A good Restaurant to dine with friends and family. Ambiance is really nice and sophisticated. Must order Chur-Chur Pratha (Le Spring Special) and try fabulous Kebab's too. Food is really tasty.
Worth Visit
Must Visit
Must visit place for all the vegetarians out there. Jaipur is now trending in vegetarian Cafès. Among all that buzz this stands strong and serves one of the best vegetarian dishes. My personal fav was ‘Churr Churr Parantha’ . It’ll always be bookmarked.
Rated for its ambience...beautifull.....very beautifull place.....food is good.rated 5 also for service..
Must visit with your loved once...
Lovely ambience with good service ..have been dere for 3 4 times ..and they never disappointed me ...one thing I alwz order s chur chur prantha , I like aloo pyaz lahsuni and paneer chur chur and chocolate mousse is also delicious paneer tikka was spicy and crispy ...
It's not your typical restaurant with run of the mill dishes being served. Looking at their menu itself gets you interested. They love to experiment with new recipes, so don't miss out on them. Their seating arrangement is very random and reaching your table could require passing through a number of doors. Thankfully one or the other staff will always be there to assist you. Lé Spring is like a breath of fresh air in Jaipur food scene.
My rating- Gorgeworthy
Good place . Nice ambience . Good food. But expensive . The service was slow even if you are just a couple of people in the restaurant. However the staff is polite .
My visit to this place was first time with my frnds which was a end moment decision to go there but then we realised it was worth the place is so good the atmosphere surroundings and the main thing the staff is so much costumer friendly so food 4.5 /5
Service 5/5 ambience 4.5 /5 Indeed a value for money I will say that have a visit once
Terrific ambience, great food, lovely vibe! Top notch restaurant experience in Jaipur! The churchur parathas are to die for and so is the dahi ke kebab. Recent additions like the mock-meat chilli chicken is sensational .. cannot believe it is not chicken! Just wow!
The place was awesome and it was just looking fantastic it was like a dream place to dine out and the food was more than worth of its price it also has a roof top just enjoy the food seeing the view of the city .
Awesome place . Very friendly staff . The quality of food was awesome . This is the perfect place to dine out with your friends or family . Come here and feel it yourself.❤️
I was intrigued with the beautiful outdoors
And i finally made it
We chose the buffet
For a taste of everything
But i ended up being disappointed like a lot of places
The cafés should stick to speciality and limit their menu if they ever wish to serve quality and consistent food
But the recommended chur chur paratha and dal
Is worth a try 4.5/5
Also their selection of tea is amazing
Have at whatver you like !
5/5
They have vegetarian chicken and their whole menu is veg with non vegetarian names.😝 Food is good ambience is okay.
Good for date night.
Service is also good.
A random visit to Le Spring, introduced me to their new All Vegetarian menu and some wonderful mocktails and I tried..
SEV TAMATAR🍅
As the name says, its a combination of tomatoes and Sev namkeen!! Getting into the details, skin peeled tomatoes were stuffed with a mixture of paneer and sev in equal proportions which were served with a rich creamy tomato gravy and garnished with sev and fresh coriander!
The gravy was thick creamy and delicious and the tomatoes were very soft.
Overall it was a wonderful dish
4.5 out of 5
Spicy watermelon mojito.. 🍉
This cool drink was a wonderful combination of flavours.A perfect blend of watermelon and spices made this a refreshing drink.
4 out of 5!
Great foood , the chur chur pratha is very unique and tastes good , dahi k kababs were great too , place is quite n good . the manager is also humble and asked us several times if there is any other requirement or how is the food , not very expensive either . overall awesome experience .
If someone is looking for a fine dining experience it's a perfect place and it should not be missed if you're in Jaipur because it's not only the food that tastes sumptuous but also looks marvellous .
Le Spring has a two floor seating area. The first floor is best for family dining and it also has a roof top area both covered and open with perfect lighting and ambience. The covered roof top area has a live screening for matches, concerts etc. This area has a beautiful and different interior. One should not miss the kitchen garden that embrace lush green herbs hanging through the wall.
Food - 4/5
as there are lot of recommendation on zomato for chur chur paratha so i ordered mix veg chur chur parnatha and dahi ke kebab and yes it is on hot list for a reason. Parantha was crumbled and served with a complimentary bowl of dal makhani and mix veg raita both were delicious .
Drinks - 4/5
as i was having sore throat so i ordered a kashmiri Kawa tea and guess what, after having it. I was feeling way too relaxed because it helped me cure my throat and taste was also good as it contains honey and lemon. But my Friend ordered chocolate shake which totally disappointed. I asked them to replace the order but then again it was totally disappointing.
Staff is very courteous and polite. They treat you very well kudos to the staff.
Whenever i want a fine experience I'll surely pay a visit to Lé spring by IBC
A great place to taste a fusion of Italian and Indian cuisines.
Thumbs up for the service and the ambiance.👍
My pic? Brownie, Salad, and of course, Paneer when it comes to main course!
Visit this place for relaxed chilled out time with your loved ones.
Very good food. Nice portion size and wonderful taste. We ordered kuti mirch paneer tikka in starter along with spice watermelon mojito, the combination worked out very well.
1. Ambience - The creepers, saplings, fairy lights with good seating options provide an exquisite ambience to the place. There was not an individual wow factor, but the combination of everything was simply elegant & soothing. A 4. out of 5
2. Food - IBC is famous for its Chur Chur Paratha. Having had it in WTP once, we went to the place to have it again. And guess what it is famous for the right reasons. A 11inch Paratha served with dal makhani was oddly satisfying. The Paratha was an excellent portion but dal was very less and we ordered a vegetable raita to go with it. We had Mix Vegetable Chur Chur, the paratha was crisp but lacked a little flavor or an element to take it to the next level. But otherwise it was an amazing dish from here. We think Aloo pyaaj one good be good try too. A 3.8 out of 5. Though we didn't try anything else from the menu.
3. Service - Brilliant service by the staff. Courteous and friendly. They rightly suggested that we should go for only Chur Chur Paratha. And order the raita or dal. A 4.2 for service.
4. Value for money - Not many places stand out on this factor. But their Chur Chur Paratha with curd really stood. So again a 4 out of 5.
Awesome place, sumptuous food and excellent staff service. Special thanks to Mr. Azad Singh for suggesting their best from the menu like Bharwa Sev and Chur Chur Paratha. Do visit the place for an unforgettable experience.
You want a great ambience for dinner then le spring fulfills that. The food is great. You will need to check your wallet before going as it is expensive. The service and hospitality was upto the mark. All over a good and fine dinning experience.
If you are looking for a fine dining experience with food that not only tastes sumptuous but also looks mind boggling then head straight to Le Spring by IBC. Situated at the bustling Vaishali Nagar in Jaipur, the place offers modern Indian and European cuisine with options of a rooftop & BBQ Grill.
Must try the unique and one of its kind Le Spring Semolina Golgappa served with Tzatski & Ginger gastrique and caviar.
The mains I tried were ‘Le Spring Quinoa Broccoli & Baked Potato Cake, Lemon & Lime Beurre Blanc with ZucciniTagliatelle’ and ‘Clay Oven Cooked Laalmirch Chicken Tikka Canneloni served with Bread Crisp with coriander air and cream’. And both were downright lip smacking. No kidding, really! You really gotta eat it to believe it..
Adding to the charm of the extravagant dining experience was the state-of-the-art ambience and décor. Don’t miss the kitchen garden wherein you will find plenty of lush green herbs growing in splendor. It also makes a great backdrop for your next profile picture!
Went for my birthday dinner....loved this place...amazing ambience with great food n some new n very different drinks....n loved a gol gappa dish they made us try....the chicken platter was nice...n very nice staff n manager gave us the tour of the entire place which was grtttt...an amazing date place for the couples in Jaipur....one of my best place in Jaipur now👍😁
Awesome place !! A restaurant which should not be missed out if you are in Jaipur.. each and everything is so good including the food, service and the ambiance.. Me and wife have visited this place twice and both the times we order a different cuisine which was very very tasty. And both the times we have been served by Mr. Azad. He is so polite and apt and guides us very well what should we order. Thanks to him..
The place is decent enough to hangout with friends n family. Had experienced great ambience with delicious food here.
CHURCHUR PARATHA n DAHI K KEBAB are best items to treat your taste buds.
Nice setting - I liked the outdoor seating on the second floor. Very well done I must say.
Excellent service - azad singh was very good. He upsold us golgappas and was very courteous. Only 4 golgappas are just less. So we ordered another portion.
Arabiatta penne was amazing - I must say the Caesar salad was the best I have eaten in india. Quantity is less but food is so tasty. Ajwaini fish tikka too good.
I am writing this review sitting in the restaurant so that is why the detail. Brownies were mouth watering.
I met the proprietor at the times food award and I must say this place deserves an award.
A bit pricy , azad was very good but appetizers came before the main course and they need to get a small elevator for old people. Too many stairs too climb.
Rest assured I am coming back again and again for the Caesar salad.
We recently moved to Jaipur and had no clue about good eateries here so I completely relied on Zomato for the reviews. Le Spring could completely fit the bill. I was very happy to have chosen this place for celebrating the special occasion.
They are great on their menu spread, food quality and presentation, innovation and ambience. Staff is extremely cordial, mannered and accommodating. Provides superb value for money. It has a mix of seating type for choice including open air.
I have only visited a couple of eateries as of now and this one is already my favourite.
Only one negative, the upholstery was stained at all places and it can even be improved for more cushioning and style.
All the best to the team 👍
I loved everything about this place from their decor, greet to service and food. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
LOVED THEIR SPRING CHICKEN SOUP! YUMM! And service offered by Azzad Singh! Thanks for it!
The place is spacious and has good decor. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. Dahi kebab, churchur roti was very tasty. Ricotta salad was to die for. We especially enjoyed the special service given by Mr.Azad Singh. There really is not much else to say except GO..
Great place with a European look. Very nice ambience and I had some awesome mushroom medley soup and mixed sauce pasta!! Great service by Azad Singh!
Last night going to le spring by !!! IBC !!! Modern Indian and European eatery prides it self making every food item for Fresh ingredients....
DAHI KE KEBAB!! A vegetarian choice. It was one of the beat Dahi ke kebab we have had. The presention was pleasing and the taste was BANG ON!!!
The crust was crisp n properly charred which breaks through the creaminess of yogurt. A must have.
In main course I tried there gohst Dum biryani. Which was out of this world.
Didn't get a change to try any desserts as I has so full leaving if for the next time..
Their service staff was very polite and active in helping and suggesting from the menu.
Overall had a good time
Will visit soon
Tnx team!!! Le spring
An amazing dinner enjoyed with Chef Nitin Bajaj himself... such unique and relishing experience with ingredients directly from their hanging garden onto our table.... so authentic European taste combined with Indian spices onto our platter was first of its kind in jaipur for me :)
Apart from a pleasing ambience, an interesting, well presented and palatable european and modern Indian menu, the entire service team (with a special mention of Azad) is enough reason to visit this place. The winning piece is the price!
Good food and good presentation
Interesting menu with nice varieties
Ambience is quite good and soothing
Service was upto mark and a hygienic place to eat
What a joy! A true gem. Lovely rooftop setting, cozy and romantic atmosphere, excellent service, great people. The food was outstanding. Very much recommended after a busy in Jaipur.
This is it!
Yes, if you want to treat your taste buds with some innovative food - this is it.
Ambiance - Perfect. It is quite spacious. The interior seating as well as their roof top seating is lovely, great decor.
Service - very friendly and the good thing is that the staff really explains you what the dish is about.
Now food, which is delicious!
We ordered -
Dahi k kebab
Semolina Golgappa - very innovative
Tomato and Basil Consomme (Soup) - fab! Simply fab!
For main course we ordered North Indian (Dal Makhani, Dum Paneer) as visited with parents - and thoroughly enjoyed it too.
Would definitely like to go again to try their innovative menu.
A great experience.
Nice place & Nice chur chur parathaa Must try it
This is my very first review on Zomato, so this is already a kind of certification for this place.
As I entered for a weekday lunch , it was quiet deserted. It is a two story restaurant with open and closed seating options. First we sat outside, but after recognizing warm sunny weather even in December end, we kept on changing tables, seeing us having difficulty find the apt table, the staff wasn't irritated, rather they helped us find a good one.
As soon as we sat and sipped water, we were gathering the surrounding, the ambience was perfect for a quiet meal for a couple or a get together with a group of friends where they can listen and talk to each other rather than registering the noise around. If I had a chance, I would ask for their music playlist, bunch of serene and soothing numbers.
I ordered Herb Cured Chicken with Smoked Butter Mash in Golden garlic and Lemon puree with a Ginger & Basil based drink, the lady with me being a vegetarian ordered a Charcoal Fumed cottage cheese steak in kadhai season barley Garam masala Caramel with a Strawberry Margarita as her choice of drink.
As the lady with me asked for a favor to meet to chef and suggest some changes, the chef came and patiently listened to her demand of sauted vegetables to be added (which weren't part of the dish) and gave her an assurance about the dish, which is very rare in a place like Jaipur (leaving the likes of 5 stars), as it is considered rude and hampering the chef's choice of dish, but here it was totally different.
While we waited for the order, the Manager obliged us with a complimentary Special Semolina Gol-gappa, which was a new thing they were trying, and it was awesome and full of flavors. The drinks arrived and were perfect in terms of sweetness, punch and had the natural effervescence and freshness.
The chicken was perfectly marinated and well cooked, without being stiff served with olive oil saute vegetables which tasted delicious with the not so pungent lemon garlic puree. The lady's dish, cottage cheese was soft and made a perfect blend with barley caramel sauce which we were skeptic about earlier.
In all we has a ball regarding the ambience & music, food, drinks , menu and service. A rating of 5 Stars is made for this place which has the best chef in the town with such an elaborate European and Indian menu.
Thanks a lot to Chef Nitin ✌️🏻😊
Cheers
Manu Sharma
Very good ambience. Excellent taste and food. Insane prices🤓. A must visit. Friendly staff. Tried Chicken biriyani and it's recommended. Friendly staff.
It was a pleasure to eat at this place !!! The chef made it worth every penny spent !!! service, ambiance and presentation are like one has never before experienced in the city... caviar gol gappas, cannelloni, risotto... and the list goes on!!!
Great job guys !!! waiting for many more of such experiences... bravo !!!
Went out for a lunch and got exactly what i wanted:) something different and a fusion of different cusines. Food is served with love and interest. Very humble and attentive staff. Beautiful line of songs. And finally Cheers to chef nitin!!
I've been to Le Spring twice now. The first time I went there, I went with my family and we ordered off the menu. The food was amazing, easily some of the best fusion food I've eaten till date. The risotto, in particular, was spectacularly good. The use of truffle oil and authentic ingredients amped up the flavours. The food surpassed all expectations
However, the second time I went, I went with my friends and we ate from the buffet. While not bad by any means, I felt that the buffet wasn't a memorable experience. The food, except for the paneer tikka and the chocolate mousse, was average at best. Also, the availability of only one paneer and one vegetable restricted the choices a bit for us vegetarians. I'd probably give the buffet a 3/5.
The service and ambience of the restaurant were really good. The servers were extremely attentive and cordial and catered to all our needs, even before we asked for anything! All in all, this restaurant was one of the more pleasant experiences that I've had while dining out in Jaipur and hope that it continues to do well.
Excellent ambience
Undoubtedly awesome food and best fine dining in town.
Keep up the good work and will visit again for such remarkable food and service.
Amazing! Everything is absolutely brilliant. From the ambience to the food and the service. Lovely place to enjoy a lovely meal. A definite must try place.
So good we came back for a second time on our last night in Jaipur. We were lucky enough to meet the chef and he personally selected dishes from the a la carte menu. The dishes are inventive, look beautiful and are absolutely delicious. Best restaurant in Jaipur /perhaps India! Service was great and the staff and owner really looked after us. Excellent value given the quality. There is an Indian buffet as well which is great if you are in the mood for more traditional dishes. Well worth seeking out.
I had a great experience at your resturant...The food was amazing..tried european food..it was awesome..the service.rendered by the staff was amazing..cheers to both of you...All the best..see you guys..soon again
It was an accidental visit to Le'Spring for a family dinner. And it turned out to be a wonderful experience for us. Experience -
1) Ambience : Restaurant is situated on first floor with roof top not much to mention about it as it is done nicely n tastefully with proper candles lit on tables. Alongside stairs it was all green, they have planted all herbs which they use in seasoning their dishes which was quiet interesting to know.
2) Hospitality : I have chosen this point specifically, we were attented by Restaurateur Mr Karanbir Singh Gulati himself and his attention to detail in describing what all they have for us and how they conceived it was just swaying. I would say I have never seen somebody is so passionate about food he offers and he takes it in pride too. And it was not only us he was displaying similar passion n detail with other guests too.
3) Food : The menu is short but full on variety n new dishes. A proper European Menu in Jaipur. It was not easy to spell out names of dishes as everything was new for the experience.
4) What we Order: Ours was pure vegetarian choice preferred ala Carte over buffet.
In soups - deconstructed multigatawny & Le'spring Parmesan both soups were unique. He also served some cheesy stuff on stones which was quiet interesting (adding photo here) alongwith soups.
Next was LeSpring Semolina Golgappa & Roasted Beetroot / Orange & Arugula. For kids It was Arabiatta Pasta and he scored all good words from kids as well.
Mains we choose Pulled Tandoori Jackfruit and it was just as unique as the whole concept.
5) Sum up : This is not a any other place where dhaba food is served in loud music. This is unique, different and authentic not only to taste but to know more n more new dishes and gives a feel how people around the globe eat out. Also the experience is not limited to taste buds but knowledge added about a particular food and how it is prepared makes it memorable n unique.
Looks like other offerrings in non-veg section should be equally tasteful n unique.
Mr Karanbir was talking enthusiatic about his future plans in bringing technology n detailing of food and also adding more new dishes which in Jaipur i have heard for the first time
A must visit place to experience it what it is.
Im personally looking forward for buffet dinner / Sunday Brunch next time.
This is Jaipur's new modern age fine dining outlets.
Tried the caviar gol grappa which was awesome.
European best in town.
Baked caprese and risotto was to die for
And the drinks will just great
All in all a great experience
What a gasteonomical experience it is to dine here.. right from the herb garden that welcomes ne to the edible miniatyre garden on my table..
The table mats too are unique and so are their napkins..
I know i know.. i need to get to the food..
Every food technology i have seen on TV and fantasized about eating someday all came on my plates..
Foam.. yes
Olive oil powder.. yes
Sous vide.. yes
This is apart from the variety in food..
Pani puri water caviar..
Chocolate soil..
Truffle cream..
Jackfruit in a pasta..
Kulcha masala burger..
This is fusion at its best..
I wont give a 5 cos i never do and i dont want to jinx this place..
Got to go more and more often..
The Chef Nitin Bajaj is a delight to talk to and he sure respects food.. also Karanbir Gulati, the co-owner happily shares stories of the place if u hav the interest to be all ears..
A fun filled evening spent here
P.S it was a surprise dinner for me arranged byHubby dearest. :p
Ankita Jain "D Bon Vivant"
+3.5
This place has excellent ambience and is situated in main vaishali nagar. It's exterior always attracted us whenever we passed by. So we decided to go for it. On reaching we learnt that they launched their buffet the same day on the open roof setting. With projector playing the live music and cool breeze blowing, we decided to go for it. I am attaching the menu which is very basic. Regarding food my ratings are as follows:
Broccoli ka shorba- it was not hot but when we asked the staff they graciously sad sorry and gave us the hot shorba. It was yum.4.5/5
Starters- 4 starters in toto again not that hot and were little oily. Dahi ke kebab stands out and out of the 4 starters ( bhutta seek, mutter aur papad ki tikki, kutti mirch paneer tikka & dahi kebab). Rest all starters were avg. 3.5/5
Main course- only 4 items out of which biryani and mix veg salon go hand in hand and rest 2 items were paneer and daal makhni along with assorted breads which included their famous chur chur parantha which was not like the wtp ibc, it was not upto the expectation. Biryani was fab but in toto not a lavish buffet for the price you are paying. So I will give 3/5
Finally desserts- gajar ka halwa and rose kheer. The former one was good and the later one was OK. 3.5/5
I have rated 3.5 as when you pay for buffet you expect a lot of variety as the amount is almost equivalent to the likes of barbeque nation. I didn't get the value for my money.
Staff is very courteous and they keep on asking regarding the taste of food and try their level best to keep the taste up to your expectations.
I hope they introduce new dishes and increase the variety in their buffet option.
Very enjoyable lunch with friends, the chef came out and personally explained each amd every dish on the fusion menu and the food and presentation left us impressed...must do in Jaipur
Lé spring by ibc Modern Indian and European eatery prides itself on making every food item from fresh ingredients – there's nothing canned or frozen in their kitchen. Even their spices are bought whole and ground in-house for optimum freshness. Offering dishes from all over India, this sophisticated eatery knowledgeable wait staff in observation of "Celebrity Chef NITIN BAJAJ" bring decades of restaurant experience to this special place. Must try Golgappa with Apple Caviar, Butter coated in Beetroot and Olive dust with fresh buns, Peach Ice Tea and many more... Dishes with completely different taste, try the Jackfruit Biryani with one of the flavorful curries; there are vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian both choices.
Le Spring in Jaipur is an absolute gastronomical delight! Chef Nitin presented a very well curated menu starting with a beetroot amuse bouche, a mushroom soup with parmesan foam and truffle cream, a very refreshing caesar salad, a mushroom risotto and the cherry on the top- the fried snickers dessert with fresh ice cream! Each course left me looking forward to the next one! The service team pays attention to detail and was very prompt and courteous. This is the kind of food we are ready for and I am definitely going back to the restaurant very soon!
Excellent place ! Heard a lot about the place from friends and decided to give it a try....and it was way beyond what I expected. I am a big fan of master chef Australia because of the unique culinary innovations it showcases and le spring actually delivered me an experience nothing short of what you see on masterchef . Must try The mushroom soup with the Parmesan broth! What I loved the most was the cute lil surprise which was present on our table throughout ...edible Choc soil which looked like lil plants. Amazing way to end a delicious meal!
Amazing European and Modern Indian food with a crazy ambience.. one of its kind in Jaipur city. Gastronomic delight for all the goodies, a must visit!

If you understand the words "Gastronomical" you already know what this place is all about. All the Masterchef Australia fans can come and eat the food the way they have seeing on TV.
The new menu they just launched in addition to the already existing Indian cuisine is all about chef Nitin's ode to his mentors and idols!
A must try for true food lovers. A place I can go again and again and again...
P.S. Do try and get the story behind each of the dishes. Will make the whole experience an exciting one!
Le spring .. the new fancy eatery in town.
Must compliment them for the brilliant decor and perfect ambience . It was a pleasant surprise to find such attention to detail in the interior of the quaint neighbourhood of Vaishali nagar .
We were in the mood to savour indian delicacies and thus chose to sit on the rooftop barbecue .
Lovely starters and excellent drinks . ( mocktails though)
The dahi Ke kebab and subz seekh kabab were perfectly done .. perfect textures and taste .
The tandoori platter was decent . Amongst the mocktails I recommend the strawberry margarita and orange mojito .
The main course in indian was a regular fare with paneer and dal n raita . Can recommend the tava subz masala .
Also their speciality in the breads is the chur chur naan.
As we stepped down , it was then we discovered the indian and European fusion menu .
The owner of the place , Karan beer Singh played the perfect host and treated us with mouthwatering desserts .
The kesar phirni cheesecake was to die for . Also another unusual dessert which was mud and brick was a burst of textures and taste in my mouth .
Recommended .must visit if u want to experiment with your food .
Oh boy, don't get deceived by its french name, the restaurant offers all North -Indian food. Majestically located in the centre of Vaishali Nagar, the place has a decorum of french culture. (That's why the name ,May be . Food is amazing ,little overpriced. They have regular screenings, several sitting option. A must-visit place with family & friends.
The food was amazing. The staff was friendly and co-operative. Chur chur paratha is a must try dish.
Ambience is perfect. Roof top feel is amazing.
The food quality was awesome. The staff were knowledgeable about the food. Mazer's hospitality was very impressive and the ambience was great. Must visit.
Went for casual dining. Interior looks gud. Sitting was comfortable and cozy. Serving staff is friendly. We tried "churchuri parantha" with dal makhani which was not present in the menu but they do serve it as well. It was very delicious. Overall exp was quite satisfying. Hope to visit again to have some more dishes.
The food and serving looks good.. Taste is appropriate.. Loved the music choice in her.. The concept of this place is great.. Serving is good.. All over i will give it a 4. 5.. Great job done..
Located on the main queens road of vaishali nagar.
Ambince is nice. They have a comfartable inside sitting and a roof top outside arrangement too..
I did not tired any continental and the other cusines. What i ate was only indian. And i must say i was so happy to try just indian
Bafda Paneer Tikka. The best ever starter i have had in years.. simply outstanding. Must try for all the visitor's.

Chicken Tikka Dynamite...Surely Chota Bumm Bada Dhamakaa. .A treat for spice lovers..The chicken was tender..well prepared and wrapped up in spices.

Well if you are looking for an Indian cuisine and a place which has an amazing ambience then this is your place.
🍗Talking about food
That's out of the world. In starters I tried their dahi ke kebab.. Which has become my favourite dahi ke kebab available in Jaipur.
In main course I tried their gosht dum biryani which was out of this world.😍
Didn't get a chance to try any dessert as I was so full. Leaving it for the next time.
☝️Their service staff was very polite and active in helping and suggesting from the menu.
Overall had a good time.
Will visit soon.
Perfect presentation of food. Cozy ambiance. And now let's talk about food! If you are Allahdeen and you are having a Jini. And you asked him to get food for you. I am damn sure your Jini will fly to this place. They are having exotic bouquet of food. Must try before die.
Been here in the very initial days when it was newly opened..have liked the IBC brand when it was first open in WTP..so exp. in Le Spring IBC was gr8..food was undoubtly super delicious..snacks, main course and the desert was gr8..the ambience here is very catchy, my friend was in all praise for the ambience..he price is on an expensive side..but if you can effort that price it is surely a go again and again place to dine..overall an awesome exp. Waiting to visit this place again very soon..
One of the best joint in Vaishali Nagar. Great food, pleasant ambeince and welcoming staff. They have the most amazing biryani and their chur chur parantha is a must try.
I loved the decor of this place. Its simple and very appealing. Good place to relax and enjoy the great food.
Food 5/5, variety 5/5, ambience 4.5/5, Service 3.5/5, Value for money 4/5.
Wow wow wow... Such an amazing place finally in vaishali.. A hotelier told me that restaurants are not for food but for experience. And it scores perfect 5/5 in it, but waiters still needs lot of training and some language proficiency..
After peshawari they are probably serving the best daal makhaani in jaipur.
Gilouti kabaabs were superb, slight twist and still tasty. Anjeer gatte was very different, it's probably a dish either you will love it to your core or hate it. I was the only one amongst 5 member who hated it but rest all loved it so so much.
Biryaani is mind blowing.. Please dont eat it with your fingers, you will eat your fingers away as well.. So beware.
Chur chur paraatha is their speciality and its just perfect.. Only advice to them please increase the quantity of raita served with biryani. Dahi ke kabaab can be better.
Strongly recommended for wonderful experience amogst superb ambience, pretty selfie groufie perfect place..
Great Taste, Pleasant Ambience, Prompt Staff is what defines this sophisticated uptown restaurant (at least by the neighborhood Standards) opened up fairly recently in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The restaurant is essentially divided into 2 levels with 2 separate kitchens facilitating prompt service. While the lower level offers a indoor seating area, the upper level rocks a cozy urban roof top restaurant overlooking the road. While everything goes perfectly until you encounter the couches (I shouldn't be calling them couches in the first place) kept on the rooftop which aren't too comfortable and dont go in line with rest of the furniture and decor. Food is great, staff is humble and courteous, service is prompt: can't expect more. While it's slightly heavier on the pocket still worth every penny.
PS - "Broccoli aur Badam Giri ka shorba" was the best soup, I've had in a long long time.

Le Spring, Vaishali nagar
Indian cuisine veg/Non veg
No alcohol
Rooftop dining available
The first thing that appeals you to in a restaurant is what meets the eye i.e. the decor, and as soon as you enter Le Spring, the first word that come to your mind is "Classy". Yes! that's right and it is a term you don't generally associate with the ho-hum vegetarian family restaurants at Vaishali nagar. It's a refreshing and welcome change to the locality which is dominated by lazily maintained restaurants. You are bound to fall in love with the ambience which oozes class, with it's quirky seating ,wooden stairs and flower pots which hang from the ceiling. Rooftop dining is also available but we chose to sit inside. As the saying goes, first impression is the last impression and it is safe to say Le Spring creates a solid first impression. Now, coming to the all important component of any restaurant i.e. food. We ordered dahi ke kabab and paneer tikka for appetizers. Well paneer tikka, being an all time favourite didn't disappoint, serving six portions and mind you the portions were huge, it was fresh out of tandoor, had a nice little charred glaze to it and the green pudina chutney was delectable. But the real surprise element was the dahi ke kabab, the yogurt filling was just lip smackingly delicious. It's highly recommended for anyone ordering appetizers. After a healthy serving of appetizers, we ordered Bhunari Mutton, dal makhni and chur chur parantha with aloo pyaaz stuffing which is basically a stuffed lachcha parantha crushed to bits, hence it's called "chur chur". It comes in vegetarian and non vegetarian variants. The bhunari mutton was cooked to perfection as the meat was soft and tender giving a melt in the mouth experience, the chur chur parantha worked well with mutton. The dal makhni is another all time favourite, was thick and savoury just as it should be. The highlight of the main course was definitely the chur chur parantha and is a must have for any one visiting Le Spring. Since no meal is complete without a dessert, we ordered the orange kheer, much to our surprise (pleasant, of course) there were chunks of orange in the kheer and not merely a flavoured kheer, to top it off there biscuit crumb and orange marmalade as garnish which added a different texture. So all in all, dining at Le Spring is a sumptuous and an authentic fine dining experience that should be appreciated. The staff is well mannered, the service though is slow but that is more than made up by the delicious food.

We foodies have devoted our Saturdays to blogging and this Saturday was exxxtrraa special coz we planned a NIGHTOUT, Sooo it was Madness all day n all night long. IBC a well known chain is creating a buzz in two different localities in Jaipur. We have been to IBC which is located in WTP...
Good interior... Good services good food yummm mango mastani.. Love it... Tasty veg food and nonveg too... Happy with rooftop food love.......
Went to this place with family...amazing food ... both veg and non veg food was outstanding...only problem is there is no elevator in the restaurant that gives aged people a difficult time...
When you enter it will be like you have enter a new world. The ambience is killing and the rooftop are is what cools you
The food offers wide range of varieties in non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian food.
Belgium cake was love and mango tart will definitely make your mouth water.
Good ambience with delicious food is a rare combination. This is one of those rare places. When u enter into the restaurant u ll feel as if u r Into some restaurant in Europe. Amazing interiors and ample seating space. U ll find both indoor and rooftop sitting. We ordered some Indian cuisine which was up to the mark. The waiters and staff were very friendly. Wud love to visit again
Its like entering into a mysterious hideout with wooden staircases and ceiling hanging flower pots. With 2 levels of seating both inside and out ,this place is exclusive in its own way. Food here is awesome and the ambiance gets a 100/10 right away. This place makes a simple dish into a fine dining delicacy. Could be a bit higher for your pocket but is worth each penny you spend. A must go for foodies and those in search of food haven in Vaishali. Must try their Signature Snacks here .
Le Spring is an interesting restaurant located in Vaishali Nagar that prides itself on its fixed course menu. When I visited the restaurant, it had not yet procured its liquor license therefore we missed out on some of the wines which if paired well, could have added to the experience.
Having been to a multitude of tasting menu restaurants, I have to state that Le Spring was good, but not exceptional. While we were treated to some fantastic presentation, we were not wowed by any dish in terms of taste except the mushroom soup that was served with fresh bread and black olive powdered butter. This restaurant is relatively new and I am sure that as time goes on, they will improve their food and service standards to achieve the level of fine dining that they aspire to match.
The restaurant looks like very modern European restaurants do - very spacious, some fresh herbs elements here and there, overall very casual. The food is a mixture of modern interpretations of indian cuisine and highlights of European kitchens.
The chef and his team were very attentive to us and offered extrodinary service and a delicious modern interpretation of indian classics.
We absolutely recommend this place for their great food and service.
Lovely ambience!
Service is prompt and efficient. Non vegetarian options are very well cooked and more enticing than the vegetarian ones. A decent selection of beverages. They have Sheesha on offer too! No crowd during afternoons, so you can even dictate that they not play loud Punjabi songs :/
Slightly difficult to notice from moving traffic and there is no parking available on site.
Personal recommendations are the Chef's Special Murgh with laccha paranthas to be followed up with a dark chocolate frappé as dessert.
One should not miss the kitchen garden that embrace lush green herbs hanging through the wall.

as i was having sore throat so i ordered a kashmiri Kawa tea and guess what, after having it.
