I have been to this place and it has been a first choice for cafes in Malviyanagar Jaipur for me. I have even seen the place changed for 3 years. They serve mouth watering white sauce pasta and Arabita sauce pasta have been my personal favorite. If you go to this place then don't forget to order green apple delight it's the best mocktail I have ever had.
I've been to this place a lot and i love this place. Hakka noodles are love😍 and chocolate shake too, this place can serve both, the peace and crowd.

It is situated in the basement on opposite side of GT. I liked the ambience but some people might won't cz of dim lights. They have private cabins as well.. And couples may spend a quality time in such a calm and peaceful environment...!

Recently, i visited "ThirsTea Lounge", a cafe located opposite to GT. @thirstealounge
I personally loved the ambience. The place had ample of sitting area and it was really calm "if you are a photographer or an editor you will seriously love the place bcoz it's so calm and peaceful". If you visit with your large group, then it will be lil bit suffocating, you can get a separate sitting space more like a cabin but it's comfortable for 3 people. It's just a perfect place for chilling, long meets etc.
The staff was very nice, well behaved and served us well.
Talking about food, they have a variety of dishes to offer. The food was the best. From the food i ordered, i would recommend you all to try:

>Veg-cheese grilled sandwiche

What we had:
Lemon mint ice tea – It was a little sweet, but overall it was okay.
House blend coffee - This hot coffee tasted amazing.
Peach Litchi Ice tea – The puply taste of litchi tasted good in this iced tea. However, it was again a bit too sweet.
Virgin Mojito - This refreshing drink tasted good.
Hot chocolate – It was amazing. It was just like melted chocolate in our mouth.
OTC pizza – We had it with extra cheese which complemented its taste.
Garlic bread – It tasted as good as it looked.
Crispy paneer kulchas – The kulchas were stuffed with the paneer paste which tasted nice.
Baked nachos platter – These nachos were covered with cheese. A must have for cheese lovers.
Thirstea Vada Pao – The vada pav was crispy and hot, although we missed the mumbaiya taste.
Overload Parantha – These stuffed paranthas are served with pickle. It’s a nice alternative when you don’t want a cheesy dish.

Located just along side GT, In the basement of the neighbouring building of Dominos.
The ambiance isn't very catchy but certainly is cozy! Can be considered Shady by some but felt fine to us. They also have seperate area which you can book for parties etc.

cheese garlic bread : this one made with so much efforts and it did really impress me.
Nachos platter : the overload of cheese was looking bit messy but i loved it and it satisfied my cheese cravings.
Thirstea special pizza : keeping the rates in mind this wasn't bad at all, quite good.
Paneer wrap : it was good and the taste of chutney just blew my mind away.
Pink sauce pasta : they have to really work on this one.
Paneer kulcha pockets : it was balanced , i didn't find them extraordinary.

Thirstea is an underground cafe situated opposite GT n nobody can guess what amazing food they have in store for them,
The ambience is a bit shady, mostly because it’s a lounge but apart from that lighting the walls are cutely decorated with pretty wall arts n showpieces .
I tried:
🍹 Shirley temple, peach litchi mojito, kitkatshake , are must tries! Loved the flavours of all of these
🍹Hot chocolate n tea were delicious
🍽 Their cheese garlic bread is one of the best garlic breads I have had in jaipur, The garlic bread was soft, cheesy ,crunchier on the edges and had a super empowering flavour of garlic .
🍽Nachos platter was overflowing with baked cheese and thereby the taste increased manifolds
🍽Vada pav was spicy and perfect
🍽Thirstea special sandwich was fulfilling as the stuffing was in nice quantity, also the crunch of the bread was optimum
🍽Thirstea special pizza is one thing that is delicious, cheesy and affordable. Ratewise the quality they provided was astonishing
🍽pink sauce pasta was creamy but could be improved
🍽Paneer wrap was yum , the outer covering needed to be more cooked though
🍽Paneer kulcha pockets were a bit sweet, but the crunchiness and softness complimented each other perfectly

If you are looking for a cafe to sit around with your friends when you are at GT, this place should be in your list. Located in the underground area , this cafe has ample varieties of dishes to serve your empty stomach. We ordered - Maggie, exotic garlic bread, cheese garlic bruschetta, paneer pizza, ice tea, masala tea , aloo chat, veg cheese grilled sandwich. Loved the pizza , garlic bread , ice tea and maggie (Maggie was repeated, it was that yummy). However, space is a bit limited and some dishes are not upto mark like other cafes. Still worth a visit if you are at/near GT. Enjoy !!

How nicely they have renovated the place!! With separate private cabins and new decorations, Thirstea is unique now! I love spending time here! Be it with friends or alone. This place has great ambience and a very nice, friendly staff. Food no doubt is delicious.
I love having masala tea, maggi, poha, potato wedges, assorted pakoda, pizza and garlic bread here.
I suggest u guys to enjoy the board games available there.. It's so much fun with friends and they do not charge anything extra for that!
The place has become better after the renovation with doodle artwork and new staff, but they need to improve cooling system around the main area. The food is good and i simply love maggi indiana there but the place seems slightly expensive compared to services provided.

Decent place if you're looking for Hookah. The menu is well spread and tasty. Though at times, you'll feel that the servings are smaller than the usual size. Overall, it's a gold place to spend some time and it's located right opposite to GT.
This place never fails to impress me which ever Time l visit it.
I would highly recommend this place for V. Mojito and smoking BBQ pasta but their variety of menu items are also quite tasty.

Ambience was nice. We've ordered chocolate tea and thirstea special. Both were fabulous. Apart from tea, we decided to take some Paneer pakoda but they asked to take Amritsar Paneer pakoda so we try but no luck. Taste was not good and they're trying to convince me with some polite words.
