It was good experience having lunch with family. Chicken is good in taste and well cooked. You can have other experience like magic show, puppet shows, or buy puppet pairs( very less in price) from them. You can also buy some gifts as speciality of Rajasthan, but cost is overpriced.

Its a nice place with well laid out lawns.. Its not very fancy but the food itself was quite good.
Dal tadka was amazing while the Chicken was very well cooked.

A note on the service: They were more than willing to please despite only two table being occupied.

You can also pick up some curios from their gift shop which is a tad bit overpriced but then you dont have to go for last min shopping

I balked at coming to this restaurant for lunch, as we originally planned to go to LMB in the old city.  However, with time running out, Pink City Restaurant was a strong option as it is situated on our way to the Amer Fort.  It was not at all a regretted decision: I ended up enjoying every bit of my Rajasthani thali meal.  An added bonus is my interaction with the much-appreciated in-house puppeteer, in light of the kathputli (puppet) industry's sad and rapid decline in Rajasthan.  Despite its rather hidden location (way within narrow gallis off the main Amer Road), the restaurant seems to be quite popular with tour groups.

Good food and nice ambience. The non vegetarian food Lal mass and Chicken were excellent. The food was on the oily side which somewhat took away from the taste.

This restaurant is located enroute the famous Amber palace, and this definitely give the palatial feel.

The ambience is royal, rich and elegant. The food was pretty good too. Not much to complain here.

A nice restaurant on the way to Amer fort. It's difficult to find this restaurant if you don't have a local person with you. (Tourist perspective) I loved the traditional food served here. Laal Maas is must have here.

Tired and hungry after a trip to Amer fort, we chanced upon this restaurant, which is a little bit of the main road, but our taxi driver knew its location and brought us here for lunch.

Food:
We ordered daal tadka, malai kofta, palak paneer, laal maas and assorted breads. Everything was well prepared, and they took the care to ask for our preference for spices. Everyone enjoyed the meal.

Ambiance:
Very spacious and minimally decorated in Rajasthani style - it's easy on the eyes. There are some stall for buying Rajasthani craft items and such things. The lawn outside has some seating arrangement too, but since it was a hot day we chose to sit indoors.

Staff:
As expected from a restaurant in Jaipur, the staff is wonderfully courteous and nice :)

The only complaints I have are:
1. They don't serve daal-baati (come on, you HAVE to!)
2. The mango lassi had very little mango (just flavoring?) in it

We had lunch here after a long day at Amer fort. Food was awesome. We tried both veg and no veg, equally good.. They make it only as spicy as u ask.. Medium spicy is good for Indians.. Apart from food, service was good and fast.. Place was clean.. Completely Recommended..

Understated but has its own charm! Very peaceful and a little unexplored, this restaurant has a beautiful rajputana ambiance. The food though a bit overpriced is delicious and has all the exotic tastes of Rajasthan. The staff is humble and polite, something that makes you fall in love with Jaipur. This restaurant also has Kalbelia Dance and Folk music performance for its guests at night.
