My brother took me here as soon as I landed in Jaipur and oh boy I was in for a treat. The sizzlers were so good, specially the tofu sizzler ( I don't remember the exact name but see the picture).
It was mind blowing and I've been trying ever since to find a recipe for that shiitake sauce and the tofu patty.
Would love to go back.
In absolute love with the cream cheese avocado sushis and mushroom bruschetta!
They service well and want them to open back real soon.
The nutella crèpes and pesto spaghetti is also worth a try!!

Awesome ambiance with awesome food makes it a perfect place to visit and spend a peaceful time with friends or family. Literally the food served by them was commendable specially the mac & cheese which I suppose to be their specialty. I ordered there :
Mac & cheese : 5/5 ( highly highly recommended, if I would have been given an opportunity to give it more than 5 stars then I would have given it)
Marinara pizza : 4.5/5 ( with perfect cheese quantity and fresh basil leaves and tomatoes on the top makes it a good one to eat)

We ordered pad Thai curry, batata boats, marinara pizza, arrabbiata pasta and Alfredo pasta.. every thing was very good specially pad Thai and batata boats..
This is located inside a residential area in the middle of the city. Parking is always an issue. The ambience is great. They have quirky seating and a shop catering to options for interiors and organic goods in the more firangi style.
Now for the food. Food is good, however service is super slow. Also, waiters are unwilling to serve food despite hefty menu prices.
The lower rating is because of the poor service and lack of proper parking. Food is above average

I absolutely love this place.. its far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and its so peaceful and quiet here. A great place to sit and get your work done or have a long, uninterrupted chat. The balcony seating is what I like the best.
The food is great.. The mac and cheese is really good, the herbs pasta is brilliant and the greek salad is AMAZING!

Taruveda means "knowledge gained from trees" such a unique name with beautiful meaning. I have been der many times n I always enjoy silence der. Not much crowd but yeah beautifully designed.
Pasta n Oreo shake are my favourite der. I always order this.

This is a hidden gem, located on the first floor in a nice private house. The healthy restaurant serves well cooked Italian style dishes with an Indian twist.
Not only one would be served the best sushi in town but aesthetically, this place is eye pleasing. While your order is being prepared you can also look at their well stocked gift store. Overall, the perfect place for a nice brunch.
Bestest waffles and ginger tea, meetings at Taruveda are always a pleasant experience. Hygenic processes, healthy and thoughtful cooking is the USP of this place. Perfect ambience, silent neighbourhood and a spacious open space is the cherry on the cake.

One of the best places in Jaipur if you are looking for calm ambience and delicious food. Been there first time yesterday and I loved it. Service is good. Though my Pizza took a little more time to come on my table than expected. Anyway, I loved the place. Highly recommended to people who want to read silently and also write or work peacefully.

This place is located inside a house which is renovated into a nice cosy cafe and has outdoor sitting too but limited. A very peaceful and non-crowded place to be at. Some people have even put up their stuff like jewelry, clothing and some really nice household artifacts for sale. Parking is not a problem here if you are wondering.

One of those places where you want to go again and again :) such a beautifully crafted cafe .. One of its kind in Jaipur. Food is exceptionally good .. I have tried grilled lamb steak , galouti kebab ( a must try ) . Coolers are also upto the mark.

There are a few dishes that is absolutely delightful there like the lamb steak in red wine sauce.. was.. I could eat that everyday. Also the herbed mashed potatoes is one of best that I have had.
The Sushi wasn't up to the mark.. I guess I am not a Sushi person so can't comment.
Had a Moroccan Lamb Canap. Must have. The hummus is heavenly and the lamb is crispy and juicy.

I ordered sushi roll and ghee roasted steak. It was perfectly prepared. But the ayurvedic products are quite expensive. A lemon flavored candle 150 g costs 700 rup, which is not reasonable.

We have been there for my husband's birthday. It has a very wonderfull set up and interiors. It also has a small boutique which offers veriours goodies. It has two types of sitting arrangements indoor and outdoor also. And the best part is their food. They have a varied options in veried types of cuisine! You can go for any fish item as all are excellent. The person who waited for our table came to lnow that we are bengali and he informed the crew members in the kitchen who were coincidentally also bong! So all of them came out to greet us! So sweet! We had real fun that day and would like to visit again n again.

This café has been on my wishlist for a while so recently I got the opportunity to be there so I happily obliged. Looks are deceptive, after looking at the board outside I never thought it would be so beautiful when I walk in. The place also sells art stuff/crockery etc. And has such a good vibe to it.
Servers are polite, trained and know their menu. I had no idea what to order and the server helped me choose dishes as per my taste. He also made us aware about an ongoing offer that if we share a pic of the place with #taruveda on Zomato we'd get a free cooler, so that was cheery on the cake!
Coming to the food, here's what I ordered :
1) Doner Kebab : 5/5 - Yummy Yogurt hummus and Jalapeño mix with Tender chicken inside flat bread. It was a heavenly ensemble.
2) Alfredo Pasta : 4/5 - Had the right amount of cheese sauce and pasta was boiled aptly. The garlic bread served was tasty too and there was ample quantity for 3 persons.
3) Grilled Chicken Steak with red wine sauce : 3.5/5 - Full marks to the marinate and tenderness of the chicken, red wine sauce was a little bitter and sour as expected.
4) Latin Lemonade : 4.5/5 - Crushed brown sugar went will with Lemon and I know what I'd be ordering again the next time I'm here.
5) Country Lemonade : 3/5 - Ordinary, nothing great nothing bad.
6) Teryaki Chicken Pizza : 3.5/5
7) Peri peri Chicken with Mozzarella : 3.5/5
8) Veg Hot and Sour : 3.5/5

Amazing place to spend some time. I really liked the ambience it was pretty decent. It is also having small art gallery which makes this place more attractive and a small open outside sitting area to enjoy the weather. Now the food which i asked them to suggest me something so they suggested according to my taste, so i say they even understand your choice and taste and suggest a perfect food for you. Over all i would suggest everyone to visit this place.

Such quaint quirky yet elegant atmosphere welcomes you at this conceptual cafe in civil lines..The sitting area is divided into rooftop,balcony,two rooms with different interiors- all very aesthetically done..
Staff is very courteous and efficient,they give you your privacy yet are available at jus a call out..they were very good to my naughty 3year old nephew..

Spinach creppe-this was my favorite of the evening..thin crepes filled with cheesy spinach with mashed potatoes and beans alongside had no faults..yummy and a must order here..
California sushi-6/8 pieces served in one portion ..perfect appetizer
Lava cake with cappuccino icecream- lava cake was overheated and hence the top layer was almost burned and had a bad texture..the inside molten chocolate was yumm..icecream was yumm but didn really hve cappuccino flavours to it..we did give our review to the staff on this one..

Taruveda bistro is a very different concept. I found it kind of out of the box. The food was mighty fine! I went with a friend and we ordered two dishes (that is all we could afford to fill in our tummies!). First was vegetarian steak and the other was Italian sizzler. Though both of them were made with utmost perfection but the steak would be my first choice. I won't say that the Italian sizzler had any missing elements but two of its components were just not according to our taste maybe. So all in all we were more than satisfied with the food in all aspects, portion, taste and presentation.
As for the ambience it was exclusive. The waiters were all in Indian attire which was a unique thing in itself. The only thing that bugged me a little was the closed environment of a room. There was a sitting space for 14 people at 4 tables in a single home-style room which kind of didn't give us the private space for conversations. But then again, that was a part of the concept so one cannot really complain.
All in all, Taruveda had scrumptious food and bonus shopping area which had some really good stuff including diaries, clocks, kids' items and other such things. :)
This place was recommended by a friend to me. The ambience is very summery and I can rather say the decor is home like. The menu is not very exhaustive yet each dish on the menu is impressive. People with a culinary edge will definitely Enjoy the place. Waffles are a must try. There are good kitchen and home decor shopping options as well. In all a sophisticated cafe.

Taruveda is a boutique cafe located inside a bungalow kind of a property in civil lines. There is am art gallery at the entrance that leads to different rooms with different ambiance and interiors and am outdoor seating option as well. Now coming to the food, the pasta and bruschetta here taste yum. The country lemonade and coffee are great. Need to visit again to try more stuff but definitely a cafe I would recommend you should visit in jaipur.

Visited the Taruveda Bistro in May 2017. It was close to my hotel in Civil Lines. It's an eclectic place inside a bungalow sharing space with shops selling curios and decor.
The outside seating is beautiful and highly recommended if the weathr permits.
Menu is extensive while I didn't try the highly recommended Sushi, I made do with:
Chicken Wings
Fish in Butter Garlic
Green tea.
The cafe stays true to its organic branding with no aerated drinks on the menu (a welcome change forcing you to try their smoothies, juice or tea).
The chicken Wings were of excellent portion with the right amount of spice. Unlike BBQ wings then weren't sugary or sweet.
The Fish in Butter Garlic was the star. While the sheer amount of garlic on the dish made me think it's going to mask the taste, I was surprised with how perfect it was. The garlic also had the exact amount of crunch adding a delectable texture to the dish. Kudos to the Chef for being able to manage this without overpowering the garlic across the dish.
A really great experience. Would love to visit again to try this Crepes and Sushi (which most people around me were trying)

A beautiful 'house turned into cafe' having really nice ambience.. specially the paintings on wall & a lovely balcony area where you can smoke up!
We ordered :
1. Ginger Fizz : it was too bland that i had to ask for extra sugar syrup to put into that!
2. Latin lemonade : Nothing great except the name! It was more like a lemon tea.
3. Cold coffee : Again quite normal homemade kinda coffee..
4. Baked macaroni with spinach sauce : It was good but again nothing great because i was expecting it to be more cheesy!
Overall my experience was good (because of the ambience and service) they just need to work on their food plus the presentation!

Beautiful, serene interiors. Great variety of flavours to try from. Definite recommendation- chicken steak. For starters- opt for poutine. Coolers can be avoided as they are not as complementing the taste and flavours. Also if you are looking to buy some cool stationary and home decor, do check out the collection. The place also has a small shop which sells items like candles, home decor and mugs. I personally would recommend this place since it's super comfy and pretty.

It was best gazpacho I had , the chilled soup—from rustic and chunky to smooth and elegant. It was Cool and refreshing gazpacho tomato soup. It take the edge off of summer’s heat with this vibrantly chilled soup made with tomatoes, cucumber, and herbs. It was garnished with roasted walnut , mint leaf & cream. It truly a thing for a hot summer's day.
Classic Cesar Salad: This salad of lettuce, cheese, and croutons with a dressing of olive oil,garlic, and lemon juice. It has plenty of visual appeal. Pul Apart Garlic Bread : This Cheese and Garlic Bread was EPIC! It’s basically a cheesy garlic bread, but so much more delicious!!
If you are at this place and you haven’t tried this Cheese and Garlic Crack Bread, let me warn you: you will be in forever love with this garlic bread. It’s like a pull apart bread, but tastes like garlic bread plus you have the mozzarella cheese which stretches wonderfully as you pull bits off.
This was INSANELY delicious. I especially love the way the bread was cut into diamond shapes so you can tear bite size pieces off. Every piece is garlicky and buttery and oh-so-cheesy. I will say “Kids go NUTS over this and grown ups turn INTO kids when they get stuck into this.” Initially we had ordered four servings of this and want more.
We had in Dessert Lava Lava, Nutella Waffle with Inhouse ice-cream. I cant describe the heavnly atste of all three. You should go there to relish these.

Try it once and I assure you addiction will follow. Worthy, ooey, gooey chocolate dessert . With a moist, cakey outside and a gooey, saucy inside. We all were so full but this was gone in seconds.
Total experience was splendid, marvellous and memorable. Recommend to have this unforgettable culinary experience.u

The most interesting aspect of Taruveda is it's appeal to ones who want to both shop and eat! The pretty place opens with a quirky dine-in, a beautiful outdoor and inviting corner for lifestyle items!
Back to the food, the menu boasts of variety of cuisines making it much global and the flavours remain largely authentic !
We ordered-
•Pull apart garlic bread
•Prawn tempura Shushi
•Gazpacho soup
•Grilled Basa
The bread was utterly delicious and hands down my favourite from the place. Buttery, cheesy and crisp!
Sushi was decent, so was the soup! What stood out was the fish served with potato mash and veggies; a must try !
Finished this all off with a gooey chocolate lava cake, slightly bitter but warm and delicious !
The mojitos could have been a little more prominent in terms of ingredients but the food makes up for it !
Overall, deserves a visit !
