Excellent food. Better than what I heard about it. Their dhaba on the main road is so so so good. Must go.
Location is spot on as per Google maps.
Service : they have proper staff to entertain you and service is very quick.
Ambience : gives you a proper dhaba style feeling especially the chairs.
Food : had masala papad, panner Tikka masala, Dal fry, aloo paratha, stuff naan, laccha parantha and all of them were nice good in taste.
Overall a nice place to ponder with family and friends and have a nice food and enjoy.
Will definitely go there again especially for the stuff naan and paranthas
This is one of the best vegetarian restaurant in Jaipur..
The food is good but u have to be really empty stomach to enjoy the food, the food is really heavy.. quantity is good..
Service is quick..
Overall a good place for vegetarians..
Today I went sharma dhaba and garden with family.
Location of this place is on main sikar road
We ordered tandoori roti, malai kofta, butter paneer masala, daal fry and masala papad,
Breads were well cooked and was very crispy,
Malai kofta and butter paneer masala was good in quality, daal was also very tasty,
The best dish was masala papad, it was very delicious
One of the best pure veg restaurant in the city.
They do not serve Chinese food also.
Anyone looking for quick service do visit this restaurant. I have finished my meal within 30 mins.
Do try buttermilk milk here. It is amazing!
Best dhaba food in Jaipur.I have gone to this place more than 10 times and it was awesome everytime.I have tried

Jeera aloo
Soda sikhanji
Roti

❤️❤️Simple and sweet❤️❤️
We donot want fancy entrance like in 'ftv bar' , we do not want charmy ambience like 'being Bollywood cafe' or 'chull' . We want only hygienic delicious food which got us our satisfaction and we had it in sharma dhaba & garden.
Super delicious food with pocket friendly menu card, tried many things and satisfied with that. Issue is only service but it was there peak time so no complain.
Jaipuri chokkra suggest you to tried your fevourite dish on menu not by any zomato review and comment so enjoy your moments.
Good, tasty and fresh food always . Upto the mark preparation little costly thou painful sometimes when you have to pay for complementary salad , that`s why 4 star rest everything is fine. Keep it up.
FOOD IS AWESOME PLACE IS TOTALLY HYGIENE AND SERVICE IS ALSO EXCELLENT . THEY MAINTAINING THE FOOD QUALITY NOW SHARMA DHABA & GARDEN AVAILABLE ON SWIGGY.
The food is really good...staff was also very courteous..although the place is quite far from most of the localities but the food was totally worth it...

Sharma Dhabha (or as we locals like to call it "8 No.") has been a legendary place and all time favorite of locals since forever. But since last 5-6 years, the service, attitude, taste of the food at that place kept going down and down.
Then came the new Sharma Dhabha, behind Hotel Shiva (the one I am reviewing right now) and this again became my new favorite. I have been coming here since last 2 years or so but never reviewed it before, a mistake I will rectify today.
So we made a lunch plan (last Sunday i.e. 9 Sep). The weather was super and we had the option to sit outside as well but we chose inside (AC section) as it was about to get a little rainy. The place, utensils everything here is clean and properly maintained (which honestly I care about at any dhaba).
We ordered:
Before I start reviewing all the food that we had, I am reducing 0.5 point out of all ratings because of very low quantity portions served for the money charged.
1. Dal Fry: 3/5: It is like a typical Punjabi Style Dal Fry which I think is a everyone's must order dish. Here the dal is good, taste decent but nothing extra ordinary. You can order it.
2. Malai Kofta: 4/5: Malai Kofta here is my all time favorite. I just love the taste of tomato-onion gravy and those soft creamy potato kofta balls. You should definitely try this.
3. Paneer Butter Masala: 3.5/5: They really need to differentiate a bit between in gravy of malai kofta and paneer butter masala. And this makes the taste boring and nothing new. Rest flavor wise, again it was nice.
4. Butter Naan: 4/5: Butter naan at sharma dhabha is love. They serve big piece of naan, lathered in butter and chopped in 3 pieces. The taste is so crispy, flaky, buttery and light (as compared to regular butter naan). I think, they make naan with a mixture of maida and suji unlike other dhabhas where only maida is used, which gives it nice light flavor. You should definitely have this.
Apart from this, I have had there Masala Pyax and Masala Mirch as well and both taste very nice. But during this visit we didn't order them, so not reviewing it.
The bill came around 1412/- for 6 people which is a bit on high side for a dhabha but it's worth experience. You should at-least visit New Sharma Dhabha, behind Hotel Shiva once.
We were hungry , we were on roads for almost 10 hours and then we decided to satiate our hunger trying at this Restaurant (Sorry Dhaba) . We just focussed on food and ignored the ambience , servers , service and found it to be really delicious . Dal Makhani , Aloo Masala Naan and Kofta was what we ordered and we really loved it . Lassi in Kasaura completed our zest in lieu of "dessert" .
Sharma dhaba & garden with Uber eats now . We can order food online . I don’t know why do I have to type 140 words which I don’t want to do!
This place is love.
Visited there many times and love the food and spices they add in there gravies.
Even the masala pyaaz they serve is beyond amazing
There malai kofta and kadhai paneer is amazing.
This place serves huge amount of people but still they manage to serve quick enough
So, Sharma Dhaba being our childhood all time favorite place, we went to this place again with the people I used to go with when I was a child after years but different branch with high expectations. So we ordered:
Masala Papad- The best we had till now. 5/5
Masala Pyaz- Just onion mixed with chat masala (Overpriced) 3/5
Boondi Raita - 3/5
Kadai Paneer - It was spicy but had 3-4 small pieces of panner and most capsicum and tomato. So 3/5 just because of the quantity of paneer
Shahi Panner - 4/5 (Paneer peices were too good in amount
Dal Makhni- Average in taste and only had big peices of tomato 🤦🏻♀️ Portion was very less. So 3/5.
Malai Kofta - Appropriate quantity and taste. So 4/5
Plain Butter Naan- Too much crunchy to eat and size is huge🤗 So 4/5 just because of being extra crunchy
Stuffed Naan- They are the same as we had years ago. This made our food worth it. The quality and taste met our expectations to the utmost🤗🤘🏻 5/5
So overall a good experience. But the portion should be little more of the dal, curd and vegetables. So giving it ☆☆☆☆
So for all the naan freaks , its a shoutout to you guys . Undoubtedly one of the best naans in the region, it surely is a must visit place. Traditional muddha sitting and authentic dhaba like feel makes the experience pretty raw.
Must eats-
Masala Papad
Butter Naan
Mawa Naan (only for sweet buds😉)
Stuff Naan
Masala pyaaz
All main course curries (paneer butter masala , malai kofta, chana masala etc. ) are above avg.
Went out with family and cousins on Holi eveining.!!
Nice food and dhabha ambience .Parking was full , had to search a lot for parking space.
Food was spicy and OK OK..!!
Can be tried atleast once...
Sharma Dhaba is a place which will give you feel of a road side dhaba in a modern way...It is actually a dhabba having food items of a typical dhaba....what else say about this place....place is good enough especially for its Dal fry
Went out with family on returning from some place. We were very hungry & want service to be fast. I am ready to bet no food hub could provide food so fast also delicious. Ambience was Ok.. & was pocket friendly.
The Dhaba is not like any other roadside regular dhaba, rather you'll have to wait of you visit on a weekend.
The food is good and servings are enormous but it doesn't come at a cheap rate.
The prices are exorbitant as compared to any regular dhaba.
There are many other food options in Jaipur if you're looking for North Indian cuisine.
The taste off food here is still incomparable to any other place!!!
Laccha paratha and naan is must try
The aroma of daal!!!❤❤❤
Its a must visit place
In love with the masala papad they serve. Quick, clear and accessible. We ordered masala papad , dal, paneer, gatta , garlic ki chatni and sweetlime soda. All was good. The hest thing was this dhaba was clear. Food was tasty as well as hygiene.
I went there with my family and this is a brand new setup of Sharma Dhaba which is 1 km away from the first one . It seems to be a huge setup and the primary reason for setting this up is for family dinner. I really liked the whole setup and their super quick service .
Food is as good as it is always and there was nothing to complain . We ordered masala papad , yellow dal, malai kofta and the all time favourite Shikanji .. Food was well prepared and great in taste. I would really recommend this place if you are looking up for a good place outside the city rush with friends or family.
Exceptional naan. Sabji and side dishes are also tasty. We must have gone around 10pm and the whole place was buzzing.. It was full to our utter disbelief. But we got a table soon and service was super quick. In 45min we ordered and had our food too. They havent given thought for ambience and decor. But since the quality of food is good the place is popular. Must visit for dhaba lovers
When we reached the place, the structure amazed me because dhabas in many places are small structures with less or no walls. They are either too small or too cluttered with furniture. Never seen a dhaba that looked like this for sure. The food was amazing and the chaas was a good and refreshing drink at the end of the meal.
Sharma Dhaba is a good desi vegetarian food place. No frills but good food. Expensive for Dhaba food.
Must try
Aloo chat
Dal tadka
Butter naan etc
Hygiene can be the area of concern.
Heard a lot about this place, have been to Jaipur may times, but have always missed going to this place as it is on 10 kms always from the city, decided to explore this time. It's on the road, we took a open sitting option in the garden. Weather was good which made the open sitting better option. We ordered starting with Mawa parantha which was amazing to start. It's parantha stuffed with sugar mixed mawa, it was good. There were limited options but they were amazing, Panner Kadai was good, Aaloo pyaaz was better, naan, missiroti, parantha were crispy and perfect. Can't ask for a better dinner which was all made to perfection. Dal tadka was superb, garlic chutney was amazing.
We had finally to order back the mawa naan, yups it was tastier than mawa parantha. Must go if you are a hardcore vegetarian punjabi food lover.
We have been coming to this dhaba since forever now... the food here is just fantastic! The taste here has been consistent throughout which says a lot. The food is fresh and the service is super quick. The prices aren't dhaba type anymore but the taste has always justified it for us. The naan is possibly one of the best in the world! Anyone coming to Jaipur must make it a point to visit this place for a meal.
This place is on to do list whenever i visit jaipur. The taste of dal fry and roti is the same from last 20 years.
The food service was but slow today else it was a great experience:)❤
Will not be writing in detail. I am going to this place since childhood and will still be going. It will be a never ending process. Every jaipurite loves this place. "KUCH TOH BAAT HAI YAHA "
Ambiance 4/5
Perfect roadside dhaba with comfortable seating.
Food 5/5
One of the best in the all of Jaipur.
Paneer butter masala, malai kofta, dal fry, masala papad, lacha paratha, stuff naan, butter naan, maawa naan. .All are awesome. And a must try for all.
Service 5/5
Lightning fast speed and the staff is just amazing in context of every single thing.
Value for money 4.5/5
This is one really amazing dhaba in Jaipur. The food here is fabulous. We had malai kofta and kadai paneer. Well it's best known for it's naan. So guys, if you ever land up here, do try stuffed naan. It's amazing ❤❤❤
This place is like a temple for vegetarians in Jaipur. They serve pure vegetarian food with loads of Ghee and Butter. I mean like they serve it like they get Butter and Ghee for Free Free Free.
I have been to this place on many occasions, It's my Father in Law's Favorite Joint. Any time of the day or the Year you ask him where he would prefer to go out and eat. The reply will be Sharma Dhaba.
We have tried most of the stuff here, Like Malai Kofta, Kadai Paneer, Kaju Curry - My Favourite, Dal Fry, Dal Makhani, Masala Papad, We have always ordered their Butter Naan and the Aloo Stuffed Kulcha which is crunchy on the outside and soft with the potato masala inside. It's like a slurp in every bite .
I alway prefer to have the Shikanji which is a hit with me while I have a meal here, to quench my thirst and down the Ghee and Butter. I have like 4 to 5 glasses every time I am here. Its soo Good.
This place also serves mawa Paratha, this is a stuffed with loads of Mawa.
Service: 3.5/5
Food: 4/5
Ambience: 3.5/5
Value for Money: 3.4/5
Would recommend this place to all Vegetarians and other people if they prefer to have a change.
came here post recommendation from some friends .. driver of the cab helped us reach in peak winter cold ... were practically shivering in the cold when we sat down and their policy of open seating and limited heaters was quite tough to manage .. that is until the food was served
BY FAR the BEST naan that i have ever had in my life :-) ... food ws gastronomic delight ... spent tons of time discussing the secter ingredient to the naan with the hotel seniors and they had nothing to say or offer as advice :-) ..... but i remember the hot tasty naan that melted in my mouth ... btw i dont like roti's or naan of any form or manner and this was a new experience for me
Kids and other adults in the family also loved the place, the experience of winter eating out and finally the relaxed and slow serving policy :-) ....
great experience for us as a family
It's one of the good dhaba where you can enjoy North Indian Food. They have large seating area. Service was fast and prompt.
Ordered :
Shahi Paneer : The gravy was good not too much sweetness in it. PANEER was fresh.
Dal Makhani : Dal Makhani was average as lentils were mashed too much.
Tandoori Rotis : Rotis were light and fluffy but not crisp.
The best of the Dhaba food in Jaipur.A five star dhaba indeed. The preparations are consistent from years. The services are that with lightening speed. The desi food lovers of jaipur mostly have their first choice to be this dhaba.Shahi paneer at this place has its own aroma and best I've ever had anywhere in the world. The Stuffed Naan is also amazing. The soda shikanji is also good.Garlic chutney is worth a try.How can I forget their Masala Papad which a good starter. The aloo chaat and paneer chaat are also amazing.Other specialities are dhaba daal and chana masala.A must visit place for north indian cuisine lovers.
Place is ideally located on highway, one item i loved of this place was butter milk....rest of the items are also good but price tag are too high

As we heard the name of the dhaba it is quite famous but when i went there,
The dabas around it are almost similar to it.
This dhaba looks like a dhaba but the prices are not like other dhabas its really high with restaurant rates.
We had chapati which were good and a paneer vegetable was fine but I personally dint feel like that there is something best or unique in this place.. the food is quite normal as other dhabas but not rates.
Well if you wanna taste the typical dhabha style food but beware this one looks like a dhabha but has 3 star hotel rates which is worth the taste although. A place for typical veg lovers.
Must have: Masala paapad
Just a bit over expensive in comparison on other typical dhabas. Food is great. You get exactly what you expect from a dish to be. There service is good. One can enjoy sitting either in the outdoor by the roadside or inside.
This is one of the oldest and most loved places in Jaipur! Every Jaipurite surely has a soft corner for this place and they always make it a point to take their guests here! I love to visit this place during winters.
It's located by the roadside & has a seating both on the roadside & as well as inside in the garden. It's a total dhaba like setting with wooden table & *muddhis*.
The food here is really yummy (you might want to tell them to make it less spicy) the papads & aloo pyaaz ki sabzi are my favourites.
Also, though it's a dhaba & definitely looks like one, don't expect their prices to be dhaba like. This place has 5-star like prices. That noted too, it's still worth going!
PS the likes of Aishwarya Rai have dined here!
Its one of the oldest and Yummiest delight in the town.
Situated on the highway.
This place was and is still a pure gem in terms of food taste.
Overpriced according to a dhabba though.
They are good at what they make.
Good sitting area...inside and outside.
A typical dhabba ambience.
Their service is pretty quick as well.
Must try-
Naan
Malai kofta
Masala lamonde*
The best masala lamonde you'd have.😍
Must try aloo ka paratha, lahsun ki chatni😋😋😋😋😋😋😋taste was so delicious and yummy❤️❤️must must try👍👍
Food is delicious.....you wanna experience the proper taste of North Indian food then it's a must visit place.

Mawa Naan (highly recommended) must try 😋😋😋
I visited after about 16 years with my family. Food is still tasty. Food quality is also good. Although dishes rates on the little higher side, compare to rate the quantity of the items is less. Service is fast you don't have to wait too much for food after order. Serving staff was supportive. This place has very ample parking space, you can park your car anywhere. This place gives you a proper feel of dhaba. Overall experience was great.
Awesome place for family who love to dinner at dhaba. This place is pure vegetarian and the food quality is excellent. The quantity is little less but the price is worth for taste.
Good for family. Awesome taste . Good service
Very good food. Quantity is a little less but it's tasty.
Very basic ambience but gives a feeling of simplicity. It is situated on main road connecting three highway. Both options of sitting in AC or open are available. Authentic taste and good value for money. The staff is really very courteous and helpful. Washrooms are clean.
The Payment can be done through card also.
The price of food is exorbitant.
They are selling an Aloo Chat for Rs.350.00
Mind Boggling
One of the best dhaba in Jaipur, this place is a landmark. People hear Sharma Dhaba and already they get hungry. Their specialty is Paneer Naan and Dal Makhani. Food is really really good. It is expensive. No problems in parking. Not well decorated but well maintained. Cheers :D

Great food. Best we liked here was the different roties and dal fry. Try the Kulca naan and dal fry here it's really tasty
Good food, Good service, washrooms were clean (which is really important for a traveler), Lovely atmosphere but prices are quite higher compared to location and availability of other restaurants nearby.....(the quantity of food is actually very less compared to the rates)...
but we all enjoyed it.....
images are of cactus in a pot at the door......
More importantly no smoking and drinking is allowed even drunk peoples are also not allowed which is a great step for a family restaurant....thumbs up for it....
Incredible food with amazing taste! Absolutely loved our meal here! The dal and butter naans with the paneer were to die for!
