Late review...
Visited the restaurant at diwali time when I was at home.since my mother doesn't eat garlic hence we needed a restaurant around GT which serves such food and the first choice was satviko.we ordered veg sizzler, honey chilli potato and French fries for my daughter. Then in main course we ordered Dal tadka, kadhai paneer and roti. My mother was so happy as she got food without garlic which becomes very difficult for us to find normally in other restaurants. the bill was also very normal and didn't burn a hole in the pocket.

The place is fine and the ambience is quite and calm. Not a party place for sure but the place gives you an atmosphere of purity and authenticity. They serve food without onions and garlics and works as a tribute to real time environment of ethnicity and traditional culture. The place is fine and the service is also amazing.
OK, so you guys really deserve kudos for your try.
The concept of serving everything without onion and garlic was a need of time. This place is nothing less than a heaven for pure vegetarians. I visited there with my mom a few days back and was astound by the quality of their food.
We ordered Masala Dosa and Pasta Makhni , both were great.
Their service Is good and staff is polite. Talking about their ambience, it's decent but they should increase their seating area. Overall it was a good experience and I'm surely going to visit this place again.
Pasta Makhni : HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Different menu ,tasty food ,good ambience ,and worth the money u pay them..... For my kids it is place next from home....we have been there more than a dozen times....must go for Jain foodies
Ok, first of all if you are not visiting this restaurant because it's pure veg, you are mistaking. Yeah, it's absolutely pure veg without onions and garlic (they don't even serve onion in salad), by not going due to this reason is a mistake.
If you are not going because it's at GT, yeah that can be a reason, but believe me the interior is pretty good.
Must visit once. Good ambience, simple food, not much spicy, great experience.
Corn methi malai is too good. Jangli paratha, which is more of stuffed paratha, is also good. Moreover some really innovative drinks.
Family goers, you Should in there.

I love the food, i clebrate my friend birthday, food so tasty, i tried malai kofta n paneer tikka masala, raita, n trust me i love malai kofta, i never tried yummy n soft kofta like this, budget so friendly, service too good, must to go 😊😊
Good taste. Good service. Good preparation. Very nice ambience. Extra ordinary in every sense. But they seriously need pest control. Low rating just because of pests.
It was a great experience, didn’t know that having food without onion & garlic can be that good.
Their way of serving food and presentation was one of the best thing I like about this place.
Food quality was also very nice. Service was bit slow might be due to rush.
All in all fine jain style dining place, but they need to improve serving time.
One of the only restaurant in Jaipur that can be visited during Navratras and people who don't want onion and garlic in the kitchen.Superb concept and an axpansive variety. We tried Rawa Masala dosa which was unbelievably good even without use of onions.the samhar was good too.We also tried Parantha Quisidella an entirely novel concept with an innovative filling in parathas though a bit heavy.Would love to visit again.
Sattviko, Fantastico !
Preparing such fingerlicling food without onion garlic, that's what they are doing.
We ordered South Indian Platter and Chowmin, without any expectation after reading so many negative reviews but both were delicious. Service was super fast and staff curtious.
Highly recommended. .

Sattviko is a casual dining restaurant in Jaipur located near commercial area. The restaurant follows a unique concept of fusion food without onion or garlic. Yes, world's exquisite cuisines are prepared without any use of onion or garlic in any form.
The menu is absolutely surprising as the fusion dishes are a skillfully created by a Master Chef participant Bhakti from season 4. Kudos to her creations which are absolutely Oh So Delicious and worth relishing multiple times.
Some of the best dishes i tried here are
- Achaari Paneer Bruschetta, crispy bread topped with achaari flavour paneer, herbs and cheese. The first bite itself is like a burst of Indian flavours.
- Rajma Chawal Aaranchini, a mash of rajma chawal balls deep fried. This fusion of Rajma Chawal is indeed worth trying and spending money.
- Paav bhaaji Sticks, one of the most famous indian street food served in the best form possible. The bhaaji is served like a shot with paav sticks loaded with cheese. The taste is nothing less than the best. Each shot will make you crave for another one.
- Aloo Jalapeño Potli, crispy fried kachoris in a cute shape of potli filled with aloo, jalapeño and indian spices. A good option to munch on.
- Masala Khicdi Cones, indeed a true fusion of simple food like Khicdi into a chaat with an International touch. Masala Khicdi is filled in waffle cones with chaat flavours like dahi, meethi chutney and sev.
- Makhni Pasta, different from regular pasta the gravy is typical indian makhni curry combined with pasta and crunchy veggies.
- Laccha Parantha Quesadillas, crisp n flaky laccha parantha filled with indian mix sabzi and cheese instead of mexican filling. The oozing cheese out of this will tempt you to try it soon.
- Hari Gobi ka Parantha, paranthas are indeed a favourite option we all love to binge on. This place has a fusion of two love into one i.e, broccoli (hari gobi and cheese). The creamy filling of cheese and broccoli in a parantha is absolutely drooling.
Strawberry Shikanji, Kiwi Jaljeera, Spicy Pineapple Panna are some of the best and refreshing drinks one can enjoy with the amazing food served here.
PAAN LADOO is a must must try dessert from their creative menu. Fresh Nariyal Ladoo are stuffed with chopped Paan patta and gulkhand. The ladoos are topped with refreshing rose syrup. The first cut into this deliciousness is enough to sense the refreshing flavours of gulkhand. Totally a gooey indulgence.
The place won my heart with bang on taste, superb creativity, eye catching presentation and warm hospitality. Sattviko is surely in my list of favourites.
Cozy comfortable and mouth watering food..
Premium dining and yet pocket friendly.
Ambience-5/5
Service-4.5/5
Food-10/5
The south Indian is amazing..I only like non-vegetarian but for the food here, I could settle for veg..
Dishes to try out are Paper dosa, ghee idli, rice bowl and continental platter
Reason for not giving 5 rating is that i wish they could have a bigger space. I am a non veg lover and was little unsure about my visit and experience to Sattviko. To my surprise and satisfaction, they have done a commendable job in terms of interiors, food offerings and hygiene. The food is flavorful, innovative yet simple and you wont regret consuming no onion no garlic meal. Good place to visit with family especially elderly people of family. Parking is a bit of a challenge on weekends.
Recommendation : Lauki (Ghiya) ka Lasagna, Paan Laddoo, Tomato Soup (world best version)
A descent restaurant with varieties of food options. Best thing is all dishes will be prepared excluding "Onion and Garlic". If you feel that taste will be compromised, then believe me you are in for a surprise. Ambience is good with decent interiors. We ordered Parantha meal, idli sambhar, veg uttapam, dosa, paneer dosa, etc. Taste was good and presentation equally nice. Recommended for a family hangout as it is located at GROUND FLOOR , next to new GT Central Bazaar.
Nice food. Good presentation. Although the ambience is not that great. It is really difficult to imagine good food without onions and garlic. But these people have done commendable job and justice to almost all food varieties. Loved it. Can visit once in a while with parents (as they prefer bina lahsun pyaaz ka khana)
Nice, small & comfortable restaurant. One of the most innovative vegetarian food menu i ever seen which also cooked without garlic & onion but what to do with service?
How you feel when waiter spill food on your table while serving? No proper dresscode for them. They don't even understand what customer is asking for.
A big trouble for any restaurant.
Well we order dal muradabadi, missi roti, paneer platter, tomato bell pepper soup & mint lemonade. All the food items were superb. Specially dal muradabadi. It's great texture and superb smokey flavour was awesome and a must try thing. Soup was thick and great mixure of chilli and sweet taste. Platter was bit okay. Meshed potatoes were not up to the mark. But overall a nice place to visit if you are a hardcore vegetarian.
For the first time, vegetarian food was popularly appreciated.. came here for an office dinner.. everyone just loved it.. All thanks to me..
Guys amazing attempt to bring Fusion food to Jaipur , it's a step way ahead of time . Concept like yours can rock on a food truck restaurants with a limited menu, anyways that's just a suggestion . Your food is good but a little expensive. Keep doing what u doing.

A place to try new cuisines....the experimnts done with food were awesome. The servrers were very polite and sweet which workd like a cherry on cake. Nothing new with the interior.
Their food presentation and
Drinks garnishing is very different from the other cafe
Food is very good
Their service is very fast
Great ambience with great food
One of the best n simply elegant place of jaipur. Taste was still at its best even without onion & garlic. Nice service n co-operative owner. Fusion food here is what i liked most. Keep it up 👍👍
Amazing experience.... food presentation simple yet awesome.... service very simple yet very professional ... the very courteous team of F&B..... overall refined ambiance !!!
a suggestion -- team should check if the guest/s are the first timer or have been to the SATTVIKO outlet... this will give more personalised connect as the staff can then recommend the choice of dishes based on the taste buds of an individual ... portion served is unbelievable !!!
Please keep the simplicity intact !!!
Excellent food. Seen first Restaurent without onion & garlic. Very fine n unique serving styles. Best place to dine with family. Enjoyed the hospitality n best cuisine.
As the name indicated a complete sattvik place ... heaven for non - garlic onion foodies.. Everything is perfect and blended with astoundment ... great fusion food. We were finding a place where we can find quality food without onion and garlic as my mother doesn't eat onion and garlic and voila we find Sattviko. Everything is perfect.
We ordered Adraki Gajar ka Shorba and it was great. Blend of ginger has made it amazing. then we ordered Aalo Jalapeno Polti and as expected it was also amazing. Spicy & Crunchy. After that we ordered Panner Tikka Masala and Tandoori roti. Paneer was fresh and of good quality. A less spicy but overall taste was very good.
Food: 5/5 : Food was delicious. Taste, spices everything was perfect.
Ambiance: 5/5 : Ambiance is very good or we can say great. Fusion of traditional interior with western look makes this place more special and adds more flavors in the food.
Service: 5/5 : Service was quick. We ordered food and they serve it in 10-15 minutes. Everything was served hot and in a very different and attractive manner.
Must visit place for all foodies as I have not seen such fusion food without onion and garlic till date in Jaipur.
Jaipur is gaining some of the best food chains. A very simple and welcoming ambiance. The service was quick and the staff was polite.
We ordered a Bhuna Tamatar Bell Pepper Soup, Pav Bhaji sticks, Millet Paneer Sizzler. The soup was freshly made and had a smoky flavour to it. Then came the Pav bhaji sticks, beautifully presented in short glasses, with cheese bread sticks on bhaji. A very innovative version of Pav bhaji without onion and garlic. The sizzler on the other hand nice and sticky rice with cottage Paneer well cooked.
We had a wholesome meal and yet are stomach wasn't full... That's the most special thing about this restraunt that it gives you freshly cooked healthy food with superb taste. And you can enjoy eating out as always. Delicious meal
Value for money: Reasonable to expensive.
(From the name it is understood that it's a premium dining) So, better shell out some money for some awesome food.
Went here with family. The interior is nice and peaceful... Highly recommended for the Vegetarians... And people who would want to eat something delicious without onion and garlic. The drinks are tasty but a bit overrated... But the food is truly good. Worth every penny!! The best part about the menu is- the fusion style they have tried to give an experience of all food items to the vegetarians with a peace of mind!
Sattviko promises a lot branded an innovative food expert. Well half truth doesn't serve any purpose. It's true that there are some items which are new like anjeer kofta but some of the items were actually not available. Some are just the old things presented differently which may not be the best idea like their Pav Bhaji. Service is slightly sluggish with nothing unique about the ambiance. Cost wise you might feel that it's slightly on the higher side.
On the positive side you won't feel any heaviness and teste is fine if not extraordinary. A good place to visit at least once if you are a vegetarian and want to see what more can be done with your average vegetarian food.
Overall average experience which can be certainly improved.
Well , I liked the place 😊 ambience - 4.5
Food - we tried
lemony ghiya soup - 5 yummy
Rajma - 5 yummy
Dhaba daal - 2 tasteless
Paneer - 4
A.C not working 😡
Service bit slow
Visited this place for dinner after hearing all praises about the place on Zomato. A prefect place for a dinner or lunch with family. As the name goes they serve "Saatwik food" without garlic and onions. Ambience of the place is inspired a bit from traditional home architecture of Karnataka with its wooden pillars and carvings. Coming on to the food and service, staff was friendly and well versed with the Menu and preparation style of food. Actually there are two food Menu- Traditional Indian food menu and other Sattviko premium dining menu. Premium dining Menu is very interesting with fusion touch in its preparations of desi and videshi food. The best part of the menu is its inclusions of Chef's Special and No- refined floor, oil, sugar in dishes which explains that the dishes are wholesome and healthy.
Ordered-
1. Bhuna Tamatar Bell Pepper Soup- spicy and pure vegetable purée based which made it smooth. 5/5
2. Masala Sweet Corn Soup- again spicy and made with a twist making it different from regular sweet corn soup. 5/5
3. Masala Khichdi Cones- yummy khichdi filled in cones. Brilliant appetizer with perfect plating and presentation . 5/5
4. Mix Vegetables- it was okay regular veggies but spicy 4/5
5. Paneer Kolhapuri- cooked in peanut gravy and very spicy. 3/5
6. Muradabadi Daal- perfectly cooked with smoky flavour- a must try in the food menu. 5/5
7. Tandoori Roti butter.
Traditional Indian food menu is more on a spicier side which makes sense in some dishes however I don't appreciate unnecessarily spicy dish unless it is required. Service was quick and staff was courteous only one glitch when staff mixed up butter rotis with non butter rotis even when specifically asked to serve all non butter rotis.
Overall it was a good experience look forward to try some the fusion main course from Sattviko premium dining menu.
P.S. - Parking is not a problem as there is ample space around.

Pocket wise- a bit over budget friendly.
Sattviko - This place was on my mind since the day it was opened but couldn't make to visit and try this place.
After hearing a lot about this place, after reading so many reviews one thing was pretty clear and that was about the fusions in food they do. Almost positive feedbacks for the same.
I am not a big fan of fusion food but trying it was never a harm. So packed for this place, I chose one fine evening. Went there, almost empty that time - may be because of weekday. The place looked fine with not so extraordinary ambiance. Just a cozy place and perfect for a restaurant view.
The staff was good, attentive but they were too eager to take the order. After handing me the menu, he returned twice within 2-3 minutes just to checkout if I am ready to order. The water was served too late - almost in the middle of meal. So these small things should be checked and corrected by them. Otherwise fine.
Abou the menu, yes each and every item except Indian food was a preparation with some twist. I could see a lot of blends which are not so common. Good part is people are liking it.
Though I was here to check their twisted items only, but opted for Indian food at the end haha. Am sure, they must be good but I still ordered normal food.
To be very true, I wasn't in a mood of tasting Ghiya Lasagna after seeing Chapati and Dal.
Food was really nice, very well prepared and all the masala and other flavors which we seek for in Indian food were present.
The portion or the quantity of Sabji is more than enough to serve 2 or may be 3. At least their Paneer preparation was good enough to fill 3 plates.
One thing I'm specially talking about is their Chapati ( i tried tawa fulka ). It was amazing. Really like home. After trying so many restaurants now I can finally say - they serve the best chapatis.
Overall, i found it a good place. Will be coming back for sure.
Food is good, but total menu is without onion garlic, quantity offered is also less compared to other restaurants. Dish is served in small bowl type utensil.
Quality and taste is good.
People who can enjoy food without onion garlic should go there,
ONE OF ITS KIND!
Saw it on Zomato and had to rush to this place to try the whacky flavours that were mentioned on the menu, moreover it said it serves vedic food and the food sure spurted out blasts of freshness
Beautiful ambience, excellent staff and ______ food (read ahead for the food review)
I had ordered Makhani Pasta (mind you, it was pasta in makhani gravey) and my god it was delicious! I could never have imagined eating pasta in makhani sauce, though the other dish Jalepeno and potato potli was good but it lacked the punch that you expect from Jalepenos, though I'm not a fan of spicy food but it tasted a bit too bland but the chutney made it bearable ( I can't waste food )
Overall it was an excellent experience and I wouldnt mind visiting this place to experiment with the remaining flavours.
Good place to drop in without any plans
Food:- unique, balanced as in not high on spice nor low, menu was designed in such a way, that it will surely leave an impression on your mind
Courtsey:- very polite staff, manager was way beyond caring
Cost:- too pricey
Ambience is nice, staff is friendly. We ordered bhune hue tamatar ka shorba which was awesome. The starters like aloo and jalapeño ki potli and achari paneer bruschetta are delicious and one of its kind. The food presentation is very good.
Food is prepared without garlic and onion but you never miss them when you are at sattviko !!
Would recommend to try this one at least once.
The place is good , the taste is of food is really nice but Yaaa the breads were not Upto the mark
The presentation is really good, but Yaa they can improve There Menu by adding some more dishes
I went their on saturday evening.Frm outside it jst looks like an ordinary fine dinning resteraunt but when u step inside u ll get to realise that its a pretty cool place.I ordered 1 soup i dnt remember the exact name but it was some tomato basil soup+ i ordered satvik platter and also rajma jalpenno parantga and some panner kofta veg the only thimg which was average was the parantha rest was amazing simply superb, great presentation, great taste and a great quality, and a very good amd supporting staff.
Had a great exp probably wish to visit it again in a week time..
Just WoW !!! Presentation of food is really cool .. There are variety of dishes , which can make one in dillema ... And yes one thing I found most amazing is that different kind of vegetables are used which collectivey make a best new dish to have ...
I think the concept is awesum. And they have come up with great innovations. The dishes u will get here is certainly one of a kind. And with amazing names. Ordered laccha quisedellas and biryani both were really very delicious. They have tried to mix Indian cuisine with different other cuisines and create something new and which is why M a big fan of them. Hats off guys keep it up.
This is an outstanding restaurant with an earthy ambience which reminds you of your roots. It has the most amazing concept and a much needed Menu of unique dishes. I've never had this terrific kind of fusion of starter platters anywhere else in Jaipur. And their 'Chaas' is so authentic, pure and satisfying. The food is perfectly great and absolutely delicious. Service and Hospitality is very good. They're doing a commendable job. I recommend that it's a must go place for all the foodies. You gonna love this fine dining restaurant.
Decent place for Jain food..who are not preferring onion garlic in food...fusions are up to the mark...mocktail golgappa...staff shoul be more trained...all over place is good
Well, as the name says "Sattviko"= Sattvic food. They claim of not using maida, no refined salt, only peanut and mustard oil, wholewheat bread and brown rice.
We started with tomato and bell pepper shorba, which was good, too strong on thr black pepper note- it came with a bun and some butter. Starter orders included of Rajma Chawal Arancini, Gourmet Nachos Chaat, Strawberry Shikanji, Kiwi Jaljeera. Rajma Chawal was nice and spicy, Gourmet Nachos chaat was essentially a papri chaat on nachos, tasted just about average. The strawberry shikanji was not good, while the kairi (raw mango) overpowered the kiwi in the jaljeera. The first drink that was served to us did not have a kiwi taste so we called and asked the waiter. Very surprisingly, without us expecting, he brought us anoda one and said taste this for kiwi. Although the taste was the same, I was pleased by their effort.
The maincourse orders included paneer sizzler and laccha quessadillas. The sizzler was okay- came with swawak instead of rice, the bar-b-q sauce that came with it was yummm. The other order was laccha paratha stuffed with cheese and some other things, which did not taste bad, but then did not make sense. It can be done better.
Sadly they did not have Nything for desserts besides the Paan Ladddu.
A big disappointment on the service bit. Very very bad service. Maybe it was because of Sunday evening- but then restaurants should have plenty of arrangements. They kept coming to us and ask whether any order was pending, in a tone that they wanted js to leave.
Pocket pinch- Rs.2200 for all the above. Quite heavy on the pocket I would say!
Good ambience giving the satvik effect
The food is not exceptional at all and some dishes are spicy, so not satvik
The prices are a trifle high as far as value for money goes
This places offers authentic fine dining experience. The menu is relatively smaller due to all the things being made in house and personally speaking its better that way. The ambience is good except for the air conditioning and thats why half pointless reduction. Now coming to the food, it's just brilliant. The chef has put thought in preparing the dishes and it shows on your plate. You will not miss the onion and garlic at all. The plating is beautiful, you can admire the dishes with your eyes before savouring them with your tongue. And once you are done with your meal you don't feel heavy but satisfied.
I've been here only twice but I think I can say this there is a very little chance of going wrong with anything that you order here but Pudina chaach and lachcha parantha are must try.
Keep up the good work guys and please crank up that air conditioner.
The entry to this restaurant is from the outside of the GT Central mall. Entering the place, it felt like a classy fine dining. The service and ambience is wonderful.
So is the food!
Lemon ghiya soup - Delicious. Didn't know ghiya could in any form, ever be tasty.
Pav Bhaji sticks - Delightful. The bread was well cooked and with the right amount of butter. The Bhaji was tasty.
Strawberry shikanji - Didn't find it that appealing.
Ghewar pastry - Had a bug in the dish when we first ordered it. But after bringing it to the waiter's attention, it was politely removed and replaced. The dish was delicious. The ghewar had the right amount of sweetness to blend in with the cream.
Got complimentary achaari jelly, which was the summary of the place in the sense that this restaurant is all about presenting Indian dishes in a more international form.
Great job. Recommended!
Food : Surprisingly nice ! :)
Loved the conceptual dishes. Each & everything ordered was great ! Its nice how they manage to make the food so delicious without adding any onion garlic.
Ambience : warm little restaurant.
Service : Staff was really attentive and humble but could have been better with clearing the tables & replacing cutlery.
All in all a nice experience. Would definitely want to visit again.
Can you imagine a restaurant preparing and serving food without onions and garlic? Yes, Sattviko is one among few. And, honestly, never thought food can be so tasty without onions and garlic. Food was great with prompt service. Got complimentary Mineral water. Staff was courteous. Interior is nice with appropriate lighting.
But unfortunately, today was there last working day and restaurant was going to be closed from tomorrow, 31.12.17,and we were among last few customers. We will miss your dining experience in future.
A vast variety of veg food menu keeps you confusing , what to order? Food and ambience is good. Reservation is must.
They serve good aloo pratha... And nice pickel... And other stuffs also... Its worth eating....
Value for money place to eat......we ordered junglee parathaa which was awesome as per texture and filling... Served with fresh thick raita..... Then was the spring roll... Which was fairly good.... A bit oily but tasted alright...served with mint chutney idk why but the chutney was so yummy..... Then came in idli sambhar.... Idli was fresh fluffy and soft... Sambhar was surprisingly good and it appears that a real professional prepared it.... Coconut chutney was ok ok and tomato chutney was fairly good.....over all good place to eat if u dnt want garlic and onions in ur food.....will surely visit again soon....
Very good restaurant for pure vegetarian people specially jains..food is good in taste (not great) although quality wise food is pretty good..ambience is good..fine seating arrangement and good service
We did a pit stop at this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice staff and great food. Clean place too.
Good food Courteous staff and food prepartions without onion and garlic.
Ambience outstanding.
Love the pure veg food. Lots of innovation and presentations.
Good food but service is average
Nice food, amenity and cunning, cooperating & polite staff.
