on various levels.
We ordered the French fries but they were served sans any dip. Added up sauce on our own. We also ordered the COC Pizza. It was tasty but was a bit on the bland side. Had to make up for it by adding chilli flakes and Oregano. The bill was nominal but the service was a tad bit slow.
It is one of the best outlet with a view. The food here is exceptionally good and the staff is friendly as well. However they do need to work on their service as We ordered a Chinese platter and it took almost half an hour. But overall an amazing experience.
Definitely try their shakes, chinese platter and pasta ( not red, it was toooo spicy for me, but if u like surely give it a try)

The prices are quite on the high side for the type of food they are serving; pizza and one style of sandwich is all that was available. Would have liked a burger but not available even though it was on the menu. Only about 50% of menu was available.

As a first timer in jaipur I won't lie, I was becoming a little impatient with the place. It seemed like I would not find the chill ambience and the good times that I was looking for.
Enter The Stag Rooftop, sittin right front of Amer fort with an absolutely breathtaking evening view. The ambience is absolutely youthful and chilled out. Exactly what you wouldn't expect in front of a fort.
This place offers you a nice Lil niche place to relax with friends with great food and amazing hookahs.
Ever seen a hookah with a coconut base? Try it at the stag it's crazy. Another crazy thing about the stag rooftop is how easy it is to simply chill and meet people. I walked in with a group of 5 and left with atleast 5 new people to Travel with. What else could you want?
The best part of course was meetin the owner. Faraz, down to earth hard working guy willing to give you tips and tricks on finding the underlying party scenes of jaipur, exactly the kind of friend you would love to have in a place like jaipur . If he's in, say hi, he will make you feel jaipur is worth every minute.

Had many opportunities in past to either go to Amer fort and pass through it but never really discovered the place unless 'zomato' suggested 🤣. So finally had this chance where first of all I had to search for the spot amidst the chaos (of local vendors and public). The location and roof top view of Amer fort adds into as much plus points as one can get which actually covered up the flaws (I found). The inside sitting area is quite okay but could have been better in terms of accomodating more people, although, rooftop is MUST (especially on a cold day or in evenings as on a sunny day you're going to 'burn out'😅). During my visit ,I ordered farm stag pizza, American cheese burger and iced tea which was quite up to the mark. The view of Amer fort while dining adds on +0.5 rating in my review. Once can visit , if looking for an off day in the outskirts of the city.

Stag Cafe is a two storey cafe located exactly in front side of Amer Fort. The location of this cafe is amazing, as from here you will get Beautiful view of Amer Fort.
They have keep its name as STAG beacuse nearby to Stag there is a huge mountain, over which there are many red Deer can be seen walking, so inspired by this thing they keep its name as STAG, which sounds rrally cool. And they have keep the logo also in the shake of face of red deer, which look amazing.
Stag Cafe is seen to made in a two storey old haveli, which is very well renovated and decorated. On first floor they have small room type areas, where friends in group can spent time. On second floor they have main dining area. They have two seating options available; indoor and outdoor. The indoor seating have normal ambiance, from here also you can watch the outside things and Amer Fort as they have kept a big transparent glass in between outdoor seating and indoor seating. And the outside seating is beautiful, it become more beautiful if you go there in evening time , unless the sun will be strong. From here you can watch the Amer fort, which gives beautiful background while clicking pictures.
They have just curated the best things that they can serve, not so many dishes, they have kept their menu according to tourist purpose, as there many tourists come.
We go there mainly to see the view from there as we heard a lot about it from people, so we finally made to go there.

It was perfectly made, it had equal amount of fizz dissolved which it should contains. The blue color was created with blue syrup, which had little added flavours. The taste it given in that evening was really good, the crusched ice was the best part in it.

Undoubtedly the perfect place in jaipur to visit as a tourist. Located bang opposite the massive amer fort this place is not at all hard to find with ample parking space. The rooftop area is nicely done with the scene of mesmerizing fort on view. The evenings here are preety lively.

We had brunch at this rooftop cafe before visiting the fort. The views were great and was a nice way to relax before visiting the fort. The food was good, I had the best sizzling chocolate walnut brownie with ice cream, never experienced that before. Everyone was very welcoming

Excellent place for food with a royal view. Recommend for both family and friends even though they serve alcohol here, they had made an ambience for whatever your mood is, easily blend into it. A big yes!! We visited during the 3rd week of November which made the weather absolutely pleasant even during mid day.. the temperature ranging between 25-27 degrees yet cool enough to sit outside in the terrace to enjoy hot food..

Well located restaurant that gives a wonderful view of the Amer fort. Offers seating on the rooftop. The best place to enjoy sunset as well. Food is decent, has both veg and Non Veg options. Prices are a bit on the high side, but considering the location, it's okay.
I recently dined here and had a fantastic experience! The ambiance was delightful, the staff was friendly, and the food was exquisite. I highly recommend trying their food—it was absolutely delicious! Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I'd definitely revisit.
The cafe is at a very beautiful location. The crown of Jaipur, Amer mahal is right in front of you while you enjoy yummy food at the cafe. The owner is also very kind. The

Really had an amazing time with family with the cool breeze and breathtaking background.. The chaotic scene with clear sky here is a very chilling refresher from the busy lives we have in the cities . Enough about the ambience now coming to the food , food was decent value for money , not expecting lots out of the food though it can improve . presentation was amazing . Must try - pizza

Really loved the place for the beautiful view of Amer Fort outside, I tried their pizza, it was yummy & cheesy, the crust was very thin. Along with that had North indian meal, Kadhai paneer & daal both of which were amazing. Paneer was reaally good. The staff is very humble and polite. Hookah also available.
