The service from the fnb staff was wonderful and also the chef was very helpful.
We had the buffet for the dinner and the service staff Mr. Mahender was very kind and very welcoming and also Mr. Rupesh the chef specially arranged for different food for me as I dont prefer to have Rajasthani food. The over all rating will be 4/5 for the service and for the food 4.5/5.
This place has great ambience and serves good and tasty food. Place is good for a nice dinner with friends or family.
It is also pretty reasonable and Sevres good quantity.
I wish i could have given more stars than 5... it was a 7 star experience and i talk about food and ambience both.... i did not get a chance to click the photos of the food we ordered because before i knew it it was finished. It was finger licking good... one of the best paneer butter masalas ever... the best!!!

Pinxx Resturent at hotel royal orchied central banipark. New look after renovation nice seating arragment with bar eara and buffet rera. They offred buttet and ala-carte option with live shushi counter, chat counter, chola kulcha conter and mostly shushi counter. Food was excellent and service was good. Pinxx on of the best Resturent at banipark.
I have tried A-la-Carte and all food so nice food. Location and ambience inside the restaurant is very nice. Staff was very very every nice (cap. Mukesh singh , dalip singh . ).

We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Jaipur, although we enjoyed the stay this review is only based on the restaurant.
Ambience was decent, elegant and neat.
The food organizered during our stay was pretty good. And the staff were really trying their best to help all the 52 guests.

My first visit in Royal orchid central. Pinxx is restaurant with a bar in it. They have rooftop sitting too.. We checked out that but since it was very cold outside so we decided to sit in pinxx only..
Ambiance was nice.. And I don't know why people complain about their service.. I really feel that service was fast.. Real fast!!
About food.. I tried chilly paneer and murg malai tikka... Chilly paneer was little extra spicy.. But good in taste... And murg tikka was fine (as my friend told me... Coz am vegetarian)...

I got an Groupon Voucher from my friend of drinks last night. First of all the hotel is nice but bar is adjoining with there restaurant on first floor. It was little awkward for us. As I usually prefer to go Park Inn next to it because of there roof top bar. When we asked to the waiter about the restaurant on roof top, he said it is closed now, and when we asked him for smoking zone he said outside the property. Ok no problem. But there service is not that so good. We asked them several times for the papad, but the vanished this thing. One guy named Aslam, was good and he serve well. Other staff talking like there is no one in the restaurant and they done with the party.
One of the Best Chinese is severed here veg as well as non veg. Ambience is just wow. A place where you find peace. My all time favourite place ❤

I visited the restaurant with my husband and mom dad for a family dinner and it was really a great experience. We chose the buffet that was for Rs. 900/- but costed us Rs.449/- on groupon.com which was decent enough. The menu included the following: -

I personally did not like the veg snack but the chicken tikka was good. We ordered a Blue Lagoon mocktail which was good too. In the main course preparation, they had one fish (which was also like a starter as it was dry but was really tasty) and one egg curry which wasn't like a non-veg preparation. The desserts were also decent and they had a very rich rum ball and a nice lemon cheese cake which was again really tasty.
In all, it was a great experience majorly because of the great deal we got on groupon.com and the ambiance of the place. If we were to pay the cost price which is Rs.900/- then I am sorry to say it isn't worth that amount.

This review is for Royal Orchid Central - Roof Top Bar & Restaurant
On the 9th floor of this hotel is the Rooftop Bar & Restaurant.
A well maintained sparkling hotel with Italian marble flooring that goes all the way to the elevator. On reaching the top floor we realized, we were the only guests.
Ambiance:
A dimly lit place with red/brown theme and a overhead canopy was surprisingly nice. To top it over, we could see a large part of the city and already felt HIGH. A swimming pool on the left far was another good surprise.
A small puppet show was also arranged for us and was quite entertaining.
The Roof top only served drinks and snacks and their restaurant at the ground floor served the multi-cuisine menu. Since we were the only guests, we requested if they could provide the same on the rooftop and manager politely agreed.
Food:
We had starters "Bhatti ka Paneer" and "Shahi Chicken" which were well made, soft and tender and flavor rich. For main course we had 2 Paneer dishes including Palak Paneer and Dal Makhani.
The main course was somewhat low on flavor and taste. While the same cannot be termed excellent but it was good and light on the palette. Naan and tandoori roti were nice.
Service:
Good service in all sections. The waiter and the manger were polite and made their best efforts to keep us comfortable.
Cost:
Rs. 2500/- for 5 PAX (includes 4 soft drinks, 2 starters and main-course with 3 dishes ) is comfortable but a bit on the higher side (for Jaipur) since it included over Rs.400 as taxes.
I am unable to understand the concept of 5-10% "Service Charge" which many of the restaurants have started. This creates a confusion as to whether to tip the waiter or not. We tipped only Rs.50 on this occasion.
